본 연구는 도시지역의 내수침수 특성을 고려한 내수침수위험도 산정방법을 제시하였다. 의사결정과정에서 발생할 수 있는 불확실성을 정량적으로 반영하기 위하여 Fuzzy AHP 기법을 활용하였다. 내수침수 위험도의 평가기준으로는 물리적 지표, 사회적 지표, 그리고 내수침수 시나리오 결과 등 세 가지로 구성하였다. 각각의 평가기준은 3개의 세부평가항목을 가지고 있어 총 9가지의 평가항목을 바탕으로 내수침수 위험도 분석을 수행하였다. 또한, 행정구역 단위가 아닌 배수시스템의 노드(맨홀)를 기준으로 침수위험도를 분석하여 침수위험도가 높은 지점을 상세하게 표현할 수 있었다. 본 연구의 대상지역인 부산시 거제지구에 Fuzzy AHP 기법을 적용한 결과, 온천천 거제천 합류부 저지대의 침수위험도가 크게 나타났으며, 이는 과거 피해이력과 일치하는 것이다. Fuzzy AHP 기법을 적용한 본 연구결과는 내수침수 위험도 산정 및 고위험도 지역의 내수침수 저감계획 수립을 위한 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

Nowadays, quality affects product or service performance and customer loyalty in the competitive business' environment. This is truly important when it comes to how the customer interprets the service's satisfaction and the judgment of the purchase process as a whole, in view of the fact that service quality is an abstract and elusive construction due to the three characteristics of services: intangibility, heterogeneity, and inseparability of output and consumption. The main purpose of this paper is to determine the hotel service quality using the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP) and SERVQUAL method. In this study, a five-star hotel's real case is considered in evaluating the service quality criteria. The results revealed that Tangibles and Assurance are the most critical service quality criteria in the hotel industry. Accurate records, service consistency, Necessary arrangements for disabled people, Service flexibility to guests' demands, and Providing the services at the time it promises are the most influencing sub-criteria of service quality. These findings indicate that hotels should concentrate on sequentially and organized priority factors to enhance service quality. This method of service quality assessment may also aid in distinguishing between hotels. Finally, as a future direction, more additional parameters can be used as a potential guide in our proposed model for the dynamic decision-making approach.

웹의 등장은 전통적인 정보검색을 비롯하여 지식관리와 일반 상거래 등 사회 전 분야의 급격한 변혁을 초래하였다. 그러나 검색엔진은 일반적으로 관련된 계산함수에 의해 순서화된 URL의 방대한 목록을 제공하지만, 관련 없는 정보의 필터링이나 사용자가 필요로 하는 정보의 검색에 많은 시간이 소요된다. 본 논문에서는 웹상의 효율적인 문서검색을 위해서 영역 코퍼스 정보를 바탕으로 확장된 퍼지 계층화 의사결정법(Extended Fuzzy AHP Method : EFAM)과 유사도 기법(SImilarity Technology : SIT)을 결합하고, 감성기준을 고려한 EFASIT(Extended Fuzzy AHP and SImilarity Technology)모델을 제안한다. 제안한 감성기준을 고려한 EFASIT 모델은 다양한 의사결정자들의 퍼지지식의 통합으로 좀 더 명확한 규칙을 생성할 수 있고 의사결정을 하는데 도움을 준다는 것을 실험을 통하여 확인한다.

본 연구는 코로나19 이후의 상황에서 포항 영일만항 및 배후지역 활성화 방안을 모색하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 적절한 전략을 찾기 위해 SWOT 분석과 결합된 Fuzzy-AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) 분석을 전략적 우선순위 도출을 위해 적용하였다. SWOT 요인 중 약점 점과 위협 요인이 포항 영일만항 및 배후지역의 활성화에 미치는 영향이 큰 것으로 나타났다. 보다 세부적으로는 인프라 부족(W), 인접항만(T), 해상 네트워크 부족(W), 낮은 서비스 수준(W), 남북관계(T) 순으로 전략적 우선순위가 도출되었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 포항 영일만항의 핵심 취약점과 위협을 극복하기 위한 몇 가지 전략이 제시되었다. 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 항만을 계획하는 국가에게 포항 영일만항이 처한 외부환경 및 산업요인의 중요도를 제시함으로써 보다 세련된 항만정책을 계획할 수 있는 단초를 제공할 수 있을 것이다. 또한, 공급이 수요를 창출할 것이란 사고에서 벗어나서 항만이 차별화를 통해 경쟁적 우위를 가질 수 있는 환경을 만들어 나갈 필요성을 강조한다.

This paper aims to investigate the factors affecting the quality of rural labor in Vietnam, a case study in Thai Nguyen province. For this purpose, we establish an integrated framework of factors affecting the quality of rural labor. We use Fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (Fuzzy-AHP) to assess the weight of the criteria and sub-criteria of rural labor quality. This method introduced by Saaty (1987) is a useful tool to cope with the complexity of decision-making. The Fuzzy-AHP is one of the most common Multi-Criteria Decision-Making instruments for dealing with quantifiable and intangible criteria, which reflect the relative importance of the alternatives based on constructing a pairwise comparison matrix. The results show that the four most weighted factors are institutions, local government policies, technical qualifications, and mentality. In particular, the weight of the institution is the largest (0.2343), meaning that this factor is the most important one affecting the quality of rural labor in Thai Nguyen province. The weight of local government policy is close to that of institution, about 0.2259. The weights of technical qualification and mentality are 0.1238 and 0.1135, respectively. In addition, age and education levels do not significantly affect the rural labor quality of Thai Nguyen province.

현재 중소기업의 기술혁신을 촉진하기 위해 일정 비율 이상을 중소기업에 의무적으로 지원하도록 제도화하고 있다. 이에 따라 매년 3조원 이상의 정부 예산이 투입되는 중소기업 R&D 사업의 성공 가능성 여부를 판단하기 위하여 전문가의 기술적인 평가를 통해 해당 기술의 기술적 난이도에 대한 상용화 및 성공 가능성을 면밀히 검토하게 된다. 이를 검토하기 위한 방법으로 AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) 기법은 평가 항목에 대한 평가 기준을 객관적으로 판단할 수 없었으며, 해당 평가 기준이 모호성 및 불확실성이 내포되어 있어 중소기업 R&D 사업의 전문성 및 공정성을 확보할 수 없었다. 본 연구에서는 중소기업 R&D 사업의 성공 가능성을 판단할 수 있도록 평가 항목에 대한 가중치를 객관적으로 제시할 수 있는 Fuzzy-AHP 기반 중소기업 R&D 평가 시스템을 제안하였다. 삼각 퍼지 수를 이용하여 해당평가 기준을 구간 값으로 적용하여 객관화하였으며, 중소기업 기술개발 지원사업 관리지침에 따른 가중치를 배정하여 실제 평가에 반영될 수 있도록 이를 적용하였다. 본 연구를 통해 새로운 사업에 대한 전문가를 위촉하였을 때 위의 평가항목의 배점 가중치를 재반영할 수 있으며, 이를 이용하여 중소기업 R&D 사업의 전문성 및 공정성을 확보할 수 있을 것이다.

With the development of the economy, people's utilization of underground space are also improved, and a large number of cities have begun to build subways to relieve traffic pressure. The choice of subway station construction method is crucial. If an inappropriate construction method is selected, it will not only waste costs but also cause excessive deformation that may also threaten construction safety. In this paper, a subway station construction scheme selects model based on the AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. The rationality of the model is verified using numerical simulation and monitoring measurement data. Firstly, considering the economy and safety, a comprehensive evaluation system is established by selecting several indicators. Then, the analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the weight of the evaluation index, and the dimensionless membership in the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of the construction method. Finally, the method is applied to Liaoyang east road station of Qingdao metro Line 2, and the results are verified by numerical simulation and monitoring measurement data. The results show that the model is scientific, practical and applicable.

이 논문은 인간의 주관적인 판단에 의한 의식구조문제를 취급한다. 의식구조를모델링하는 방법으로 퍼지구조 모델링법이 있으나, 이 방법은 인간의 주관적인 판단의 일대비교의 회수가 많고, 판단에 대한 전도라고 할 수 있는 정합성을 체크하기 어렵다. 이러한 점들을 개선하기 위한 방법으로서 AHP에서의 일대비교행렬의 개념을 이용한 행렬에 의한 퍼지구조모델링법으로서 의식을 구조화한다. 이 방법의 유효성은 품질시스템구축에 대한 의식 구조그래프에 의하여 보이고자 한다.

The traditional AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) is to evaluate subjectively the alternatives in the view point of each of criteria and has been widely used at the fields of real world application. The AHP has some drawbacks that makes it difficult to keep the consistency of decision makers' input and take too long to get accurate results because of requiring lots of pairwise comparison between criteria and alternatives. This research is to propose and develop a Hybrid-AHP system for complementing the critical points of traditional AHP methodologies. This system gets the quantitative information as well as qualitative inputs as the comparative ones between criteria and alternatives. We use the input as various type of information such as quantitative values, 9-scale ratings, and fuzzy-based inputs. Finally, we applied the system to the case of choosing strategic industries. The case study have shown the use of various input methods saves processing time, and reduces the input burden of users.

Amazon.com의 Kindle의 성공과 더불어 국내에도 전자책 및 전자책 단말기에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 퍼지 계층적 의사결정 기법과 컨조인트 분석을 활용하여 국내 전자책 이용 그룹의 요구수준을 분석하고자 한다. 우선 퍼지 계층적 의사결정기법을 활용하여 전자책 전문가를 대상으로 전자책 전용 단말기 구매에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 주요요인을 선별해 낸다. 다음으로 전자책 이용그룹을 대상으로 주요요인별 요구수준을 파악하기 위해 컨조인트 분석을 수행한다. 끝으로 연구의 의의와 한계, 향후 연구방향을 함께 제시한다.
