패션컬렉션에 나타난 네크리스의 조형적 특성 (Formative Characteristics of Necklace in Fashion Collection)

  • Jewelry has recognized as a part of independent formative arts of fashion with the change modern man's cognition for the fashion. It is a great important section to express fashion image. So, many corporations design and develop the jewelry by themselves to maxmize their fashion image. Among the so many kinds of jewelry, especially the necklace is located beneath the face and linked as a part of fashion, so it frequently has showed in Fashion Collection. Like this Fashion and jewelry enact each other and share their esthetic features but, it is insufficient the study of fashion linked with the jewelry. In this study, we defined the words which is using confusedly according to jewelry forms what researched by others. In addition, we tend to study the effect of that the form, hue and character of materials of necklace that is expressed in fashion collection influence fashion image. The method of this study is comprised with precedent studies and analysis of necklace photos in fashion collection. For the analysis of data, we implement content analysis and statistical analysis using SPAW Statistics 18(frequency analysis, percentage, cross-tabulations, $X^2$-test). Because the hue and the form of necklace take a great role to make fashion image with the sense of its eyesight, its effective coordination go up the delicate feelings with the form, hue and quality of the fashion. Especially, the hue is the essential element of formative characteristics to express visual image. The necklace had coordinated more frequently in S/S than F/W, it means that more light and simple fashion let ornamental beauty could express by the necklace. So, it is very effective things that we predict the trend of fashion, then, coordinate with well-matched necklace.

한국 전통문양의 이미지 형상화 소고 (A Study on the Figuration of Korean Traditional Pattern Images)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the images and characteristic formative elements of Korean traditional patterns. The Korean pattern image could be interpreted into visual elements of design based on the images, the characteristic formative elements of Korean traditional patterns, and their relationships. Fourteen patterns selected from 5 groups of Korean patterns were used as stimuli. An image evaluation using a 2-point sementica scale of 19 bipolar adjectives, and an impression evaluation of which results were presented by visual drawing using lines and shapes were carried out. The data were analyzed by correspondence analysis and cluster analysis. The major findings are as follows; 1. Fourteen patterns and 19 adjectives were marked on a perception map composed of two (x and y-) axes. The bipoles of x- and y axes were soft-hard and splendid-artless, respectively. 2. Four clusters semerged to account for the dimensional sturucture of 14 patterns and 19 adjectives. These were splendid image, soft image, individualistic image, and sophisticated image. However there was no pattern which belonged to the cluster, sophisticated image. The Korean pattern image was founded to be better related to the kind of patterns than the type of patterns. 3. The characteristic formative elements obtained from the impression test were contour of motif, repeated line or shape, various curved lines, and decorative elements. 4. The splendid image was related to Bongwhang patterns and detailed line and complexity. The individualistic image was related to the abstractive form of Bongwhang pattern and the decorative form of Cloud pattern both of which have the characteristics of point-symmetry and abstraction, and Turtle-back pattern. In this case, the related charac-teristic formative element was identified to be repeated lines. The soft image was related to Moran, Cloud, and Taegeuk patterns. The related characteristic elements were various types of curved lines, decorative elements, and rounded contours.

  • 본 연구는 도예의 한 분야로서 생칠과 도기가 결합한 형태인 칠도의 공예기법 및 디자인적 융합에 대한 일차적 분석이다. 먼저 칠도의 역사 및 현재의 현황을 제시하고 칠도 장식의 기법을 세 가지로 분류하고 각 기법이 가지는 특징을 간단히 분석하여 제시한다. 칠도는 도자가 가지는 성형 상의 자유로움과 칠예가 도자에 부여하는 표면의 안정성 및 그 표면 장식의 디자인 소재 및 방식의 다양성을 가지고 있어서 일상 용기로서의 실용성 및 예술작품으로서의 미감을 동시에 지니고 있다. 다만 일상용품으로 대량생산하는 데는 어려움이 있어 현재는 예술작품으로서 여러 시도가 이루어지고 있다. 이런 시도를 통해 일반 상품에도 미적 감수성을 높이고 문화적 다양성을 만들 수 있다.

하이브리드 캐릭터의 조형 요건과 소비자 선호도와의 영향관계 분석 (An Analysis on the Formative Requirements for Hybrid Characters and Influencing Relationship with Consumer Preference)

  • 하이브리드는 교차, 섞임, 침투, 융해, 융 복합 등 결합의 논리를 근간으로 해서 설명되어진다. 이러한 결합은 동질과 동종의 경우보다 이질과 이종의 경우에 더 창의적이고 더 효율적임을 보여주고 있고, 하이브리드 캐릭터는 새로운 창조적 이미지를 생산하기 위한 수단으로써 그 의미를 가진다. 이러한 맥락에서 하이브리드 캐릭터의 조형요건이 소비자 선호도에 어떻게 작용하는지 실질적 분석을 통해 영향관계를 분석하고자 한다. 이를 위해 독립변인은 캐릭터 조형 요건을 친근성, 독창성, 의미성, 다양성으로, 종속변인은 소비자 선호도로 하여 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 친근성, 독창성, 다양성은 소비자에게 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 의미성은 소비자 선호도에 유의미한 영향력이 없는 것으로 나타났다.

  • The purpose of this study is to set a characteristic design by analyzing formative properties for the hat and fashion image shown in fashion collections from the S/S season of 1998 to the F/W season of 2004 in recent seven years. For the study, the 96 stimuli which found frequently in fashion collection were selected. The examines for the image evaluation were women college students majoring fashion design related fields and living in Seoul, Gyeonggi-do, and Gyeongsangnam-do. Data collection was performed in August 2004. As statistical methods for data analysis, internal consistency method, Factor Analysis, MANOVA were used. Based on the analysis of 31 pairs of adjectives for elucidating the total 96 stimuli which were devised by altering the types of garment, the relation between a garment and a color of hat, the types of hat, the length of hair, and the material and design of garment, five factors or attractiveness, gracefulness, concentration, cuteness, and hardness and softness were deduced. And it showed much difference in the types of garment, the relations between a garment and a color of hat, the types of hat, the length of hair, and the material and design of a garment.

  • The Original forms of the ancient clothing have been evolved in various designs and showed each unique formativeness based on the basic principles of origami. The purpose of this study was to analyze the basic clothing formativeness in the original forms of the ancient clothing based on the principles of origami. The methods of this study were to identify significant relevant ancient clothing figures with each unique formativeness based on the principles of origami and analyze the formativeness characters and values through comprehensive literature reviews on topic-related books and theses on a foundation of triangulation of observer. The results were as follows: The significant ancient clothing figures with principles of origami were identified as kalasiris, chiton, chlamys, toga, dalmatica, paludamentium, and lorum. The formative principles applied in the ancient clothing figures were identified as exaggerated measurements, folding and unfolding, bending, and angle. And the formative characters and values were identified as potential drape realization, potential silhouette realization, potential three-dimensional design optimality, and potential three-dimensional formativeness realization. The result of this study may be used for a newer approach for the fundamental digging of clothing formativeness in advance.

조각보의 면구성과 테셀레이션 비교 연구 (A Comparative Study on the Formative Pattern of Chogakpo and Tessellation)

  • Chogakpos are highly artistic works created by Korean women as a part of the Kyubang culture in the Chosun Dynasty from the late 19th century to the early 20th. Tessellation is a plaid pattern composed of squares that covers a surface or a space with figures completely without any gap or overlap. The present study purposed to make a comparative analysis of the formative pattern of Chogakp and tessellation in order to show the superiority of Korean Kyubang(the women's quarters called Kyubang in the Chosun Dynasty) culture. As for the research method, we analyzed relevant materials to examine the geometric characteristics and formative principles of tessellation. In addition, we analyzed the formative pattern of Chogakpo using Photographs. The scope of this study was limited to 148 old Chogakpos contained in Huh Dong-hwa's 'Yetpojagi'. According to the results of this research, similarities between Chogakpo and tessellation were as follows. First, in a regular polygon, the face was divided into regular triangles, squares and two or more regular polygons. Second, in a polygon, the face was divided into triangles and quadrangles. Third, the symmetry of tessellation was applied to Cintamani pattern Pojagi. Differences between Chogakpo and tessellation were as follows. First, different from Chogakpo, tessellation had various formative patterns utilizing different regular polygons including hexagons. Second, there was no overlapping repetition in tessellation. Third, there was no free pattern in tessellation.

프뢰벨 은물의 시각적 조형원리에 대한 연구 (A Study on the formative principles of Freobel′s Gifts)

  • 프뢰벨이 1837에 창안한 은물(Gifts)은 유아교구에서 구체적이고 체계적인 놀이감을 이용한 최초의 교수매체였다. 프뢰벨이 은물의 형태에서 제시하고 있는 육면체, 원기둥, 구의 형태와 점선면의 개념, 그리고 6개 색채 등의 조형적 개념은 근대디자인에서 시각적 조형요소의 기초를 이루게 된다. 그러나 프뢰벨 유아교육사상을 현실적으로 교육현장에 적용하기 위하여 제시된 교육적 놀이감인 은물교구에 대한 디자인적 고찰과 분석은 거의 이루어지고 있지 않은 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 프뢰벨 은물에 대한 시각적 조형성을 분석하여 봄으로써 프뢰벨 교육사상이 은물의 조형적인 형태생성에 끼친 구조적 원리를 고찰하고자 한다. 따라서 은물이 가지고 있는 조형원리에 대한 분석을 통하여 추상적이고 철학적인 사상체계가 시각적으로 어떻게 형태에 적용되었는지를 연구하였다. 본 연구는 은물교구에서 제시되고 있는 조형성에 대한 탐색적 고찰로서, 기하조형에 대한 형태생성원리의 연구이며, 그에 대한 영향력과 유아교구의 조형성에 대한 문제점을 디자인적 시각에서 분석하여 본 것이다.

픽셀화 이미지의 조형 특성을 활용한 패션디자인 개발 (Developing Fashion Design Utilizing the Formative Characteristics of Pixelation Image)

  • This study aims to understand the concept of pixel, the most important factor in constituting a digital image, draw the formative characteristics of pixelation image expressed through non-digital media, and develop fashion design reflecting the characteristics. As a research method, the literature review was conducted in the present study by involving domestic and foreign publications, related academic journals, and theses and dissertations on the pixel and pixelation image based on a qualitative research process. In addition, through an analysis of the cases that borrowed pixelation images in non-digital media like contemporary art and design, etc., an attempt was made to draw the formative characteristics of the pixelation image. Apparently, six fashion design looks are presented in the present study. The formative characteristics of the pixelation image include: first, the repeatability that repeats the minimum unit; second, the incompleteness of the shape appearing through the phenomenon of aliasing due to the characteristics of the pixel; and third, the combination that completes the shape through the combination of individual independent pixels. The results of the expression through reflecting them in fashion design are as follows: first, this study chose one small geometric formative element and presented repeatability by repetitively expressing that element in a textile pattern; second, for incompleteness, this study expressed an incomplete form, handling the edge part of the shape with the method of disentangling the strand; and third, the combination by completing a single look through overlapping of independent textiles and the combination of different independent individuals is expressed.

수학 수업 지도안에 나타난 교사가 설계하는 형성평가 분석 (Examining Mathematics Teachers' Intentions regarding Formative Assessment)

  • 수학교사가 수업 중에 형성평가를 통해서 강조하는 바가 무엇인지 그 내용과 형식을 알아본다. 각 시·도 교육청 혹은 학교 홈페이지를 통해서 최근 5년 동안에 작성된 총 93개의 수업에 해당하는 형성평가 자료를 수집하였고 형성평가의 내용과 유형이 어떠한지를 살펴보았다. 수업자료에 제시된 형성평가의 문항 총 307개의 문항을 교과서와 비교하였으며 인지적 노력수준은 어떠한지를 분석하였다. 자료를 분석한 결과, 교사가 수업에서 제시하는 형성평가 문항들의 대부분이 절차의 개념의 연결성 없이 공식이나 규칙, 알고리듬 등의 특정 절차를 적용해서 답을 구하는 수준에 해당하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 대부분의 문항들이 교과서의 문제들과 유사한 형태이며 수식 등에서 숫자를 변형하거나 할 뿐 구조적으로 크게 다른 점은 드러나지 않았다. 형성평가를 어떻게 시행할 것인지 방법의 측면에서 3가지 유형 즉 관찰평가지, 자기평가지, 동료평가지 등으로 나타났다. 즉, 교사가 주로 자신이 학생을 관찰하기 위해 구성한 관찰평가지, 학생들이 스스로의 학습을 평가하도록 하는 자기평가지와 동료평가지 등을 활용하는 것으로 드러났다. 중요한 사실은 교사들은 학생들이 수학의 내용을 어떻게 이해하는지를 파악하기보다는 수업에서 학생들이 얼마나 적극적으로 참여했으며, 모둠활동 시 맡은 역할을 잘 수행했는지 등 수업 태도 등에 더 관심을 둔다는 점이었다.
