Major objective of the study are to analyze the trends of domestic research on pure play internet banks and to propose the future research directions of the ares. To achieve the objectives, this study first summarize the basic concepts and current status of pure play internet banks, establish analysis criteria, and analyze 56 papers based on the criteria. Major research results and future research directions are summarized as follows: non-empirical research should utilize mathematical/conceptual model rather than opinion/guidance, and empirical research should employ secondary data analysis method; in case of the individual level analysis, research on the bank personnel, and on use/outcome of customers should be performed; more organizational level studies should be performed; and in case of societal level research, impact of the pure play internet banks should be analyzed in depth.

The purpose of this study is to take a look the situation of social enterprises under CIVID-19 Pandemic and to suggest future directions. The COVID-19 pandemic which started at the end of 2019, has influenced the various areas of our society, such as health, economic, social and networking. The virus is spread through human respiratory, and it is working as a disability factor in human focused social economy. Under the COVID-19 pandemic situation, Social entrepreneurs are being constrained in financial aspects. In the process of continuing pandemic, the size of the social economy has been expanded and cleaning & health businesses are showing economic performance. This is to tell the fact that social economy is solving COVID-19 issues based on a reciprocity and solidarity. To create a sustainable ecosystem for the social economy, we should select and promote universal and concrete future directions at the economic and social safety net building level rather than to respond to COVID-19.

It is the actual state of the medical society in our country that many graduates of medical schools want to be clinicians, and accordingly Korea's medical situation is relatively too focused on curative medicine. However, this situation is changing due to several factors including a growing number of doctors, inappropriate regulations for medical fees, changes in social status of doctors themselves, and excessive competition between doctors. Furthermore, we expect more advances in medical field of Korea since Korean government started to attach great importance to sciences and produced policies to support sciences, and as a result, more and more interest and effort in the fields of basic research including preventive medicine is being attached especially by young doctors as compared against the past. However, decline of clinical medicine fields doesn't always mean bright future for the field of preventive medicine. True future is possible and meaningful only when we prepare for it by ourselves. In other words, as the promising future is closed to one who spares no effort, we shouldn't fear to oppose unknown challenges and simultaneously need to support colleagues who bear such a positive mind. It is the most important thing for our preventive medicine doctors to evaluate the past and the present of preventive medicine and to foster a prospective mind to prepare for the future of preventive medicine. I set forth my several views according to directions for the development of preventive medicine which we already discussed and publicized in the academic circle of preventive medicine. Those directions are recommendation of clinical preventive medicine, promotion of preventive medicine specialty, fostering the next generations, improving the quality of genetic epidemiologic study, participation in control of environmental pollution and food safety, contribution to chronic disease control, and preparation to role in medical services for unified Korea.

In recent years, the development of China's animation industry has gradually increased its share of gross national product. Looking at the current status of the animation industry in China, there are still many shortcomings compared to the Korean animation industry. This paper focuses on the current status of the Chinese animation industry and future development trends, and the text first discusses the current development of the Chinese animation industry, and second, verifies the problems facing the current Chinese animation industry. Finally, it is of key significance in designing policy directions so that the creative animation industry can be fostered by building the right animation industry chain and training talent in related directions in the future development direction. These three directions are believed to promote the development of the Chinese animation industry in the future.

The purpose of this study is to establish future directions of environmentally-friendly restoration of Yangjae underground stream and reflect various opinions of inhabitant in the plan and design process. The opinions from the citizens include the economic and environmental suitability of the restoration projects and preference for the future directions of restoration. The citizens are favorable to removing the existing parking lot and want to have jogging course, walking path and bike road in the stream. Different opinions and resulted in preferred facilities and diminishing existing park along the stream depending on the restoration influencing zone. As a result, citizens agree in restoration but they have different opinions about the feasibility of new facilities, streams restoration and central park reduction locally. It is desirable to reflect the opinions of citizens in the process of plan and design of restoration project.

Objectives of this study are to analyze the previous research perfomed in the Bus Information System (BIS) area and to suggest future research directions. This is a very meaningful and important work. To accomplish this, this study (1) summarizes the concepts of BIS, (2) establishes a research framework to be used to analyze the previous studies in the area, and (3) identifies and suggest trends and future directions of the BIS research. This study has identified total of 68 article (22 foreign and 46 domestic) using 'Google Scholoar' search engine. Major research results include (1) since non-empirical research is dominant, more explanatory empirical research is needed in the future, (2) research that provides consistent and comprehensive measures for BIS related constructs (e.g., BIS quality) is needed, and (3) impacts on the stakeholders of BIS not reflected in the current research (e.g., bus drivers, administrative agencies) should be analyzed in the future research.

The present study investigates domestic and foreign cases of library specialization, and specialization policies, areas, and effects in order to delineate future directions for research on the subject. The results of the study indicated that library specialization policies have been implemented in Korea and other countries. In Korea, a short-term policy was implemented in 1998, designating 13 special libraries, nine of which are currently in operation. Regarding types and directions of specialization, specialization of collections was found in many cases. Regional representative libraries were also found to have designated specific subjects they focus individually in terms of collections and services while providing services in subject areas. The future directions include research in qualifications and competence of professionals employed in special libraries, and in user satisfaction and needs to inform libraries' efforts for specialization.

Purpose: The purpose of the study is to analyze the characteristics of emotional intelligence and the variables related to emotional intelligence in a comprehensive manner. In addition, the study intends to present research trends and future research directions of emotional intelligence in a Korean context by analyzing the effects of emotional intelligence and its mechanisms. Research Design, Data, and Methodology: 77 KCI listed studies were selected for the analysis, and the research perspective of emotional intelligence, measurement instruments, empirical research and research methods were analyzed. In addition, research directions were suggested based on the analysis results. Results: The results of the analysis were as follows: First, previous researchers used the ability model of emotional intelligence the most. Second, Previous studies tended to focus on behavioral factors as dependent variables affected by emotional intelligence, in addition to attitudes, affection. Third, there were few studies on the antecedents of emotional intelligence, however, most studies dealt with the consequences of emotional intelligence. Fourth, few studies dealt with moderators between emotional intelligence and dependent variables. Fifth, on the research type, most studies were quantitative studies, however, a few of them were qualitative studies (Literature review, in-depth interview). Sixth, with regard to the analysis level, almost all studies were conducted on the individual level of emotional intelligence, and most studies featured a cross-sectional research design (longitudinal research design was rare). Conclusion: First, from the perspective of emotional intelligence, additional research should be focused on not only the ability model of emotional intelligence but also on the trait model or the mixed model in the future. Second, since emotional intelligence is a multidimensional construct, it is necessary to study the profile of emotional intelligence by employing people-centered as well as variable-centered methods. Third, with regard to empirical studies, additional research is needed with respect to not only the emotional intelligence of the subordinate, but also the emotional intelligence of the supervisor (leader) and the emotional intelligence of the group. Fourth, it is necessary to actively utilize not only cross-sectional design but also longitudinal design, and qualitative research and meta-analysis methods should also be adopted.
