서비스 실패는 서비스 상품의 본질적인 특성 때문에 불가피하게 일어나게 마련이다. 서비스 기업들은 고객의 불만족을 초래하는 서비스 실패를 관리하기 위하여 서비스회복의 다각적인 노력을 하고 있다. 본 연구는 고객 개개인이 갖고 있는 가치 성향에 따라서 서비스 실패를 허용하는 수준이 다를 것이라고 가정하고 연구를 진행하였다. 실증적 연구를 통하여 밝혀낸 결과는 서로 다른 개인들의 가치 성향이 서비스 실패에 대하여 용인하는 정도에 차이가 있으며 이로 인하여 불만족의 수준도 달라진다는 것이다. 따라서 고객 성향의 효과적인 파악은 고객만족의 수준을 높이거나 최소한 고객 불만족의 수준을 낮출 수 있을 것이다.

Y$\grave{u}$zh$\grave{e}$ng(鬱證) comes from obstruction of qi by stress. The patient has depressed mood, irritable sign, chest discomfort, costal pain, angry state or some strange feeling on the throat. Oh-Ji-Sang-Seung(五志相勝) therapy is base on the theory of interrelation in five elements in oriental medicine. The contents of Oh-Ji-Sang-Seung(五志相勝) therapy include five subjugations of five emotions. Anxiety subjugates fear(思勝恐), fear subjugates joy(恐勝喜), joy subjugates pity(喜勝悲), pity subjugates anger(悲勝怒), and anger subjugates anxiety(怒勝思). Forgiveness program is a kind of psychological therapies to decrease the degree of anger and it is included in Oh-Ji-Sang-Seung(五志相勝) therapy. In this case, a female patient, 50 years old, who suffered from Y$\grave{u}$zh$\grave{e}$ng(鬱證) with chest discomfort, irritable sign, easily angry state, depressed mood, hot flush, insomnia. We used Oh-Ji-Sang-Seung(五志相勝) therapy besides herbal medication, acupuncture to her condition got improved. Therefore we reported it for the treatment.

현재까지 국내에서 진행되어 온 서비스 실패와 회복 관련 연구들은 한국인의 정서적인 측면을 많이 고려하지 않았다. 한국인의 특성 상 이러한 감정적인 측면이 서비스 회복과정에서 작용할 수 있음에도 불구하고 대부분의 선행연구들은 기존에 해외문헌에서 주로 다루어진 변수들만으로 연구를 진행하였다. 그러나 실제 국내의 서비스 상황에서 발생하는 서비스 회복 과정에서는 소비자가 지각하는 정이라는 개념이 작용하는 경우가 많다. 이에, 관련 연구의 이해의 폭을 넓히고, 정이라는 개념을 실무에 적용하기 위해서는 추가적인 연구결과가 필요하다고 판단하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기존연구의 한계점을 고려하여 서비스 회복상황에서 지각된 공정성과 고객이 지각하는 서비스제공자에 대한 정의 역할을 함께 살펴보았다. 이를 통해 국내 고객관점에서의 서비스 실패 상황에 적합한 서비스 회복모형에 대해서 고찰할 수 있는 계기를 마련하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 통해 단순히 서비스 회복 노력의 공정성뿐만 아니라 서비스 실패 후 회복과정에서 고객이 지각하는 정이라는 한국인 고유의 감정의 조절효과를 살펴봄으로써 고객의 이해심을 구할 수 있는 진심어린 회복노력의 중요성을 확인할 수 있다.

본 연구는 한국의 19세 미만의 아동을 대상으로 한 성범죄 사건의 판결에서 부과되는 실형 선고 기간을 심급별로 비교관점에서 살펴보고, 심급별로 실형부과에 유의미한 영향을 주는 원인을 규명하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 2000년 "아청법" 제정 이후부터 2015년까지 대법원판결이 이루어진 사건들 8건의 1심과 2심을 합한 총16개 판결문을 분석하였다. 분석대상 원인조건들은 가해자의 전과, 반성, 위력, 피해자의 용서, 가해자와 피해자의 관계를, 결과조건은 실형기간으로 하여 분석하였으며 분석방법으로는 퍼지셋 질적 비교분석(fs-QCA)방법을 사용하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 1) 아동대상 성범죄를 이유로 한 재판에서도 1심에서보다 2심에서 형량 기간이 짧아지는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 2) 실형선고에는 1심에서 가해자의 반성과 피해자의 용서가 결합된 원인조건이, 2심에서는 가해자의 위력과 피해자의 용서가 결합된 원인조건이 가장 중요하게 작용하고 있었다. 3) 가해자와 피해자의 관계는 1심과 2심 모두에서 실형선고에 영향을 주는 원인조건이 되지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 동일한 사실관계에 기초한 같은 사건임에도 1심과 2심 각각에서 유의미한 원인조건의 결합과 실형의 관계가 동일하지 않음을 보여주는 것이었다. 또한 특정 원인변수는 그 자체로써가 아닌 어떤 다른 원인조건과 결합되느냐에 따라 다른 결과를 보이고 있었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 아동대상 성범죄의 양형판단은 사건별로 다른 정황과 환경적 맥락에서 해석되어야 함을 시사하며 아동대상성범죄의 양형에 대한 문제를 개선하고 아동보호에 대한 실효성 및 아동복지에 대한 실질적인 진전을 위해 우리가 간과했을지 모르는 사회적 요인에 대한 노력이 병행되어야 함을 제시하였다.

Korean Physicians encounter often the patients with cultural syndromes. This paper surveys those cultural syndromes in Korea, contrasted with those in other countries in five different domains; socio-cultural, sexual, psychological, psychosomatic and religio-spiritual. I discovered three natural consequences if not intervened; 1) healed and readjusted, 2) paradigmatically shifted for the better results and 3) mal-adjustment for the worse. In the hope to let the culture shifted toward better one, I propose to allow our Koreans to be educated, inspired by Park Wansoe's novel; 'Dreaming in an Incubator(꿈꾸는 인큐베이터)'.

목적: 본 연구는 고통경험, 자기용서 및 상실에 대한 정서표현이 간호사의 품위 있는 죽음태도에 영향하는 요인으로 확인하는 것이다. 연구방법: 대상자는 종합병원에서 6개월 이상 재직 중인 간호사 140명을 대상으로 하였다. 연구기간은 2016년 7월 1일부터 8월 31일까지로 자가보고식 설문지를 이용하였다. 수집된 자료는 IBM SPSS 19.0 programs으로 분석하였다. 연구결과: 간호사의 품위 있는 죽음태도에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 상실에 대한 정서표현(β=.44, p<.001), 고통경험(β=.34, p<.001), 종교유무(β=.32, p<.001), 학력(β=.11, p=.047)이 나타났으며, 이는 품위 있는 죽음태도를 63.9% 설명하였다. 결론: 본 연구는 간호사의 품위 있는 죽음태도를 설명하는 요인들을 확인했다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

Altruistic virtuous caring, possibly originated from religion and/or spirituality, is indispensable for holistic health through channeling vital energy with diet, exercise and meditation. This is a participant-observed medical anthropological research of a first generation Korean elderly immigrant health professional woman living in a four generational family. She had hypertension and was concerned about possible attack of stroke. Multi-religious, spiritual, and cosmological vital energy based on holistic Nature-oriented health beliefs and practices influenced by psychosocial, cultural and economic background, education, self- discipline and self-cultivation of individual, and group or family may create health. Self-care beliefs based on confidence in self-control of one's life style for oneself and others influence individual and group health practice. The holistic alternative health beliefs and practices were proved to be efficacious and beneficial by her self-evaluation, evaluation of significant others, biomedical professionals, and laboratory tests. That may have potential application for global health.

This study constructed a family life education program designed to help divorced parents. The purpose of this research was to develop long term education program for post-divorce adjustment. This program is consisted of 6 sessions aiming for understanding the grief process for adults and the six station of divorce, the recovery through forgiveness, children's response to divorce and coping strategy, the opened mind of parent-child relation, enhancing the self-esteem, the healthy single parent. We expect this program to be helpful in helping divorced parents'post-divorce adjustment, improving parent-child relation and helping future life of divorced parents.

Since the two-way interactive broadcasting service began, remote controllers have been fitted with 4 color buttons, which enable interaction and convenience to grow between users and content. With Currently, diverse studies on IPTV are in progress. Particularly, as the mobile market rapidly grows, studies on mobile IPTV and on linkage with other media are constantly increasing. Yet, mobile IPTV has never been studied as of now. In that sense, the present study attempted to design a mobile-based IPTV UI that is fitted with more usability and functionality of 4 color buttons and multi-dimensional search based on consistent criteria for content search. The UI designed in this study was estimated using user interface design guideline. The guideline is comprised of consistency, user centered, ease of use, forgiveness, feedback, functionality, aesthetic integrity.

The purpose of this research was to develop the education program for post-divorce adjustment and to evaluate effectiveness of the program. This program was consisted of eight sessions and applied to divorced parents. It was focused for the understanding of grief processes for adults, recovery by forgiveness, children's responses and coping strategies to divorce, open minded relationship between parents and children, and enhancement of self-esteem to be healthy single parent. Results of paired t-test showed that there were significant differences between pre-test and post-test, and the effectiveness remained until follow-up. In conclusion, this program was thought to be effective for improving self-esteem, divorce coping competency and minimizing of the depressions. Continual education is thought to be necessary for maintaining of the effectiveness to the divorced parents.
