  • 위성항법 보강시스템은 항법위성인 GPS 제공 항법신호를 수신 처리하여 각종 오차 성분을 제거시킴으로써 산출된 위치정확도, 시스템 가용도 및 제공신호에 대한 무결성 등이 향상됨에 따라 항공분야, 해양분야 및 차량내비 등 육상분야에서 요구하는 위치정확도뿐만 아니라 보강 및 무결정정보 등을 특정 성능 요구를 만족시킬 수 있도록 제공하는 시스템이다. GPS 신호에 대한 오차를 보강한 메시지를 활용하는 매체를 무엇을 활용하는지에 따라 구분할 수 있는데 위성을 이용하면 위성기반 보강시스템(Satellite Based Augmentation System: SBAS), 지상망을 이용하면 지상기반 보강시스템(Ground Based Augmentation System: GBAS), 비행기를 이용하면 항공기반보강시스템(Aircraft-Based Augmentation System: ABAS)으로 일컫는다. 본고에서는 위성항법 보강시스템의 현황과 그 관련 기술에 대하여 기술하고 한다.

Preliminary Study of Ionosphere for Global Navigation Satellite Systems (위성항법시스템 적용을 위한 전리층 기본 연구)

  • Ionospheric signal delay is a critical factor for precision differential GNSS(Global Navigation Satellite Systems) applications such as GBAS(Ground-Based Augmentation System) and SBAS (Satellite-Based Augmentation System). Most concern is the impact of the ionospheric storm caused by the interaction between Solar and geomagnetic activities. After brief description of the ionosphere and ionospheric storm, ionospheric models for SBAS are discussed. History of recent ionospheric storms is reviewed and their impact on GNSS is discussed. In order to support Korean GNSS augmentation system development, a preliminary study on the regional ionosphere performed. A software tool for computing regional ionospheric maps is being developed, and initial results during a recent storm period is analyzed.

Quality Monitoring Comparison of Global Positioning System and BeiDou System Received from Global Navigation Satellite System Receiver

  • In this study, we implemented the data quality monitoring algorithm which is the previous step for real-time Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) correction generation and compared Global Positioning System (GPS) and BeiDou System (BDS). Signal Quality Monitoring (SQM), Data QM, and Measurement QM (MQM) that are well known in Ground Based Augmentation System (GBAS) were used for quality monitoring. SQM and Carrier Acceleration Ramp Step Test (CARST) of MQM result were divided by satellite elevation angle and analyzed. The data which are judged as abnormal are removed and presented as Root Mean Square (RMS), standard deviation, average, maximum, and minimum value.

  • The purpose of this study is to observe the change in gamma-band cortical activities (GBAs) due to task difficulty. Event-related potential and gamma-band activity were investigated using electroencephalograms recorded during auditory oddball tasks with two difficulty levels. For more difficult task, the amplitude of P300 decreased and the peak latency of P300 was delayed significantly compared to easier task. The induced GBA decreased considerably during the P300 latency period and the peak latency of the induced GBA was delayed for more difficult task. The results imply that the difficulty-related change in cortical information processing may be implemented as a change in the strength of local neuronal association.

  • Recently a system is being required to replace ILS due to increasing air traffic. In this paper, Curved approach is applied to an airport where ILS approach cannot be applied due to its geographical condition and restricted aerospace condition, and verified by flight test. After analysing conditions of Tae-an airfield of Hanseo University with virtual ILS approach, airfield applicability was evaluated by Curved approach using by GPS. Normally simulation is performed after establishing approach procedure using electric map, but recently verification is being performed by flight test without simulation because accuracy and reliability are increased. In this paper, established procedure is verified modified by flight test with Pilot Test and Auto Pilot test and controllability and passenger's stability were also checked.

  • We analyze fault detection algorithm of ephemeris included in navigation message, which is one of the GNSS risk factors. This algorithm uses carrier-phase measurement and baseline vector of two reference stations and is alternative method for uncertainty condition of previous ephemeris. Even though same ephemeris fault is occurred, the geometry condition, between baseline vector of reference stations and satellites, effects on performance of algorithm. Also, we introduce the suitable geometry of reference stations, threshold and performance index (MDE : Minimum Detectable Error) in jeju international airport.

  • In this paper, we proposed a algorithm and an operation boundary for fault detection of a onboard GNSS receiver. After aircraft exchange corrections computed by an aircraft receiver, a faulty aircraft receiver is detected by checking consistency of correction. For this purpose, PRC residual is used as the test statistic for fault detection of the onboard GNSS receiver. And operation boundaries are set by using DGPS position error increase with respect to the distance from a reference station. If the fault detection is performed by using aircraft only in operation boundary, the more accurate fault detection can be possible.

  • Collapses of cutting area have frequently occurred due to heavy rainfall caused by the recent unusual weather patterns. Collapses of cutting area have the most crucial influence on the damaged property and casualties. Therefore, formulating and preparing an effective measures and control system is urgent. For this reason, in this study, we researched formation investigation method of location-based cutting area for an efficient management of cutting area. We conducted comparative and analytic research on the hand GPS method and DGPS method which is GPS augmentation system, using SBAS signals. The results of the research showed that there was difficult in discerning the accurate shape of cutting area when the existing method was used; however, the detecting the shape of four sides and accurate location was possible when DGPS was used. Consequently, it is possible to establish a preventive measures for cutting area, which considers the condition of the surrounding environment of cutting area because the polygon based management of incision cliff is attainable, apart from the existing control point based approach.

국내 공항 주변환경에서의 전리층 폭풍이 항공용 지역위성항법 보강시스템에 미치는 영향 및 비행 시험을 통한 Code-Carrier Divergence Test 결과 분석

  • 항공용 지역위성항법 보강시스템(Ground Based Augmentation System, GBAS)은 지상에서 위성항법시스템에 대한 위치보정정보와 무결성 정보를 생성 및 제공하여 공항 주변 항공기의 정밀 이착륙을 돕는 지상기반의 시스템이다. 이 시스템은 기본적으로 위성항법신호를 사용하기 때문에 전리층 영향을 받게 되는데 특히 전리층 폭풍(Ionospheric storm)의 경우 공간적으로 급격한 위치오차 차이를 발생시키기 때문에 안정적인 항공기의 정밀이착륙을 위해서는 전리층 폭풍의 영향을 최소화 하는 것이 중요하다. 이를 위하여 현재 항공용 지역위성항법 보강시스템의 지상시스템(Ground Facility)과 항공기 탑재시스템에서의 전리층 폭풍에 대한 정확한 감시와 전리층 폭풍의 지배적 영향을 받는 위상항법신호를 제거하거나 보완하는 방식 등 전리층 폭풍의 영향을 최소화하기 위한 기법들이 계속해서 연구 중이다. 이 논문에서는 2001년과 2003년 미국에서 발생한 전리층 폭풍에 대한 위성항법데이터 분석 결과와 기존의 연구결과를 기반으로 전리층 폭풍에 대한 모델링과 지상시스템과 항공기 간의 공간적 상이현상(Spacial decorrelation)을 고려하여 전리층 폭풍이 항공기 이착륙에 미치는 영향에 대한 분석 결과를 제시한다. 전리층 폭풍에 대한 수학적 모델링을 하기 위해서는 전리층 폭풍의 물리적 특성에 대한 이해와 전리층 폭풍 발생 시 획득한 위성항법 데이터를 이용한 통계학적 분석이 선행되며 이러한 분석결과와 항공기 이착륙에 절차를 반영하여 항공기에 미치는 영향 분석을 위한 수학적 모델을 완성하였다. 완성된 모델을 국내 공항에서 실제 비행시험을 통하여 획득한 위성항법데이터에 적용하여 전리층 폭풍이 국내 공항에서 항공기 이착륙에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 분석하였다. 또한, 대표적 전리층 폭풍 감지기법 중 하나인 Code-Carrier Divergence Test 알고리즘을 적용한 결과도 함께 제시하였다. 이 논문의 결과는 항공용 지역위성항법 보강시스템에 대한 전리층 폭풍의 영향을 최소화하기 위한 기법 연구의 기반이 되며 시스템의 성능평가를 위한 다양한 시뮬레이션환경의 하나로서도 활용이 가능할 것이다.

Study on the Validation of the Korean Version of Grindler Body Attitude Scale (한국판 신체태도 척도 개발 및 타당화 연구)

  • This study, the Grindler Body Attitude Sale developed by Grindler(1991) was adopted and validation to the Korean culture. 3-factors and 25 Items were constructed through item content analysis and exploratory factor analysis. and 3 factors named through the characteristic context are 'Awareness of the Body attitude', 'evaluation of the Body attitude', and 'management of the body attitude'. The result of confirmatory factor analysis showed that the fit of the 3 factor model was good. Korean version body attitude scale was positively relate to Body esteem, Concise Measure of Subjective Well-Being and Body Cathexis Scale. and negatively related Stress response scale. At the end, limitation and suggestions for the future research were discussed.
