The current study examined the causal relations among sustainable luxury campaigns' message framing types (negative vs. positive), sustainable brand image and perceived consumer effectiveness. The study tested the moderation of perceived brand luxury about the message framing types, sustainable brand image, and perceived consumer effectiveness. An online survey adopting luxury product is conducted with a total of 194 Korean consumers, testing the hypotheses. In the results, the message framing type is found to significantly affect perceived consumer effectiveness but not sustainable brand image. Perceived brand luxury significantly negatively moderates the relationship between the message framing type and perceived consumer effectiveness but not between the type and sustainable brand image. The results supported the positive influence of perceived consumer effectiveness on sustainable brand image. The moderation of perceived brand luxury was confirmed only for the relationship between the message framing type and perceived consumer effectiveness. The results empirically confirm that the message frame of luxury marketing could positively affect consumers' attitude formation, such as perceived consumer effectiveness, which is consistent with previous studies' research results. The results document that luxury brands using a negative message frame type had a more significant effect on perceived consumer effectiveness than the positive frame type. The findings contribute to the literature of new media-based sustainable marketing of luxury products as to how it affects consumers' brand evaluation and purchase intention, focusing on the causal relationships among the message-framing type of sustainable luxury marketing, sustainable brand image, and perceived consumer effectiveness. Given the increasing pursuit of sustainability in the luxury industry, the results contribute to deriving implications for sustainable marketing of efficient luxury brands.
Purpose: The importance of building airtightness is increased as the demand and expectation of building energy efficiency is growing. Previous research only focused on airtightness of building openings only to improve building airtightness. However, the analysis of difference of airtightness performance according to the characteristic of building structure has not been performed. Therefore, this study analyzed the difference of airtightness performance according to building structural characteristics in a number of ways. Method: Airtightness that are classified as rigid-frame type or wall type are measured and analyzed the difference of airtightness performance between rigid frame type apartments and wall type apartments. This study calculated the heating energy demand and quantitatively analysis using ISO 13790. Futhermore, this study compared research trend of domestic airtightness performance with airtightness standards of the developed countries based on the field measurement. Result: Airtight performance of wall type is better than rigid frame type in terms of energy saving. The difference of heating energy demand between wall type and rigid frame type was $8.14kWh/m^2yr$.

This study proposes a weight reduction design for urban transit, specifically, a Korean EMU carbody made of aluminum extrusion profiles, according to size optimization and useful material changes. First, the thickness of the under-frame, side-panels, and end-panels were optimized by the size optimization process, and then, the weight of the Korean EMU carbody could be reduced to approximately 14.8%. Second, the under-frame of the optimized carbody was substituted with a frame-type structure made of SMA 570, and then, the weight of the hybrid-type carbody was 3.8% lighter than that of the initial K-EMU. Finally, the under-frame and the roof-panel were substituted with a composite material sandwich to obtain an ultralight hybrid-type carbody. The weight of the ultralight hybrid-type carbody was 30% lighter than that of the initial K-EMU. All the resulting carbody models satisfied the design regulations of the domestic Performance Test Standard for Electrical Multiple Unit.

A method for computing effectiv ebandwidth of aggregated varable bit rate (VBR) moving picture experts group (MPEG) video traffic is proposed. To compute statistical characteristics of aggregated MPEG traffic, first we split input MPEG traffic into I, B, and P frame traffics and aggregate respective I, B, and P frame traffics according to the frame type. Second statisticsal characteristics of the aggregated MPEG traffic are obtained using those of aggregated I, B, and P frame traffics. The effective bandwidth of the aggregated I frame traffic is computed by using the gaussian bound. Using the modified equivalent capacity, we obtain the effective bandwidths of aggregated B and P frame traffics and then compute the effective bandwidth of the combined B and P frame traffic. Finally the effective bandwidth of the aggregated MPEG traffic is computed by adding the gaussian bound of the aggregated I frame traffic and modifed equivalent capacity of combined B and P frame traffic. Computer simulation shows that the proposed method estimates effective bandwidth of the aggregated MPEG traffic well.
Floor impact sound has been most annoying for years among the noises which are produced in apartment. This study aims to analyze the improvement of floor impact sound by comparing the results of the test which was carried out for the wall slab type apartment and moment frame apartment, and also for the effect of advanced vibration isolation layer. Moment frame structure that main structure consists of column and slab has shown better performance for the heavyweight impact sound comparing with wall slab type structure which is general type in Korea. Stiffness of floor system was raised by reinforcing the stiffness of vibration isolation layer, and it was analyzed how much the floor impact sound performance was improved. The result showed that the reinforced floor had better performance than the existing floor system that uses lightweight porous concrete as vibration isolation material. In addition, a system used wire mesh in mortar showed improvement of floor impact sound than a system without wire mesh, and better performance for the frequency bands lower than 160 Hz which causes floor impact problem in wall slab type apartment.
This study was conducted to investigate the actual conditions on housing and facilities for goat. This investigation of the actual conditions was investigated by the style of farm which was divided into sideline scale and speciality scale included 47 farms. The results are summarized as follows: Rearing scale was 48.9% for 50-100 heads per farm. Rearing type was 46.8% for grazing type and 53.2% for barn type. Housing type was 27.7% for simple frame housing and 72.3% for permanent housing. Pipe was used 80.8% with Pillar and Girder as the housing frame at farm. For the pipe used in farm, 27.7% of them was used for simple frame housing. Side wall was composed of cement and winch curtain to be 29.8%, slate roof to be 40.4%, pipe partition to be 38.3%, and cement floor to be 51.1%. Materials of feeding trough were wood and Zinc grater to be 41.5%, respectively. Type of feeding trough was square to be 70.2%. The feeding trough was located in barn to be 48.9%. Material of water supply facilities was plastic to be 87.2%. Type of water supply facilities was mostly square to be 76.6%. Water-trough was located in playground to be 48.9%. Parturition facilities were consisted of partition structure by group to be 42.5% and were mainly composed of pipe and wood. 46.8% of the barn did not have delivery room in the farm.
Purpose of this study is proposal of estimating method about window thermal performance that based on KS F 2278 'Test method of thermal resistance for windows and doors' due to material composition of PVC frame window. First step of this study is research of present state about material composition of PVC frame window. Second is selection of main effective elements about window thermal resistance. For example, composition of Glazing, Frame area ratio of total window area, frame width, opening type, area of heat transfer and so on. Third is multiple regression analysis about thermal performance of PVC frame window due to main effective elements. It produces equations of multiple regression analysis due to opening type. Case of sliding window is $Y=0.149+0.034X_g+0.248X_{far}$, 4track sliding is $Y=0.584+0.175X_g+1.355X_{far}-0.008X_{fw}$, Tilt & Turn window is $Y=-0.161+0.076X_g+0.576X_{far}+0.0008X_{fw}$.

This paper evaluates dynamic performance of a cab over type large-sized truck for estimating the effects of frame's torsional characteristics using a computer model. The computer model considers two mounting methods of frame, flange mounting and web mounting. Frame is modeled by finite elements using MSC/NASTRAN In order to consider the flexibility of frame. The torsional test of the frame is conducted In order to validate the modeled finite element model. A load cell is used to measure the load applied to the frame. An angle sensor is used to measure the torsional angle. An actuator is used to apply a load to the frame. To estimate the effects of frame's torsional characteristics on dynamic performance, simulations are performed with the flange mounting and web mounting frame. Simulation results show that the web mounting frame's variations of roll angle, lateral acceleration, and yaw rate are larger than the flange mounting frame's variations, especially in the high velocity and the second part of the double lane course.
In this study, nonlinear dynamic analyses were performed in order to evaluate and compare the structural response of different type of moment resisting frame buildings equipped with conventional braces (CBs) and buckling restrained braces (BRBs) subjected to near-field ground motions. For this, the case study frames, namely, ordinary moment-resisting frame (OMRF) and special moment-resisting frame (SMRF) having two equal bays of 6 m and a total height of 20 m were utilized. Then, CBs and BRBs were inserted in the bays of the existing frames. As a brace pattern, diagonal type with different configurations were used for the braced frame structures. For the earthquake excitation, artificial pulses equivalent to Northridge and Kobe earthquake records were taken into account. The results in terms of the inter-story drift index, global damage index, base shear, top shear, damage index, and plastification were discussed. The analysis of the results indicated a considerable improvement in the structural performance of the existing frames with the inclusion of conventional and especially buckling-restrained braces.
In this paper, stress analyses using shell and solid elements on weld zone of railway bogie frame were performed. To calculate stress distribution on weld zone, a coupling model using shell and solid elements was suggested. For this purpose, we performed specimen analyses on T-type solid and shell model of T-type panels which were modeled using shell elements, solid elements and coupled elements, respectively. The result showed that the stress concentration at weld zone was occurred in solid model, but it didn't occur in shell model. And the stress distribution of coupled model was similar to that of solid model. Also, we applied the coupled modeling method on the analysis on weld zone of bogie frame. The stress distribution of coupled model showed much higher compared to that of shell only model. Therefore, the coupled model method is highly recommended for the stress analysis in weld zone of bogie frame.
