시각적 몰입감 향상을 위한 VR 게임 제작 기법 연구 (A Study on VR Game Production Techniques to Improvement of Visual Immersion)

  • 본 연구는 VR 게임에서 시각적 몰입감을 향상할 수 있는 제작 기법에 관한 연구이다. 먼저, 선행연구를 통해 VR 게임과 현황, 시각 및 몰입감에 관한 이론을 검토하고, 표본을 정하여 VR 게임에서 시각적 몰입을 향상할 수 있는 주요 구성 요소들을 추출하였다. 그리고 현재 전 세계 팬데믹 현상인 코로나19(COVID-19)의 콘셉트를 적용하여 VR 게임을 제작하고 개발하였다. 그 결과, 기술적 구성 요소의 해상도, 프레임 레이트, 시야각, 조명의 밝기, 디자인 품질과 내용적 구성 요소의 스토리텔링, 배경, 연출, 색상과 질감, 흥미와 재미를 통해 VR 게임을 플레이하는 과정에서 시각적 몰입을 유도하고 향상할 수 있는 유의미한 결과를 얻었으며, 최종적으로 원활한 게임 플레이를 구현할 수 있었다. 본 연구 과정 및 결과를 통해 향후 사용자의 시각적 몰입을 유도하고 향상할 수 있는 VR 게임의 제작과 개발 분야에 기초 자료가 될 것으로 기대한다.

당대 애니메이션 영화의 게임플레이성 서사에 관한 연구 (A Study on Gameplay Narrative of Contemporary Animated Films)

  • 게임플레이성은 게임 활동뿐만 아니라 다른 예술 형태에도 존재한다. 게임플레이성 서술이 전제 원칙을 따르는 강한 게임 플레이성을 가진 애니메이션 영화로서, 상상조차 할 수 없는 음향 효과, 과장된 시각적 스타일링, 가상의 시간과 공간 개념, 가상의 이야기와 캐릭터 연기를 통해 달성된다. 애니메이션 영화에서의 게임플레이성의 강점이나 존재 또는 부재 등은 애니메이션 영화 내러티브의 과정에서 이러한 게임플레이성 요소의 파악과 사용에 반영된다. 애니메이션 영화의 게임플레이성 서술은 게임플레이성 사고의 특성을 충분히 활용한다. 대본과 서술 과정에서 엔터테인먼트, 액션, 어드벤처, 경쟁, 기타 요소를 결합해 게임 플레이성의 특성을 충분히 반영한다. 게임플레이성 내러티브는 종종 역 설정, 반복과 상호작용, 규칙과 도전 설정의 전략을 사용하는데, 이는 애니메이션 영화 내러티브의 재미를 높일 뿐만 아니라 관객들의 관심을 끌게 되어 관객들의 시청 경험을 높일 수 있다.

콘텐츠의 융합요소 및 융합경로와 융합유형 분석 (An Analysis of the Convergence Factors, Convergence Passes, and Convergence Types in Content Industries)

  • These days a great mix of traditional and digital contents such as movie, broadcasting, advertisement, e-books, music, game, animation, cartoon, character, knowledge information, and art performance are widely available. Many more are yet to come, with improved quality and added features. It is expected that all these contents will be evolved into a new breed of convergence content through the process of consolidation, expansion, integration, and recreation. Across the digital ecosystem, a new formula is being added to the industrial structure : 'Information/Content-Platform/Device-Goods/Service.' In the near future, as a result of technological innovation and convergence, the business sector will lose its boundaries as well, as businesses will be forced to look beyond the product itself and focus more on multi-functionality. Especially, in the era of creative economy, more policies need to be crafted in order to procure a new growth engine for the future with the agenda for convergence between humanities and technology. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to analyze the concept, factors, elements, types, and cases of convergence, which are the essence of content convergence. This analysis, with its focus on the convergence process, will help identify the effects and limits of content convergence as well as the prospects for convergence contents in the smart ecosystem under the creative economic system.

폐쇄된 계의 장동 힘에 의한 이동장치의 컴퓨터 씨뮬레이션 모델에 관한 연구 (A study on the computer simulation model of the closed moving system using the nutation force)

  • 폐쇄된 계의 닫힌 운동을 회전운동으로 실현하는 것 중 수평운동은 코리올리스힘[2], 가로힘에 의해서 나타날 수 있는 반면 모터의 위치에 수직으로 발생하는 닫힌 운동이 장동 힘에 의해 발생되는 장동운동이다. 장동운동은 수직 닫힌 운동이며 그 수식을 구하여 수식 모델로 하고 컴퓨터 씨뮬레이션 모델로 쓰기 위해 수식 모델로부터 시뮬레이션 데이터와 실제 장치의 데이터를 비교 검토한 후 첨가되는 변수 요소를 정하였다. 그 결과 중력장에서 마찰계수와 모터의 극수에 관계되는 부하에 대한 에너지 불균형 요소가 변수로 첨가된다. 이 시뮬레이션은 그래픽 게임을 실제와 같은 물리법칙으로 적용할 수 있다.

기층문화를 통한 한국복식의 색채 특성 연구 (The Characteristics of Color on Korean Costume by Basic Culture)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine a unique characteristic of the colors of the costumes in Korean basic culture in the aim of seeking the characteristics and the conceptual meanings of colors found in the majority’s culture. The scope of the basic culture was divided into folk belief, folk game and folk play. Within these limits, the colors of the dress, accessories, instruments were extracted by comparing with the naked eye in NCS Color System. For the analysis of hue and tone, the secondary dimensional analysis using NCS color system and the three-dimensional analysis using the software, COLOR 3D Version 2.0, were done. The result of this investigation is that the colors of the costume in the Korean basic culture are white, gray and black of achromatic color and yellow, yellowish red and purplish blue. This confirms that the colors based on Five-elements color are becoming the basis too basic culture. And Arche-pattern, which is a characteristic commonly found in the Korean traditional society, was shown as a characteristic of color. The colors of the costumes in Korean basic culture are uniquely adopted by the Korean civilians according to their religious and philosophical living standard. This study is meaningful in seeking a root for the formation of their unique color culture.

  • In order to cope with the ill-defined problem of human behavior being immanent uncertainty, several methodologies have been studied in game theoretic, social psychological and political science frameworks. As methods to arrange system elements systematically and draw out the consenting structural model concretively, ISM, FSM and DEMATEL based on graph theory etc. have been proposed. In this paper, we propose a modified structural modeling method to recognize the nature of problem. We introduce the statistical method to adjust the establishment levels in group decision situation. From this, it will become possible to obtain effectively and smoothly the structural model of group members in comparison with the traditional methods. Further we propose a procedure for achieving the consenting structural model of group members based on the structural modeling method. By applying the method to recognize the nature of ill-defined problems, it will be possible to solve the given problem effectively and rationally. In order to inspect the effectiveness of the method, we conduct a practical problem as an empirical study: "Behavior analysis of passengers for the Joban line of East Japan Railway Company after new railway service of Tsukuba Express opened".

한국 민간신앙 의례복에 나타난 디자인 요소의 현대적 활용 - 배색을 중심으로 - (Modern Application of Design Elements on Ceremonial Costume of Korean Folk Belief)

  • The purpose of this study is to present examples for modern application with traditional color on ceremonial costume of Korean folk belief which is regarded as representative research material standing for Korean cultural archetype. The arrangements of color on the ceremonial costume of Korean folk belief were selected from 11 items specified as an import intangible cultural asset. These color arrangements were composed of fundamental colors from the viewpoint of modern color sensation, but had a excellent harmony in Hue. Therefore, not shifting Hue of color arrangement on ceremonial costume, traditional color arrangement was apply to contemporary it by shifting tone. Brilliant and deep chromatic tone that belong to 3, 4 area was converted into toned light grey, light clear, dark deep, toned dark grey, and greyish chromatic tone that belong to 1, 2 area or 5, 6, 0 area or 2, 7, 9 area. The plan that applies arrangement color with brightness contrast of traditional fundamental colors on a modern color harmony was presented from that. Like this, we can combine traditional color into modern color sensation, stylize and apply it on a production of character, logogram design, fashion design for characters in animation or game. From this, we'll be able to be close to the color arrangement sensation including our racial emotion in the everyday life.

등가정하중을 이용한 접합날개의 구조최적설계 (Structural Optimization of a Joined-Wing Using Equivalent Static Loads)

  • The joined-wing is a new concept of the airplane wing. The fore-wing and the aft-wing are joined together in a joined-wing. The range and loiter are longer than those of a conventional wing. The joined-wing can lead to increased aerodynamic performance and reduction of the structural weight. In this research, dynamic response optimization of a joined-wing is carried out by using equivalent static loads. Equivalent static loads are made to generate the same displacement field as the one from dynamic loads at each time step of dynamic analysis. The gust loads are considered as critical loading conditions and they dynamically act on the structure of the aircraft. It is difficult to identify the exact gust load profile. Therefore, the dynamic loads are assumed to be (1-cosine) function. Static response optimization is performed for the two cases. One uses the same design variable definition as dynamic response optimization. The other uses the thicknesses of all elements as design variables. The results are compared.

  • 모바일 단말기 장치가 발전하면서 컴퓨터로만 할 수 있었던 게임, 인터넷, 금융 서비스 등을 이동 단말기를 이용하여 처리할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 펜티엄급 PC에서 유행하던 게임을 이동 단말기에서 재생가능성 하도록 재구성하고, 자동화 가능한 재구성 요소를 정리하여 아바타 변환기로 개발하고자 한다. 즉, 기존의 자원을 최대한 재활용하여 이동 단말기용 컨텐츠 개발 속도를 향상시킬 수 있는 방법을 제안하고자 한다. 플랫폼의 제약사항을 고려하여 기존의 컴퓨터의 아키텍처를 모바일 플랫폼에서 동작 가능한 로직과 리소스로 구분하여 변환하는 동작이 아바타 변환기의 주 기능이다. 이동 통신 사업자의 플랫폼 종류에 따른 다수의 컨텐츠 개발에 공용의 로직과 리소스를 변환함으로써 개발 속도를 향상시킬 수 있다.

도시하천 하도구조와 경관의 계절변화 - 춘천시 공지천을 중심으로 - (Seasonal Changes in Structure and Landscape of Urban Stream Corridor - In the Case of Gongji Stream in Chuncheon-)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze seasonal changes in structure and landscape of Gongji stream corridor in Chuncheon, and to suggest some guidelines to contribute to creating a desirable close-to- nature stream. The study seasonally surveyed floodplain and revetment conditions, channel micro-topography, streamflow level and velocity, and vegetational cover. Flooding, water level, and vegetation were major factors of affecting seasonal changes in streambed structure and stream landscape. Small sand bars and islands were considerably disturbed by flooding and water level change. However, large islands and sand bars in the upper and middle section of the study stream remained or reappeared even after flooding. Flooding also tended to repeat channel sedimentation at the same spot. Controlling water volume of the Euiam Lake, which is adjacent to the study stream, caused higher water level downstream in the dry seasons. The majority of vegetation in sand bars and islands was washed away by the floods. Vehicle passing, crop cultivation, and ball game were other elements which disturbed vegetation in the floodplain. Creating a close-to-nature stream should reflect micro-topographical changes of channel by flooding, prevent improper vehicle entry and human use, and remove concrete material in the revetment and floodplain.
