Euro form which constructs the present RC structures is used widely by the form method of construction of a wall type structure had much consumption of the human power and equipments by the assembly and the demolition, and the complement was required according to demerit with much leakage of cement paste by the form joint, so it developed the new pillar type form system. On the study, in order to consider the modification characteristic by lateral pressure which does the influence most important for the new developed pillar type form system performance, research of a paper manufactured a miniature wall form model, and advanced performance evaluation focusing on lateral pressure. Moreover, lateral pressure evaluation of a new style system was actually gone on through the on-site experiment about a part of wall type srutcture spot for a model experiment and its result on the foundation which is the purpose in evaluating on-site application possibility propriety at the foundation time of wall type concrete structure construction of a pillar type form system.

This study explores the convergence of metaverse and short-form content, proposing a new approach for viewing short-form content with a vertical aspect ratio on a metaverse platform and within a virtual museum. Short-form content has gained popularity due to the snack culture and is proving to be advantageous in e-commerce. By studying the relationship between vertical ratio screens and gaze, we confirm the effectiveness of vertical ratio short-form content in providing immersive experiences and fostering sharing and communication. The proposed virtual museum offers opportunities for innovative businesses to market through fandom. This research highlights the value of vertical proportion short-form content and its significance in the convergence of metaverse and short-form content. It aims to contribute to industry development, provide new creative directions, enhance personal visual experiences, and expand applicability in related fields.

Even though the Al. form system, which was developed to replace the Euro-form, has been used as the slab lower formwork for almost all concrete structures based on the light weight and high conversion rate, the low-noise Drop method has been developed and used in order to overcome the limitations of the Al. Form system such as noise pollution and safety accidents caused by free fall during the demolding. However, as the low-noise drop method is still insufficient, Safety Full Drop Al. Form method is expected to be in the spotlight in the construction market based on its excellent advantages compared to the developed methods. In addition, we plan to conduct research to further contribute to securing the quality of the overall structure through continuous improvement and supplementation by introducing an automation system to the very construction method.

It is difficult to make shape library for featrue-based modeling because free-form surface is various shaped complicated To make modeling using similar shape feature-based model is easy and fast. Recently RE(Reverse Engineering) technolo-gy is very convenient method to get free-form surface. This study develops surface editor which makes surface modeling to manipulate control points and this study We study on the effective model data management using database system.

Objects：This study was carried out to develop the Korean form of Moral Development Inventory for Adolescents designed to assess the principled morality in adolescents. And the auther also intended to find the demographic variables that influence the moral development. Methods：The Korean form inventory was applied to 507 middle and high school adolescents, and retest was done in 42 second year middle school adolescents with 3 weeks interval. Together this inventory, short form of Rest moral development which had been proved its reliability and validity, were administered to the all subjects for concurrent validity. And then the author examined whether this inventory discriminates between conduct disorder patients, psychiatric controls and normal controls in the level of moral development. Results：Test-retest reliability and internal consistency were very satisfactory. Concurrent validity with this inventory was also high level. And conduct disorder patients were scored significant lower than psychiatric and normal controls in the level of principled morality. The mean PM scores did not show significant difference according to the variables such as sex, birth order and religion. But there was significant difference according to the educational level of mother and places. Conclusions：These results indicate that the Korean form of Moral Development Inventory is a reliable and valid rating inventory to assess the moral development level in Korean adolescents.

Present paper shows the basic design procedure for platform support vessel operating in open sea, and hull form development process. General design concept considering the operating mission, operating sea condition and shipping freight, etc. is explained shortly. For the hull form design, the initial hull form was designed based on the reference PSVs. The resistance and propulsion test results for the initial hull form with twin Azimuth thruster were analyzed and a few items for improvement were derived. At the next stage, main parameters including Length, Cp-curve, Cb, Lcb, etc. were changed totally for the hull form improvement. Furthermore, 3 different bulbous bows for the fore-body design to reduce the wave resistance and after-body design to reduce the residual resistance were carried out. The best hull form among the 3 fore-bodies with same after-body was selected through the comparison of wave resistance calculation results. Twin ducted Azimuth thruster with the smaller propeller diameter than the former were adapted to increase the propulsive efficiency. The final hull form with the twin Azimuth thruster was evaluated to satisfy more than the target design speed 14 knots in sea condition with sea margin 15% at the 5,000kW BHP through the model test in KRISO.

In today's construction, there has been an increase in the construction of high-rise buildings due to the need to maximize land usage. Framework affects not only the entire construction duration and cost, but also subsequency construction activities such as electrical, mechanical, and finishing works. Especially, proper formwork is a influential factor of productivity in the framwork of reinforced concrete construction. To that reason, a table form of system form is more frequently used than conventional form. However, an initial cost of the table form is high and a reused table form needs for workers to repair damaged table forms. Therefore, the goal of this study is to introduce euro-unit table form. The results from the application of euro-unit table form to high-rise residentia building construction are as follows : (1) The cost of producing table form reduced by 16%, and (2) The time of producing table form was slumped by 35%, and (3) The labor force needed for form work declined 21%.

This paper proposes a change process model for organization development in health care organizations and provide an OD case exemplar of nursing service unit at Virtual Hospital. This case exemplar was written in a narrative form rather than in an argumentative form as an embodiment of organization development process as is viewed from the cultural/interpretive perspective rather than from the technical/rational one. This case exemplar illustrates the change process which consists of four interrelated components: change intervention, organizational target variables, individual organizational member, and organizational outcomes. It also demonstrates the applicability of the narrative rationality which involves narrative probability and narrative fidelity to the story where the learning organization, shared governance, and empowerment are fully emplotted and enlivened. The implications for organization development in health care organizations are discussed.

Since the concept was first introduced in the 1970s, transit-oriented-development (TOD) has greatly expanded in East Asian cities such as Hong Kong. Rail stations are built together with clusters of residential-commercial towers and government services to form a new style of living - a "rail village." This paper examines the composition, scale, spatial form, organization and operation of several typical rail villages in Hong Kong. The cases range across those planned from the mid-1990s to 2015. Based on the analysis of the rail village composition, the paper derives a development ratio to indicate the density, effectiveness and efficiency of a rail village catchment area. The ratio provides a useful and direct figure for the comparison of different stations, cities and development modes.
