Maduryung Extract, one of herbal medicine was tested for inhibitory effect to alcohol, acetaminophen and d-galactosamine induced hepatitis in rats. The results were as follows. 1. Increaced serum GOT, GPT levels by alcohol were significantly decreased by Maduryung extract.(p<0.01) 2. Maduryung extract decreaced GOT value in acetaminophen induced hepatitis and this effect may be due to increace of GSH level in liver tissue.(p<0.05) 3. Repeat administration of Maduryung extract showed inhibitory effect on s-GOT, s-GPT levels in d-galactosamine induced hepatitis. (p<0.05) According to the above results, it seems that Maduryung could be use as drug for alcohol or drug induced hepatitis treatment.

The preventive effect of Sosiho-Tang extract administered concurrently with methionine on hepatotoxicity induced by carbon tetrachoride (20% $CCl_4$ in olive oil, 5 ml/kg) in rats was studied. S-GOT values were decreased significantly by the concurrent administration of Sosiho-Tang extract 100 mg/kg with methionine 100 mg/kg and also Sosiho-Tang 200 mg/kg with methionine 100 mg/kg. S-GPT values were decreased remarkably by the concurrent administration of Sosiho-Tang extract 200 mg/kg with methionine 100 mg/kg. In histological observations, the pattern of the contrast group indicated the marked necrosis of the parenchymatous cells around the centrilobular area and the fatty changes of the hepatic cells around the midzonal area, but the concurrent administration of Sosiho-Tang extract 200 mg/kg and methionine 100 mg/kg revealed better improvements than their respective single administration in all pathological aspects.

Salviae miltiorrhizae(SM) Radix extract increased $[^3H]-thymidine$ incorporation into rat hepatocytes at the concentration ranging from $5{\times}10^{-5}\;to\;5{\times}10^{-1}mg/ml$. It decreased the activities of s-GOT and s-GPT in cirrhotic rats induced by $CCl_4$, TAA and D-GalN, respectively and reduced the sleeping time induced by hexobarbital in $CCl_4$,TAA and D-GalN intoxicated mice, respectively. SM extract shortened the half-life of sulfobromophthalein in $CCl_4$ intoxicated rats.

In man, ornithine carbamyl transferase is localized mainly in the liver and to a lesser extent in the smll intestine. Because of these findings, one might expect damage only to the liver or perhaps the small intestine to cause elevated ornithine carbamyl transferase activity in serum $(_S-OCT)$. Serum ornithine carbamyl transferase activity was determined in thirty normal subjects, and fifteen patients with viral hepatitis and fifteen patients with liver cirrhosis. The correlation of $_S-OCT$ with $_S-GPT$ and $_S-GOT$ was studied. The mean $_S-OCT$ activity in thirty normal Korean subjects was $0.094{\pm}0.043$I.U./L of serum. Elevated $_S-OCT$ activity was observed in patients with liver disease. The correlation coefficient was 0.18 for $_S-OCT$ and $_S-GPT$, ana 0.40 for $_S-OCT$ and $_S-GOT$.

The Hovenia extracts showed a significant hepato-protective activity against alcohol and CC4-induced hepatotoxicity. Injection of CC4 and alcohol induced liver injury and increased serum GOT (glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase) and GPT (glutamic pyuvic transaminase) levels in injured rats. The ADH (alcohol dehydrogenase)-like and ALDH (aldehyde dehydrogenase)-like activities in the Hovenia extracts were studied. Their activities in the extracts of Hovenia wood were higher than the extracts of other parts of Hovenia. And then Hovenia wood extracts have high effects on the alcohol and acetealdehyde degradation. The Hovenia extracts were decreased concentration of fusel oil. The ADH-like and ALDH-like activities in the Hovenia wood extract were 1.14 $unit/{\mu}l$, 0.33$unit/{\mu}l$ respectively.

This study was carried out to evaluate the effect of Cnidi rhizoma (CR) water extract on fat accumulation In fatted rats induced by the oral high fat administration for six weeks. To accomplish this evaluation, the serum and liver tissue have been examined for enzyme activity, cortisol and insulin level. The change of liver or tissue have been observed by the light microscope. GOT GPT and LDH activities were lower than the control group. Insulin and cortisol were higher than the control group, due to the fat accumulation. The liver of the control group observed by the tight microscope appeared to the fatty liver, but CR group showed some improvement of the fatty liver Based on the above results, it was shown that it is possible to improve fat accumulation induced by high fat dietary through using the oral administration of Cnidi rhizoma water extract.

과제 지향 대화 시스템은 발화 의도 및 요구사항을 파악하여 사용자가 원하는 과제를 달성한다는 점에서 유용하다. 대화 상태 추적은 과제 지향 대화 시스템의 핵심 모듈이며, 최근에는 텍스트뿐만 아니라 시각 정보까지 활용하여 대화 상태를 추적하는 멀티모달 대화 상태 추적 연구가 활발히 진행되는 중이다. 본 논문에서는 멀티모달 공황장애 상담 대화 속 내담자의 상태를 추적하는 과제를 제안하였다. ChatGPT를 통한 멀티모달 공황장애 상담 과제 지향 대화 데이터셋 구축 프레임워크와, 구축한 데이터셋의 품질을 증명하기 위한 분석도 함께 제시하였다. 사전학습 언어 모델인 GPT-2를 벤치마크 데이터셋에 대해 학습한 성능을 측정함으로써 향후 멀티모달 대화 추적 성능이 능가해야 할 베이스라인 성능을 제시하였다.

We present a new approach to evaluate the generated texts by Large Language Models (LLMs) for meme classification. Analyzing an image with embedded texts, i.e. meme, is challenging, even for existing state-of-the-art computer vision models. By leveraging large image-to-text models, we can extract image descriptions that can be used in other tasks, such as classification. In our methodology, we first generate image captions using BLIP-2 models. Using these captions, we use GPT-4 to evaluate the relationship between the caption and the meme text. The results show that OPT_6.7B provides a better rating than other LLMs, suggesting that the proposed method has a potential for meme classification.

This paper examines the trends of AI Foundation Model development and the competition to lead the related ecosystem, which have been rapidly unfolding since the emergence of ChatGPT, focusing on big tech companies in the United States. Based on this understanding of background knowledge, I analyzed and presented the main contents of the initial report reviewed by the UK competition authority, CMA, on potential competition issues that may arise in the process of innovations resulting from FM development. In addition, the trend and background of the CMA's investigation into the OpenAI-Microsoft partnership, whose importance has recently been highlighted, were also explained. It is expected that a reasonable domestic policy plan will be established by referring to these UK policy trends and monitoring & analyzing domestic industries.

Objective : This study was performed to investigate the Anti-Inflammatory Effects of WooBangHaeGiTang on the Allergic Contact dermatitis. Method : Contact hypersensitivity assay, video microscope, WBC count, RBU count, neutrophil ratio, lymphpcyte ratio and GOT & GPT were measurd. Result : 1. At Contact hypersensitivity Aasay, at 24 hours after Control group & Sample group showed appreciably more ear swelling than Normal group, at 48 hours after Control group showed more ear swelling than Normal group & Sample group, at 72 hours after Control group & Sample group showed more ear swelling than Normal group 2. Regarding the number of WBC, at 24 or 48 hours after There are no significant difference among Normal group, Control group. Sample group, at 72 hours after Sample group showed more WBC than Control group. 3. Regarding the number of RBC, at 24 hours after Control group showed more RBC than Normal group, at 48 hours after Control group & Sample group showed more RBC than Normal group. at 72 hours after Control group showed more RBC than Normal group. 4. Regarding the percentage of neutrophil in WBC, at 24 & 48 hours after Control group & Sample group showed higher percentage than Normal group. 5. Regarding the percentage of Lymphocyte in WBC, at 24 hours after Sample group showed lower percentage than Normal group, at 48 hours after Sample group & Control group showed lower percentage than Normal group. 6. Regarding the GOT & GPT in blood, the GOT & GPT are in Normal scale, so there are no Hepatotoxicity in Normal group, Control group, Sample group. Conclusions : According to above experiments, WooBangHaeGiTang have some anti allergy effects on allergic contact dermatitis.
