순차이송형 유리렌즈 성형공정에서 비구면 유리렌즈의 최적 성형조건 연구 (A Study on the Optimal Molding Conditions for Aspheric Glass Lenses in Progressive GMP)

  • 최근 개발된 GMP공정의 활용으로 디지털 카메라, 광저장기기, 각종 전자기기 등의 광응용 기기에서 비구면 유리렌즈가 폭넓게 활용되고 있다. GMP공정은 복잡한 형상의 유리렌즈를 정밀하면서도 경제적으로 생산할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 다구치 실험계획법을 이용하여 순차이송형 GMP공정에서 비구면 유리렌즈의 성형 조건을 최적화 하였다. 냉각 1단계에서의 압력과 온도, 시간을 3가지 주요 공정변수로 정하였으며, 3캐비티 금형을 이용하여 실험한 결과 순차이송형 유리렌즈 성형공정에서 냉각시간이 비구면 유리렌즈의 형상정밀도(PV)에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있었다.

  • Remarkable progress had been made in both technology and production of optical elements including aspheric lens. In the past, precision optical glass lenses were produced through multiple processes such as grinding and polishing, but mass production of aspheric lenses requiring high accuracy and having complex profile was rather difficult. Against such a background, the high-precision optical GMP process was developed with an eye on mass production of precision optical glass pasts by molding press. This GMP process can produce with precision and good repeatability special form lenses such as for cameras, video cameras, aspheric lenses for optical items. In this study, Design Of Experiment(Taguchi method) was adopted to find a tendency of molding conditions that influence formability. Three main factors for molding conditions were selected based on pressure at pressing stage and temperature, pressure at cooling stage. Also, the DOE was carried out and the interference patterns were measured to evaluate the formability of GMP process. From the results, it was found that the cooling pressure is the most sensitive parameter for progressive GMP process.

  • Generally, progressive type GMP process is more efficient than batch type because there are advantages that problems of each stage(heating, press, cooling etc.) are easily grasped and a time of production is shortened. But if single cavity is used in progressive type GMP process, there is disadvantage that productivity is decreased. So, in order to improve productivity of progressive type GMP process, it is essential to secure multi cavity mold technic. In this study, as a fundamental study to develop multi cavity used in glass lens molding, we conducted a compression test for PBK40.

  • Recently, the demands of digital camera and miniature camera module for mobile-phone is increased significantly. Lenses which is the core component of optical products are made by the injection molding(plastic lens) or GMP(glass lens). Plastic lens is not enough to improve the resolution and performance of optic parts. Therefore, the requirement of glass lens is increased because it is possible to ensure the high performance and resolution. In this paper, the thermal stress analysis of 3 cavity GMP mold for molding glass lens was performed for estimating the thermal stress and amount of deformation. Finally, the modification plan based on the analysis results was deducted.

  • Recently, GMP(Glass Molding Press) process is mainly used to produce aspheric glass lenses. Because glass lens is heated at high temperature above Ty (yielding point) for forming glass, the quality of aspheric glass lens is deteriorated by residual stresses which are generated in a aspheric glass lens after forming. Before this study, as a fundamental study to develop forming conditions for progressive GMP process, compression, strain relaxation and thermal conductivity tests were carried out to obtain the visco-rigid plastic, the visco-elastic and thermal properties of K-PBK40 which is newly developed and applied for precision molding glass material, In this study, using the experimental results we obtained, a glass lens forming simulation in progressive GMP process was carried out and we could forecast the shape of deformed glass lenses and residual stresses contribution in the structure of deformed glass lenses after forming.

  • Recently, remarkable progress has been made in both technology and production of optical elements including aspheric lens. Especially, requirements for machining glass materials have been increasing in terms of limitation on using environment, flexibility of material selection and surface accuracy. In the past, precision optical glass lenses were produced through multiple processes such as grinding and polishing, but mass production of aspheric lenses requiring high accuracy and having complex profile was rather difficult. In such a background, the high-precision optical GMP process was developed with an eye to mass production of precision optical glass parts by molding press. This GMP process can produce with precision and good repeatability special form lenses such as camera, video camera, aspheric lens for laser pickup, $f-\theta$ lens for laser printer and prism, and me glass parts including diffraction grating and V-grooved base. GMP process consist a succession of heating, forming, and cooling stage. In this study, as a fundamental study to develop molds for GMP used in fabrication of glass lens, we conducted a glass lens forming simulation. In prior to, to determine flow characteristics and coefficient of friction, a compression test and a compression farming simulation for PBK40, which is a material of glass lens, were conducted. Finally, using flow stress functions and coefficient of friction, a glass lens forming simulation was conducted.

  • Validation이란 용어는 1970년대에 우리나라에 GMP개념이 도입되면서 처음 사용되기 시작하여 지금은 흔히들 사용하면서도 그 개념은 아직도 정확히 이해되고 있지 않은것 같다. 제약공업에서의 validation의 적용범위는 아주 광범위하며 제조기기, 제조공정, 조직, 인원 등에 그 개념을 도입하여 관리하고 있다. 따라서 본 란에서는 validation의 일반적인 개념을 서술한 후 액상제제 특히 무균제제에 대한 calidation중 멸균공정에 대하여 상술하고자 한다.

각종 효소를 이용한 맥주 폐효모로부터 효모추출물 제조 (Preparation of Yeast Extract from Waste Brewer's Yeast using Various Enzymes)

  • 정미성이 높은 효모 추출물을 얻고자 각종 효소의 사용에 대한 최적 조합 및 공정법을 알아보기 위하여 맥주 폐효모박을 각종 효소로 처리하여 효모추출물 중의 정미성분(IMP, GMP 및 유리아미노산)을 측정하여 비교, 분석하였다. Glucanase(0.5%) 처리에 의한 효모추출물중의 조단백질 함량은 33.6% 이었다. Tunicase(1%) 28.0% 와 무처리구 21.1%에 비해 최고 1.6배의 증가를 보였다. 단백질 분해효소처리에 의한 조단백질의 함량은 bromelin(1%), protamex(1%) 처리에서 각각 30.8%, 29.8%로 무처리구에 비해 최고 1.4배의 증가를 보였다. 효소 복합처리에 의한 상승효과는 glucanase(0.5%)+protamex(1%) 처리구에서 조단백질의 함량이 34.4%로 나타나 glucanase 단독처리구의 33.6%보다 높은 함량을 나타냈다. IMP+GMP 총함량은 glucanase + phophodiesterase + adenyldeaminase (G+P+A) 혼합 처리구에서 1,066 mg/100 g, glucanase + ptotamex + phophodiesterase + adenyldeaminase (G+Pro+P+A) 혼합 처리구에서는 1,047 mg/100 g으로 비슷하였다. 유리아미노산의 함량은 protamex가 첨가된 G+Pro+P+A 혼합처리구에서 2,302 mg/100 g으로 가장 높게 나타났다. 따라서 IMP, GMP 및 유리아미노산의 함량을 모두 고려해 볼 때 세포벽 분해효소 (gulcanase 0.5%, 12시간), 단백질 분해효소 (protamex 1%, 3시간), 핵산 분해효소 (phosphodiesterase 0.1%, 3시간) 및 핵산 전이효소 (adenyldeaminase 1%, 1.5시간)를 순차적으로 적용시켜 가수분해시키는 것이 효모 추출물의 정미성을 높이는 최적의 효소 복합 사용공정으로 판단되었다.

광통신용 비구면 글라스 렌즈 자중성형 공정 연구 (A Study on the Molding Process of an Optical Communication Aspherical Glass Lens Using the Weight Molding Method)

  • In this study, the aspherical lens for optical communications produced not with an one-step pneumatic type of external pressurization system (existed GMP process) but a constant weight of self-loaded mold put up to upper core. So the lens is molding with self-loaded weight molding and it calls Weight Molding process. In self-loaded molding process, we measured changes of center thickness molding lenses with each variable molding temperatures and time to find the effect of center of lens thickness to search key factors. As experimental results, the center thickness reach to targeted lenses step time value was changed drastically and it depends by molding temperature. If the molding temperature gets higher, the targeted lens that is reaching to the center thickness step time value was decreased. To find the effect of life improvement on mold core by imposing the self-loaded molding process we molded with GMP(Glass molding press) method and self-loaded molding method for 9,000 times and measured the lenses shape accuracy and surface roughness to evaluate the core life. As a result the self-loaded molding method core has 2,000 times longer that GMP (Glass molding press) method. If we adopt self-loaded molding method of the optical aspherical lens molding in the future, we expect that it would reduce the expense of changing the molds by molding core life improvements.
