In the network management system, there are two approaches; the centralized approach based on SNMP and the distributed approach based on mobile agent. Some information changes with time and the manager needs to monitor its value in real time. In such a case, the polling is generally used in SNMP because the manager can query agents periodically. However, the polling scheme needs both request and response messages for management information every time, which results in network traffic increase. In this paper, we suggest an adaptive network monitoring method to reduce the network traffic for SNMP-based network management. In the proposed strategy, each agent first decides its on monitoring period. Then, the manager collects them and approves each agent's period without modification or adjusts it based on the total traffic generated by monitoring messages. After receiving response message containing monitoring period from the manager, each agent sends management information periodically without the request of manager. To evaluate performance of the proposed method, we implemented it and compared the network traffic and monitoring quality of the proposed scheme with the general polling method.

Purpose: This descriptive correlation study was done to identify how perception of patient safety culture of general hospital nurses affects safety during nursing activities. Data from this study should provide information on management of patient safety as well as improvement in patient safety. Method: Participants in this study were 357 clinical nurses working in a general hospital in M city which had two medical evaluations. A survey was conducted to gather the data. Results: The score for perception of patient safety culture of the general hospital nurses was 3.42, out of a possible 5 points, and the score for safety care activities was 3.90. There was a statistically significant positive relationship between the nurses' perception of patient safety culture and their safety care activities, Perception of patient safety culture, Supervisor/manager, communication and procedures, and frequency of accident reporting were factors that impacted significantly on safety nursing activity. Conclusion: The results of the study indicate that patient safety cultural perception significantly affects the safety of nursing activities and thus systematic educational strategies to increase perception should be provided to increase the level of patient safety culture. Also, other specific methods that increase the level of patient safety culture should be considered.
Purpose: The purpose of this study is that victims of technology leaks and people concerned about leaks complain of stress over security concerns. However, there are no psychological treatments among the government's comprehensive plans to prevent technology leaks. Therefore, the government intends to present education methods using the NLP (Neuro Linguistic Program), a collective counseling technique, to heal the psychological injury of the victims. Psychological counseling methods include cognitive behavioral therapy, psychoanalytic behavioral therapy, humanism therapy, art therapy, and other psychological therapies. Among them, NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) method was used. NLP has three concepts: neuron, language, and programming, and is used as a general method for group counseling. Research design, data and methodology: In relation to composition, Chapter 1 explained the purpose and necessity of the study, Chapter 2 explained the types of psychological counseling and NLPs to help understand the study, introduced the prior study related to the development of collective counseling programs through NLP, and Chapter 3 developed a security psychological counseling education program. In addition, FGI(Focus Group Interview) was conducted for professionals. Results: Corporate counseling considered most in this study should satisfy client, counselor and manager differently from individual counseling. For this purpose, the result was composed of 11 times. In order to derive personal problems for clients, they consisted of finding, loving, expressing, and emancipating self. And, It solved the leakage anxiety to suggest a professional solution for the counselor. In addition, this course helps them become familiar with counseling techniques for becoming a good security administrator. Lastly, it was configured to leave the result for the manager to suggest the organizational development method through this training. The implication of this study is to derive psychological counseling methods for security officers. Most companies in the field of security counseling complain about technology leakage stress. There is currently no psychotherapy support project under the policy. And It was developed because it can expect sales improvement from security consultation. Conclusions: In conclusion, the results were organized to be left to the manager so that he could suggest how to develop the organization through this time.

The primary objective of the agency research in the game theory lives in the maintenance of Pareto is optimal condition for the optimal incentive contract. The basic concepts which are related to this objective are reviewed in connection with the general assumptions to model it, the moral hazard and adverse selection which arised from the information asymmetry, and finally the problem of risk distribution. The demand for auditing and the role of auditor have been addressed by ASOBAC. Issues which an auditor is explicitly introduced in a principal-agent framework have been addressed in this paper. These issues must be confronted to appropriately with the auditor, and to achieve an adequate understanding of optimal confronting arrangement with the auditor. The first step in introducing an auditor into this analysis is to examine the game-theoretic foundation of such a expended agency model. The Mathematical program formulated may not yield solution that are resonable. This arises because the program may call for the auditor and manager to play dominated Nash equilibra in some subgame. The nontrivial natures of the subgame implies that randomized strategies by the auditor and manager nay be of crucial importance. The possibilities for overcoming the randomized strategy problem were suggested; change the rule of the game and or impose covexity condition. The former seems unjustifiable in on auditing context, and the latter promising but difficult to achieve. The discussion ended with an extension of the revelation principle to the owner manager-auditor game, assuming strategies. An examination of the restriction and improvement direction of the basic concept of agency theory was addressed in the later part of this paper. Many important aspects of auditor incentives are inherently multiple-agent, multiple-period, multiple-objectine, phenomena and require further analyses and researches.
The purpose of this paper is to examine the differences in the critical success factors for ERP adoption suggested by the system managers and the ERP consultants. The survey results indicated the following findings. First, there was no significant difference in the relative importance of the critical success factors between the system managers and the ERP consultants. Both groups agree that 'top manager's concern and support' is the most critical factor and that 'user involvement' is the second. However, the system managers tend to think 'training and education of end users' and 'cooperations among the project participants' more important than the consultants do. Second, both groups agree that the most important ERP contribution should be 'improvements in the business processes.' They also agree that the least important aspect is 'ERP's contribution to the individual's productivity.' In overall, the ordered lists of ERP evaluation criteria according to their importances were of no significant difference between the groups. Third the two groups showed differences when they were asked to evaluate the importance of the critical success factors for each of the ERP evaluation criterion. In general, the system managers tend to put more emphasis on 'training and education of end users' and 'adaptation of end users to the changed processes,' whereas the consultants tend to emphasize more on 'top managers' interest and supports' and 'project manager's capabilities and performance.' The differences in the critical success factors presented by the two groups indicated that more efforts need to be devoted to understanding other participant's interests and concerns in an ERP project team. Better coordinations based on the mutual understandings could improve the chance of achieving a success in adopting ERP packages.
In modern society, buildings has become larger, more complex and high-rise by the influences of locational and environmental characteristics from the changes of human lifestyles. Such features of the buildings, however, make building management and maintenance more difficult, especially in the aspects of health, security, and safety, etc. In order to secure safety and comfort in dwelling, housing, and working condition, it is essential to establish systematic plans and practices. Thus with the aim of investigating general status of fire safety management on specific buildings, this study mainly analyzed fire prevention manager's awareness on their works by conducting a survey, and suggested required systematic improvements for efficient fire safety management. As a result of the survey, it is concluded that introducing the system to appoint fire prevention sub-managers will promote more professional and classified management conditions.
There is an important concern regarding the First-line nurse manager's leadership because of the recognition that effectiveness of Leadership in this position results in benefits for the whole health care organization. So knowledge and practice of effective leadership behavior are now more essential to nursing than ever before. First-line Nurse Managers must be effective leaders to meet today's challenge because staff nurse, patient are affected by them. So the purpose of this study was to identify and to analyse the need for Leadership program of First-Line nurse managers in university hospitals. There were three major purposes of this study. First, identify First-line nurse managers general characteristic, second, identify their experience of leadership training, third, identify and analysis their demands for leadership training program. The subjects for this study was 167 First-line nurse manager randomly from 18 university hospitals in Korea. The data were collected through questionnaires from Oct. 13th to Nov. 20th, 1997, data was analysed using frequencies and percentages. Especially the steps of analysis of descriptions were as follows: Initial analysis centered on the identification of the demands of first-line nurse managers. Later analysis collapsed the demands into broad categories. From the collect data, 283 demands of first-line nurse managers were identified. These demands were then sorted into 3 broad categories that included : Self development as first-line nurse managers, relationship with others, and practice. The result of the study were as follows ; 1) Most of nurse managers(79.6%) had leadership training course and had good experience to improve self leadership. 2) Their demands of leadership training course are as follows First, for self as first-line nurse managers, they want to learn leadership theory, identify their leadership style and then develop their leadership skill. Second, for others as first-line nurse managers, they want to improve their communication skill, empowering others, relationship with others. Third, for patients as first-line nurse managers, improve their knowledge of practice. From the above finding, this study can be suggested the following; 1. Develope a leadership training course to improve first- line nurse manager's leadership skill according to their demands, so they will be better able to lead staff nurses for organization purposes. 2. When develope leadership training program, it must be contained the factors which first-line nurse managers want to learn.

Traitor tracing schemes deter traitors from sharing their private keys by tracing at least one of the subscribers who were implicated in the construction of a pirate decoder. In general, it is assumed that the system manager in the scheme generates and distributes the subscribers' private key. But if the system manager knows the subscribers' private keys, he cannot convince a third party of a certain subscriber's piracy. To solve this problem, the system manager should not know the whole parts of subscribers' private keys and this leads to researches of asymmetric schemes. Moreover for the purpose of enhancing subscribers' privacy, there were two proposals of introducing anonymity onto asymmetric traitor tracing schemes, but one of them turned out to be a failure. In this paper, we point out that the other proposal also has flaws. We consider how to introduce anonymity to traitor tracing schemes, as a result, we suggest a new framework which is practical. We also construct a scheme by using an anonymous credential system and an asymmetric traitor tracing scheme. We prove the security of our scheme and consider the typical applications.

In human societies, there are various organizations which are unique and have different roles. Among them, hospital organization are much more complex than other organizations because of their multitude of professional groups each with its own goals. To achieve its purposes, hospital should manage each professional group effectively. Hospital nursing organizations are the core positions in hospitals for patient care. Therefore nursing organizations have have efficient nurse managers to lead nurses for their own purposes. First- line nurse managers have special tasks for patients and nurses, which include to motivating, managing communicating with the people. So they should have high self-efficacy, which is the belief that one can successfully perform the behaviors in question. Self-Efficacy of first line nurse managers that asked them for leading their staff, and their tasks, is essential to bring about self-realization of staff nurses through motivation and job satisfaction, taking advantage of sound surrounding which is able to operate her staff nurses in order to function efficiently. But there were few studies on the topic in a hospital setting. This study was designed to measure first-line nurse managers' self-efficacy. The subjects for this Study were 167 first-line nurse managers randomly selected from 18 university hospitals in Korea. The Self-Efficacy was measured using 'The general self-efficacy scale' developed by Sherer and Maddux(1982). The data were collected through questionnaires and analysed using SAS program, frequencies, percentages and Pearson' correlation coefficients. The results of this study were as follows : 1. The average of first- line nurse managers' self- efficacy was 66.7. 2. The correlation between first-line nurse managers' self- efficacy and general characteristics(age, education, career) was not significant. From the above findings, this study can suggest the following : 1. Repeat studies are needed in various hospital settings. 2. First-line nurse managers must be trained with special programs for each nursing organizations' purposes.

Since its adoption by the transportation sector in the early 1990s, partnering has been broadly used with the traditional delivery method by many agencies with significant reported benefits. During the same era, a number of transportation agencies (DOTs) started experimenting with a wide variety of alternative project delivery methods (APDMs) aimed at improving the delivery of highway construction projects. The effect of collaborative working strategies such as partnering, together with the APDMs have become somehow interrelated posing a potential challenge on how to effectively integrate partnering as a concept in the APDMs. The salient question has been if the collaborative nature of these APDMs has affected how partnering is being used by state DOTs. Through an extensive literature review, analysis of 32 CMGC RFPs/RFQs and review of three CMGC case studies, the study found that there is limited information in state DOT documents that show procedures on the usage of partnering with CMGC projects. Majority of DOTs are relying on the inherent nature of the CMGC contract to promote healthy collaborative practices and there is the need to consider partnering during preconstruction and construction separately to cater for any personnel change over. The study also revealed that partnering may become less important at the construction phase due to overlap between partnering and CMGC practices. In support of this finding, a CMGC partnering model was developed that can be adopted by DOTs. This paper contributes to both research and practice by expanding the existing knowledge on partnering on APDMs.
