Preparing Future Specialists of Preschool Education for the Development of Conscious Citizenship and Environmental Values of Students

  • The main purpose of the study is to analyze the specifics of training future preschool education specialists for the development of conscious citizenship and environmental values of students. The methodology includes a number of theoretical methods of analysis. The importance of the issue of professional training of a specialist in a preschool institution is proved, along with an increase in the general and professional culture of a teacher, his readiness to work in alternative institutions for preschool children, it is necessary to develop creative pedagogical thinking, independence, motivational and value attitude to the profession, readiness for further self-education. Based on the results of the research, the key aspects of training future preschool education specialists for the development of conscious citizenship and environmental values of students were determined.

남녀 대학생의 가족가치관 유형에 따른 자녀출산에 대한 인식 (University Students' Perception of Childbirth according to the Types of Family Values)

  • The primary objective of this study was to classify different family values and to examine how university students' perceptions of childbirth differ according to the types of family values. The sample for this study consisted of 601 university students living in the cities of Seoul, Incheon, and the Gyeonggi province. The data were collected using structured questionnaires distributed through an online survey. Descriptive statistics including frequencies, percentages, means and standard deviation and cluster analysis, One-Way ANOVA and $X^2$ test are applied to analyze the data. The major results of this study are as follows: 1. The values of the university students regarding marriage, children, and familism were used as parameters to categorize the different types of family values on the cluster analysis. The results of the cluster analysis showed that the university students' family values could be classified into three types; "family-centered values", "individual-centered values", and "familism children-centered value". 2. The family values of the university students differed according to each student's gender, age, religion, socioeconomic status, gender-role attitude, and relationships with his or her father and or mother. 3. On average, the number of children that the students would like to have in the future is higher than the number of children that they actually plan to have. 4. The students' perceptions of family planning and low birthrate circumstances differed according to their family values. The university students categorized as having "family-centered values" planned to have the highest number of children in the future and thought that the low birthrate was a very serious issue, whereas the students with "individual-centered values" planned to have the lowest the number of children in the future. 5. To conclude the study, recommendations were made for the government to improve the low birthrate and for facilitate further research regarding this issue.

학교 환경 디자인 연구 동향 분석 - 2010년 이후 연구를 중심으로 - (Trends Analysis of Environmental Design Studies in School - Focused on studies since 2010 -)

  • Interest in the school environment design is increasing as the project to restructure school space and to become common in school through smart devices. However, no research has been presented on the current status of studies on school environmental design, and the need for analysis of recent research trends in school environmental design is required. In response, this study aims to provide basic data on school environmental design by analysing the trends of domestic studies of school environmental design since 2010 and to present the direction of research on future school environmental design. A total of 312 papers related to school architecture and spatial design are set for study in the results of academic information search on school environmental design. Based on this, frequency analysis and cross-sectional analysis are conducted based on the classification table according to the year of issue, research subject, research purpose, and research method. The statistical significance of the research subjects was secured in accordance with the year of issue and subject to study, and accordingly the key research key words were derived. It is meaningful that through this study, the current status of school environmental design research over the last 10 years can be analyzed and the direction for the future school environmental design research has been suggested.

  • 최근 전세계적 자연재해는 도시화, 산업화 및 인구 증가로 인해 대형·복합화 되고있으며,특히 기후변화로 인한 대규모 자연재해의 발생 건수가 급속도로 증가하고 있다. 따라서, 심층 분석을 통한 과거 재해에 대한 이해와 향후 발생 가능한 재해의 피해 범위 감소 및 위해성 평가에 관한 연구가 절실히 필요한 실정이다. 본 특별호는 자연재해·재난분야를 대상으로 원격탐사와 GIS를 이용한 관측과 관리 기술에 관련한 연구들을 살펴보고, 최근 부경대학교 i-SEED 지구환경교육연구단에서 진행하고 있는 폭염, 미세먼지, 홍수, 가뭄, 지진에 관련한 연구 내용 및 결과를 소개하고자 한다. 이러한 연구결과는 자연재해로 인한 피해 완화 및 향후 자연재해를 대비한 사전 예방과 사후 관리에 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

IT 실무자들이 전망하는 미래 정보보안의 우려와 예측 (Concern and Prediction for Future Information Security expected by IT Executives)

  • 본 논문에서는 매년 기관에서 보도된 보안이슈 내용을 살펴보고 IT 환경에서 종사하는 실무자들이 업무를 진행하면서 필요한 보안사항이라고 우려한 사항들과의 공통점과 차이점에 대해 분석하고자 한다. 정부기관, 금융업, 일반 기업, 항공사 등 다양한 IT 업무 환경에서 종사하는 실무자를 대상으로 미래 정보보안 관점에서의 우려 사항이 무엇인지 직접 인터뷰 및 설문조사를 하여 의견을 수집했다. 수집된 의견을 분석하여 핵심 키워드를 도출했다. 도출된 결과를 매년 상반기와 하반기 시점에 보안업체나, 정보보호와 관련된 기관들이 보도하는 당해 보안이슈 키워드나 통계자료와 비교하여 공통으로 고려되는 보안 동향을 발견하고 차이점을 분석하여 추가로 보완해야 할 위험사항은 없는지 살펴보았다. 보안업체나, 정보보호와 관련된 기관들에서 보도된 주요 보안이슈와 IT 실무자들이 예측하는 미래의 보안 우려 사항을 종합적으로 분석하여 발견된 보완점을 현존하는 4차 산업혁명 시대의 보안위협에 대비하고자 한다.

  • According to the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), ocean warming and acidification are accelerating as a result of the continuous increase in atmospheric $CO_2$. This may affect the function and structure of marine ecosystems. Recently, changes in marine environments/ecosystems have been observed (increase in SST, decrease in the pH of seawater, northward expansion of subtropical species, etc.) in Korean waters. However, we still don't understand well how climate change affects these changes and what can be expected in the future. In order to answer these questions with regard to Korean waters, the project named 'Assessment of the impact of climate change on marine ecosystems in the South Sea of Korea' has been supported for 5 years by the Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries and is scheduled to end in 2013. This project should provide valuable information on the current status of marine environments/ecosystems in the South Sea of Korea and help establish the methodology and observation/prediction systems to better understand and predict the impact of climate/marine environment changes on the structure and function of marine ecosystems. This special issue contains 5 research and a review articles that highlight the studies carried out during 2012-2013 through this project.

  • This study deals with the knowledge acquisition activities along the growth stages of Korean ventures. This issue is very important in the three reasons. First, the target of the study-new ventures- is a pending issue and can be regarded as the engine of innovation in the Korean economy. Second, venture activities is so dynamic compared to those of the established companies and the study reflects its dynamic features. Third, the knowledge is becoming more important one among various resources, and knowledge management can be a timely issue. The main research questions are as follows : - How does the degree of knowledge domain, vary along the growth stages\ulcorner - Which knowledge domains are more influential on the performance along growth stages\ulcorner Major findings of the study are as follow: First, technological knowledge acquisition effort are most intensive at the start-up stage, while the management knowledge efforts are active at the growth stage. The degree of market knowledge acquisition efforts is almost the same along the stages. Second, the important knowledge domain, which influences on the performance, varies along the stages. The acquisition effort for product technology knowledge is more influential on the sales growth rate and has a negative effect on the return on assets at the start-up stage, while the management knowledge about administration is more influential on the return on assets at the growth stage. Finally the academic contributions and managerial implications of the study are presented and the future research directions are also suggested.

미세먼지 통계 서비스 품질향상이 시민 삶의 질에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Inference of Improving the Service Quality of Fine Dust Statistics on the Quality of Citizen's Life)

  • Purpose This study measures the degree of improvement in statistical quality experienced by data users when the data of a more convenient measurement method is extended to the analysis target to improve the quality of fine dust statistics service, and the method of expressing analysis data is revised. Ultimately, the main purpose is to explore how it can affect the quality of life of citizens. Design/methodology/approach As it was an issue the emerged as the most important issue at the time, various parties (government, private company, academia, civic groups, etc.) conducted multifaced research on fine dust, but they all focused on measuring technology and demonstrating its effectiveness there was only. This researcher redesigned the study from the viewpoint of statistical data users by changing the research subject from the technology itself to user, different from the existing research cases. The questionnaire method and structural equation were used in the study, and fine dust statistics generated through the existing method and the expanded/revised method were provided and compared for a total of 200 people. Findings Based on the results of the study, I would like to suggest what each entity should ultimately focus on to resolve the fine dust issue in the future.

  • Antibiotic resistance (AR) is a complex, multifaceted global health issue that poses a serious threat to livestock, humans, and the surrounding environment. It entails several elements and numerous potential transmission routes and vehicles that contribute to its development and spread, making it a challenging issue to address. AR is regarded as an One Health issue, as it has been found that livestock, human, and environmental components, all three domains are interconnected, opening up channels for transmission of antibiotic resistant bacteria (ARB). AR has turned out to be a critical problem mainly because of the overuse and misuse of antibiotics, with the anticipation of 10 million annual AR-associated deaths by 2050. The fact that infectious diseases induced by ARB are no longer treatable with antibiotics foreshadows an uncertain future in the context of health care. Hence, the One Health approach should be emphasized to reduce the impact of AR on livestock, humans, and the environment, ensuring the longevity of the efficacy of both current and prospective antibiotics.

비정형 텍스트 분석을 활용한 이슈의 동적 변이과정 고찰 (Investigating Dynamic Mutation Process of Issues Using Unstructured Text Analysis)

  • 최근 가용한 텍스트 데이터 자원이 증가함에 따라 방대한 텍스트 분석을 통해 새로운 가치를 창출하고자 하는 수요가 증가하고 있다. 특히 뉴스, 민원, 블로그, SNS 등을 통해 유통되는 글로부터 다양한 이슈를 발굴해내고 이들 이슈의 추이를 분석하는 이슈 트래킹에 대한 연구가 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 전통적인 이슈 트래킹은 토픽 모델링을 통해 오랜 기간에 걸쳐 지속된 주요 이슈를 발굴한 후, 각 이슈를 구성하는 문서 수의 세부 기간별 분포를 분석하는 방식으로 이루어진다. 하지만 전통적 이슈 트래킹은 각 이슈를 구성하는 내용이 전체 기간에 걸쳐 변화 없이 유지된다는 가정 하에 수행되기 때문에, 다양한 세부 이슈가 서로 영향을 주며 생성, 병합, 분화, 소멸하는 이슈의 동적 변이과정을 나타내지 못한다. 또한 전체 기간에 걸쳐 지속적으로 출현한 키워드만이 이슈 키워드로 도출되기 때문에, 핵실험, 이산가족 등 세부 기간의 분석에서는 매우 상이한 맥락으로 파악되는 구체적인 이슈가 오랜 기간의 분석에서는 북한이라는 큰 이슈에 함몰되어 가려지는 현상이 발생할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 한계를 극복하기 위해 각 세부 기간의 문서에 대한 독립적인 분석을 통해 세부 기간별 주요 이슈를 도출한 후, 각 이슈의 유사도에 기반하여 이슈 흐름도를 도출하고자 한다. 또한 각 문서의 카테고리 정보를 활용하여 카테고리간의 이슈 전이 패턴을 분석하고자 한다. 본 논문에서는 총 53,739건의 신문 기사에 제안 방법론을 적용한 실험을 수행하였으며, 이를 통해 전통적인 이슈 트래킹을 통해 발굴한 주요 이슈의 세부 기간별 구성 내용을 살펴볼 수 있을 뿐 아니라, 특정 이슈의 선행 이슈와 후행 이슈를 파악할 수 있음을 확인하였다. 또한 카테고리간 분석을 통해 단방향 전이와 양방향 전이의 흥미로운 패턴을 발견하였다.
