이중점근 근사법을 이용한 조화가진 구조물의 방사소음 예측 (Prediction of the Radiated Noise of a Structure Excited by Harmonic Force Using the Doubly Asymptotic Approximation)

  • This paper presents an approach of predicting the radiated noise due to the structural vibration by internal harmonic forces using the doubly asymptotic approximation (DAA). Acoustic transfer vector is derived from the Helmholtz integral equation and the fluid-structure interaction relation of DAA. Numerical results and analytical results of radiated noise for a cylindrical shell were compared and showed that they were consistent in most of frequencies and radiation directions, but showed errors in some radiated directions in the mid-frequency region. Despite these errors, the prediction method will be suitable for practical radiated noise prediction.

압전소자를 이용한 판의 진동평가 (Estimation using PZT for Vibration of Plates)

  • 구조물의 모니터링과 손상 및 진동예측에 많은 센서들이 사용되고 있으며, 압전소자 및 변형게이지는 재료 및 구조물의 손상에 사용되고 있다. 그러나 진동에 대한 실험은 미진한 실정이다. 압전소자는 구조물의 변형되었을 때 로드셀의 경우에서처럼 작용되는 외력을 전기적인 신호로 바꾸어주는 센서이다. 이를 이용하여, 철근 콘크리트 판에서 진동예측을 압전소자의 전압변화로 사용하였다. 본 연구는 판에서 압전소자를 사용하여 진동을 예측하기 위한 기초적 연구이다.

  • The strip temperature history of finishing mill process is one of the most important factors to stabilize the facilities and to achieve the better product quality including a better prediction of roll force etc. The ultimate goal of this study is to improve scientific understanding of the finishing mill process in the view of heat transfer science. Finishing mill cooling facilities of KwangYang $\#3$ hot rolling are introduced and heat transfer analyses from FET to FDT are particularly focused in this study Three major tasks are successfully achieved as follows: 1) The temperature Prediction Models are developed. 2) The average absolute error is found to be less then 10 Celsius degree (about $8.5^{\circ}C$). 3) Prediction rate (less then $\bar{+}20$) are $10.2\%$ improved $(80.1\;\rightarrow\;90.3\%)$.

고속카메라 데이터 분석을 통한 발사체 지지대 분산 궤적의 근사적 예측 방법 (A Prediction Method for Sabot-Trajectory of Projectile by using High Speed Camera Data Analysis)

  • In this paper, we have proposed a prediction method for sabot-trajectory of projectile using high speed camera data analysis. Through analyzing trajectory of sabot with high speed camera data, we can extract its real velocity and acceleration including effects of friction force, pressure of flume, etc. Using these data, we suggest a prediction method for sabot-trajectory of projectile having variable acceleration, especially for minimum and maximum acceleration, by using interpolation method for velocity and acceleration data of sabot. Also we perform the projectile launching tests to achieve the trajectory of sabot in case of minimum and maximum thrust. Simulation results show that they are similar to real tests data, for example velocity, acceleration and the trajectory of sabot.

  • In designing the Prestressed concrete box-girder bridge. dead load, prestressing force, creep and shrinkage of concrete are the main factors which influence the camber and deflection of segmental concrete structure under construction. Among these factors the creep and shrinkage are the functions of the time-dependent property which. therefore, must be considered with time. The prediction model for estimating creep and shrinkage of concrete has been suggested by ACI, CEB/FIP, JSCE and KSCE design code and EMM, AEMM, RCM, IDM and SSM has been suggested for analytical method in consideration of time-dependent characteristics. In this study the creep test was carried out for four different curing ages of concrete which were applied to the Prestressed concrete structure at the construction site, and the results of test were compared with the values of creep prediction proposed by the design code. Also the creep test was performed with step-wise incremental stresses and the results were compared to the analytical values.

공구파손검출을 위한 시스템인식에 관한 연구 (A Study on the System Identification for Detection of Tool Breakage)

  • The demands for robotic and automatic system are continually increasing in manufacturing fields. There have been many studies to monitor and predict the system, but they have mainly focused upon measuring cutting force, and current of motor spindle, and upon using acoustic sensor, etc. In this study, time series sequence of cutting force was acquired by taking advantage of piezoelectric type tool dynamometer. Radial cutting force was obtained from it and was available for useful observation data. The parameter was estimated using PAA(parameter adaptation algorithm) from observation data. ARMA(auto regressive moving average) model was selected for system model and second order was decided according to parameter estimation. Uncorrelation test was also carried out to verify convergence of parameter.

부유식 해양구조물에 작용하는 시감평균 파표류력에 관한 고찰 (On the Time-Mean Drift Force Acting on a Floating Offshore Structure in Wave)

  • Formulation of the far-field method for the prediction of time-mean hydrodynamic force and moment acting on a 3-D surface-piercing body in waves is reviewed. It is found that the inequality between the weight of the floating body and its buoyancy force permits the replacement of the fluid particles inside the control surface by the fluid particles outside the control surface. Under such circumstances, momentum exchanges across the control surface make the time-mean value of the time rate of the momentum of the fluid inside the control surface non-vanishing. It is a second-order quantity which is hard to calculate by the far-field method. The drift forces and moments on half-immersed ellipsoids are calculated by both the far-field method and the near-field method. The discrepancy between two numerical results is presented and discussed.
