정확한 교통정보의 예측은 출발지로부터 목적지까지의 최적경로를 제공할 수 있으며, 이로 인해 시간과 비용의 절감 효과를 얻을 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 다양한 교통정보 예측 방법 중 확률 모델을 기반으로 교통정보를 예측하는 베이지안 네트워크 방법을 이용한다. 기존 연구에서는 베이지안 네트워크 예측 방법이 모든 시간대에서의 데이터를 학습에 사용하는 것과는 달리, 본 논문에서는 예측하고자 하는 시간대와 동일한 요일과 시간에 해당하는 데이터만을 선별적으로 학습에 사용한다. 서로 다른 두 가지 학습방법에 따른 예측 결과의 정확도는 일반적으로 많이 사용되는 MAPE(Mean Absolute Percentage Error)로 검증하였으며, 서울 시내 14개의 링크 구간에 대해 실험을 진행하였다. 실험결과는 본 논문에서 제안한 방법이 모든 시간대의 데이터를 학습에 사용한 방법에 비해 MAPE의 관점에서 더 높은 정확도를 가진 교통 예측 값을 계산할 수 있음을 보여준다.

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to provide comprehensive information of qualification systems of developed countries needed to establish our national system for QI(Quality improvement) specialists. Methods: All articles related to any applicable domestic or foreign countries' laws, operational status, and detailed programs for professional qualification system of QI were reviewed. Result: In the United States, a non-profit organization, Healthcare Quality Certification Commission (HQCC) has set the policies, procedures and standards in the field of health care quality. And qualification system of CPHQ (certified professional in healthcare quality) has been operated in order to authenticate the qualifications in the field of quality management. IBQH(international Board for quality in healthcare), a qualification system of experts in the United Kingdom, was designed to assist the qualification of professionals to improve the quality of healthcare. In addition, Health Research Center of Feinberg School of Medicine in Northwestern University has been operating Master's and doctoral degree programs in the field of the quality of care and patient safety and IHI (institute for healthcare improvement) open school was operating a professional training course related to the quality of care and patient safety. Conclusion: Quantity and complexity of information of the quality of care and patient safety have been increased. For reform of the health care system, a special training course of the expertise and leadership are needed. So far, there is no national professional certification courses in our nation. Therefore essential job skill should be acquired individually. For systematic and effective quality improvement activities, the educational and certification system with professional development model are needed.

1990년대 중반 이후 국내·외 유통기업의 적극적인 유통산업 진출로 중소 유통소매업은 어려움을 겪고 있었다. 이에 정부는 2003년 중소 유통소매업의 자생력 확보 및 경쟁력 강화를 위해 중소유통물류센터를 건립하였다. 하지만 급변하는 유통환경 속에서 중소유통물류센터는 점점 더 어려워지고 있었다. 중소유통물류센터 경영역량 강화를 위해 문헌연구와 FGI를 기반으로 4개의 1차 요인(경영자의 운영능력, 직원의 전문성 역량강화, 상품배송, 고객 CS관리)과 16개의 2차 요인을 설정하였다. AHP를 이용하여 이 요인들의 최종 가중치와 우선순위를 도출하고, 중소유통물류센터의 경쟁력을 강화할 수 있는 전략들을 수립하고자 한다.

대규모 무선센서네트워크 시스템을 안정적으로 운영하기 위해서는 네트워크를 구성하는 각 링크의 링크 품질(link quality)을 기반으로 네트워크를 구성하는 것이 필요하다. 두 노드 사이의 링크 품질은 해당 링크를 포함하는 모든 경로의 품질에 영향을 준다. 따라서 데이터 전송을 위한 경로 수립 과정에서 링크의 품질을 정확히 파악하는 것이 매우 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 대규모 무선센서네트워크를 구성하고, 운영에 들어가기까지 필요한 시간 및 에너지 소비를 최소화하기 위하여 통신 칩에서 제공하는 LQI(Link Quality Indication)와 RSSI(Received Signal Strength Indication)를 동시에 활용하여 각 링크의 링크 품질을 평가할 수 있는 HLQM(Hybrid Link Quality Metric)을 제안한다. HLQM을 사용하여 링크 품질을 평가하면, 다수의 패킷 전송과정을 거친 후 얻어진 결과를 링크 품질 평가에 다시 이용하는 기존의 방법들이 가지는 네트워크를 구성하고 운영에 들어가기까지 많은 set-up time과 비용이 소요되는 문제점과 LQI 또는 RSSI를 각 각 사용하는 방법들이 가지는 문제점도 개선되어 보다 효율적으로 링크 품질을 평가할 수 있게 된다. 제안된 방법의 타당성과 효율성을 검정하기 위하여 실제 다수의 메시지 전송에서 얻어진 PDR과 비교하는 실험을 수행하였다. 실험의 결과에서 HLQM을 사용하면 다른 메트릭을 사용하여 얻어진 결과에 비해 정확도, 재현율 및 일치율이 상대적으로 우수하다는 것을 확인하였다.

Purpose - This study examines the determinants of offer price and short-term and long-term performance of small and medium-sized enterprise(SME) IPO stocks listed on the KOSDAQ during the period from July 2007 to December 2016. Design/methodology/approach - The SME IPO samples are classified into three categories of regular listing, technology-based special listing, and listing by merger with special purpose acquisition company(SPAC), whose results are compared each other and compared to the result for the KOSDAQ listing of large firms. Findings - From the point of SME management which attempts to list its company on the KOSDAQ, the listing by merger with SPAC is the most unfavorable, and the underpricing phenomenon of the technology-based special listing is severe in the second place. By contrast, IPO stock investors can earn the largest abnormal return by purchasing the SPAC which succeeds the merger with unlisted firm, and the next abnormal returns are obtained in the order of the IPO stocks of technology-based special listing, regular listing of SMEs, and regular listing of large firms. However, it is interesting to observe that the net buying ratio of individual investors is relatively large for the IPO stocks of regular listing of SMEs and large firms, which exhibit the long-term under-performance. Research implications or Originality - This result implies that the exceptional listing system such as the technology-based special listing or the listing by merger with SPAC cost the SMEs which bypass the complicated procedure of the regular listing.

The article considers the features of the organizational-economic mechanism of attracting investment resources in the innovative development of regions in terms of sustainable development. Factors influencing the investment activity of regions in terms of sustainable development, including: institutional structure, intellectual capital, level of innovation infrastructure, business development, financial and credit component, level of human resources development, information environment, production development, environmental component. Factors influencing the attraction of investment resources in the regions are identified. The dynamics of changes in the volume of capital investments and foreign direct investment in Ukraine is analyzed. The regional features of the distribution of capital investments in the conditions of sustainable development are revealed. The essence of the main principles on the basis of which the organizational - economic mechanism of attraction of investment resources in innovative development of regions in the conditions of sustainable development should be formed is analyzed. A set of measures to regulate the investment processes of the regions has been identified. The mechanism of attraction of investment resources in innovative development of regions in the conditions of sustainable development is outlined. The results of activity of separate Agencies of regional development for 2020 in the direction of investment and innovation activity and increase of level of investment attractiveness of regions are analyzed. Important prerequisites for the effective implementation of the organizational-economic mechanism for attracting investment resources in the innovative development of regions in terms of sustainable development are identified. The main directions of directing the efforts of the organizational-economic mechanism to ensure the attraction of investment resources in the innovative development of regions in the context of increasing the level of investment activity in the regional aspect are substantiated.

At this point, the universities preparing the 21st century, require a great reform in various ways, especially a renovation of the function of the university library that can provide intellectual and information ability in information society is raised as an imminent task. Information technology, particularly the advanced technology in networking, have already constructed networks for university libraries using the information super-highway and it has enabled formation seekers to get the retrieved results transferred to their personal computers in a second. On the other hand, university libraries playing the most important role as an information center are still not corresponding effectively with the information age since it is tied down to the previous system, policy and tradition. The duty of university library is to distribute the accumulated, processed and stored academic information promptly and accurately to professors, researchers and students who are in need, and thereby to enhance their research capability, However, the present university libraries do not seem to be functioning smoothly due to the lack of an effective administrating system, budget, facilities, and human resources, Accordingly, our university libraries are in urgent need to be of a new and futuristic form appropriate for the 21st century. They must be able to cope with the growth of users' expectation in the future. This study examined several university libraries in the America, the structures of which have been reorganized, and also looked into the network(NACSIS) for the college and research libraries in Japan. In particular, the study focused on the following aspects : 1) changing role of university library, 2) new criteria for evaluating university libraries, 3) urgent need of a network for college and research libraries, 4) administrative support for the university libraries, and 5) case studies of the university libraries in the foreign countries. Finally, this study suggests a model for our university library in the 21st century.

화본과(Gramineae family)의 Zoysia속(Zoysia genus)에 속하는 한국잔디류는 동북아시아와 필리핀, 태국을 비롯한 동남아시아의 열대지역부터 온대지역에 걸쳐 비교적 폭넓게 분포하는 대표적인 잔디종의 하나이다. 세계적으로 방대한 잔디분야의 'The Turfgrass Information Center'의 database에 zoysia와 연관된 정보는 전문학술지 논문 638편과 학위논문 및 전문보고서 1,307편을 포함하여 총 5,340건으로 조사 되었다. Zoysiagrass에 관한 연구는 골프코스와 lawn care 관련산업에서의 이용과 그에 따르는 잡초, 병충해 등 방제에 따르는 농약에 관한 연구와 종자에 관한 database가 주를 이루고 있다. 본 연구는 한국잔디류에 대한 세계적 연구 추세와 지금까지 우리나라에서 연구된 한국잔디에 관한 연구내용을 정리 분석 하였다. 통계적으로 우리나라의 주요 학술지에 발표된 한국잔디에 관한 논문은 274편이었는데, 식물학적 연구가 102편이며 환경학적 연구와 재배학적 연구가 각 38편과 134편이었다. 그러나 우리나라 연구자의 외국 전문지 게재논문을 합하면 이보다 많으리라 사료된다. 외국에 비해 골프코스 잔디 관리분야와 plant protectant, 신품종 육종에 관한 연구가 활성화 되고, 환경 및 병 저항성 등 육종연구의 선도적 역할도 수행되어야 할 것으로 판단된다.

2011년 농업기상 관측장비의 재배치 사업 이후, 기상청의 농업기상 관측환경은 전반적으로 상당히 향상되었다. 본 연구는 최근 실시한 현지답사 결과를 바탕으로, 1) 확실한 관리주체의 확립, 2) 유관기관들 간 상호협조 강화, 3) 관측환경 변화에 대한 상세한 기록, 4) 장비와 센서의 표준화 5) 통일된 형태의 안내판 설치, 6) 부적합한 환경 하에 놓여 있는 장비의 인접 장소로의 이동, 7) 자동화된 증발계의 설치가 후속적으로 이루어져야 함을 제시하였다. 또한, 확보된 고품질의 자료를 활용하기 위하여 현재 중단되어 있는 농업기상 정기보고서의 제작이 필요하며, 우리 나라의 현황을 감안할 때 1년에 한 차례 국가 전체에 걸쳐 지난 1년 간 일어난 특징적인 농업기상 현상들을 시간 순으로 서술하는 독일이나 캐나다의 연례보고서를 참고할 것을 제안한다.

국내외 기계공학분야 교육과정과 이수체계에 대한 고찰을 통하여 교육과정 및 이수체계 현황을 파악하고, 공학교육 내용과 지식의 논리적 구조에 근거한 합리적 이수체계 모델을 제시하여, 기계공학 프로그램의 운영 방향을 제시하고자 한다. 국내외 우수대학 기계공학 분야의 설계교육을 포함한 교육과정, 학문, 산업발전 동향을 고려하여 합리적 이수체계를 연구하였다. 특히 전면적인 선.후수 이수체계도입을 위한 방법을 연구하여, 교과 이수체계를 준수할 수 있는 제도적 방안을 제시함으로써 학생들이 공학지식의 논리적 구조에 따라 공학 관련 지식을 체계적으로 습득할 수 있도록 하고자 한다.
