시큐리티 요원의 감정노동 수준에 따른 직무스트레스와 고객지향성의 관계 (Correlation between Customer Orientation and Job Stress due to Degree of Emotional Labor on Security Agents)

  • 본 연구는 시큐리티 요원을 대상으로 감정노동 정도에 따라 직무스트레스와 고객지향성의 관계를 검증 하는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 2013년 11월 10일부터 20일까지 대전 및 충남지역 관할 경찰청에 등록된 10개의 시큐리티 회사를 무선적으로 선정한 다음, 집락표집방법을 이용하여 회사별 30명씩 300명을 조사대상으로 선정하였으나, 응답내용이 부실하거나 신뢰성이 없다고 판단되는 25명을 제외한 275명을 실제분석에서 사용하였다. 조사도구는 설문지로서 국내 외 선행연구를 기초로 재구성하였으며, 자료처리는 SPSS 19.0과 AMOS 17.0 통계 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석 상관관계분석을 실시하였다. 이상의 연구방법과 절차에 따른 자료 분석을 통하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 시큐리티 요원의 직무스트레스가 낮아지면 고객지향이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 시큐리티 요원의 감정노동 수준이 낮은 집단이 직무스트레스와 고객지향성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

Optimum design and vibration control of a space structure with the hybrid semi-active control devices

  • Based on the super elastic properties of the shape memory alloy (SMA) and the inverse piezoelectric effect of piezoelectric (PZT) ceramics, a kind of hybrid semi-active control device was designed and made, its mechanical properties test was done under different frequency and different voltage. The local search ability of genetic algorithm is poor, which would fall into the defect of prematurity easily. A kind of adaptive immune memory cloning algorithm(AIMCA) was proposed based on the simulation of clone selection and immune memory process. It can adjust the mutation probability and clone scale adaptively through the way of introducing memory cell and antibody incentive degrees. And performance indicator based on the modal controllable degree was taken as antigen-antibody affinity function, the optimization analysis of damper layout in a space truss structure was done. The structural seismic response was analyzed by applying the neural network prediction model and T-S fuzzy logic. Results show that SMA and PZT friction composite damper has a good energy dissipation capacity and stable performance, the bigger voltage, the better energy dissipation ability. Compared with genetic algorithm, the adaptive immune memory clone algorithm overcomes the problem of prematurity effectively. Besides, it has stronger global searching ability, better population diversity and faster convergence speed, makes the damper has a better arrangement position in structural dampers optimization leading to the better damping effect.

캘리퍼 모드에 의한 디스크 브레이크 스퀼 시험 및 해석 (Numerical and Experimental Analysis for Disc Brake Squeal Induced by Caliper Mode)

  • 본 논문은 차량 제동 시 발생하는 소음의 원인을 해석적으로 예측하고, 본 실험실에서 제작한 브레이크 다이나모 메터를 이용하여 실험적으로 검증하였다. 압력 변화에 따른 브레이크 시스템에 대한 주파수 응답 시험 및 유한 요소 해석(FEM)을 실시하여 캘리퍼 및 디스크의 수직 모드(Out-of-plane)의 시스템 주파수를 추적하였다. 이를 제동 시 발생한 스퀼 소음의 주파수와 비교해본 결과 스퀼 주파수는 캘리퍼 및 패드의 변위를 갖는 시스템 모드임을 확인하였다. 또한 유한 요소 해석을 이용한 복소수 고유치 해석 결과 패드의 회전변위를 발생시키는 캘리퍼 모드가 음의 마찰곡선 기울기와 연동하여 불안정하게 됨을 확인하였다.

저궤도 지구관측 위성의 통계적 에너지 해석 (Statistical Energy Analysis of Low-Altitude Earth Observation Satellite)

  • The low-altitude earth observation satellite is generally equipped with high performance camera as a main payload which is vulnerable to vibration environment. During the launch process of a satellite, the combustion and jet noise of launch vehicle produce severe acoustic environment and the acoustic loads induced may damage the critical equipments of the satellite including the camera. Therefore to predict and simulate the effect of the acoustic environment which the satellite has to sustain at the lift-off event is very important process to support the load-resistive design and test-qualification of components. Statistical Energy Analysis(SEA) has been widely used to estimate the vibro-acoustic responses of the structures and gives statistical but reliable results in the higher frequency region with less modeling efforts and calculation time than the standard FEA. In this study, SEA technique has been applied to a 3-Dimensional model of a low-altitude earth observation satellite to predict the acceleration responses on the structural components induced by the high level acoustic field in the launch vehicle fairing. In addition, the expected response on each critical component panel was calculated by the classical method in consideration of the mass loading and imposed sound pressure level, and then compared with SEA results.

연무 종류별 강수 발생시간 관측 특성 및 에어로졸-강수 연관성 분석 (Observed Characteristics of Precipitation Timing during the Severe Hazes: Implication to Aerosol-Precipitation Interactions)

  • Characteristics of precipitation response to enhanced aerosols have been investigated during the severe haze events observed in Korea for 2011 to 2016. All 6-years haze events are classified into long-range transported haze (LH: 31%), urban haze (UH: 28%), and yellow sand (YS: 18%) in order. Long-range transported one is mainly discussed in this study. Interestingly, both LH (68%) and YS (87%) appear to be more frequently accompanied with precipitation than UH (48%). We also found out the different timing of precipitation for LH and YS, respectively. The variations of precipitation frequency for the LH event tend to coincide with aerosol variations specifically in terms of temporal covariation, which is in contrast with YS. Increased aerosol loadings following precipitation for the YS event seems to be primarily controlled by large scale synoptic forcing. Meanwhile, aerosols for the LH event may be closely associated with precipitation longevity through changes in cloud microphysics such that enhanced aerosols can increase smaller cloud droplets and further extend light precipitation at weaker rate. Notably, precipitation persisted longer than operational weather forecast not considering detailed aerosol-cloud interactions, but the timescale was limited within a day. This result demonstrates active interactions between aerosols and meteorology such as probable modifications of cloud microphysics and precipitation, synoptic-induced dust transport, and precipitation-scavenging in Korea. Understanding of aerosol potential effect on precipitation will contribute to improving the performance of numerical weather model especially in terms of precipitation timing and location.

웨이브렛 전달함수를 이용한 궤도틀림 식별 (Identification of Track Irregularity using Wavelet Transfer Function)

  • 본 연구에서는 웨이브렛 변환을 이용하여 궤도틀림을 식별하는 방법을 제시하였다. 궤도틀림과 대차 가속도응답신호에 의한 등가 웨이브렛 SISO 전달함수를 정의하였다. 현장에 적용되는 검측차의 25cm단위 궤도검측 기준에 맞추어 궤도틀림과 대차가속도 응답신호를 조정하였다. 웨이브렛 변환을 적용하기 전 입력데이터는 웨이브렛 변환 정의 조건에 맞추어 범위를 재조정한 회귀신호이다. 또한, 웨이브렛 역전 달 함수를 정의하여, 궤도틀림을 역 추정하였다. 추정된 궤도틀림과 실제의 궤도틀림의 비교를 위해 상관도와 FRF를 비교 분석하였다. 예측된 값과 기준 값 과의 잔 차의 분산비로 정의되는 틀림지수를 사용하여 궤도틀림의 이상을 분석하였으며, 개발될 알고리즘을 검증하기 위하여 시뮬레이션 연구를 수행하였다.

TUI 환경의 유저 사용 만족도 연구 (A study on user satisfaction in TUI environment)

  • An interface in smart device environment is changing to TUI(touch user interface) environment where a system is being controlled by physical touch, differently from a system controlled through conventional mouse and keyboard. What is more important than anything else in this TUI environment is to implement interface in consideration of learn ability and cognitive constructivism according to user's experience. Therefore, now is the time when it is necessary to carry out various studies on smart content design process going a step farther together with discussing the details of user's experience factor. Hence, this study was intended to look into what effect a user's experiential traits had on the production of contents for the purpose of measures for improving TUI user satisfaction in order to effectively realize contents in smart environment. Results were yielded by using a statistical empirical analysis such as cross-tabulation analysis according to important variable and user, paired t-test, multiple response analysis, and preference frequency analysis of user preference on the basis of a survey. As a result, a system was presented for implementing DFSS(Design For Six Sigma) process. TUI experience factor can be divided into direct habitual experience, direct learning experience, indirect habitual experience, and indirect learning experience. And in the results of study, it was possible to find that the important variables of this study had a positive effect on the improvement of use satisfaction with contents on the whole according to the user convenience of smart contents. This study is expected to have a positive effect on efficient smart device-based contents production by providing objective information according to empirical analysis to smart media-based developer and designer and presenting a model for improving the changed TUI usability.

마코브 체인을 이용한 Mass SQL Injection 웜 확산 예측에 관한 연구 (A Study on Prediction of Mass SQL Injection Worm Propagation Using The Markov Chain)

  • 최근 웜에 의한 사이버 위협이 증가함에 따라 웜의 확산 특성을 분석하기 위한 전파 모델이 연구되고 있다. 대표적인 예로 수학적 모델링 기법인 Epidemic(SI), KM(Kermack-MeKendrick), Two-Factor, AAWP(Analytical Active Worm Propagation)등의 모델 기법들이 제시되었다. 하지만, 기존 모델 방법들은 대부분 코드레드와 같은 네트워크를 대상으로 하는 랜덤 스캐닝 기법에 대해서만 모델링이 가능하다. 또한 거시적인 분석만 가능하고 특정 위협에 대해 예측하는데 한계점을 가지고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 과거의 위협 발생 데이터를 근거로 하여 Mass SQL Injection 같은 사이버위협에 적용 가능한 마코브 체인(markov chain) 기반 예측 방법을 제시한다. 이를 통하여 각 위협별 발생 확률 및 발생빈도를 예측할 수 있다.

Effects of demi-hull separation ratios on motion responses of tidal current turbines-loaded catamaran

  • Catamaran has recently been a choice to support a typical vertical axis turbine in floating tidal current energy conversion system. However, motion responses associated with the catamaran can reduce the turbines efficiency. The possibility to overcome this problem isto change the catamaran parameter by varying and simulating the demi-hull separations to have lower motion responses. This simulation was undertaken by Computational Fluid Dynamic (CFD) using potential flow analysis. Cases of demi-hull separation were considered, with ratios of demi-hull separation (S) to the breadth of demi-hull (B), S/B of 3.45, 4.95, 6.45, 7.2 and 7.95. In order to compare to the previous works in the literature, the regular wave was set with wave height of 0.8 m. Furthermore, the analysis was carried out by irregular waves with significant wave height, Hs, of about 0.09 to 1.5 m and the wave period, T, of about 1.5 to 6 s or corresponding to the wave frequency, ω, of about 1.1 to 4.2 rad/s. The wave spectrum was derived from the equation of the International Towing Tank Conference (ITTC). For the case of turbines-loaded catamaran under consideration, the new finding is that the least significant amplitude response can be satisfied at the ratio S/B of 7.2. This study indicates that selecting a right choice of demi-hull separation ratio could contribute in reducing motion responses of the tidal current turbines-loaded catamaran.

왕복동식 압축기의 스너버내 맥동압 분포 (Pulsatile Pressure Distribution on the Snubber of Reciprocating Compressor)

  • Pulsation is an inherent phenomenon in reciprocating compressors. It interacts with piping to cause vibrations and performance problems. Indiscriminately connecting to a compressor can be dangerous and cost money in the form of broken equipment and piping, poor performance, inaccurate metering, unwanted vibration, and sometimes noise. Piping connected to a compressor can materially affect the performance and response. To minimize these detrimental effects, reciprocating compressor system should be equipped by pulsation suppression system. This study discusses pressure pulsation phenomena occurred in a reciprocating compressor system. An experiment applied air compressor unit, as pulsating pressure generator, has been done. The compressor was connected sequentially to a snubber model and pressure tank. Sensor probes were placed on the inlet and outlet pipes of snubber. Compressor was driven by a motor controlled by a frequency regulator. The experiment was conducted by adjusting the regulator at 40Hz. General information about an internal gas flow can be achieved by numerical analysis approach. Information of the velocity, pressure and turbulence kinetic energy distribution are presented in this paper. Based on this result, the design improvement might be done.
