투과성 해안구조물의 Wave Run-up에 대한 CADMAS-SURF의 적용 (An Application of CADMAS-SURF to the Wave run-up in Permeable Coastal Structures)

  • We constructed and demonstrated a numerical CADMAS-SURF(V4.0) model that reproduces the wave run-up characteristics on the slope of coastal structures and applied it to a permeable coastal structure. We also compared the numerical model with published experimental results on the hydrodynamic phenomena of structures and some numerical results for a modified Pbreak model. In conclusion, the CADMAS-SURF model efficiently simulated wave run-up on the slope of a permeable coastal structure. The inflow/outflow effects from the porous structure boundary were approximately $15\%$ more than with the modified Pbreak model. Nevertheless, the descriptions of the internal hydraulic characteristics still could not be full!! exacted from the result(Fig. 1 참조)s obtained in our model experiment.

빔 추적기법과 다층구조에서의 탄성파 전파이론을 적용한 소나돔 내부 음장 수치해석 (Numerical analysis of acoustic field inside sonar dome by using a beam tracing method and the theory of elastic wave propagation)

  • A sonar dome is basically designed and installed to protect sonar array from shocks, sea wave slaps and floating matters. The acoustic wave passing through sonar dome, however, can be distorted in magnitude and phase. This paper presents a numerical method for predicting the steady-state sound pressure on the surface of transducer array in the sonar dome and typical results of sonar beam pattern affected by sonar dome. A beam tracing model with phase information and a multi-layered elastic boundary model are involved. A full three-dimensional sonar dome is modeled as a GRP acoustic window, a rubber coated steel baffle and a rubber coated steel hull. A transducer array is modeled as thick steel cylinder. There are some assumptions such as incidence of plane wave, specular reflection on boundary and directionality of transducer element.

  • Diagnostic X-ray system has been contributed to wiping out disease to get a good quality images from patients. But, X-ray radiation could be exposed to patient and it is very harmful to the patient. In order to reduce being bombed, the many research and development is now advanced. This research has produced the high voltage occurrence system of full-wave rectification method by using the LC resonance inverter, and evaluated the irradiation reproducibility in order to use it in diagnosis of the patient.

  • PCB에서의 전자파 간섭원으로 DC power-bus의 공진이 자주 지목된다. 이것은 결국, 전도성 또는 전파 방사의 형태로, 하나 또는 인접한 시스템에서 디지털 SI를 저하시키게 된다. 따라서 PCB의 방사 문제를 파악하는 것은 중요하므로, 본 논문은 DC power-bus 공진 모드에 대한 방사를 면밀히 살펴본다. 엄밀한 주파수 영역 해석법을 이용하여 임피던스와 방사 전계를 구하고, 이는 물리와 전자파 해석 모의시험에 의해 타당성이 검토된다.

  • The DC power-bus' resonance is frequently attributed to EMI sources in the PCBs. Subsequently, it will ruin the digital signal integrity within one system or between adjacent systems in the form of conducted or radiated emission. Hence, since it is of importance to examine the PCB's emission, this paper sheds a light on the radiated emission from the power-bus with regards to its resonance modes. A full-wave analysis method is used to calculate the impedance and radiated electric fields and is validated by physics and an EM analysis tool.

  • 본 연구에서는 생 대두의 약열 성으로 대두의 분말 화시 마찰열에 의한 영양소가 파괴되며 생 대두 안에 수분과 단백질, 지질의 엉킴 현상으로 대두의 분말화가 어려운 실정이다. 전지활성 생 대두 미세 분말은 저온 가열처리에 의해 리폭시게나이즈와 같은 효소를 파괴시키지 않는 방법의 일환으로서 원적외선 건조방법을 이용하여 대두분말의 품질이 우수한 분말 제조법의 개발로 산업화함으로써 국민건강에 기여할 수 있다고 하겠다.

고온초전도체를 이용한 가지 형태 3 dB 방향성 결합기 설계 및 특성해석 (Design and Characterization of 3 dB Branch Type Directional Couplers using High-Tc Superconductors)

  • In this work, we presented the characterization of 3 dB branch type directional couplers by using High-Tc superconducting thin films. To do this, we deposited YBCO superconducting thin films on MgO substrates by using rf-magnetron sputtering techniques. The designed center frequency was 408 MHz and the designed passband was 20 MHz. Also we designed 3 dB Power difference and $90^{\circ}$ of phase difference between port 3 and port 4. The even and odd mode analysis were used to characterize our directional couplers and em Sonnet (full wave analysis program) was utilized to the optimum design. We reported experimental results, including a center frequency, passband, half power characteristics and phase differences. We confirmed that experimental results were in good agreements with characterization by using full wave analysis program.

  • 본 논문에서는 Ku-밴드의 마이크로파 대역에서 위상배열 안테나에 사용 가능한 결합선로를 이용하여 위상천이기에서 기존에 고려하지 않았던 주파수에 따른 분산특성을 전파(Full-wave) 해석방법인 SDA(Spectral Domain Approach)를 사용하여 정확히 해석하였다. 또한 비대칭 결합선로를 사용하는 위상천이와 유전치 덮개층이 부가된 위상천이기의 설계를 제안하였다. 현재 사용되고 있는 대칭 결합선로를 이용한 쉬프만 위상천이기와 비교하여, 이에 대한 위상응답의 특성변화에서 통과대역의 위상편차가 줄고 대역폭이 확대되어 광대역 특성이 개선되는 것을 이론적으로 해석하고 실험을 통하여 검증하였다.

  • In this article, the realization of a precision full-wave rectifier circuit for analog signal processing, which operates throughout in the current domain, is presented. The circuit makes use of a MOS class B/AB configuration, and provides a wide dynamic range and wide-band capability. The rectifier has a simple circuit configuration and is suitable for implementing in CMOS integrated circuit form as versatile building block. The characteristic of the circuit exhibits a low distortion en the output signal at low level input signal. PSPICE simulation results demonstrating the characteristic of the proposed circuit are included.

  • This paper presents an overview of recent advances in radio frequency and microwave filter topologies for satellite communication systems. Many types of filters have been developed during the last years in order to satisfy the demands of modern applications in both terrestrial systems and onboard spacecrafts, leading to a great variety of aspects such as transfer functions, resonator implementations or coupling structures. This paper revisits some of the last advances in this area, including the modeling and full-wave simulation. Some recent designs using dual-mode cavities along with other novel implementations in ridge waveguide will be shown.
