  • 정부에서는 사회 경제적으로 많은 문제를 발생시키고 있는 지적불부합지 문제를 해결하고자 지적재조사 사업을 계획하였으나 수 조원에 달할것으로 예상되는 막대한 사업비와 국민적인 이해부족으로 인하여 중단이 되었다. 이렇게 지적재조사 사업이 전면 중단된 상황에서 지적불부합을 효율적으로 해결하기 위해서는 현지 측량 방식에 기반하여 불부합지를 조사하고 정리하기보다는 현재 구축되어 있는 지적도 전산화 데이터와 GIS 관련 데이터 등을 최대한 활용하여 조사할 수 있는 새로운 방법론의 모색이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 기 구축되어 있는 수치지적도와 수치지형도를 이용하여 지적불부합을 측정할 수 있는 방법론과 절차를 개발하였다. 그리고 모든 과정을 상용 GIS 소프트웨어를 이용하여 구현하였다. 방법론의 실험을 위해 실제 사례지역을 선정하여 적용하여본 결과 불부합을 정량적으로 조사하고 해석할 수 있는 가능성을 제시할 수 있었다.

  • Gas Insulated Switchgear 내부에서 발생되는 부분방전 검출을 위하여 다양한 UHF센서가 이용되고 있다. 그러나 출력단의 신호크기가 극히 미약하여 다단계 증폭과정과 아날로그/디지털 신호처리 기술들이 적용되고 있으며 이로 인한 신호 왜곡이 필연적이어서 그 해결방안이 다양하게 제시되고 있다. 하나의 방안으로서 UHF 출력신호를 광 신호 형태로 전송할 수 있는 광소자와 Optical Fiber의 장점을 이용하면 기존에 상용화되어 있으나 문제를 야기 시키는 신호처리 기술 대체가 가능하다. 본 논문에서는 GIS 진단 기술개발을 위하여 자체 개발된 광 기술을 적용하여 검출된 미세신호들의 왜곡 문제점 해결에 기여하고자한다.

  • 본 논문에서는, 건설도면의 건물 경계선을 이용하여 기존 지형도의 건물 레이어를 자동 갱신하는 과정에서 건물 객체간 유사를 측정하는 과정에서 Hausdorff 거리 측정 방법을 적용해 보았다. 서로 다른 축척에 의하여 발생하는 형상의 세일도 차이에서 발생하는 오차를 최소화하기 위하여 partial Hausdorff 거리를 적용하였다. 이 때 partial fraction을 정의하기 위한 기준으로 폴리곤 절점, 경계선 길이, 폴리곤 면적을 이용한 세 가지 방법을 적용하였다. 이 기준을 실제 데이터에 적용한 결과, 경계선 기준과 폴리곤 면적 기준 방법이 절점 기준에 비하여 안정적이라는 것과, 적용 기준에 따라 적절한 partial fraction 값을 사용하면 잡음에 의한 영향을 최소화할 수 있다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

  • This study proposes an easy method to develope user interfaces for the GIS using OLE automation. In the developing stage of user interface, the most important thing is to make the best use of effective windows programming techniques and component software supporting techniques. Using the OLE automation and Visual Basic programming, the study constructs an user interface as case study which performs map overlaying, referencing attribute tables, graph analysis, drawing up of thematic map.

  • In the paper the authors describe the development of ITIS(Intelligent Tunneling Information System) for the Purpose of applying the 3D visualization technique, GIS, AI(Artificial Intelligence) to tunnel design and construction. VR(Virtual Reality) and 3D visualization techniques are applied in order to develope the 3D model of characteristics and structures of ground and rock mass. Database for all the materials related to site investigation and tunnel construction is developed using GIS technique. AI technique such as fuzzy theory and neural network is applied to predict ground settlement, decide tunnel support method and estimate ground and rock mass properties according to tunnel excavation steps. ITIS can help to inform various necessary tunnel information to engineers quickly and manage tunnel using acquired information based on D/B.

  • This paper describes investigations of the UHF(Ultra High Frequency) PD(Partial Discharge) measuring technology designed for monitoring of PD in high power apparatus. Based on the spiral antenna theory, the hole type sensor for GIS with metal flange spacer and injection type sensor for oil filled transformer are developed. The experimental results show measurement characteristics of the PD sensor for several artificial defects in gas-insulated system(GIS) and oil transformer. Moreover, we proposed the new $\phi$-f-q method for the purpose of condition assessment of high power apparatus.

  • Recently, the development of diagnosis technique with high confidence is important on power equipment, for this reason is use for measurement and analysis of PD with prior appearance of insulation breakdown In this paper, we presents the analysis of trouble signal to use ${\Phi}$-Q method which display 2D and 3D Equipment of simulation has made independently DS for 170kV GIS of one phase with same on field. The detected signal through the sensor of Induction and Acoustic Emission is classified to use characteristic neural network algorithm and then it is analysis.

  • Techniques for rock slope management and assessment must be developed for the prevention and mitigation of rock fall hazards. To enable this, the rock discontinuity such as fault and joint data must be surveyed, analysed and managed. For this, the discontinuities were detected by automatic and semi-automatic method using DEM and ortho-rectified image of rock slope and the rock slope analysis and management system was developed using GIS. Using the system, slope locations and discontinuities data were constructed to spatial database. The system is consist of ‘Data Management’, ‘Rock Slope DB’, ‘Basic Information’, ‘Image Processing’, ‘Image Analys ing’, ‘Edit’, ‘View’, ‘Theme’, ‘Graphic’, ‘Window’ and ‘Help’. The system was developed using avenue of ArcView 3.2.

  • The use of ultrasound is proposed as the most economic and practical nondestructive test method for the detectin of electrical degradation in insulating materials. This paper has studied identification and characterization of partial discharge signals according to defects in GIS using AE(acoustic emission)sensor. Analysis of PD signals use $\psi-v-n$, skewness and kurtosis.

  • The prototype of forest fire management system on Web was studied. In the architecture of this system, one of the most important concerns is to handle load upcoming to Web Server so that it provides Web service without any delay or failure. In order to solve this problem, the agent is designed on dispatcher in a Web server cluster and implemented to distribute load dynamically by considering the information related to load coming to the Web Server such as the number of connection to the Map Server. The proposed forest fire management system has user-friendly interface with the GIS mapping functionality by selecting Map Objects Internet Map Server (MO IMS) as Map Server and is implemented using Java as programming language.
