생강즙을 첨가한 머핀의 품질 특성 (Quality Characteristics of Muffins Containing Ginger Juice)

  • 이 연구는 기능성 식품으로 각광받고 있는 생강을 머핀에 첨가함으로서 생강머핀의 최적의 첨가량을 결정하고, 생강즙 첨가 기능성 제빵 제품에 기초자료가 되고자 하는데 연구목적이 있다. 품질특성 측정 항목으로 생강즙의 일반성분과 물의 사용량 대비 생강즙 (10%, 20%, 30%)을 첨가하여 제조한 머핀의 높이, 무게, 부피, 비체적, 수분, pH, 색도, Texture, 관능검사를 실시하였다. 머핀의 높이는 첨가량이 증가할수록 감소하였으며, 무게는 유의적인 차이가 없었다. 머핀의 부피와 비체적 측정결과, 첨가량이 증가할수록 낮은 값을 나타내어 유의적인 차이를 나타냈고, 머핀의 수분과 pH 측정 결과에서는 첨가량이 증가할수록 수분은 증가하였으며, pH는 0, 10, 20%에서는 유의적인 차이가 없었으나 30%에서 유의적인 차이를 나타냈다. 색도 측정결과에서, 명도와 황색도는 첨가량이 증가할수록 감소하여 유의적인 차이를 나타냈으며, 적색도는 첨가량이 증가할수록 높은 값을 나타내어 모든 시료간에 유의적인 차이를 나타냈다. texture를 측정한 결과 경도는 모든 시료간에 유의적인 차이를 나타냈으며, 응집성은 대조군과 첨가군과의 유의적인 차이를 나타냈으며, 탄력성은 첨가량이 증가할수록 탄력성이 증가하였다. 검성은 유의적인 차이가 없었으며, 씹힘성은 첨가량이 증가할수록 씹힘성이 증가하였다. 관능검사에서는 색은 첨가량이 증가할수록 가장 낮게 나타났고, 향과 맛은10% 첨가군을 가장 선호하였으며, 조직감은 유의적인 차이가 없었으며, 전반적인 기호도에서는 0, 10, 20% 첨가군에서 유의적인 차이가 없었다. 이상의 품질평가와 관능검사 결과를 종합해 볼 때, 생강 머핀 제조시 물의 사용량 대비 생강즙을 10% 첨가한다면 기호도를 높일 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

Performances and Electrical Properties of Vertically Aligned Nanorod Perovskite Solar Cell

  • Organolead halide perovskite have attracted much attention over the past three years as the third generation photovoltaic due to simple fabrication process via solution process and their great photovoltaic properties. Many structures such as mesoporous scaffold, planar heterojunction or 1-D TiO2 or ZnO nanorod array structures have been studied to enhance performances. And the photovoltaic performances and carrier transport properties were studied depending on the cell structures and shape of perovskite film. For example, the perovskite cell based on TiO2/ZnO nanorod electron transport materials showed higher electron mobility than the mesoporous structured semiconductor layer due to 1-D direct pathway for electron transport. However, the reason for enhanced performance was not fully understood whether either the shape of perovskite or the structure of TiO2/ZnO nanorod scaffold play a dominant role. In this regard, for a clear understanding of the shape/structure of perovskite layer, we applied anodized aluminum oxide material which is good candidate as the inactive scaffold that does not influence the charge transport. We fabricated vertical one dimensional (1-D) nanostructured methylammonium lead mixed halide perovskite (CH3NH3PbI3-xClx) solar cell by infiltrating perovskite in the pore of anodized aluminum oxide (AAO). AAO template, one of the common nanostructured materials with one dimensional pore and controllable pore diameters, was successfully fabricated by anodizing and widening of the thermally evaporated Al film on the compact TiO2 layer. Using AAO as a scaffold for perovskite, we obtained 1-D shaped perovskite absorber, and over 15% photo conversion efficiency was obtained. I-V measurement, photoluminescence, impedance, and time-limited current collection were performed to determine vertically arrayed 1-D perovskite solar cells shaped in comparison with planar heterojunction and mesoporous alumina structured solar cells. Our findings lead to reveal the influence of the shape of perovskite layer on photoelectrical properties.

지각된 가치가 고객만족과 재구매 의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 : 전통시장 이용 고객을 중심으로 (A Study on the Effects of Perceived Value on Customer Satisfaction, and Repurchase Intention among Traditional Markets Users in KOREA)

  • Purpose - This empirical analysis determines the structured causal relations between perceived value, customer satisfaction, and repurchase intention among users of traditional markets. The results of this analysis would help merchants and market operators indevisingan appropriate strategy to successfully manage traditional markets. Research design, data, methodology - The perceived value model of traditional markets includes functional value (price), functional value (quality), emotional value, and social value. In this study, the perceived value of traditional markets is considered as an independent variable, while customer satisfaction and repurchase intention are shown as the dependent variables, where customer satisfaction is also considered as the mediating variable. The study aims to ascertain the extent of influence of the perceived value of traditional markets on customer satisfaction and repurchase intention. We use regression analysis to verify the effects. The measurement items were already deemed as reliable and valid in the previous study, but for this purpose, we made some modifications. We distributed questionnaires to 300 consumers on a national scale, and finally used 241 consumer responses among these as a sample. We analyzed the data using the SPSS 21.0 statistical program. Results - We obtained the following results. First, the order of perceived value dimensions of traditional markets that positively impact customer satisfaction is functional value (price), social value, emotional value, and functional value (quality). Second, the perceived value sometimes directly affects repurchase intention; its effect is typically strong with customer satisfaction as a parameter. The order of perceived value dimensions that positively impact repurchase intention is social value, functional value (price), emotional value, and functional value (quality). Third, the perceived value significantly influences repurchase intention, with customer satisfaction as the mediating variable. Conclusions - We should recognize the importance of perceived value in retail distribution markets, such as traditional markets. Moreover, we need to develop strategies to improve the perceived value. The practical implications of the study are as follows. First, with regards to functional value (quality; price) dimensions, we should have an appropriate assortment of high quality products that are reasonably priced. In addition, customers are satisfied with the friendly service, discounts, and other benefits provided by the merchants. Second, in terms of emotional value dimension, we need to develop differentiated events that provide fun and emotional experience to the customers. Third, in the context of social values dimension, we should strive to positively influence society to enhance social image through activities such as social services and contribution to community development. On the basis of these results, we present the implications, limitations, and future directions for the research. One of the policy implications of the study is that merchants of traditional markets must actively select customers and develop customer value. However, this study is limited in the fact that the population used for data collection is not fully representative, as the survey only covered some specific areas. Moreover, future studies could also benefit with additional research using moderating variables.

벼 부산물을 함유한 생분해성 멀칭비닐의 포장 재배조건에서의 특성 및 분해력 연구 (Studies on the Bio-degradability and Characteristics of Mulching Films Containing Rice By-products Applied to Upland Crops)

  • 작물의 멀칭재배에 활용이 가능한 생분해성 비닐의 생분해 특성과 작물 재배에 따른 특성 변이를 검정한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 천연고분자인 벼 부산물(왕겨와 쌀겨)을 이용하여 상업적으로 이용이 가능하고 생분해가 가능한 멀칭 비닐을 제조하였다. 2. 생분해성 멀칭 비닐의 특성 검정을 위한 표준 생분해도 측정결과 셀룰로오스 대비 75%의 생분해가 되어 친환경 기준을 충족함을 확인하였다. 3. 생분해성 멀칭 비닐의 기계적인 특성은 기존 멀칭비닐과 비교해서 인장강도와 인장력에서 우수함을 보였고, 파단점 비후 비교에서도 생분해성 비닐은 지속적인 힘을 유지시켜야 늘어나는 특성을 보였다. 4. 작물을 대상으로한 시험에서 기계화도 가능하며, 인장강도와 인장력을 통한 분해력 비교에서 작물에 따라 시간이 지남에 따라 인장강도와 인장력에 차이를 보임을 관찰할 수 있었고, 작물의 토양 피복도가 생분해에 영향을 미침을 확인하였다.

노년 여성 표준 체형의 팬티 원형 개발 연구 (A Study on the Panty Pattern of Standard Body Somatotype for Elderly Women)

  • The characteristics of the demographics in Korea as it gets older are the increase of Elderly Women and continuous progress in urbanization. In this study, body shapes are classified as standard, obese, and tiny according to the previous studies based on the body shape characteristics and the body measurement of the Elderly Women. Based on the classification, we developed prototype of the panty for the Elderly Women to provide basic materials for the quality enhancement of the clothing of the increasing Elderly Women. The followings are the result of the study. 1. To categorize the body shapes of the Elderly Women focusing on the lower half, we grouped the target subjects using the nested approach by the average standard deviation and the factor analysis minimal diffusion method. Accordingly, type 1 and 2 had 36 members respectively and type 3 had 43 members. In this study, two Elderly Women subjects with standard body shape falling under the type 1 were selected as the subjects. 2. In the second trial evaluation for the prototype panty for the Elderly Women 32 items for appearance test and 3 items for functional test were evaluated. The scores in leg, sideline and hip were shown high and the balance between the parts was maintained very well. In the functional test, the panty used to be too tight for the leg curve but in the second trial it was improved, too. In each item, the second trial test showed better score than the first trial test. Conclusively, the most optimal panty prototype for the Elderly Women was proposed according to the trial test result.

건설 시공 계획 및 관리 업무의 적용을 위한 NOS 모델 구축 연구 (A Study on NOS Model System for The Construction Work Planing and Management)

  • 본 연구는 건설 시공 계획 및 관리 업무에 NOS를 적용하기 위하여 다음과 같은 제안을 과정을 통해서 새로운 NOS 모델을 제시하였다. 먼저, 건설공사의 특성을 반영한 시설 단위 - 구조 단위 - 시공 단위 - 자원 단위의 흐름으로 공사정보분류체계의 개념을 제시하였다. 이 체계를 근거로 네트워크의 구성하고, 성과측정관리기준선의 추이를 분석하는 기준계획시간(MT : Master Target)식과 집행실적을 분석해 주는 수정계획시간(WT : Work Target) 식을 제안하여 NOS 모델을 제시하기 위한 성과측정 관리 기준선의 수립방법을 제안하였다. 최종적으로 성과측정 집행 분석 방법의 이론적 검증을 통해서 확정계약과 실비정산보수가산방식에 적합한 NOS 적용 방안을 제시하였다.

실외놀이터 환경 특성과 아동 놀이행동과의 관계성 - 대전지역 어린이집의 사례분석을 중심으로 - (A Case Study on the Relationship between Children's Play Behaviors and Outdoor Play Environments of Child Care Center in Daejeon)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between outdoor play environments and child's play behaviors. The data were collected by field measurement survey, and non-participatory observation from 9 child care centers in Daejeon. The field measurement survey were conducted from June 20 to July 20, 2004, whereas non-participatory behavior observation were conducted from September 2 to October 10, 2004. The major results showed the following. 1) The characteristics of outdoor play environment in child care centers showed that most of them were too small and did not use the adequate surfacing to play various activities. In many cases, outdoor play settings was made of play equipment setting, play props and manipulative settings, and tree/vegetation. 2) Child's play behavior has been focused on functional play activity and construction play activity. 3) The relationship between outdoor play environments and child's play behaviors showed that small outside play environment with monotonous construction and multi-complex play equipments produced functional play behaviors on children. On the other hand, where various play areas were put together, we could observe relatively diverse play behaviors. However, in some cases, despite the small and monotonous play area, diverse play behaviors were observed. These playgrounds at least differed from others in that they provided the place where multi purpose play was possible. This finding shows that multi purpose play areas can be an alternative in small playground environment.

자궁근종환자의 피부저항 변이도에 관한 연구 (A Study on Skin Resistance Variability (SRV) of Women with Uterine Myoma)

  • Objectives : Uterine myoma is the most common pelvic benign tumor and may cause abnormal menstrual pattern. The growth of uterine myoma depends on hormones. The 7-zone-diagnostic system (CP-6000A) is a measuring system using skin resistance variability (SRV). The machine shows organic energy and was reported by the gynecologic department to detect functional abnormality of hypothalamus-hypophysis-ovarian axis (H-P-O). Our study was to investigate the SRV of women with uterine myoma by the 7-zone diagnostic system. Methods: Two groups were selected from those who took the CP-6000A test in the College of Korean Medicine Hospital of Sangji University from March 2003 to September 2006. They were divided into normal control (n=40) and uterine myoma groups (n=40). Electrodermal activity of the two groups was compared. Results : The mean value of electrodermal activity of the uterine myoma group was lower than that of thenormal group in all areas on first and second measurement. Especially, the mean value of the patient group was significantly lower than that of the normal group and fell below normal range in the 1, 2, and 3 areas on first and second measurement. Conclusions : The results suggest that women with uterine myoma may have organic energy deficiency and functional abnormality of the H-P-O axis. Further studies to determine the feasibility of this 7 -zone diagnostic system as a reliable diagnostic tool are needed.

영산강·섬진강수계 수변구역 토지매수 우선순위 산정에 관한 연구 -주암호 수변구역을 사례로 - (A Study on the Land Purchase Priority Measurement of the Riparian Areas in Yeongsan and Seomjin River Basin - Focusing on the Riparian Areas of the Juam Lake -)

  • Riparian areas are significant functional grounds for inhabiting ecological system on the river such as the self-regulation of the water quality and the foundation of important corridors. For such functional device to operate, consecutive land purchase scheme that prioritizes targeted areas with high pollutant load rate imposes sustainable development of the ecological riparian belt. The purpose of this study is focused on measuring the methodology for selecting land purchse order before establishing riparian belt in accordance with pollution loading estimation and the basin approach. The Yeongsan and Seomjin river which includes targeted areas of the land purchase have been classified into the large-medium-small(standard basin) influence areas based on their catchment rage, which than sub-divided the research area of Juam lake by 38 small basins and 223 units. Small basins with the high pollution load rates have been assessed as the first prioritized targets. For the second priority, the condition of the point pollutant sources, original area of the targets, original restored area were concerned. The final decision of the land purchase order targeted only those within 50 meter range from the basin. To validate the accumulated data, the on-site investigation went along the targeted zones, which the result shows that all prioritized areas included both point and non-point pollutant sources, and had not a small originally restored areas.

Linking of Items in Two Function-related Questionnaires to the International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health: Shoulder Pain

  • Purpose: This study was to identify international classification of functioning, disability and health (ICF) categories that could be linked conceptually to disability of arm, shoulder and hand (DASH) items and short form of health survey 36 (SF-36) items for persons with shoulder pain. Methods: Linkage between each item in DASH and SF-36 and the categories in the ICF were assessed. The linking process was performed by ten health professionals following the linking rule. One hundred four patients with shoulder pain were enrolled from 12 private clinic outpatient departments and participated in this study. Pearson correlation coefficients were used to assess the relationships between each scale item and the linked ICF code. Results: Thirty DASH items were able to be linked to 30 ICF codes, whereas the 36 items in SF-36 were only linked to 17 ICF codes. General health items included in SF-36 could not be linked to a relevant ICF concept. There was a high correlation between the two measurement tools and the linked ICF codes, DASH and its ICF code list (r =0.91), SF-36-Physical Health and its code list (r =-0.62), and SF-36-Mental Health and its code list (r =-0.72). Conclusion: The results suggest that concepts within each item in DASH can be linked to ICF codes for patients with shoulder pain, however, the concepts in the SF-36 items had limited linkage to ICF codes. The shoulder-specific functional tool, DASH can be expressed with ICF codes and, therefore, its use can promote data standardization and improve communication between professionals.
