최근 들어, 산업뿐만이 아니라 사회 전반적으로 큰 영향을 미칠 것으로 예상되는 4차 산업 혁명에 대한 관심이 커지고 있다. 하지만 4차 산업의 공간적 분포와 관련한 연구는 제한적이었다. 이에 본 연구는 비지리적 방법인 LQ와 지리적 방법인 Getis-Ord's Gi^*를 이용하여 4차 산업의 공간적 분포를 유형화하고 집적지를 도출하였다. 분석결과를 종합하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 4차 산업의 "특화지역"은 수도권 지역의 비율이 높으나, 산업유형에 따라 비수도권 지역에서도 확인되었다. 둘째, 4차 산업의 "클러스터"와 "주변 지역"은 대부분 수도권에 군집하여 형성되어 있었다. 셋째, 수도권 지역 내에서도 4차 산업 "클러스터"는 과밀억제권역과 경기남부지역에 편중되어 나타났으며, 수도권 북부지역과 자연보전권역은 소외된 양상을 보였다. 본 논문은 4차 산업의 "클러스터" 지역이 수도권 지역에 집중되어 있으며 이러한 특징을 반영한 정책적 대안이 필요함을 보여주고 있다.

The aim of this study was to establish an university informal program roadmap, and also to draw up operational plans for human resources with core technologies of the fourth industry. To do this, first we derived university informal education program draft through experts workshop, then conducted a survey regarding the female university students' perception of educational programs and their educational needs on the 4th core technology matching programs. The following main results were obtained : First, students preferred 'hands-on training' by professionals and they wanted to be trained during summer or winter holidays or the night time during semesters. Also, they thought two hours of training per session was appropriate. Regarding these results, there was no difference depending on the majors. Second, while students had highly preferred for the courses related to data analysis, Arduino programing and VR(virtual reality), those related to 3D printing modeling were less preferred. Depending on the majors, preferred courses had different priorities, but non-preferred courses were similar regardless of majors. Based on these results, the university informal curriculum model and the operation plans for the core technologies of the fourth industry were proposed.

Recently, the whole world is facing an unprecedented moment of opportunity, so-called The Fourth Industrial Revolution. As emphasized in the World Economic Forum held in January of 2016 at Davos, the Fourth Industrial Revolution is not merely a changes of technological devices. The fundamental of the revolution is new, innovative, and visionary business models which change the whole systems dramatically. One of the greatest challenges is to feed an expected population of 9 billion by 2050 in a impactful way. The system should be sustainable as well as beneficial in improving the lives of people in the food chain along with the ecological health of environment. The technological advances of the Fourth Industrial Revolution are expected to improve our food system. The smart farm technology such as precision planting and irrigation techniques will improve the yields of food materials. The smart food transportation and logistics systems will substantially improve the safety and human nutrition. The adaptation the Fourth Industrial Revolution technology will induce the smart supply chains, smart production, and smart products in food industry due to its flexibility and standardization. This will lead the manufactures to adapt to customers' changing product specifications and traceable services in a timely manner.

한국 게임 산업은 대내외적 불안요인으로 성장이 멈춰있는 상황이다. 이러한 대내외적 불안요소 속에서 국내 게임 산업의 새로운 돌파구로 언급 되고 있는 것이 4차 산업 혁명이다. 4차 산업 혁명은 기존 산업 구조의 패러다임을 변화시키고 있으며, 제조업뿐만 아니라 콘텐츠 산업 전반에 생태계의 변화를 가져 오고 있다. 본 연구에서는 제 4차 산업 혁명을 통한 국내 게임 산업의 발전 방향을 모색하고 AI와 AR / VR의 발전과 미래의 제 4차 산업 혁명의 핵심이 될 게임 산업과의 연관성을 연구하고자 한다.

The fourth industrial revolution is currently proceeding and is expected to significantly affect the way individuals live and in result change the society in various aspects. The ICT-based convergence industries of the fourth industrial revolution contain various fields such as driverless cars, lighter and tougher materials, robotics, 3D printing and even biotechnology. This paper examines the researches done in fourth industrial revolution field based on the articles submitted to APIC-IST 2015. The topics from articles related to the fourth industrial revolution were categorized based on the keyword frequency of main issues. Results suggested that IoT and Wireless sensor network related researches were among the fields that the most researches were done in it and topics like nanotechnology, biotechnology, driverless cars, sharing economy and 3D printing were not mentioned at all. This paper also suggests necessary contents in the fourth industrial revolution to be focused on for further research in this field.

The presence of the Fourth Industrial Revolution is omniscient, led by full force emergence of technologies that make biological, physical, and digital worlds borderless. All industries which jump on the bandwagon, can observe convergence and merging of bushiness happening within, between and across industries. As the shipping and port logistics industry is said to be in eye of this storm, the purpose of this study is to investigate the shipping and port logistics industry's awareness regarding 4th IR, as well to identify necessary countermeasures in responding to progression of this trend. Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) methodology was then used to compare the importance of four phases of countermeasures, reviewed by experts in the field. Results showed that countermeasures should be first orchestrated to the 'Merging and Integration of Inter-industry', then followed by 'P reemptive Introduction of Advanced Technology', 'Expansion of Intra-industry Businesses', and eventually 'Automation, Unmanned Technology'. Last but not least, four phases of countermeasures which should be introduced and executed one phase after another, are outlined for the shipping and port logistics industry to boost its competitiveness in addressing this progressive trend.

The fourth industrial revolution (Industry 4.0) will generate great benefits and big challenges in equal measure. Industry 4.0 has an impact on context, technology and business as long as it transforms design, production systems and products themselves. Industry 4.0 has also created many opportunities and challenges for startups to improve their business efficiency. The reality has shown that the industry 4.0 has begun to strong impacts of various levels on many areas of Vietnam's economy. In such context, it is necessary to implement sufficient and thorough research and evaluation of many issues of startups and innovation and to consider suitable solutions and effective ways to take advantages of opportunities that the Industry 4.0 brings to Vietnam. This paper proposes the solution for supporting and promoting to develope of innovative start-up enterprise in accordance with the conditions and circumstances of Vietnam in the context of Industry 4.0.

세계 각국은 서비스 경제화를 위한 각종 육성 정책을 마련하고 있다. 최근 4차 산업혁명이 가속화되면서 서비스산업의 역할에 관심이 높아지고 있다. 한국의 서비스산업은 고용, 부가가치, 생산성 측면에서 OECD 국가 중 하위권에 속하며 새로운 발전 전략을 모색할 시점이다. 우리 정부는 고용과 경제 활력을 도모하기 위하여 서비스 경제 발전 전략을 수립하고 있다. 하지만 4차 산업혁명 시대에서 서비스산업은 제조업과 융합되어 발전되어야 한다는 점에서 그 중요성이 높다. 본 연구에서는 문헌고찰을 통하여 중앙정부, 지방정부, 그리고 세계 각국이 추진하고 있는 4차 산업혁명과 관련된 주요 서비스산업 정책을 고찰한다. 그리고 4차 산업혁명에 대비한 7대 서비스산업 및 핵심 기술을 빅데이터 분석하고 그 관심도를 도출한다.

The world is now going through the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Major global economies, including the United States, Germany, Japan and China, are fostering industries related to the fourth industrial revolution with policies and investments. South Korea is also setting up its fourth industrial revolution committee under the president, expanding policies and investment to foster industries related to the fourth industrial revolution, and increasing investment in research and development. Accordingly, government and private investment in industries and technologies related to the Fourth Industrial Revolution is made extensively around the world, and many related industries and technologies are being developed. In this paper, we will look into the status and problems of Advanced Concept Technology Demonstration projects that can quickly and easily introduce technologies related to the fourth industrial revolution in the private sector where many developments are taking place, and present the direction of development.

This study measures the internal and external competitiveness of 35 OECD countries in the insurance industry. We analyze whether variables related to the Fourth Industrial Revolution affect international competitiveness by applying a nonlinear autoregressive distributed lag model. As a result, the competitiveness of life insurance foreign companies in internal is showing positive responses in high income inequality countries. In addition, insurance companies in countries with low income inequality have shown high performance in external. The non-life insurance industry is less sensitive to shocks than life insurance. This is because non-life insurance is a more dangerous industry than life insurance and there are many restrictions on policies and regulations. The reason is that non-life insurance is a more dangerous industry than life insurance and there are many restrictions on policies and regulations.
