  • 본 논문의 주요 목적은 공항기관을 위하여 경쟁우위 확보와 탁월한 공항 달성을 위한 융합경영시스템 모델개발이다. 융합경영시스템 모델개발은 창의성경영과 경영품질의 시스템을 융합하여 개발하였다. 융합경영시스템 구조는 첫째, 토대부분은 최고경영자의 철학과 의도, 대학과 같은 기업, 핵심가치를 기반으로 한 창조적 기업문화로 구성하였다. 둘째, 본체부분의 프로세스는 6시그마, 시스템은 ISO9001을 적용하였다. 셋째, 상위부분의 전략 및 평가는 미국의 Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award Model을 적용하였다. 또한, 시스템 연결은 창조경영, 융합과 커버전스, 신뢰 및 시너지효과 선으로 연결하였다. 마지막으로 융합경영시스템은 공항기관을 위하여 실현하기 위한 실용적 관점에서 연구 및 개발하였다.

KSTAR 전류인입선 및 헬륨냉매 제어시스템 제작 및 설치 (Construction and Assembly of KSTAR Current Leads and the Helium Control System)

  • KSTAR (Korea Superconducting Tokamak Advanced Research) 전류인입선(CL; Current Lead)은 4.5 K의 저온에서 운전되는 초전도 버스라인과 300 K의 실온에서 운전되는 MPS (Magnet Power Supply)를 전기적으로 연결하는 장치이다. 초기 플라즈마 발생시험을 위하여 TF (Toroidal Field) 및 PF (Poloidal Field) 리드박스에 전류인입선이 설치된다. TF 자석용 CL은 17.5 kA급 4 개의 CL에 최대 35 kA의 DC 전류가 인가되며, PF 자석용은 13 kA급 14 개의 CL에 350초간 $20\;{\sim}\;26\;kA$의 펄스 전류가 인가된다. 각각의 전류인입선은 TF 및 PF 자석에 전류를 인가하기 위한 버스라인이 연결되어 있으며, 전류인입선을 통해 초전도 버스라인으로 전달되는 전도열 및 전류인가시 발생되는 주울(Joule) 열을 차단하기 위한 헬륨냉매 제어시스템이 KSTAR 주장치와는 별도로 설치되어 있다. 리드박스 내 외부의 배관 및 제어시스템 설치완료 후 고진공 배기, 헬륨 누설검사, 전류인입선 유량 검사 및 액체질소 냉각시험을 실시하여 장치의 성능검증을 완료하였다.

  • An on-line diagnostic test has been studied and performed for the pumped storage generator/motor. This study aims at reducing the diagnostic cost, minimizing the technical dependency on third party manufactures. Further design of on-line diagnostic system such as shorted-turn of rotor winding, partial discharge (PD) of stator winding and air-gap between stator and rotor for pumped storage generator/motor has been verified. In addition, it needs to be validated on site performance of the developed continuous on-line monitoring system for corresponding tasks for the improvement of the availability & reliability during operation.

  • This paper introduces a new digitization method with sensor fusion for shape measurement in reverse engineering. Digitization can be classified into contact and non-contact type according to the measurement devices. Important thing in digitization is speed and accuracy. The former is excellent in speed and the latter is good for accuracy. Sensor fusion in digitization intends to incorporate the merits of both types so that the system can be automatized. Firstly, non-contact sensor with vision system acquires coarse 3D point data rapidly. This process is needed to identify and loco]ice the object located at unknown position on the table. Secondly, accurate 3D point data can be automatically obtained using scanning probe based on the previously measured coarse 3D point data. In the research, a great number of measuring points of equi-distance were instructed along the line acquired by the vision system. Finally, the digitized 3D point data are approximated to the rational B-spline surface equation, and the free-formed surface information can be transferred to a commercial CAD/CAM system via IGES translation in order to machine the modeled geometric shape.

Development of machine learning model for automatic ELM-burst detection without hyperparameter adjustment in KSTAR tokamak

  • In this study, a neural network model inspired by a one-dimensional convolution U-net is developed to automatically accelerate edge localized mode (ELM) detection from big diagnostic data of fusion devices and increase the detection accuracy regardless of the hyperparameter setting. This model recognizes the input signal patterns and overcomes the problems of existing detection algorithms, such as the prominence algorithm and those of differential methods with high sensitivity for the threshold and signal intensity. To train the model, 10 sets of discharge radiation data from the KSTAR are used and sliced into 11091 inputs of length 12 ms, of which 20% are used for validation. According to the receiver operating characteristic curves, our model shows a positive prediction rate and a true prediction rate of approximately 90% each, which is comparable to the best detection performance afforded by other algorithms using their optimized hyperparameters. The accurate and automatic ELM-burst detection methodology used in our model can be beneficial for determining plasma properties, such as the ELM frequency from big data measured in multiple experiments using machines from the KSTAR device and ITER. Additionally, it is applicable to feature detection in the time-series data of other engineering fields.

Al-Si 용융 도금된 보론강 CO2 레이저 용접부의 미세조직과 기계적 성질에 미치는 핫스탬핑 처리의 영향 (Effect of Hot-Stamping on Mechanical Properties and Microstructures of CO2 Laser Welded Boron Steel coated with Al-Si layer)

  • In this study, Al-Si coated boron steel(1.2 mm) were laser welded by $CO_2$ laser and hot-stamping was applied to the laser joints. Tensile properties and microstructures of the joints were investigated before and after hot-stamping. Tensile and yield strengths of the as welded specimen similar with base metal and fracture occurred base metal of boron steel. Although, in case of heat treated specimen, fracture occurred fusion zone that Al segregated zone near the bond line. These could be explained by the existence of ferrite, in the Al segregated zone near the bond line and base metal of boron steel. Before hot-stamping, hardness of base metal is lower than fusion zone and heat affected zone in spite of exist Al segregation zone($Fe_3$(Al,Si)). So fracture occurred base metal. Although, after hot-stamping, microstructure of base metal and welds zone transformed to martensite and bainite except in Al segregation zone near the bond line that $Fe_3$(Al,Si) transformed to a-ferrite. So fracture occurred Al segregation zone near the bond line.

풍력발전단지가 연계된 전력계통에서 상정고장을 고려한 발전력 재조정에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Rescheduling of Generation Considering Contingency in Power System with Wind Farms)

  • This paper studies on effective rescheduling of generation when the single line contingency has occurred in power system with wind farm. The suggested method is formulated to minimize the rescheduling cost of conventional and wind generators to alleviate congestion. The generator rescheduling method has been used with incorporation of wind farms in the power system. Since all sensitivity is different about congestion line, Line Outage Distribution Factor(LODF) and Generator Sensitivity Factor(GSF) is used to alleviate congestion. The formulation have been proccessed using linear programming(LP) optimization techniques to alleviate transmission congestion. The effectiveness of the proposed rescheduling of generation method has been analyzed on revised IEEE 30-bus systems.

  • 노면 모니터링은 노면의 함몰 정도 및 크랙 감지와 같은 위험 요소 관리를 통해 도로 환경의 안전성을 유지하는 필수적인 과정이다. 고성능 2D 레이저 센서를 탑재한 자율주행 기반 UGV를 활용한 정밀 측정이 가능하지만, 고성능 센서의 에너지 소모량 증가로 인해 배터리 용량에 대한 한계가 있다. 본 논문에서는 UGV에서 효율적인 노면 모니터링을 위한 퓨전 센서 시스템을 제안한다. 제안된 퓨전 센서 시스템은 카메라를 통한 칼라 정보와 선레이저 센서를 통한 깊이 정보를 결합하여 노면 모니터링의 정밀한 변위 탐지를 가능하게 한다. 또한 카메라 센서를 이용해 모니터링 대상의 탐지 여부에 따라 선레이저 센서 스캔 주파수를 동적으로 제어하는 동적 샘플링 알고리즘을 적용함으로써 불필요한 에너지 소모를 절감한다. 제안된 퓨전 센서 시스템에서의 평균 소비전력 모델을 제시하고 다양한 미션 환경의 크랙 분포 및 센서 특성을 고려하여 에너지 효율성을 분석한다. 성능 분석 결과, 선레이저 센서의 Active 상태 소비 전력이 Saving 상태의 2배이고, λ=10, µ=10인 환경에서 고정 샘플링 기법에 비해 전력 소비 효율이 13.3% 향상됨을 확인하였다.

용접열영향부 충격시험편 노치 위치에 따른 파괴거동 (Failure Behaviors Depending on the Notch Location of the Impact Test Specimens on the HAZ)

  • Numerical studies were performed to examine the effects of notch location of impact specimens on the failure behavior of HAZ (heat affected zone) when Charpy V-notch impact test were made at a low temperature ($1^{\circ}C$). Carbon steel plate (SA-516 Gr. 70) with thickness of 25mm for pressure vessel was welded by SMAW (shielded metal-arc welding) and specimens were fabricated from the welded plate. Charpy tests were then performed with specimens having different notch positions of specimens varying from the fusion line through HAZ to base metal. A series of finite element analysis which simulates the Charpy test and crack propagation initiating at the tip of V-notch was carried out as well. The finite element analysis takes into account the irregular fusion line and non-homogenous material properties due to the notch location of the specimen in HAZ. Results reveals that the energies absorbed during impact test depend significantly on the notch location and direction of specimen. Finite element analysis also demonstrates that the notch location of specimens, to a great extent, influences the reliability and consistency of the test.

LRF와 카메라를 이용한 강인한 엘리베이터 문 인식 (Robust Elevator Door Recognition using LRF and Camera)

  • The recognition of elevator door is needed for mobile service robots to moving between floors in the building. This paper proposed the sensor fusion approach using LRF (Laser Range Finder) and camera to solve the problem. Using the laser scans by the LRF, we extract line segments and detect candidates as the elevator door. Using the image by the camera, the door candidates are verified and selected as real door of the elevator. The outliers are filtered through the verification process. Then, the door state detection is performed by depth analysis within the door. The proposed method uses extrinsic calibration to fuse the LRF and the camera. It gives better results of elevator door recognition compared to the method using LRF only.
