The act of design in landscape architecture consists of a concept within a designer's mind, technical representations, and finally, a process of construction. In the 4th Industrial Revolution, the design process is facing many changes due to the rapid development of computer technology and the IT ecosystem. Computer technology was initially developed for simple functions, such as mathematical calculation and graphic representation. However, after the spread of Personal Computers, starting with IBM and Macintosh, programming languages and hardware rapidly developed, algorithms and applications became specialized, and the purpose of using computers became very diverse. This study diagnoses issues concerning the functions and roles that new design methods, such as computational design, parametric design, and algorithmic design, can play in landscape architecture based on changes in the digital society. The study focused on the design methodology using parametric technology, which has recently received the most attention. First, the basis for discussion was developed by examining the main concepts and characteristics of parametric design in modern landscape architecture. Prior research on the use of parametric design in landscape architecture was analyzed, as were the case studies conducted by landscape design firms. As a result, it was confirmed that parametric design has not been sufficiently discussed in terms of the number and diversity of studies compared to other techniques investigated by landscape design firms. Finally, based on the discussion, the study examined specific cases and future possibilities of the parametric design in landscape architecture.
As the low fertility intensifies in Korea, this study investigated fundamental differences between the government's low fertility policy and public perception of it. To this end, we selected four times 'Aging Society and Population Policy' documents and news comments for two weeks immediately after announcement of the third and fourth Policy as analysis targets. Then we conducted word frequency analysis, co-occurrence analysis and CONCOR analysis. As a result of analyses, first, direct childcare support during the first and second periods, and a social structural approach during third and fourth periods were noticeable. Second, it was revealed that both policies and comments aim for the work-family compatibility in 'parenting'. Lastly it was showed public interest in environment of raising children and the critical mind to effectiveness of the policy. This study is meaningful in that it confirmed the public perception using big data analysis, and it will help improve the direction for the future low fertility policy.
The purpose of this study was to develop curriculum framework for entrepreneurship development for adolescents. In order to achieve this goal, we studied and developed entrepreneurship semantics, entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurship education contents. This study was developed through Delphi survey. The results of this study were as follows. First, the meaning of entrepreneurship is Innovative mind-set to create true value by experience into life in order to pursue 'self full-filling life' as the organizer of life. Second, the nature of entrepreneurship education for youth is that entrepreneurship education aims to find and solve new problems through self-management to young people who will lead the future, and to create dynamic challenges and creative changes to create innovative values. Leadership skills, challenging spirit, and ability to solve practical problems'. Third, we developed a general goal for youth and elementary, middle and high school goal for entrepreneurship education. Fourth, as a domain of entrepreneurship education, we have developed 'core discovery', 'entrepreneurial skills', 'becoming an entrepreneur' and developed key themes. Based on the results of this study, we developed a systematic entrepreneurship education linkage and educational condition creation for young people outside schools; entrepreneurship program application and educational condition development according to the operation of the free-learning semester system; the strengthening of business start-up support for youth in late adolescence, the establishment of measures to utilize related institutions in local communities and others.
In this paper, local public archives is referred to the public archives of provincial governments and metropolitan city governments as defined in the public Records Management Act. Under the Act, as professional archives, the local public archives preserves records designated as permanent preservation which the local government and its sub-agencies created or received to conduct public business. The Act also allows local public archives to establish an appropriate basic plan to manage its holdings as well as to oversight its sub-agencies. The Act stipulates that the local public archives are to be established in all provinces and metropolitan cities. The local public archives shall preserve archival heritage safely and utilize use of the recorded information as defined in the Article one of the Act. The local archives shall respect the principle of provenance. It is expected that the local archives shall strengthen local archival promotion campaigns which necessarily reflect unique local circumstances. However, as the Act just recommended the establishment of local public archives not to force as a mandatory procedure, it resulted in a flow of some confusions and misinterpretations. Despite the act was proclaimed two years ago, the local public archives are not yet established, not to mention that no preparatory works are on the way. To establish the local public archives effectively which meet local residents needs and demands, provincial governments and metropolitan city governments should proceed a well-prepared preparatory works plan considering the steps to transform them into the local public archives when they establish agency records centers. The first step in this process is to reach at a common consensus on the functions and roles of the local public archives which accommodates local residents needs and demands. Secondly, by analyzing the functions of archives to be established, an estimation of needed human resources, facilities, equipments, organization, budget appropriation, and local rules should be performed. Otherwise, the establishment of decent local archives is a far remote future. One of the methods to proceed this project systematically is to establish a local research institute for the local archives and cultural studies which would be put under the local university authority while consulting with local governments, local civil organizations, local historical and cultural societies. It is very undesirable to stress too much upon administrative efficiency when concerned parties discuss the functions and roles of the local public archives. They must keep in mind that when the functions to collect and use historically valuable records are active then administrative efficiency can be raised as well as accountability. Collecting and arranging historically valuable records is a short-cut way to promote accountability and develop local political culture. The local public archives is a valuable community historical center and an effective medium to facilitate historical speaking and writing among local people, something more than a simple public archives. Then our campaign for the establishment of local public archives can be a meaningful political cultural movement.
The present study is a basic study for application of Augmented Reality (AR) to verb teaching for children with language developmental disorders and is intended to examine validity for the list of verbs at the beginning of development. To confirm the validity of the verbs list, the appropriateness of the verbs was evaluated by three professors with certification of KSLP (Korean Speech-Language Pathologist) working in the department of Speech-Language Pathology at the university. The motion validity test was conducted by showing motion implemented as AR to eight master's students in Speech-Language Pathology major, having them record verbs that came to their mind, and evaluating in the conformity. The second motion validity test was conducted by using 5-point Likert scales to 87 undergraduates in Speech-Language Pathology major and having them see the motions in AR and marked the degrees to which them see the motions conform to the relevant verbs on the scales. Using the SPSS 21.0 program, descriptive statics analyses of the results were conducted. Through this all process, thirty verbs were selected as having content validity. It could be seen that when AR based communication system are applied, things and backgrounds that complement the insufficient movements of motions and help motion recognition should be also provided. In future studies, the 3D images of the AR based communication system will be complemented and the content validity will be verified with typically developing children and the children with language developmental disorders.
This paper attempted to solve the problem of contemporary youth character education through the traditional character education. For this purpose, to revaluate the educational contents of the Chosen Dynasty with current viewpoint and investigate there is what kind of meaning in current society. In other words, tried to observe about principles and methodology of youth education which based on the human being and education theory of the Confucianism. Specially analysis led about youth education theory of the Toegye and Yulgok who represents Korean studying abroad, to suggest learning model that can apply today and propose that will be able to succeed traditional education in modern ways in future. This paper reviewed that using a traditional education model for the development of youth character education as a basic task of character education program, and proposed its three kinds of components and learning model. First, Arranged character education by 10 kinds of core concept. Second, divided character education into 4 stages - recognition, reflection, application, expansion. Then suggested based on the will, emotion and mind- each of the key concept reapplied by the 4 stages.

The purpose of this study is to present the direction of the development and utilization of remote class content for infants in a future educational environment through the analysis of remote class content for childhood. The analysis targets are 148 kindergarten [play ON] contents, and the analysis results according to "easy to use," "interest," "educational," "conformity of content," and "technicality" are as follows. Except for the 'conformity of content', there was a large variation in the score of content for each sub-area. In the case of "conformity of content," almost all of them received high scores for content production by incumbent teachers. With this in mind, we have drawn the following conclusions: First, it should be produced at an appropriate speed in consideration of the induction and understanding of childhoods' participation in play in the search and progress process, and it should be possible to play according to the challenges and levels using various strategies under the theme that all childhoods can be interested in. In addition, it was found that it was necessary to select topics, edit videos, and voice support so that childhoods can participate in the process of discovery and search, supporting childhoods' imagination, curiosity, and creative experiences.
The possibility of metaverse system to be a catalyst for hyper-connected society will be dependent on the speed of connected technological development and its social utilization in the same manner as AI technology. Putting these technical realization processes in brackets, this paper focus on some philosophical-political issues in connection with cognitive-ecological changes in the future cinema which will be influenced by the complexive techno-socio couples of accelerated development of metaverse system. Generally speaking, essence of metaverse system seems to be the degree of immersion by technical accuracy, but is not true. In perspective of cognitive-ecology, flow degree of a picture or photograph is relied not on 'accuracy of representation' but on its message's contextual link-up. In this aspect, real potentiality of metaverse system shall be understood in the context of cognitive-ecological changes of human brain's multi-intelligence networking abilities(intersection of augmentation-simulation and outside-inside) which will be activated in the new structure of natural-social-technological coupling of metaverse system. These cognitive-ecological potentialities have been partially actualized in the cinematic process of tripod mimesis for the longest time, [real contradiction/conflicts (Mimesis-1) -->fictional solutions of cinema (Mimesis-2) --> selective interpretation of spectator's wish fulfillment (Mimesis-3) --> real change (Mimesis-1')]. Therefore metaverse's real potentiality must be considered to be dependent on the possibility of deepening and extending of cinematic circulation between real seperation/problems and ideal connection/solutions. This thesis investigates the meaning of a performer's energy taking into an account of the full bodily engagement as the flow of energy and/or psychophysical readiness focusing specifically on the significance of qualitative bodily transformation. In this contemporary era, the dominance of performer training and its approaches to acting/training has very frequently meant that how to play a character in a textual based approach by emphasizing on interpreting and impersonating the role as real as possible. In this sense, as a performer trainer, from my observation and research findings shows that it is common for the term energy is not to be motivated by what a performer's body needs within a specific moment in specific performance which they are working on. To address the problematic issues, this thesis begins by interrogating the practical meaning of transformation with addressing the principle and process of movement by means of the flow of energy on stage. For a performer, inhabiting/integrating his/her body and mind as oneness and/or unity means s/he sincerely encounter, confront, and therefore listen to his/her body in here and now. Because since the performer's physical appearance completely defined his/her psychological state, no one can play either the past or the future in the moment. In this manner, an appropriate use of energy synonymous with the flow of energy correspondence with the given time and space in which the performer's body informs and initiates movement as necessary action. To be precise, the performer's bodily movement either visible or invisible in a sense of training and rehearsal is perceived as attaining or achieving psychophysical involvement as the full body engagement which enable to make the event happen in the right moment. Here, this thesis argues that the significance of a performer's inner intensity reminds us of the necessity of qualitative transformation on which the performer could discover his/her own mode of awareness as well as a way his/her body function in the given circumstance. From this point of view, this research finding would advocates that the performer's body maintains in the field of energy flow where his/her conscious effort and/or mindfulness disappear. The performer's movement is a manifestation of the whole bodily engagement by means of being as real in that moment rather than representing reality.

Educational innovations are first created, improved or applied educational, didactic, educative, and managerial systems and their components that significantly improve the results of educational activities. The development of pedagogical technology in the global educational space is conventionally divided into three stages. The role of innovative technologies in Higher School practice is substantiated. Factors of effectiveness of the educational process are highlighted. Technology is defined as a phenomenon and its importance is emphasized, it is indicated that it is a component of human history, a form of expression of intelligence focused on solving important problems of being, a synthesis of the mind and human abilities. The most frequently used technologies in practice are classified. Among the priority educational innovations in higher education institutions, the following are highlighted. Introduction of modular training and a rating system for knowledge control (credit-modular system) into the educational process; distance learning system; computerization of libraries using electronic catalog programs and the creation of a fund of electronic educational and methodological materials; electronic system for managing the activities of an educational institution and the educational process. In the educational process, various innovative pedagogical methods are successfully used, the basis of which is interactivity and maximum proximity to the real professional activity of the future specialist. There are simulation technologies (game and discussion forms of organization); technology "case method" (maximum proximity to reality); video training methodology (maximum proximity to reality); computer modeling; interactive technologies; technologies of collective and group training; situational modeling technologies; technologies for working out discussion issues; project technology; Information Technologies; technologies of differentiated training; text-centric training technology and others.
