This paper is designed to examine the effectiveness of Computational Thinking and programming awareness by designing and applying programming classes using Havruta. In the present society, where the Fourth Industrial Revolution was in full swing, the capacity to be equipped has changed, and the education has been changed accordingly. Programming education is logically capable of thinking and improves comprehensive problem solving skills. This direction of programming education allows us to get ideas for solving problems based on computing thoughts and to create our own creative results. However, because they require the grammar of the programming language and many additional abilities, they are not easy for learners, and individual differences in competencies make learning less immersive and interesting. In this paper, to solve the problems of the uniform programming class, this study is designed and applied to the class applying the Jewish traditional teaching method, Havruta's teaching method, to find out the effect of computing thinking and programming perception.

With the advent of the fourth industrial revolution, each industry has been innovated with new concepts. New concept of each industry takes advantage of new information technologies based on big data infra. Thus quality control of big data is becoming more important. In this paper, we try to develop a framework of big data service quality through a case study. A 'Legal Tech' service was selected for the case study. Especially a big data quality framework was developed for a living law service in the Ministry of Justice.

I have analyzed four methods for revitalizing the Ibi district, a local community in Minami Awaji City in Hyogo Prefecture, using Awaji tile, a traditional product. The first analysis is of a workshop to think about the revitalization of the community using Awaji tile. The second is an evaluation of using Awaji tile in the construction of green spaces and the renewal of existing buildings. The third analysis is on the distribution of terracotta for plants to all the residents of this district and the construction of art objects using Awaji tile at the seashore and by the entrance area of a highway interchange. The fourth analysis is of the results of information sharing by a newsletter and a website. Finally, I gave questionnaires to workshop participants. As a result, visible, completed products of these efforts were evaluated positively, but more effort is required related to the newsletter and website. Overall, I could verify the compounded possibilities for revitalization of the community using Awaji tile as promoting regional industry, activating the community, and improving the landscape.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between clinical judgment and nursing performance based on myocardial infarction simulation applied to nursing students. Method: 39 fourth grade nursing students participated in this explanatory study with sampling of accommodations. The Lasater Clinical Judgment Rubric has been used in self-reported clinical trials and satisfaction with judging practices. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test and Pearson's correlation coefficient using SPSS WIN 19. Results: Scenarios with myocardial infarction were scored by self-reported clinical judgment. Total mean score of clinical judgment and total mean value of clinical judgment is 4.17 ± 0.80. Correlation Between Variables After Simulation Practice is highly significant for providing positive clinical judgment and satisfaction with nursing performance. Conclusion: The simulation-based practice associated with adult nursing in myocardial infarction was useful for clinical judgment and nursing performance satisfaction, which improved the core basic skills of nursing students.

Tar Baby, Toni Morrison's fourth novel re examines the problem that black characters face in negotiatiating a place for themselves within a dominant culture, with respect to their own history and culture. The novel critiques the dominant socio economic and commodifying cultural space from which the black woman seems to have no escape. Jadine is a colonized subject, for as a fashion model she has surrendered to an aesthetics of commodification, and as a student of art history, she has internalized the capitalist ethic of the white culture industry. Though she has ensured her freedom, Morrison's critique of her separation from her family and culture is unmistakable. Interwoven with her narrative is Son's predicament, the stereotype of a black racist and her 'lover'. The novel ends with him at the crossroads of culture, yet signaling his passage to freedom through resistance. The paper arguments how Toni Morrison has envisioned the welfare of African American community by reconstructing the role of new black generation, as represented by Jadine and Son, whose new journey towards their self fulfillment just not only bring their personal freedom but also regenerates African American community by resisting dominant commodifying cultural.

In the fourth industrial revolution era, various commercial smart platforms for smart system implementation are being developed and serviced. However, since most of the smart platforms have been developed for general purposes, they are difficult to apply / utilize because they cannot satisfy the requirements of real-time data management, data visualization and data storage of smart factory system. In this paper, we implemented an open source based smart manufacturing big data platform that can manage highly efficient / reliable data integration for the diagnosis diagnostic system of manufacturing robots.

We analyzed security threats and suggested countermeasures about the block chain technologies which has emerged as a core technology of the fourth industrial revolution. We know that increasing the security leads to slow down program processing rate in the block chain systems. The block chain system which is currently an early stage of technological development, to become an economic and social infrastructure, development of technology and active policy implementation will be necessary. We studied on the security threats and countermeasures of the Bit Coin based on block chain. Further research should be undertaken on the possibility that future studies could have a real adverse effect on the integrity of the data.

The data is a key catalyst for the development of the fourth industry, and has been viewed as an essential element of the new industry, with technology convergence such as artificial intelligence, augmented/virtual reality, self-driving and 5 G. This will determine the price and value of the data as the user uses data in which the data is based on the context of the situation, rather than the data itself of the past supplier-centric data. This study began with, what factors will increase the value of data from a user perspective not a supplier perspective The study was limited to public data and users conducted research on users using data, such as analysis or development based on data. The study was designed to gauge the value of data that was not studied in the user's perspective, and was instrumental in raising the value of data in the jurisdiction of supplying and managing data.

The employment rate of university graduates has been decreasing significantly recently. With the advent of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, the demand for software employment has increased. It is necessary to analyze the factors for software employment of university graduates. This paper proposes explainable software employment model of university graduates using machine learning and explainable AI. The Graduates Occupational Mobility Survey(GOMS) provided by the Korea Employment Information Service is used. The employment model uses boosting machine learning. Then, performance evaluation is performed with four algorithms of boosting model. Moreover, it explains the factors affecting the employment using SHAP. The results indicates that the top 3 factors are major, employment goal setting semester, and vocational education and training.
