In the age of digital convergence, it is expected that quality of life of human beings can be improved by converged devices and services. Researches concerning change of buying patterns and consumer behaviors in these contexts have to be progressed actively. To investigate future trend of consumer behaviors, we used focus group interview for Qualitative approach in the first step and then conducted questionnaire survey for experts in order to get validity and feasibility of research results. As result of research we suggested eight propositions by FGI for 20s target consumers. Additionally, on the basis of qualitative research, by questionnaire survey for 22 experts two perspectives of positive and negative views In future trends were proposed. Results can give lots of Implications and research motivations to academia, practices and workers in public policies who have interests in change of consumer behaviors, thinking styles, and life style under digital convergent environment.

The performance of the construction project is to be evaluated within 60 days of completion, according to relevant laws. It evaluates cost, construction period, design change, re-construction, safety, etc. for each project stage. And the project owners are inputting the evaluation results of the construction work into the construction project information system(CALS). The post-evaluation result information entered in this way can be referred to in the basic design of the construction project by referring to the related contents if there is a similar construction in the future. And It can also be used to predict and respond to the required period and cost by analyzing the accumulated data. In this study, in order to provide reference data that can be used in similar projects in the future, the latest analysis methods are reviewed and the possibility of future application is considered. Accordingly, this study intends to focus on the construction cost part among the indicators such as construction cost, construction period, design change, and re-construction that are currently being dealt with in post evaluation.

This investigation was conducted to derive future recognition and future competency of career counselors using future workshops and to verify the effectiveness of improving future adaptability. For this purpose, the future workshop was conducted for 25 career counselors and the data written and the discussion contents of the future workshop were analyzed. For analysis, word frequency analysis and corresponding sample T-verification were conducted, and the main words were derived through consensus. The results, First, the keywords of future recognition showed high frequency of robot, artificial intelligence, leisure, education, convenience, and the disabled. Second, the future labor sites projected the most changes due to high technology. Third, at the career counseling site, professional career counselors and robot counselors related to the fourth industrial revolution are expected to appear. Fourth, future competencies of career counselors were derived from information processing ability, professional counseling ability, communication ability, and ethical consciousness. Finally, it was confirmed that the future adaptability of career counselors increases after participating in future workshops, and the future competencies derived from this study are expected to be used for job training of career counselors.

Effects of air pollutants on vegetation were reviewed and discussed with special reference to sulfur dioxide. Main contents were on the sources, meteorological factors, injury symptoms, relative sensitivity, growth/yield, indicator/diagnosis, combined effects, injury mechanism and effects on plant metabolism, injury diminishing measures, and future research needs.

This study empirically analyzed how users and librarians perceive the roles and functions of the future public library through a survey and suggested what should be considered in establishing the future direction of the development of future library. As a result of the analysis, both librarians and users aware that contents were the most important aspect in the operation of future public libraries. In addition, users perceive the importance of information services higher than librarians, which shows that future public libraries require to develop and offer various information services. In contrast, the adoption of the latest information technology showed relatively low awareness of its importance in future public libraries. Therefore, the use of content and the provision of various channels and tools to satisfy information needs were perceived as more important than the adoption of information technologies.

Culture contents industry in Gyeongbuk province has consumption system, being small-scale, an lacking infrastructure, imbalance, a shortage of strategy, and so on. But, culture contents industry in Gyeongbuk province has great possibilities in abundant culture resources, a prospect of the culture contents industry and future effective promotion strategy. And the promotion plans are the digitalization of the cultural original form, the edutainment of the Confucianism culture, construction of a traditional cultural digital center, location marketing, establishment of Documentary Film Council, culture literacy, an orientation of small film, promotion of the global city and the culture base city, development of killer contents, exploitation of tourism resource, discriminating strategy, and so on. Actually Gyeongbuk province should need to promote the culture contents industry because of high added value, an effect on related industries, utility of the digital culture contents, extension of a market scale, a rapid growth speed, and so on.

The organic contents of reservoir sediment can offer a good indicator to events in history of lake life. Reservoir sediment have many information of the past and future fingerprint about development direction of life cycle in biological animals. So, in this study we made an effort to know the distribution of organic contents in Daecheong reservoir sediment. Items for this investigations are such as follows: Loss on ignition, COD, Organic carbon, TN, TP, heavy metal contents, Loss on ignitions were determined in 6.44~15.91% and COD were determined in 1.606~6.859%, organic carbon in 1,077~3.743%. Contents of TP and TN were in the range of 0.083~0.757%, and 0.645~0.926%, respectively.

In recent years, e-Learning has taken an important position in the field of education. In turn, as the number of e-Learning contents continue to grow, many institutions are facing difficulty how to cut down the cost for content development and to reuse contents once made for the future courses. On of the way to solve this problem is to create technological standard for e-Learning contents and platform, for which e-Learning experts are actively participating around the world. The purpose of the study was to suggest technological standard for sharing e-Learning contents, especially among cyber universities which were established with the Life-long Education Act. To achieve the research objective, at first, we reviewed literatures related to the e-Learning standard, surveyed content management policies in cyber universities, and then made suggestions what to do for the standardization.

Technological development of information and communication have brought sharp changes to every sector such as society, culture, economy and education because of knowledge and information-oriented society. The number of classes has decreased, and some schools are closed or incorporated due to decrease of the population. Such phenomenon has brought changes to learning using digital technology and space. A change called digital innovation is characterized by interactive communication centering on the internet network. Therefore, it is very important to predict educational environment to be changed according to digital environment and to note how real learning space is changed. The development of digital technology in society in general presents two concepts of digital and contents, digitalized information. Such technology is recognized as a new paradigm in education sector and a new space is created through participation of instructors and learners in learning space. This study analysed cases of learning space of elementary schools based on bibliographical examination and related bibliography including data from academic presentations and news release to present developed leaning space. To present healthy and creative learning environment which can lead knowledge and information-based society in the future, the preface described the background, purpose, methods and range of the study, and analysed transitional processes of society and culture, digital learning contents, and learning space in education of elementary schools. Finally the study identified trends and cases of research on learning space and suggested digital learning contents space.

Various image media such as game, animation, movie is developing. Goods called Figure as extension that use contents source of one kind in several forms were made, and is drawing a lot of popularity today. However, is handled as simple toy of children in the Korea. So, development of allied industry is slow. In case of overseas recognized the importance by means of marketing in contents industry. In this paper, explain meaning about figure and kinds of figure and through philosophical thought and theory, analyzed personality which figure has through scientific investigation(theory of Walter Benjamin, Freud and psychologists). Nowaday, figure industry of the Korea and other foreign country is continuing development. Especially the contents of Hanryu(Korea) star figure has lots of value and possibility of future growth.
