This study was carried out to predict the future technology on the prevention and reclamation of mining induced subsidences in Korea. We summarized the technical improvement of ground surveys and investigation, ground stability assessment, ground reinforcement, ground monitoring system and so on. It is essential to improve the technology that we try to collect and review all the data that is implemented on the site of mined area in Korea and collaborate all the members of public and private business sectors. We, also, try to expand our business area to related industry such as tunnelling, civil infrastructure, underground environmental assessment etc, and continue to develop oversea's market.

This paper proposes a method to minimize the target's direction detection error using RADAR. The radar system cannot accurately detect the target direction due to the phase error of he received signal. The proposed method of this study obtains a phase by applying an root mean square to each antenna incident signal, and reduces the phase error by using an optimal signal to noise ratio. In the simulation result, the probability of detecting the target direction is the best when the antenna spacing is half wavelength. The conventional method of direction detection probability 10-1.7 and the proposed method is 10-3.3. The target detection direction of the existing method represents [-8°,8°] with an error of 2 degrees. The target detection direction of the proposed method is shown in [-10°,10°], and all target directions are accurately detected. In the future, There is need for a method to reduce the phase error even though the resolution decrease.

The aim of this study was to investigate the difficulties that Korean farmers and processors currently experience with respect to the market for Korean native chicken (KNC). This study also provides suggestions by which they can overcome these difficulties. In all, sixty-nine farmers and sixty-two processors participated in our investigation, which addressed 1) the current difficulties that KNC farmers face, 2) the current importance-satisfaction measures among KNC farmers and processors, and 3) the future direction of the KNC market: farmer and processor opinions. The respondents stated that the limited number of sales stores was the most difficult market condition they faced in raising KNC, followed by feed cost, animal disease, and poor production environment. Regarding issues of importance and satisfaction, origin in raising step and slaughtering in the processing and distribution step were considered the areas most in urgent need of improvement, given farmers' and processors' high levels of dissatisfaction with these. Both the free-range farming system and the concept of animal welfare are growing in importance, given consumers' interests in these areas. As to opinions on the direction of KNC development, menu development was cited as most important, followed by public advertisement, accessibilities, business aid, and breed development. Consequently, the results show that well-organized support from both the government and related industries is needed, as chicken farmers and processors cannot resolve certain limitations inherent in the KNC industry on their own.

This study aims at proposing a direction of improving the efficiency in Korean information technology(IT) industry. In the face of re-engineering which has been done in most industries, it is very important to assess the validity of their restructuring or M&A based on the future efficiency. At first, by using the DEA/WINDOW, we will evaluate how the 30 firms are efficient for outputting their performance with respect to the profit realization and market ability. Then, in order to propose the direction of the efficiency improvement and suitable restructuring strategy, we will clarify how the efficiency of IT firms depends on their firm size. Finally, we will analyze their 'economy of scale' and also reveal how their economy of scale depends on the firm size based on return-to-scale(RTS).

As the construction technology is rapidly advancing internationally, the necessity of virtual construction technology development is drastically demanded in the construction industry together with a fusion technology with information technology(IT). The construction technology will be changed as the paradigm of construction technology in the future. The establishment of building structural system in the virtual construction basis is necessary for the integration of construction process, and it will be expected to produce the effect of reduction of construction period and quality improvement through the environment of integration. This study is to present the analysis of the existing process of structural design, the content of research & development as per the building structural system on virtual construction basis and the direction of research.

There is a growing interest on and expansion of rights of people with disabilities. Among them, people with visual impairment show high adaptation to environments in comparison to people with other types of disabilities, thus a large percentage of them live in their own houses rather than residing in a care facility. According to the housing status of people with visual impairment, the ratio of their residence in rural areas is high. In rural areas people who have disabilities often live in poor residential environments, requiring much improvement. However, such improvement is too costly for them to pay, and home modification that does not fully consider the user, may cause less efficiency and another dangerous situation to people with disabilities. The purpose of this study is to delineate empirical lessons for direction of customized home modification for people with disabilities through analysis of process of home modification including the execution as a intervention. This study used qualitative method to examine and analyzed the entire customized home modification process. The conclusion of this study is as follows. First, home modification measures should be derived considering the suitability of the target building for the specific condition of residents. Second, discussions with various stakeholders from the early stage during which proper home modification measure is searched are essential for realizing appropriate customized home modification. This study has significance in that it provides the direction for customized home modification for people with disabilities as well as empirical data that could reduce trials and errors in the future.

This study aims to suggest the improvement strategy of law-system for rural landscape planning. The results are as follows. First, for the establishment of the rural and fishing village landscape planning, it is necessary to change the concept of the scene into Landscape to watch from Landscape to feel from now on. Second, it is necessary to establish a rural and fishing village landscape planning of the local unit to manage the rural and fishing village landscape systematically. In addition, it is necessary to cooperate with the Scenic Conservation Act in contents of the basic planning when we perform rural and fishing village development business. Third, it is necessary to make an extra landscape management planning to consider local landscape resources to develop a rural and fishing village. Finally, with an improvement direction of the plan establishment, the action to practice and management in the future is necessary. This method may do wider public information with establishing the management mechanism of the rural and fishing village landscape.

The National Library of Korea is the nation's representative library, serving as a repository of knowledge and cultural heritage, and as a service center for the distribution / management, and provision of national knowledge and information. Recently, the library has been increasingly urged to respond to changes in the environment surrounding the libraries. It is time for National Library of Korea to consider the future directions and improvements of library services. This study is aimed at providing future directions and policies regarding library services. Analysis on library services in national libraries: This study analyzed the current state of the services of NLK, the current states of the services of major national libraries, and stakeholder analysis. It is expected that the service direction for NLK can be a cornerstone of the service directions for other libraries.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the need for smart home service based on the lifestyle of a rapidly growing single household. When we compare the need and the arbitrary service according to the pattern of the lifestyle of the consumer, we try to analyze whether there is an effect on the future use. In the questionnaire survey of 1 person, 8 questions were selected such as food, state, line, leisure, communication, consumption, mobile life, Single household characterization question should be added so that concrete measures can be presented to future services. Competitive smart home services will be presented by examining the lifestyle of the 20th and 30th generation of single households, It is intended to be used as basic data on the direction of development of smart home service of the rapidly increasing single person households, and it is aimed to be a direction of improvement and development direction of the existing plan.

In this paper, we analyze the quality status of Health and Welfare division's standardized log and asses the characteristics of the institutions' logs analysis to establish the criteria to minimize hazards and control the quality of log's institutional details to limit extraction. As a result, extraction condition's proposed development direction to adequately assess and control health and welfare abuses privacy control target log. This improvement over the status and quality of information shared with relation to institutional work of the log quality characteristics is made possible. In addition, quality control and inspection standards were prepared in accordance with the institutional log characteristics. Future research will include performing continuous analysis and improvement activities on the quality of logs with integrated control of sharing personal information and distributing information about logs' quality to proactively target organ. Therefore, we expect that correcting proactive personal information misuse and leakage is possible to achieve.
