The purpose of this study is to develop community design evaluation factors for sustainable urban regeneration and to suggest considerations for sustainable community design by analyzing excellent community design cases. Through literature review, previous studies on the concept and core items of sustainable urban regeneration, and the concept and components of community design were considered. In addition, evaluation indicators for sustainable community design were developed in the socio-economic, physical, environmental, historical and cultural dimensions through the analysis of the linkage with the evaluation factors of community design through the analysis of previous studies. The evaluation index consists of 3 evaluation items and 9 items including social performance and participation at the social level, economic feasibility at the economic level, environmental characteristics at the physical and environmental level, accessibility, contextuality, locality at the historical and cultural level, identity, and artistry. Includes dog evaluation factors. Reliability and effectiveness are secured through the developed evaluation index and detailed description and expert verification. Exploratory factor analysis and expert interviews were conducted through the survey, and as a result of the analysis, the stability and Cronbach'α coefficients were verified, and the validity of the community design evaluation index considering sustainable urban regeneration was recognized through expert interview. The results of this study are considered meaningful in that they can provide basic data for the improvement of community design for sustainable urban regeneration in the future.
The purpose of this study was to compare with qualitative research articles on the grandparents' parenting experiences of grandchildren between those with primary responsibility and those with partial responsibility in Korean Journals since 2000. For the purpose of the study, this study analyzed research of 43 qualitative research articles(19 grandfamilies, 24 custodial grandparents), with respect to their objectives, basic annual trends, methodology, subject, category of content. The major findings are as follows. Firstly, the annual number of articles of grandfamilies are on an decreasing trend, while those of custodial grandparents are on an increasing trend. Secondly, the phenomenology and interview are frequently used in research of the two types of family. Thirdly, 6~10 participants were the most frequent number of participation in all of the family. However, demographics, caring circumstances, physical circumstances were significantly different in two types of family. Fourthly, caring categories of contents(the meaning, positive factor, conflict factor and resolution of conflicts) were also similar, while these were significant diffent in specific psychological experiences in all of the family. Based on the findings of this comparative study, suggestions for pratical services and implication for future study were proposed.
The purpose of this study was to examine the validity and reliability of the Playfulness Scale for Adults. The Korean version of the Playfulness Scale for adults was developed by Proyer, R.T (2017) to measure the playfulness of adults. To validate the OLIW in Korean, item translation, back-translation, item analysis, and exploratory factor analysis (EFA) were conducted with 406 adults in study 1. Of the results obtained from study1, three items and one factor (7 items) were discarded because they turned out to be improper. In addition, 4 factors that were not the same as the original scale were extracted. This was checked by conducting confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) with 336 adults in study 2. CFA supported the 4 factors structure and all 4 factors showed adequate internal consistency. To check the concurrent validity of the Korean adults playfulness scale, correlation analysis with the APS, SMAP, PSYA, and NEO Personality Assessment was conducted. It showed significant positive correlation to APS, SMAP, PSYA, and showed the similar patterns of correlation with the sub factors of NEO Personality Assessment. Adult playfulness is related to the participation frequency of leisure. In conclusion, the Korean version of the playfulness scale for adults is a valid measure of playfulness for adults in Korea. The implications, practical use and suggestions for future study were discussed.
This study was conducted to examine the remuneration curriculum of vocational ability development training teachers and instructors and to examine ways to apply micro credentials. To this end, the current status of the remuneration curriculum of vocational ability development training instructors and instructors at K University's Competency Education Development Institute, the characteristics of micro credentials, and the possibility of linking the remuneration curriculum to micro credentials are as follows. After participating in the Second Boer War in 1899, the Australian Army participated in world wars such as World War I, World War II, the Korean War, and the Vietnam War. To overcome the decline in the social recognition of soldiers and the continuous shortage of troops caused by the protracted war, the status and role of female personnel were expanded. The use of female manpower, which started as medical support during the Second Boer War, expanded to combat support missions such as communications, maintenance, driving, secret document management, and radar surveillance during World War II. After the Vietnam War, the Chiefs of Staff of the Australian Army, Navy and Air Force established a committee to expand women's participation in the military, improved service conditions for female personnel and supplemented regulations so that they were treated as soldiers, not women, and reached a turning point in expanding the role of female personnel in the Australian military. As a result, all combat positions, including special forces, were opened to women in 2014, and a plan was established to increase the proportion of women in each service by 2030. As a result, all combat positions, including special forces, were opened to women in 2014, and the Australian Armed Forces set a plan to increase the proportion of women by 2030. Like the Australian military, South Korea is also experiencing a demographic cliff and shortage of troops due to the continuing low birthrate problem. Through the history and current state of the use of female personnel in the Australian military, we would like to draw implications for the direction our military should go.

The adoption of smart factories and smart manufacturing as strategies to enhance competitiveness and stimulate growth in the manufacturing sector is vital for a country's future competitiveness and industrial transformation. The government has consistently pursued smart manufacturing innovation policies starting with the Manufacturing Innovation 3.0 strategy in the Ministry of Industry. This study aims to identify policy areas for smart factories and smart manufacturing based on technical standards. Analyzing policy areas at the current stage where the establishment and support of domestic standards aligning with international technical standards are required is crucial. By prioritizing smart manufacturing process areas within the industry, policymakers can make well-informed decisions to advance smart manufacturing without blindly following international standardization in already well-established areas. To achieve this, the study utilizes a hierarchical analysis method including expert interviews and importance-performance analysis for the five major process areas. The findings underscore the importance of proactive participation in standardization for emerging technologies, such as data and security, instead of solely focusing on areas with extensive international standardization. Additionally, policymakers need to consider carbon emissions, energy costs, and global environmental challenges to address international trends in export and digital trade effectively.
This study aims to analyze the usage behavior of e-government service users based on the e-government maturity model and provide suggestions for advancement of the e-government services. The changes in Korea's e-government services were analyzed as follows; 1) Proportion of use of e-government services in Korean public services, 2) E-government service types/stages use, 3) Service use by platform 4) User response to e-government service 5) Users' requests for future e-government service usage methods. For the analysis, this study used data from Korea's 2012-2020 e-government usage behavior survey data. As a result of the analysis, first, the proportion of e-government service has been continuously increasing, and second, the use of the e-participation stage is relatively low compared to the presenting information, interaction, and transaction stages. Third, by platform, e-government service has been expanded to various access platforms such as mobile, kiosk, and SNS centering on the web. Fourth, users' satisfaction with e-government service is very high. However, to vitalize e-government services, users requested improvements such as providing one-stop integrated services and simplifying authentication procedures. Based on the analysis results, this study 1) reflects the user's point of view in the maturity model of e-government, 2) considers access to various platforms according to the development of digital technology, 3) improves the e-government maturity model through data-based analysis such as user usage behavior suggested the need.

In this study, we propose an automatic classification model for quantitative multidimensional analysis based on facet theory to understand public opinions and demands on major issues through big data analysis. Civil complaints, as a form of public feedback, are generated by various individuals on multiple topics repeatedly and continuously in real-time, which can be challenging for officials to read and analyze efficiently. Specifically, our research introduces a new classification framework that utilizes facet theory and political analysis models to analyze the characteristics of citizen complaints and apply them to the policy-making process. Furthermore, to reduce administrative tasks related to complaint analysis and processing and to facilitate citizen policy participation, we employ deep learning to automatically extract and classify attributes based on the facet analysis framework. The results of this study are expected to provide important insights into understanding and analyzing the characteristics of big data related to citizen complaints, which can pave the way for future research in various fields beyond the public sector, such as education, industry, and healthcare, for quantifying unstructured data and utilizing multidimensional analysis. In practical terms, improving the processing system for large-scale electronic complaints and automation through deep learning can enhance the efficiency and responsiveness of complaint handling, and this approach can also be applied to text data processing in other fields.

The deep tunnel in urban area is a future-oriented construction plan that allows the above-ground space to be used as an eco-friendly park and transportation infrastructure to be constructed in the underground space. However, tunnel construction is often depicted as to cause ground collapse in some media and movies. In fact, while the construction of a deep tunnel in the urban area is underway, the project face with difficulties due to opposition complaints from residents near the route. In this study, we sought to identify perceptions on deep space development and citizen concerns through a public opinion survey regarding deep tunnels. By analyzing laws relevant with the promotion of deep tunnel construction, we reviewed the possibility of public engagement at each stage of the construction and investigated separated surface rights related to compensation for underground space. Through the results of the public opinion survey, it was identified that the concerns of citizens were problems that current technology could solve. Citizen's concerns were improved into a system that confirmed the stability of tunnel construction through public participation, and improvement measures were presented to encourage cooperation from those concerned regarding the establishment of divided superficies.
