4차 산업혁명시대의 스마트 유통물류센터 구축방향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Establishment Direction of Smart Distribution Logistics Center in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution)

  • 본 연구는 4차 산업혁명 시대에 스마트 유통물류센터 구축 요인을 파악하고, 요인별 중요도를 산출하는 것을 연구의 목적으로 한다. 연구 방법론은 전문가의 지식을 효과적으로 추출할 수 있는 CFPR(Consistent Fuzzy Preference Relations)법을 사용하였다. 연구결과, 대요인(Principle factors)에 "서비스"가 0.271로 가장 우선적으로 고려해야 하는 요인으로 분석되었고, 다음으로는 인프라(0.254), 정보시스템(0.247), 장비(0.228)순으로 나타났다. 한편, 세부 요인별(Detailed factors)로 보면 "신뢰성"요인의 중요도가 0.091로 가장 높게 나타났으며, 이어 "정보시스템의 가시성"(0.076), "인프라의 공간고도화"(0.075), "입지"(0.074) 그리고 "서비스의 만족도"(0.073) 순으로 높게 평가되었다. 본 연구는 스마트 유통물류센터에 대한 구축방향을 제시하였다는 점에서 시사점을 갖는다.

  • 4차 산업혁명의 기술 발달은 세계와 사회의 발전을 가속화 시키고 있다. 4차 산업기술은 Cyber World와 연결되어 국가와 사회 인프라를 발전시키고 4차 산업기술의 응용은 Cyber-city와 Cyber-life system을 창조할 수 있다. Cyber 세계와 현실 세계를 연결시키는 ICT 비즈니스 업계에서는 Cyber 업무와 현실의 업무를 연결시켜야 한다. Cyber 업무와 현실의 업무의 연결 방법 중 한 가지로 AR명함을 사용하는 것이다. AR명함을 스마트폰으로 인식하면 3D 캐릭터가 등장하여 명함 주인공을 소개하도록 한다. 또한, AR 명함은 사업자의 상품·제품·서비스가 AR로 반영되어 제품, 서비스 등에 대한 홍보가 가능하도록 한다. 연결된 유무선 5G 통신을 이용하면, 실시간 전자상거래도 가능하다. 본 논문에서는 Source Coding으로 AR명함 제작하고 AR 명함 platform을 설계할 것이다.

  • The field of design requires creative thinking in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Advanced educational process are needed to develop creative human resources. The ability to creatively develop or cope with new things is also seen as an important core competency. Therefore, this study develops a creative fashion design process and verifies its effect on core competencies in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. For this, 29 college students majoring in fashion design were selected to form an experimental group, a comparative group, and a control group. A creative fashion design program was applied in the experimental group. However, the existing fashion design program was applied to the comparative group. The corresponding sample t-test was applied as an analysis method. The analysis results are as follows. In the experimental group, creative self-efficacy, self-efficacy for group work problem solving ability, and communicative ability improved. However, only communicative ability improved in the comparative group. There was no change in the control group. We proved the value of the study based on collected results. In addition, the results of this study can be used as a basic strategy for subsequent research.

  • 이 연구의 목적은 공항운영자들이 인식하고 있는 4차 산업혁명이 공항경영시스템에 미치는 영향과 이러한 영향 관계 간에서 융합과 리더십의 조절효과를 규명하는 것이다. 데이터는 대한민국에 있는 6개 국제공항에서 Simple random sampling으로 공항운영자를 대상으로 설문조사를 통해 수집하였다. 데이터 분석은 Structural equation modeling을 사용하였다. 연구결과는 4차 산업혁명이 공항경영시스템에 긍정적으로 영향을 미치는 것을 발견하였다. 또한 융합 및 리더십의 조절효과는 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 이 논문에서 우리는 공항경영시스템을 4차 산업혁명 시대에 부합하는 시스템으로 재구축해야 한다고 주장한다. 이 논문은 공항 연구자들에게 이론적 근거 자료와 실증연구의 방향을 제공하고 공항기업 경영자들과 공항정책 기획자들에게 시사점을 제공한다. 이 연구결과는 4차 산업혁명의 기술을 채택한 국제공항에 특히 유용하다.

  • This paper's object is to study the Advanced Foreign's Third Party Logistics Trend & View at Global Logistics Times. So, I analysed the Advanced Foreign U.S. & EU and the results are as follows: First, a growth in the number of outsourcing relationships has contributed to the development of more flexible organizations, based on core competencies and mutually beneficial longer-term relationships. So, the development of logistics relationships has brought mixed results. Across many industries, logistics outsourcing is a rapidly expanding source of cost savings, competitive advantage, and customer service improvements. Thus, it appears that Third Party Logistics(TPL) concepts could be useful in meeting the goals of the 1ogistics function. Second, the field of logistics and supply chain management is becoming strategically important. At the same time, it is becoming increasingly complex because of the rapid advances in management methods, e-commerce, technology, and enabling information systems. However, Third Party Logistics provider, many a times, lack broad set of skills, integrating technologies, strategies and global reach. So, Fourth Party Logistics(4PL) is the next significant evolution in supply chain outsourcing. 4PL delivers a comprehensive supply chain solution, and delivers value through the ability to impact the entire supply chain. The 4PL industry is likely to grow as more companies use e-commerce at Global Logistics Times.

신문기사에 나타난 제 4차 산업혁명의 핵심역량에 관한 사회연결망분석: 이공계 대학생을 중심으로 (Social Network Analysis of the Core Competencies of the Fourth Industrial Revolution on the Newspaper Articles : Focusing on in Engineering Students)

  • The purpose of this study is to explore the core competencies of the Fourth Industrial Revolution in the major newspaper articles of social network analysis and to examine the core competencies required by each field and target. To do this, we reviewed prior research focusing on core competency concepts and core competencies of engineering students, and analyzed 227 articles related to core competencies of the 4th Industrial Revolution, focusing on five major newspapers. Through analysis, we analyzed social network with 118 refined core competency keywords. As a result of the research, it was found that core competencies of the 4th Industrial Revolution are the degree centrality in terms 'creativity', 'problem solving ability', 'convergence ability', 'collaboration ability', 'conductivity', 'software ability', 'human literacy', 'personality' order. Also, as a result of the analysis of the ego centric network by field and target, the required core competencies of university and industry were found to be different. Through these discussions, it is necessary to restructure the core competence of engineering students in order to nurture the engineering talents necessary for the 4th Industrial Revolution.

한국농촌계획 온톨로지 구축을 위한 상호정보 기반 단어연결망 분석 (Word Network Analysis based on Mutual Information for Ontology of Korean Rural Planning)

  • There has been a growing concern on ontology especially in recent knowledge-based industry and defining a field-customized semantic word network is essential for building it. In this paper, a word network for ontology is established with 785 publications of Korean Society of Rural Planning(KSRP), from 1995 to 2017. Semantic relationships between words in the publications were quantitatively measured with the 'normalized pointwise mutual information' based on the information theory. Appearance and co-appearance frequencies of nouns and adjectives in phrases are analyzed based on the assumption that a 'noun phrase' represents a single 'concept'. The word network of KSRP was compared with that of $WordNet^{TM}$, a world-wide thesaurus network, for the verification. It is proved that the KSRP's word network, established in this paper, provides words' semantic relationships based on the common concepts of Korean rural planning research field. With the results, it is expecting that the established word network can present more opportunity for preparation of the fourth industrial revolution to the field of the Korean rural planning.

  • 인간의 삶을 획기적으로 변환시키면서 부가가치를 창출하고 있는 인공지능, 로봇 기술, 사물인터넷, 그리고 생명과학 등이 이슈화되면서 차세대 산업혁명인 4차 산업혁명이 부각되고 있다. 이러한 4차 산업에 적응하도록 융합적사고와 컴퓨팅 사고력을 함양할 수 있는 교육이 필요한 실정이다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 STEAM과 컴퓨팅 사고력의 구성요소인 분해, 패턴 인식, 추상화, 그리고 알고리즘 설계 등을 반영하여 피지컬 컴퓨팅을 기반으로 한 디지털 윷놀이 시스템을 개발한다. 개발한 시스템을 체험하고, 이를 교육에 활용함으로서 프로그래밍 교육에 대한 관심과 흥미를 고취시키고, 융합적사고와 컴퓨팅 사고력을 위한 프로그래밍 수업을 개선한다.

우리나라 해운계 고등학교의 발전 과제와 대책 (Some Suggestion for Development of Maritime High School in Korea)

  • The purpose of this study is to propose what developments for Korean Maritime high school are. In order to find out some proposals, the concerned literature survey and sata are used accordingly. This paper is consisted of 4 chapters. The contents of first chapter are focused on the study purpose and problems facing on the maritime high schools. The second are on the present situation of these schools. The third are on the improving proposals, the fourth are on the conclustions of this paper. The following proposals are abstracted through this study. The first, competent authority should be transferred to ministry of education from ministry of marine. The second, education system should be upgraded to junior college or 5 years education course. The third, maritime university permission should be opened for maritime high schol graduates. The fourth, training ship should be build for effective training course required from STCW 95. The fifth , if the graduates from maritime high school engage on board , all of them should be exempted from military service responsibility. The sixth , the education course should be diversified according to the need and demand from the industry society and students. The seventh, the on board-training system for teachers and instructors should be programmed in order to help them keep and utilize the on board experience in actural eudcation situation.

The Suggestion of a Mountaineering and Trekking Convergence Education Course Using AI

  • Purpose - In Korea, where 64% of the land is forested, mountaineering is a leisure activity enjoyed by the majority of the people. As new technologies named the 4th industrial revolution spread more after the Covid-19 pandemic, we propose a human and technology convergence curriculum for mountaineering and trekking education to enjoy safety in the field of mountaineering and trekking using cutting-edge technology. Research design, data, and methodology - After examining the current state of the mountaineering industry and preceding studies on mountaineering and camping, and learning about BAC the 100 famous mountains, mountaineering gamification, and Gamification We designed an AI convergence curriculum using. Result - Understanding the topography and characteristics of mountains in Korea, acquiring mountaineering information through AI convergence, selecting mountaineering equipment suitable for the season, terrain, and weather, setting educational goals to safely climb, and deriving term project results. A total of 15 A curricula for teaching was proposed. Conclusion - Artificial intelligence technology is applied to the field of mountaineering and trekking and used as a tool, and it is expected that the base of mountaineering will be expanded through safe, efficient, fun, and sustainable education. Through this study, it is expected that the AI convergence education curriculum for mountaineering and trekking will be developed and advanced through several studies.
