The period of the Fourth Industrial Revolution is our near future and the ongoing changes in this age. We need to strive to adapt to this changes and also try to create new values. This study focuses on workers' perceptions and attitudes (self-efficacy, expectancy, and acceptance of change) toward the Fourth Industrial Revolution. These positive attitudes toward the upcoming future and the Fourth Industrial Revolution will influence on both the future and the current attitude, behavior and performance of employees. People have certain attitudes to the future, and these attitudes have an impact on current behavior. This paper tries to examine the positive attitudes toward the Fourth Industrial Revolution era and the influence of positive attitudes toward this new age on the current job satisfaction. Through this process, this paper explains what kinds of attitudes the workers should have in the Fourth Industrial Revolution era, and also sheds light on significance and purpose of this paper to explain how these specific attitudes toward the future influence the present performance such as job satisfaction.

The purpose of this analysis is to clarify the direction and nature of the future leading industries in Korea. Existing studies were analyzed in depth and their implications are as follows. Existing studies have not given a careful consideration for the structural adjustment of Korean economy and the atmosphere for the growth of prospective leading industries. In relation to the structural adjustment, the accomplishment of high value-added in existing industries and the promotion for high-tech industries as well as service industries should be the future direction of the future leading industries. In order to create atmosphere for the growth, it is crucial to achieve a social consensus about the nature of the prospective leading industries and is necessary to continue a concrete research on the related industries.

This study aims to describe the overall aspects of future technologies in Korea based on the new taxonomy of technology foresight ; Theme, Area and Paradigm. This taxonomy is designed to overcome and supplement several studies on technology foresights which are judged not to capture the whole aspects of future technologies. Future technologies in Korea will be influenced by the Information and Communication Technology Paradigm over 20-30 years, and by the Biotechnology Paradigm after that period. Expansion of researches in electronics, information and communication is noticeable features in engineering. The application of biotechnology technique and health/environment technologies are emerging in bioscience area. Also there appear new areas related to the trends of engineering and bioscience in natural science. Current research patterns focusing physics, chemistry and engineering in Korea should be changed to those of the advanced countries which emphasize bioscience. Time lag to the world frontier is over 5-6 years, but the lag is expected to be reduced. The shortage of manpower and research funds are pointed as the biggest barrier for the realization of future technologies.

In the past, poultry nutrition has focussed on increasing the production efficiency to meet the progress achieved in the genetic potential of broilers and layers. Future directions in poultry nutrition will be driven by not only by the need to maximise biological and economic performance of birds, but also by societal issues (environment, antibiotic growth promoters, welfare, traceability and use of genetically modified ingredients). Key advances in poultry nutrition are discussed and future directions, which can be expected, are highlighted. Given the tightening supply and ever-increasing cost of raw materials, there will be more pressure to extract every unit of energy and nutrients from feed ingredients. In this context, a number of feed additives are expected to play an increasingly significant role. Feed enzymes and crystalline amino acids, in particular, will have a profound effect on future sustainability of the poultry industry. Future nutritional research need to focus on identifying the barriers to effective digestion and utilisation of nutrients and, to achieve this objective, nutritionists must combine their expertise with those of specialising in other biological sciences, including immunology, microbiology, histology and molecular biology.

본 논문에서는 미래전 양상을 통해서 전력증강사업의 발전방향을 제시한다. 이는 국방획득체계의 변화상황과 국내외 체계분석, 전력증강사업의 현황 및 문제점을 통해서 가능하리라 판단하며, 향후 무인지상로봇, 무인기, 무인함정의 발전방향에 대한 연구에서 다양한 방향으로 응용연구가 가능할 것이라 판단된다. 한국의 무인체계의 발전방향을 제시함에 있어 벤치마킹의 효과가 있을 것을 사료된다.

The effect of nutritional information on healthier menu choices have been reflected in previous research and nutrition policy efforts. This study further examines the relationship between healthy menu choices and three consumer characteristics - Future Orientation, Regulatory Focus, and Need for Cognition. A $3{\times}3$ experimental design was used with varying food types (burger sandwiches, sub sandwiches, and salad dressing) and the degree of nutritional information (no information, total calories only, and full nutrition information). It was found that having more nutritional information, and individuals with Future Orientation and Promotion Focus were associated with the choice of healthier menus. More specifically, those with high Consideration of Future Consequences and with Promotion Orientation switched their choices to the healthier ones with the provision of nutritional information.

N-doped anatase $TiO_2$ nanoparticles were prepared by the sol-gel process followed by a hydrothermal treatment and successfully used as the photoanodes in organic dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs). As expected, the power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 8.44% was obtained for the NKX2677/HC-A-sensitized DSSC based on the 30 mol% N-doped $TiO_2$ photoanode, which was an improvement of 23% relative to that of the DSSC based on the NKX2677/DCA.

In this paper, we propose tracking algorithm using multi resolution in wavelet transform domain. This algorithm consists of two steps. The first step is feature extraction that is select feature-points using 1-level wavelet transform in ROI (Region of Interest). The other step is feature tracking. Based on multi resolution of wavelet transform, we estimate a displacement between current frame and next frame on the basis of selected feature-points. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm confirmed a better performance than a centroid tracking and correlation tracking.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the direction of the future fashion by grasping the cyber fashion, which is discussed outstandingly in the recent fashion world, into internal expression and external features. The result of this study is as follows: Cyber fashion means the application of the electronic image, dynamic phenonmenon of machine, and the effects of light to fashion, and it has some external features of geometrical pattern, dynamic structure, and high-tech material and color: Aside from this noticeable characteristics, cyber fashion has some internal features of the direction toward future, the anti-culture, and the surreal. In this cyber fashion, first, computer will be introduced and used as the means to realize a dream of human being. Second, it will be designed with the ideal feature of future society. Third, it will be possible to develope material and design to solve ecological issue of human beings. Fourth, the fashion to give the peace and stability to human being will be popular.

본 기술 논문은 일반적으로 공개된 미국의 자료를 중심으로 향후 유도무기의 발전 방향을 고찰하면서 이때에 요구되는 추진기술을 조사하였다. 미국의 각 군별 유도무기 및 추진체계의 개발내용을 조사 함으로써 향후 국내의 기술적 대비에 대하여 서술하였다. 세계적으로 정치적 경제적 환경이 변화하고 있으며 국방이 경제성장 동력의 역할을 하기 위해서는 산업체의 역할이 더욱 요구되고 있다. 이를 위하여 산업체는 중, 장기적으로 세계적 경쟁력을 갖는 부품개발 전략을 구축해야 할 것이다.
