  • 전 세계적으로 해운물류 안전 보안체계가 강화됨에 따라 국가물류보안 체계 구축을 위한 해운물류안전 보안 핵심기술 개발이 이루어지고 있다. 이러한 국제적 정서에 발맞추어, 국내에서도 감마선 핵종을 검출할 수 있는 휴대용 방사능 검출 장치에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 휴대용 방사능 검출기의 Full-digital System을 제안하였다.

  • The full-field digital mammography (FFDM), which has been known as a digital breast imaging system, carries out more outstanding performance than the screen-film mammography in overall image quality, skin & nipple, description of pectoral muscle and expression of micro-calcification. Thus, in this thesis, I perform experiments for both the enhancement of image quality and accurate estimation of the result in question, when detecting the very tiny-sized lesions in mammography. The image of digital breast X-rays is the important diagnostic tool for detecting early breast cancer and micro calcification lesion. The experiment of how much compression rate has an effect on the result of diagnosis in the case of microcalcification lesion, with JPEG2000 40:1 compression and over 50% enlargement led to obscure or definitely unacceptable diagnostic results is performed. And in another study of assessment of PSNR degree. I recognized the importance of standardized management system in mammography, where not to mention the accurate reading of the image has the most crucial role in diagnosis

Digital Control of Phase-Shifted Full-Bridge PWM Converter

  • This paper presents the modeling and design of a digital controller for a phase-shifted full-bridge converter (PSFBC) in a discrete-time domain. The discretized PSFBC model is first derived and then analyzed considering the sampling effect and the system parameters. Based on this model, the digital controller is directly designed in a discrete-time domain. The simulation and experimental results are provided to show the validity of the proposed modeling and controller design.

  • Palplus system is a new European 16:9 wide screen TV format which has a full compatibility with standard PAL and the system has a advantage of improving picture quality by the reduction of cross color and cross luminance as well as making use of the full horizontal luminance bandwidth of the PAL system. We implemented European 16:9 PALplus Digital decoder(625/50/2:1) system using SVP(Serial Video Processor) IC and discrete helper demodulator.

  • 최근 개인정보보호에 관심이 증대되면서 암호화 솔루션 사용이 증가하고 있다. 또한, Windows XP 서비스 지원 종료와 함께 사용자의 운영체제 사양이 향상되면서, Bitlocker와 같은 Full Disk Encryption 솔루션의 활용도가 높아질 것으로 예상된다. 따라서 앞으로의 디지털 포렌식 조사는 Full Disk Encryption 환경에 대한 대응이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 Full Disk Encryption 환경에 대응하는 디지털 증거 수집 절차를 제안하고 Full Disk Encryption 솔루션 중 사용률이 높은 제품들의 대응 방법 및 탐지 도구를 소개한다.

  • With the advent of the high-speed microprocessor and DSP, the possibility of executing a control strategy in digital domain has become a reality. By the use of the DSP and microprocessor controller, many high power drive system may be enhanced resulting in the improved robustness to EMI, the ability to communicate the operating conditions and the ease of adjusting the control parameters. But, the digital controller using DSP or microprocessor is not applied in the high frequency switching power supplies, especially full bridge DC/DC converter. So, this paper presents the method and realization of designing a digital-to-phase shift PWM circuit for full digital controlled full bridge DC/DC converter with zero voltage switching. The operating principles, simulation and experimental results will be presented.

단일 안테나를 사용하는 단일대역 전이중 통신을 위한 자기간섭신호제거와 터보 등화기 설계 (Self-Interference Cancellation and Turbo Equalizer Design for the Single-band Full Duplex System using Single Antenna)

  • 본 논문에서는 터보 등화기를 결합한 단일 안테나 구조의 동일 대역 동시 전 이중 통신 시스템을 제안한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 시스템은 단일 안테나를 사용하기 위하여 Balanced Feed Network회로를 이용하여 송신 신호와 수신 신호를 격리시킨다. 또한 추가적으로 자기 간섭 신호를 감쇄시키기 위하여 RF Cancellation과 Digital Cancellation을 사용한다. 마지막으로 상대국에서 자국으로의 채널 상황이 열악할 경우와 Digital Cancellation이후에도 남은 잔류 자기 간섭 신호에 의한 상대국에서 보낸 수신 신호에 오류가 발생할 경우에도 통신의 신뢰도를 보장할 수 있도록 터보 등화기를 결합한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 시스템의 성능을 확인하기 위하여 Simulink 시뮬레이션 프로그램을 이용하여 시스템을 설계하였다. 시뮬레이션 결과, 본 논문에서 제안하는 시스템은 단일 안테나를 사용하며 동일 대역에서 Balanced Feed Network, RF(radio frequency) Cancellation, Digital Cancellation 그리고 터보 등화기를 통해 자기 간섭 신호를 효과적으로 제거하고 열악한 채널 상황에서도 전 이중통신을 할 수 있다.

  • The application of A.C. motor for servo system is rapidly increased according to the recent advance of power electronics and digital control techniques. The induction motor which has a simple structure and needs less maintenance has become to be used widely in the industrial field for the speed and position control recently. In this paper, the full-bridge resonant inverter is applied to the speed control of single phase inducting motor. The digital PID control algorithm is used and the control parameter is determined by the Zigler-Nichols transient response method. The speed control is carried out by the one chip micro-processor(intel EV 8097BH) and control program is developed by the assembly language. By the experimental result, it is confirmed that the speed of single phase induction motor driven by full bridge series inverter can be smoothly controlled by a digital PID controller.

Secure Transmission Scheme Based on the Artificial Noise in D2D-Enabled Full-Duplex Cellular Networks

  • In this paper, a secure transmission scheme based on the artificial noise is proposed for D2D communications underlaying the full-duplex cellular network, and a secure power allocation scheme to maximize the overall secrecy rate of both the cellular user and D2D transmitter node is presented. Firstly, the full-duplex base station transmits the artificial noise to guarantee the secure communications when it receives signals of cellular uplinks. Under this secure framework, it is found that improving the transmission power of the cellular user or the D2D transmitter node will degrade the secrecy rate of the other, although will improve itself secrecy rate obviously. Hence, a secure power allocation scheme to maximize the overall secrecy rate is presented subject to the security requirement of the cellular user. However, the original power optimization problem is non-convex. To efficiently solve it, we recast the original problem into a convex program problem by utilizing the proper relaxation and the successive convex approximation algorithm. Simulation results evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.
