  • Development of rural village in the agriculture, forestry and fishing community development nongsan eoeopin samuijil improve and promote the special law, from 2004 to 2017, based on the 1000 National differentiated rural areas to maintain the "ness, and in rural areas to build basic infrastructure, a complex life-and characteristics of the rural development and participate in the preliminary planning stages and led from the bottom-up development project in the village during the project implementation period proposed by the residents of the project is a business. This study, Jeonnam local rural residents of the village to participate in Development Business to help identify and analyze the problems derive satisfaction and improve the direction and purpose it is proposed to activate. To enable business juminchamyeohyeong city committee of the doctors and residents rally the support of the local government system, including voluntary participation and bottom-up business is important for the recognition of conversions. For bottom-up business people recognize and understand the transition to a new seonjinji tour, the continued education of residents and leading to the village to town to put all my energy into education, including the leader of the residents of the town desperately needs strengthening and capacity. In addition, town residents also important for the development, awareness and active participation, residents and the local government, and established a partnership with a group of experts monitoring implementation of the main city in the shape of lack of food is the most important part is fill.

병원 영양부서 평가지표에 대한 중요도-수행도 분석 (Importance-Performance Analysis of Evaluation Indicators in Hospital Nutrition Department)

  • This study has attempted to collect actual spot's opinions and analyze importance-performance of indicators for the evaluation of hospital nutrition department. The results of this research were as follows: first, the average score of self-estimated performance was 3.75 based on a 5-point scale. The degrees of importance of hospital foodservice and nutrition department management were in the range of 3.71~4.85 out of 5.0 and the mean importance degree score was 4.37. Second, the average score of self-estimated performance in each category was significantly higher in the case of general special hospital compared to general hospital. Especially average performance score of nutrition management in the general special hospital was higher than that of general hospital (P<0.001). The average performance score of the hospital with more beds was significantly higher than that with less beds. Contract managed hospital's score was significantly higher than that of self-operated hospital in two categories, "facilities management" and "nutrition management" (P<0.05, P<0.01). In foodservice and nutrition management of task-separated hospitals, the average performance scores were significantly higher than those of not-separated hospitals (P<0.01, P<0.001). Third, according to the importance-performance analysis of recognition about indicators for the hospital nutrition department's operations evaluation, 'foodservice facilities management' and 'foodservice sanitation management' were in 'doing great', 'nutritional management' and 'operational management' were in 'low priority', and 'other foodservice management' was in 'overdone'. In conclusion, there's a need for institutional specific standards of sanitation for Korean hospital foodservice.

조리실습에 대한 인식 조사를 기반으로 한 조리교육 활성화 방안 연구 (Identifying the Best Approach to Revitalize High School Culinary Education Curriculum in Korea)

  • The aim of this study was to identify the most effective methods with which to revitalize Korean high school culinary education. To achieve this aim, a culinary recognition questionnaire survey of 616 students from 9 culinary high schools was carried out. The 9 surveyed schools represented the following of 7 regions: Chungnam, Busan, Incheon, Daegue, Jeonbuk, Gyeongbuk, and Gwangju. Collected data were subjected to descriptive analysis, $x^2$-test, t-test, and one-way ANOVA using SPSS(version 14.0). The results of this study are as follows. Culinary practice interest and learning demand of most students were high. 6.8% of students indicated that initial theory learning, followed by video education, and finally live demonstration is an effective teaching methodology. They preferred practicing on actual ingredients as the primary teaching and learning method, nominating technician cooking as the most favorite. As for areas needing improvement in culinary practice education, difficulties with material preparation and insufficient learning hours were identified as prominent factors by 66.8% of respondents. There was unanimous agreement that culinary practice education can be enhanced by highly skilled teachers, while interest for the discipline itself can be fostered by initiating and encouraging cooking participation in the home. Freshmen and special high school students suggested that a cooking related website is necessary to expand the current information interface, which is currently limited to colleagues and employers. In relation to culinary education revitalization, consistent promotion of departments, or high schools that have proven student satisfaction rates and effective culinary curriculum are required. Furthermore, teachers can also aid this process by more effective student pastoral care in order to improve school life satisfaction. However, teacher job satisfaction is an important component of this process, and better employment conditions and remuneration packages reflecting extra work must be considered as part of an attractive teacher-incentive employment policy.

관광객 특성에 따른 어촌체험프로그램 선택의 영향력 분석 (A Study on Influence of Fishing Villages Experience Program Choice by the Tourist Characteristics)

  • The purpose of this study is to analysis the influence of fishing villages experience programs choice by the tourist characteristics. As an analysis method, a statistical technique of multinomial logistic regression was used. The dependent variable have typified about 70 fishing experience programs, such as tidal-flat experience, fishery experience, and fishing experience, operated by the fishing village experience recreation villages into 9 programs. The independent variables consisted of 7 groups of people: gender, age, marital status, presence of children, experience of visiting a village in a rural and fishing village experience, preference of a village in a recreational experience, and recognition of a village in a fishing village experience. As a result of analysis, no significant differences were found that the selection group preferring 'fishing culture experience', 'leports experience', 'ecological craft experience', and 'festival and event experience' in the selection of fishing village experience program compared to the group choosing 'rural experience'. On the other hand, the group preferring 'tidal flat experience' analysis that 'married' is about 14 times higher than 'unmarried', and the group preferring 'fishing village experience' is 9.55 times higher than the group preferring 'rural village experience'. In the group preferring 'fishery experience' and 'fishing experience', the group preferring 'fishing experience recreation village' was 9.21 times and 14.34 times higher than the group preferring 'rural experience recreation village'. In the 'food experience', 'married' was 25 times higher than 'unmarried'.

외식프랜차이즈기업의 파트너쉽의 중요성 (Importance of Partnership in Food Service Industry Franchise Enterprise)

  • 본 연구는 두 가지 측면에서 연구되었다. 첫 번째, 가맹사업자와 가맹계약자간 중요성 인지 여부, 좋은 관계 유지 인지 여부, 지속적인 관계 유지 노력, 관계 개선 노력, 상호간의 관계 인정 여부 등 현재 마케팅 파트너쉽의 중요성이 어느 정도인지에 대한 연구를 수행하였다. 두 번째, 가맹사업자와 가맹계약자간의 상호관계에서 역할수행과 관계유지, 갈등해결과 관계유지, 역할수행과 타가맹점과의 비교 등에 대한 상관관계 연구를 하였다. 본 연구의 결론에서는 가맹사업자가 보다 강력한 파트너쉽을 가진 가맹계약자를 원한다면 각자 파트너쉽이 중요함을 인지하고 있는 가맹사업자와 함께 많은 노력을 해야 하며, 자신들의 이익보다는 파트너쉽의 이익을 생각해야 하며, 그와 관련된 많은 문제점들을 서로 함께 해결해야 할 것을 제시하였다. 즉 강력한 파트너쉽은 가맹사업자와 가맹계약자 양쪽의 노력이 필요하다는 것이다. 이러한 양쪽의 희생은 전체적인 Relationship의 수행뿐 만아니라 이익배분까지도 포함되어야 한다는 것이다.

통일 신라 왕조의 자연재해 인식-자연사상을 중심으로 (Recognition of Natural Disasters in the Unified Shilla Dynasty - Focusing on the Natural Thoughts -)

  • 본 연구에서는 고대 통일신라의 천재지변 중 자연재해(지변) 기록만을 발췌하여 삼국사기 신라 본기(A.D.668-935)를 중심으로 그 내용을 분석하였다. 가뭄과 기근 40회, 지진 40회, 우박 12회, 서리 10회, 천둥, 번개 9회, 큰 눈과 추위 9회, 큰 바람 8회, 홍수 7회, 황충 7회, 화재 6회, 수질오염 5회, 황사 3회, 이상기상으로 인해 재해 3회, 안개 2회, 용오름 현상 1회, 이조(鳥)출현 1회 등 총 163회가 발생하였다. 따라서 지변 현상에 따른 당시의 자연사상을 종합해 보면 다음과 같다. 당시의 사람들은 이러한 천견(天譴)에 대하여 군주가 책기수덕(責己修德)의 차원에서 피정전(避正殿), 감상선(感常膳), 여수대사(慮囚大赦) 등의 수덕(修德), 인정(仁政)과 더불어 백관의 상소를 받는 것이 관행화되고 있었음을 추정할 수 있다. 이처럼 통일 신라에서는 천재지변으로 인하여 여러 가지 책기수덕(責己修德)과 함께 민생안정을 정상화하여야 한다는 천견설의 전형을 구현하고 있는 자연인식(自然認識)으로 파악할 수 있다.

치아(齒牙)에 대한 두 관점의 통합적 이해 - 신(腎)·양명(陽明)의 관계를 중심으로 - (An Integrative Understanding of Two Views on Teeth - Focusing on Relation between Kidney(腎) and Yangming(陽明) -)

  • Objectives : There are two aspects of Korean medicine perspective on teeth, including the fact that the teeth reveal the thrift and decay of kidney as 'Goljiyeo', and that SujokYangmyeongGyeong flows into the teeth. Since the interrelationships of the two have not been sufficiently studied, this study attempts to investigate the relationship between kidney and Yangmyeong on teeth based on the literature. Methods : In "Huangdineijing", this study examined whether the connection between kidney and Yangmyeong respectively for the teeth appeared, and reviewed the sentences that can simultaneously examine the relationship between kidney and Yangmyeong. This study referred to previous medical books such as "Nanjing" as needed. Results & Conclusions : This study confirmed that there is recognition that kidney and Yangmyeong affected the teeth in a complex way in various provisions such as the provision of "Joksoeumgijeol" in "Lingshu-Jingmai". Kidney and Yangmyeong produce wantonness(血氣) in food(水穀) and transform it to perform the process of producing the vitality together. However, there is an aspect that they oppose each other as acquired spirit and inherent vitality. Therefore, inherent and acquired incongruities may occur depending on the situation, which can be a cause of triggering the pathogenesis of the tooth. : This study has found herbal combinations used frequently in Korean medicine formulas used for insomnia treatment, and a result of network analysis composed of four communities. Each community consisted of herbs in affiliation of Yookmijihwangtang(六味地黃湯) and Samultang(四物湯), Bohyulchunghwatang(補血淸火湯) and Ondamtang(溫膽湯), Jungjihwan(定志丸) and Sanjointang(酸棗仁湯).

6차 산업화 영향요인 및 효율성 분석에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Influence Factor and Efficiency Analysis of 6th Industrialization)

  • 농업의 6차산업화는 농업의 융 복합을 통해 새로운 부가가치를 창출하며, 지역경제 활성화에 기여하는 등 농촌지역의 선순환 효과를 촉진시키고 있다. 이에 지역별 효율성 분석 및 효율성에 미치는 영향요인을 분석함으로써 국내 6차산업화 활성화를 위한 시사점을 제공하고자 한다. 본 연구의 분석 자료는 "2015년~2016년 농 식품 6차산업화 기초실태조사 연구" 보고서 자료를 활용하였다. 분석방법으로는 DEA 및 Tobit 검증을 통해서 분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 6차산업화는 소득증대 및 효율성 개선에 기여하고 있다. 두 번째, 연평균 농가 인구증가율, 2차산업 참여 비율은 부(-)의 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 세 번째, 6차산업화 인지여부는 정(+)의 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 자료의 한계 및 정성적 요인, 외생변수 및 설명력 등의 한계가 있을 수 있지만, 지역별 6차산업화 효율성 제고를 위한 객관적인 시사점을 도출하였다는 점에서 의미가 있다.

Assessment of the willingness to pay in relation to public value in forests

  • This study aimed quantitatively to estimate the recent level of recognition of the public value of forests in Korea, to analyze the factors that affect their value, and to present implications. The average annual payment regarding the public value of forests estimated using the contingent valuation method was 234,170 won, broken down into 12 functionalities. The Tobit model was used to analyze demographic factors affecting the degree of willingness to pay, and the analysis showed that area of residence, age, marital status, occupation, household income, and visits to forest facilities all had statistically significant impacts on the degree of willingness to pay. Among these variables, living area (living in Seoul), marriage status (married), occupation (professional and office workers), and household income (more than the median income) were found to have a positive relationship with the degree of willingness to pay, while age and the number of visits to forest facilities were found to have a negative relationship. The implications are as follows: First, it is necessary to establish and implement policies to enhance positive perceptions of the various functions of forests and the legitimacy of protecting forest resources, considering that the public's valuation of various public functions provided by forests is directly related to changes in perception. Second, public evaluations of the public value of forests remain at a low level, meaning that education and promotions regarding the public value of forests need to be implemented and strengthened in the future. Finally, in order to form a consensus among people on the public functions of forests, customized promotions and educational events need to be implemented for non-Seoul residents, non-professionals, the unmarried, and for those who regularly visit forests.

온도 차이에 따른 배추좀나방 유충 지방체에서 발현되는 G 단백질 연관 수용체의 동정 (Identification of G Protein Coupled Receptors Expressed in Fat Body of Plutella Xylostella in Different Temperature Conditions)

  • BACKGROUND: G protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs) are widely distributed in various organisms. Insect GPCRs shown as in vertebrate GPCRs are membrane receptors that coordinate or involve in various physiological processes such as learning/memory, development, locomotion, circadian rhythm, reproduction, etc. This study aimed to identify GPCRs expressed in fat body and compare the expression pattern of GPCRs in different temperature conditions. METHODS AND RESULTS: To identify GPCRs genes and compare their expression in different temperature conditions, total RNAs of fat body in Plutella xylostella larva were extracted and the transcriptomes have been analyzed via next generation sequencing method. From the fat body transcriptomes, genes that belong to GPCR Family A, B, and F were identified such as opsin, gonadotropin-releasing hormone receptor, neuropeptide F (NPF) receptor, muthuselah (Mth), diuretic hormone receptor, frizzled, etc. Under low temperature, expressions of GPCRs such as C-C chemokine receptor (CCR), opsin, prolactin-releasing peptide receptor, substance K receptor, Mth-like receptor, diuretic hormone receptor, frizzled and stan were higher than those at 25℃. They are involved in immunity, feeding, movement, odorant recognition, diuresis, and development. In contrast to the control (25℃), at high temperature GPCRs including CCR, gonadotropin-releasing hormone receptor, moody, NPF receptor, neuropeptide B1 receptor, frizzled and stan revealed higher expression whose biological functions are related to immunity, blood-brain barrier formation, feeding, learning, and reproduction. CONCLUSION: Transcriptome of fat body can provide understanding the pools of GPCRs. Identifications of fat body GPCRs may contribute to develop new targets for the control of insect pests.
