창업교육 전후 창업인식에 관한 연구 -M대학교 시니어창업교육 사례를 중심으로- (A Study on Recognition for Foundation Before and After Foundation Education -Focused on the case of senior foundation education in M university-)

  • 본 연구는 시니어 예비창업자들의 인구통계학적 특성에 따른 창업교육 전후 창업인식의 차이를 살펴보고, 이러한 창업인식에 따른 창업교육 전후 창업관심도 및 창업자신감에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 검증하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 정부에서 시행하는 창업교육에 참여한 시니어 예비창업자 103명을 대상으로 설문조사를 수행하였으며, SPSS 18.0 통계프로그램을 이용하여, 통계적 유의성을 검증하였다. 실증분석 결과를 토대로 다음과 같은 주요 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 창업교육 전후 창업관심도에는 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 창업교육 전후 창업동기에 따라 창업관심도에는 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 창업교육 전후 창업자신감에는 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 창업교육 전후 창업동기에 따라 창업자신감에는 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 현행 시니어 예비창업자 대상 창업교육의 개선을 통해 창업에 대한 관심도를 높이고 창업에 대한 자신감을 높임으로써 궁극적으로 창업의지를 높일 필요가 있음을 시사하는 결과로 볼 수 있다. 결론적으로 본 연구에서는 시니어를 대상으로 하는 창업교육과정에 대한 실증적인 연구를 통해 창업교육과정의 실제적인 성과를 높일 수 있는 교육과정의 구성과 운영의 대안을 제시하였다.

Exchange Rate and Interest Rate Dynamics in an Equilibrium Framework

  • This paper examines the time series dynamics of spot and forward exchange rates and Eurocurrency deposit rates for four bilateral relationships vis a vis the U.S. dollar using daily data. The equilibrium implied by covered interest parity provides a theoretical foundation from which to estimate and analyze the dynamic properties of each system of exchange rates and interest rates. The structural statistical model is identified by relying on the implied cointegration vectors and long-run neutrality restrictions.

Comparative dynamic analysis of axially loaded beams on modified Vlasov foundation

  • Vibration analysis of the beams on elastic foundation has gained the great interest of many researchers. In the literature, there are many studies that focus on the free vibration analysis of the beams on one or two parameter elastic foundations. On the other hand, there are no sufficient studies especially focus on the comparison of dynamic response including the bending moment and shear force of the beams resting on Winkler and two parameter foundations. In this study, dynamic response of the axially loaded Timoshenko beams resting on modified Vlasov type elastic soil was investigated by using the separation of variables method. Governing equations were obtained by assuming that the material had linear elastic behaviour and mass of the beam was distributed along its length. Numerical analysis were provided and presented in figures to find out the differences between the modified Vlasov model and conventional Winkler type foundation. Furthermore, the effect of shear deformation of elastic soil on the dynamic response of the beam was investigated.

국내 치과 학술지 투고규정 중 연구대상자 보호를 위한 연구 윤리기준 제시에 관한 조사 (A study on ethical requirements for the protection of human subjects in the publication guidelines of dental health journals)

  • Objectives : The purpose of the study was to examine the ethical requirements for the protection of human subjects in the publication guidelines of dental health journals. Methods : The guidelines of 27 dental health journals were reviewed to determine ethical standards alone, with Helsinki Declaration, by an institutional review board (IRB), informed consent, protection of subject privacy and confidentiality, and no conflicts of interest. Results : 1. Dentistry journals listed on National Research Foundation of Korea had a conflict of interest disclosure provisions of the contribution(76.9%) and the IRB approval(61.5%). 2. Half of the dental health journals were not listed on National Research Foundation of Korea Society but they agreed the advance posting provisions. 3. Dental hygiene journals provide 100% of ethics alone and receive 75% of IRB in the papers. 4. Dental health and dental hygiene journals have conflicts of interest disclosure regulations(59.2%) and IRB approval(51.8%). 5. There existed statistically significant differences between the dental health journals whether they were listed on the human subjects and ethical standards for protection in National Research Foundation of Korea or not. Conclusions : While the publication guidelines of dental health journals have followed to a greater extent in recent years, there is still a need for further instructions to ensure that the authors satisfy all ethical requirements in conducting research on human subjects. IRB approval for dental journals must be standardized and reinforced reflecting the characteristics of each journals. The researchers should obey the code of ethics suitable for education and the editors must review the paper continuously.

창업 관련 연구에 대한 메타분석: 1998년~2013년 학술지 논문을 중심으로 (Meta-analysis about the study related with foundation: As the center from 1998 to 2013 treatises)

  • 본 연구는 우리나라 창업연구의 역사와 흐름의 파악을 통해 창업연구의 의미를 정확히 하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 분석 기간은 IMF 이후 우리나라에 처음으로 벤처창업 붐이 일었던 1998년부터 가장 최근 논문인 2013년 9월까지이며 온라인으로 제공되고 있는 총 382편의 논문을 대상으로 종합적 메타분석 방법을 사용하였다. 분석은 창업연구분야, 창업지원분야, 창업단계분야, 창업기업형태분야, 창업가의 인구통계적 특성 등을 대상으로 실시하였으며 분석결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻을 수 있었다. 첫째, 창업연구는 경영경제학 분야에서 활발히 전개되고 있으며 또한 산업 전반에 걸쳐 연구 대상이 되고 있다. 특히 IT산업분야, 외식산업분야, 콘텐츠산업분야 등은 창업에 대한 관심이 높게 나타나고 있다. 둘째, 창업지원 분야 중 주로 연구 대상이 되고 있는 것은 창업자, 창업교육, 외부환경 등이다. 셋째, 창업연구의 문제점으로 창업을 전략적, 세부적으로 파악하기보다 포괄적 관점에서 판단하고 있는 것이다. 넷째, 주요 창업연구 대상으로 기업형태로는 창업연구 발원기에 벤처기업 중심 연구가 주요 대상이었다가 최근에는 소상공인 창업 중심 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있으며, 창업자 특성 측면에서는 전 기간에 걸쳐 대학생을 포함한 청년 창업이 주된 연구 대상이 되고 있는 상황에서 최근 시니어 창업에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 이상의 연구를 바탕으로 향후 창업연구 활성화를 위해 창업연구는 보편적 창업연구의 활성화, 산업적 특수성이 반영된 창업연구, 융합연구의 활성화 등이 이루어져야 한다.

사영에 의한 반무한지반의 비선형해석 (A Method for Nonlinear Dynamic Response Analysis of Semi-infinite Foundation Using Mapping)

  • 반무한 영역을 유한영역에 사영한 다음 반무한지반의 비선형동적응답해석에 대한 특수한 유한 차분법을 제안하였다. 해석대상의 주요 부분은 동일 길이로 하고, 주변은 축소, 사영함으로서 무한영역을 유한영역으로 변환 후 차분하였다. 우선 반무한 지반의 선형모델의 응답으로서 계산값과 이론값의 결과를 비교하였다. 선형모델에 대한 제안법의 계산결과는 Lamb의 해석결과와 양호하게 일치했다. 또 간단한 모델에 의한 선형, 비선형해석도 소규모 mesh에 의한 응답결과와 대규모 mesh에 의한 응답결과는 일치하고 제안법의 유효성을 나타내었다.

TREATING UNCERTAINTIES IN A NUCLEAR SEISMIC PROBABILISTIC RISK ASSESSMENT BY MEANS OF THE DEMPSTER-SHAFER THEORY OF EVIDENCE

  • The analyses carried out within the Seismic Probabilistic Risk Assessments (SPRAs) of Nuclear Power Plants (NPPs) are affected by significant aleatory and epistemic uncertainties. These uncertainties have to be represented and quantified coherently with the data, information and knowledge available, to provide reasonable assurance that related decisions can be taken robustly and with confidence. The amount of data, information and knowledge available for seismic risk assessment is typically limited, so that the analysis must strongly rely on expert judgments. In this paper, a Dempster-Shafer Theory (DST) framework for handling uncertainties in NPP SPRAs is proposed and applied to an example case study. The main contributions of this paper are two: (i) applying the complete DST framework to SPRA models, showing how to build the Dempster-Shafer structures of the uncertainty parameters based on industry generic data, and (ii) embedding Bayesian updating based on plant specific data into the framework. The results of the application to a case study show that the approach is feasible and effective in (i) describing and jointly propagating aleatory and epistemic uncertainties in SPRA models and (ii) providing 'conservative' bounds on the safety quantities of interest (i.e. Core Damage Frequency, CDF) that reflect the (limited) state of knowledge of the experts about the system of interest.

Fragility evaluation of integral abutment bridge including soil structure interaction effects

  • Contrast to the conventional jointed bridge design, integral abutment bridges (IABs) offer some marked advantages like reduced maintenance and enhanced service life of the structure due to elimination of joints in the deck and monolithic construction practices. However, the force transfer mechanism during seismic and thermal movements is a topic of interest owing to rigid connection between superstructure and substructure (piers and abutments). This study attempts to model an existing IAB by including the abutment backfill interaction and soil-foundation interaction effects using Winkler foundation assumption to determine its seismic response. Keeping in view the significance of abutment behavior in an IAB, the probability of damage to the abutment is evaluated using fragility function. Incremental Dynamic Analysis (IDA) approach is used in this regard, wherein, nonlinear time history analyses are conducted on the numerical model using a selected suite of ground motions with increasing intensities until damage to abutment. It is concluded from the fragility analysis results that for a MCE level earthquake in the location of integral bridge, the probability of complete damage to the abutment is minimal.

'학교로 가는 생활과학교실' 프로그램이 참여자의 과학적 태도, 흥미도, 만족도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of 'Hands-on Science Class at School' Program on Participants' Scientific Attitudes, Interest and Satisfaction)

  • The purposes of the study were to examine the effect of 'Hands-on Science Class at School' program on students' scientific attitude and interest, and to investigate the satisfaction differences by students, lecturers, and local operating organizations respectively. For this study, 1,054 students from 1st to 6th grade participated in the national-wide survey, while they engaged in the program activities during 3 months. 496 students participated in scientific attitude test and 558 students answered to scientific interest test. For the program satisfaction survey, 689 out of 1,054 students, 363 lecturers and 55 local operating organizations also participated. The data show that 'Hands-on Science Class at School' program gave positive influences on students' scientific attitude improvement. The program also had considerable effects on increasing students' interest toward science as well. The satisfaction survey results showed that students' satisfaction with the program was significantly higher than lecturers'. The educational implications are discussed.
