This paper describes a core generator (FFT_Core_Gen) which generates Verilog HDL models of 8 different FFT/IFFT cores with $N=64{\times}2^k$($0{\leq}k{\leq}7$ for OFDM-based communication systems. The generated FFT/IFFT cores are based on in-place single memory architecture, and use a hybrid structure of radix-4 and radix-2 DIF algorithm to accommodate various FFT lengths. To achieve both memory reduction and the improved SQNR, a conditional scaling technique is adopted, which conditionally scales the intermediate results of each computational stage, and the internal data and twiddle factor has 14 bits. The generated FFT/IFFT cores have the SQNR of 58-dB for N=8,192 and 63-dB for N=64. The cores synthesized with a $0.35-{\mu}m$ CMOS standard cell library can operate with 75-MHz@3.3-V, and a 8,192-point FFT can be computed in $762.7-{\mu}s$, thus the cores satisfy the specifications of wireless LAN, DMB, and DVB systems.
Dendropanax morbifera is an endemic tree species of Korea, it is restricted to the southern parts of Korea. The internal transcribed spacer (ITS) region of nuclear ribosomal DNA (nrDNA) for Dendropanax morbifera grown at Bogil-do, Korea was determined. We investigated the sequence-based phylogenetic relationships of plants related and clarified its taxonomical position. The determined sequences consisted of 689 residues. ITS1 was 222 bp long while ITS2 was 233 bp long. The 5.8S rDNA was 160 bp long. The ITS region sequences of the Dendropanax species included in this study were obtained from GenBank. Oreopanax polycephalus was used as the outgroup. A pairwise alignment was calculated using the Clustal X program. A phylogenetic tree was constructed by the neighbor-joining method using the Tree view program. Sequence similarities among species including D. morbifera Bogil-do isolate showed the range 92.6 to 99.7% in sequence-based phylogenetic analysis using total 615 base pairs of ITS1, 5.8S rDNA and ITS2. D. morbifera Bogil-do isolate exhibited the highest degree of relatedness to D. chevalieri, sharing 99.7% ITS region similarity. D. morbifera Bogil-do isolate also showed to D. trifidus, sharing 99.4% ITS region similarity.

RFID(Radio frequency indentification) technology, that the reader detect the tag information attached on the objects without contact, is considered the kernel of realizing tile Ubiquitous Sensor Network. Particularly, because there are lots of tags(which the reader have to detect) in the UHF RFID system(that is applied at the Logistic & Distribution industry). In the UHF RFID system the negative effects, we called the tag-collision, may occur and we should solve these effects. So, in the EPCglobal Gen2 protocol they present the Slotted Random Anti-collision algorithm to prevent the tag-collision effect. In this paper, in order to minimize the tag-collision effect and bring on the system efficiency, we propose the Power Increasing Method that controls the transmission power of the reader depending on the environment and verily the improved performance.
Ab initio calculations of the structure and the binding energies of K+(C2H5OH)n, (n=1~5) complexes were carried out with MP2/ full gen 6d and MP2/ 6-311G** methods. The stable structures of the complexes with n=2 to 5 were linear, trigonal, tetrahedral and trigonal bipyramid respectively. The binding energies of complexes were increased with the number of ligands, but the incremental binding energies were decreased. These results agreed well with the results of K+ complexes with other solvents.
Chromosomal abnormalities of abortus have also been used to investigate the most common etiology of spontaneous abortion, but the frequency and the types of spontaneous abortions have also demonstrated considerable variation among in different countries and races. A cytogenetic analysis of 75 abortuses was performed at the GenDix, Inc. from January, 2006 to December, 2007. The frequency of chromosome abnormalities in abortus was 32.0% (24/75 cases). Among the chromosomal abnormalities, trisomy was 62.5% (15/24 cases) and the most frequent trisomy was trisomy 21 with 26.6% (4/15 cases). The average maternal age of normal and abnormal karyotypes was $34.1{\pm}3.3$ and $34.3{\pm}3.3$. Cytogenetic analysis of abortus is important for diagnosis and genetic counseling for parents with spontaneous abortion.

As the genome of B.mori is available in GenBank and the EST database of B.mori is expanding, identification of novel genes of B.mori is conceivable by data-mining techniques. We used the in silico cloning method to get the vacuolar-type $H^+-ATP$ synthetase (V-ATPase) c subunit (16 kDa proteolipid subunit) gene of B.mori and analysed with bioinformatics tools. The result was confirmed by RT-PCR and sequencing. The V-ATPase c subunit cDNA contains a 468 bp ORF. The ORF encoded a 155-residue protein that showed extensive homology with V-ATPase c subunits from other 15 species and contained four membrane-spanning helices. Tissue expression pattern analysis revealed that V-ATPase c expressed strongly in Malpighian tubules, not in fat body. This gene has been registered in GenBank under the accession number EU082222.
Conncxin (Cx) is an important and essential protein induction of oocyte maturation, which is present in almost all mammalian tissucs except cirulating blood cells and adult skeletal museles. In this study, goldfish Cx43 cDNA sequence is available in GenBank under the accession number AB078505. Homology analyses using the GenBank and EMBL general database searches indicated that goldfish Cx43 cDNA has a high homology with carp Cx43 (95.1% identity), zebrafish Cx43 (90.5% identity), and chicken Cx43 (81.9% identity). Goldfish Cx43 is similar to the Cx family in its general features, and all the typical Cx consensus sequences are also found. Moreover, significantly increased Cx43 transcrpts were observed in mature goldfish (GSI; 18.3-21.7) pituitary and ovary when compared with immature goldfish (GSI; 4.9-6.0). Cx43 transeripts were weakly detectrd in both liver and kidney of immature and mature goldfish. There is possible that Cx43 nctivity was relation to oocyte maturation in the goldfish.

As the genome of B. mori is available in GenBank and the EST database of B. mori is expanding, identification of novel genes of B. mori was conceivable by datamining techniques and bioinformatics tools. In this study, we used the in silico cloning method to get the 6-Phosphogluconolactonase (6PGL) gene of B. mori and analysed with bioinformatics tools. The result was confirmed by RT-PCR and prokaryotic expression. The 6PGL cDNA comtains a 702 bp ORF. The deduced protein has 233 amino acid residues, with the predicted molecular weight of 25946. 72 Da, isoelectric point of 5.41, and contains conserved NagB domains. This gene has been registered in GenBank under the accession number EF198104.
