This study developed e-book content in order to use e-books as a tool to provide more efficient classes to learners who are familiar with smart devices and online spaces. E-book contents were produced using Sigil-0.9.10. The development process is as follows. Before e-book development, it is necessary to prepare manuscript files, image files to be inserted, fonts to be used, and e-book covers. After inserting the book cover images, it is necessary to register the table of contents using the title tag and register the free fonts. Also, a style must be created for text or images used in the main text connected to a file containing the entire text. Then, after separating the entire text file into separate files according to each chapter, the text is completed in turn. E-books were produced focusing on hyperlink functions so that educational content and various example images could be accessed. Currently, there is a lack of research on e-books as textbooks in universities within the fashion design major. In the future, if e-book contents are developed according to the characteristics of courses and the level of learners, they can be used as effective teaching tools.

인터파크의 도서부문인 북파크는 비교적 일찍부터 온라인 도서판매를 시작해 왔으나 그 성과는 지지 부진하였으며, 도서 전문몰에 항상 뒤쳐져 있었다. 북파크의 부진은 인터파크 전체 성과에도 악영향을 미쳐서 인터파크의 대기업 계열의 인터넷 쇼핑몰과의 경쟁에서도 허덕이고 있었다. 이 때 배수진을 치고전임직원들이 과감히 승부수를 던진 것이 바로 도서무료배송 전면적 실시였다. 도서무료배송은 배송비증가로 인한 수익악화와 경쟁업체의 모방이라는 위험이 있었지만, 간접적인 가격할인 효과로 인한 도서 매출의 증대와 타 품목으로의 구매전환이라는 긍정적인 밤항에 승부를 걸었던 것이다. 이를 통해 인터파크는 온라인 도서부분 1위 업체로 부상했다. 또한 이를 바탕으로 전체매출액에서도 쇼핑몰 업계 1위를 탈환하는 성과를 달성하였다. 이는 고객지항적인 태도로 사전에 철저한 시장 고객분석을 통해 도서무료배송의 성공에 대한 확신을 가지고 경쟁사보다 앞서간 결과였다. 본 사례는 인터넷 마케팅에서 시장선점을 위한 과감한 승부수와 이를 뒷받침하는 절저한 시장과 경쟁사 분석이 얼마나 중요한지를 보여주고 있다.

이 연구에서는 전자책 수용자조사 자료를 통해 전자책에 대한 이용실태와 나아가 수용자들이 전자책의 향후 발전 전망을 어떻게 진단하고 있는지 밝혀보고자 했다. 그리고 전자책의 향후 활성화 방안을 제시해 보고자 했다. 연구결과 전자책 이용자의 저변확대는 이루어져 있었다. 그러나 전자책은 아직 수용자들에게 잘 알려져 있지 않았고 주로 무료사이트를 이용하는 수준에 머물러 이용이 활성화 되어 있지 않았다. 그리고 전자책의 이용경험 유무가 이용행태에 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치고 있었다. 또한 전자책 수용자들은 전자책의 발전전망을 종이책보다 훨씬 밝게 보았고, 전자책 이용경험이 있는 수용자가 경험이 없는 수용자보다 전자책의 발전전망을 밝게 진단하고 있었다. 따라서 전자책 이용의 활성화를 위해서는 전자책에 대한 접근성 제고, 홍보의 강화, 내용에 대한 신뢰성 제고, 가격의 인하, 다양한 컨텐츠 개발, 가독성을 높일 수 있는 편집체제 변화, 눈의 피로를 막을 수 있는 화면의 개발 등이 선행되어야 한다.

This paper proposed context based annotation model and annotation ambiguity correction methods. The proposed model provides various annotation types, semantic models, and pen-based free drawing interface. Annotation correction method that is specifically based on the context which includes various textual and structure information between free-form marking and annotation. Also, interface for XML environment using the proposed model and correction methods is proposed and possibilities of application is looked at. The results from the implementation of the proposed method show that the annotated areas included in the free-form marking information are more accurate, achieving more accurate exchange results amongst multiple users in a heterogeneous document environment

스마트 교육 환경과 4차 산업 혁명 시대를 맞이하여 편리한 기능을 갖는 다양한 테크놀로지들을 활용하는 새로운 차원의 디지털 수학 교과서가 필요하게 되었다. 한국의 경우 초 중등 수학 교육에서는 여러 다양한 시도가 있었으나 대학 수학교육의 경우 디지털 수학 교과서 관련 연구는 미비하였다. 본 논문에서는 선형대수학을 중심으로 디지털 콘텐츠와 대화형 실습실을 활용하는 디지털 교과서를 소개한다. 본 교과서는 본 연구진이 직접 개발하여 누구나 http://matrix.skku.ac.kr/LA-K에서 다운로드 받을 수 있도록 제공하였으며, 기존의 종이 교과서(서책형)를 단순히 pdf 형태의 파일로 변환하여 애니메이션이나 참고자료 등을 추가한 수준에서 벗어나 전자책, 웹 콘텐츠, 강의 동영상, 대화형 실습실을 포함한다. 본 선형대수학 디지털 교과서는 학생들이 어떠한 모바일 기기에서든 시간과 장소의 제약 없이 자유롭게 사용할 수 있으며, 계산, 코딩 및 타이핑 과정에서 절약된 시간을 수학 개념을 더 깊이 이해하는데 사용할 수 있다. 코드를 포함한 대화형 실습실 및 동영상 강의를 탑재한 최초의 수학 디지털 교과서로 평가되는 본 연구의 결과물은 차세대 디지털 교과서의 주요 모델 중 하나가 될 것으로 판단된다.

Among many open libraries under the rule of the Japanese imperialism, only the railroad library as the character of special library under the control of the Japanese Government General is remarkable for having opened its facilities to outsiders as well as the interior users. This study tries a) To look into what were the colonial background, aim and motive of the establishment of the railroad library under the Japanese rule, b) To analyze its activities and the change of its organization, c) And to find out its vestiges an the effects which it has on our country's library circles. The following are the result: A. The railroad library under the rule of the Japanese imperialism functioned as a public library by the outside book's circulation rather than the interior using. B. The outsiders were qualified to use it only when they got the joint guarantee for the city resident, which means that the o n.0, pportunity of the circulation was not free for the Koreans rather than the Japanese. C. From the aspect of collections, technical books such as natural science, and reference ones tended to be collected, and their whole composition was focused on the materials for the Japan-Korea identification scheme and development of the national spirit as the Japanese empire's subjects. D. In the respect of its organization, all the clerical employees, as well as the chief librarian were composed of the Japanese. Although the Koreans were in principle prohibited from working there, a few of them were employed as guard or servant as the China-Japan War was close to the end. E. The area of the outside book's, circulation service was expanded throughout the whole region along the railroad connecting Pusan with Manchuria. Such a service activity which contained several meanings, was tried by means of culture's books, circuit's books, train's books, hotel's books, mind's development books and reader's reading books etc. F. Such matters as the limitation on book circulating and the quantity of circulation book, the paid circulation and the partial restriction on free circulation mean the wartime system under the rule of the Japanese imperialism and also a n.0, ppeared as a factor of hampering the Koreans from getting accustomed to using library, which has affected them until now. G. The noticeable thing in the service activity is shown in attempting the diversified and positive way of service like free circulation in order to solidify the attitude of the Koreans toward war by organizing mind's development books as well as culture's books with the China-Japan War. H. On the other hand, it can not be passed over that the diversified service activity of the railroad library played a role of bridge in turning of today's library circles of ours to the modernization.

Learning Power Electronics is essential in both electrical and electronic engineering fields and the introductory courses are similar in many universities. Taking this premise into account, an educational computer-aided platform for power electronics will be presented in this paper. This educational platform includes an e-book, a set of power electronics animations, Java simulations, as well as several hands-on training sessions. The main advantages of this platform are twofold. First, all necessary teaching tools are combined on a single platform. And secondly, access to this platform is available free of charge and with no complicated registration requirements. In addition to traditional teaching techniques, the use of this platform has demonstrated an increase in student participation and has consistently improved their academic performance. Data consist of surveys, which guarantee both reliability and validity through psychometric techniques.

"Is a given boy or girl gifted in physics\ulcorner" That is a very complicated question and it is not easy to answer it as creativity and talents have many aspects. The lecture is devoted to analysis of several of them. In particular, we shall discuss the following points: 1) "Poets in physics". Some pupils have a seldom ability to create very beautiful, intellectual constructions starting from very few assumptions. Any building consists of commonly used bricks or other building elements, any book contains only several tens of commonly used letters or other graphic elements, also any painting may be created by appropriate use of several colors. Some buildings are nice, some not. Some paintings are beautiful, some not. Certain pupils, by appropriate use of several simple laws, are able to create beautiful constructions. They are like poets writing poetry by using several tens of letters known to everybody. 2) "Free hunters". Some pupils solve even very typical problems in a very untypical ways. Their independence in thinking is especially valuable. 3) "Small discoverers". Even very rich syllabuses do not contain whole physics. Some pupils e.g. during solving problems discover laws or rules that are absent in the syllabus. For example, some of them are able to make use of symmetry or dimensional analysis without any preliminary knowledge of that matter. The considerations are illustrated with different examples taken from physics or mathematics. The subject is very large and, of course, we are not able to present the problem in a complete way.o present the problem in a complete way.

Purpose: Nineteen articles were analyzed to gather opinions and nursing implications about NIPT recently launched. Methods: Nineteen articles were selected from EBSCO (eBook business collection), Google Scholar, and two Korean academic d-bases with key words 'prenatal screening testing', 'prenatal genetic diagnostic testing', NIPT or 'cell free DNA (cfDNA)'. Authors developed a framework for analyzing the 19 articles including opinions and suggestions for future implications. Results: Eleven articles written by the first author affiliated with medicine or genetics, viewed NIPT as promising because of safety, accuracy, early detectability and cost effectiveness. Articles written by journalists or authors affiliated with history and ethics were concerned with the possible risk of ELSI (ethical, legal, social issues), erratic interpretation of test results, and lack of genetic counseling service. Conclusion: With consideration of Korean clinical, and legal circumstances, not only pregnant women and families but also health professionals must prepare for clinical NIPT implications including updating prenatal genetic testing, counseling services, protecting ELSI and amulticultural team approach.

As indicated by Chinese letters "사혁" (sha-ji) is the ripe fruit of Seabuckthron (Hippophae rhamnoides Linneus) Family Flaeagnaceae is one of ancient natural medicine used by the Tibetan and Mongolian nationallites with ancient methods to treat desease, It is an effectiv Traditional Tibetan medicine. Bud only now are they beginning to be understood in the world of modern medicine. Hippophae was written in the book of Traditional Tibetan Medicine - "Somalaza" (8th century), "Sibuyidian" (1840) and "Jingzhubencao" (Qing Dynasty). The "Sibuyidien" was trnslated in to the Russian and published at 1903 in the Russian. Then the Russian bigan to study on Hippophae and they have achieved great successes. The Chinese scientists began to study on the chemical constituent and medical action with modern technique at 1952. With more than 40 years painstaking eport they have conceived and used a wide variety of experimental screening systems, achieved successes. Finally the)1 with one's own tests has keen verified that the crude drug being various kind of bioactive substance could Inhibits tumor, increase immunity, wipe out free radical, prevent disease of cardiovascular system, have anti-radiation, anti-inflammeutory effects. At 1977 the Hippophae rhamnoides was written in Chinase Pharmacopoeia.e rhamnoides was written in Chinase Pharmacopoeia.
