The purpose of this study is to identify the characteristics of the household labors that are performed by dual income families. The methodology that has been applied in this study was a qualitative research based on in-depth interviews of a total of 10 people(8 housewives, 2 husbands) selected from the 8 different families. The 8 different families have been selected in order to identify the different family lives and the various household labor patterns that are conducted by both the working husband and the working wife. As a result, we have found out that working wives still had to manage their time in an extremely busy manner in order to balance their professional work with their household tasks. However, the household work that was being shared by the husbands also seemed to vary dynamically according to the different family situations. Although, it has shown that household tasks are divided by the person's sex, the amount of household tasks that are shared tended to increase according to the life cycle of each family.

At present, the students majoring in tourism apprach theoretically and practically target human resource development which is blanceded between creativity and specialty. And yet, the initial step of on-the-job tranning has not been worked and the area of tourism and experience in this field are know as a beginning stage. This, this study is focusing on the on-the-job tranning in the area of tourism major in technical college. The issues and alternative solutions are as follows First, many student hope sutible training cost require. Second, An amount of subsidy for trainee is too low, and a trainee is used as substitution for regularem ployee's vacation during summer season and for beginning and end of year during winter season. Third, There is no clear linkage between job training and employment. Forth, many students enter a technical college due to learn professional technique and service, however, many other students go to a technical college as means of transfer to university, Since a tourism bussiness is predicted as a potential industry for the twenty-first century, besides a positive national economy and tourism business, the continuing and active supports and needed as follows First, An active support on tranning provided by tourism companies is required. Second, A continuos driving force and thorough management of job training by technical college and relevant major department are needed. Third, sutible traninging cost would be required. Forth, In order to achive a objectives and practical and effect ive job tranning, students majoring in tourism should enhance a service mind and manner.

Our previous study demonstrated that yuzu has an anti-platelet effect in rat blood. In the present study, we examined whether the anti-platelet effect of yuzu can be extended to human blood by investigating its ability to inhibit aggregations induced by various agonists in human platelet rich plasma (PRP). This study also investigated the underlying mechanism of yuzu focusing on ADP granule secretion, $TXB_2$ formations, and $PLC{\gamma}$/Akt signaling. The results from this study showed that ethanolic yuzu extract (YE), and its components, hesperidin and naringin, inhibited human platelet aggregation in a concentration-dependent manner. YE, hesperidin and naringin also inhibited $TXB_2$ formation and ADP release. The phosphorylation of $PLC{\gamma}$ and Akt was significantly inhibited by YE, heperidin and naringin. Furthermore, we demonstrated that YE, heperidin and naringin has anti-platelet effects in rat ex vivo studies, and lower side effects in mice tail bleeding time studies. The results from this study suggest that YE, hesperidin and naringin can inhibit human platelet aggregation, at least partly through the inhibition of $PLC{\gamma}$ and Akt, leading to a decrease in $TXB_2$ formation and granule secretion.

The word 'chintz' is thought to be a corruption of spotted cloth. Printing remained a relatively primitive method of decorating textiles in Europe until the second half of the 17th century. The formation of the English East India Company sparked the influx into the West of painted and printed Indian cotton textiles. A William Sherwin took out the first English patent in 1676. The earlist European designs were florals in the Indian manner. Patterns of European flowers returned to England as birds, flowers, trees, vines and stained glass for Victorian chintz. In France, the original and most successsful manufacturer of the distinctive printed fabrics from Jouy was Christophe Philippe Oberkampf. Copperplate printing was introduced to Jouy in 1770, probably reaching the pinnacle of achievement in the craft after 1783 when Jean-Baptiste Huet became chief designer. Huet's style was widely imitated in France and abroad, and the term 'toile de Jouy' has come to be universally applied to monochrome figurative designs wherever and by whomsoever they were produced. Oberkampf served his apprenticeship as an engraver with some leading manufacturers, including a period in Mulhouse. In Alsace, which was not part of France until 1798, the first factory had opened in 1746 in Mulhouse, and the area soon had the largest number of print-works in France.

The study aims to reveal the differences in the factors influencing portal news and news site application usages on smartphones in regard to political discussion networks, news use across multiple media platforms and news genre consumption. The results demonstrate that those factors affected both types of application usages in a different manner when controlling for demographics. The more participants conversed politics with homogeneous networks, the more they used portal news on smartphones. Conversely, the more political discussion with heterogeneous networks, the more they used news site application on smartphones. The more frequently Internet and mobile phone were employed for news source and the more soft news genre was consumed, the more the portal news application was used. However, the more frequently traditional and social media were employed for news source and the more hard news consumed, the more news site application was used. The findings imply that portal news application users may increase their likelihood of soft news consumption using Internet and mobile phones for political discussion with close social relations, while news site application users may increase their likelihood of hard news consumption using traditional and social media for political discussion with distant social relations.

Using murine immortalized microglial cells (BV-2), we examined the regulation of RANTES production stimulated by lipopolysaccharide (LPS), focusing on the role of mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) and nuclear factor $(NF)-{\kappa}B.$ The result showed that RANTES (regulated upon activation of normal T cell expressed and secreted) was induced at the mRNA and protein levels in a dose- and time-dependent manner in response to LPS. From investigations of second messenger pathways involved in regulating the secretion of RANTES, we found that LPS induced phosphorylation of extracellular signal-regulated kinase (Erk), p38 MAPK and c-Jun-N-terminal kinase (JNK), and activated $(NF)-{\kappa}B.$ To determine whether this MAPK phosphorylation is involved in LPS-stimulated RANTES production, we used specific inhibitors for p38 MAPK and Erk, SB 203580 and PD 98059, respectively. LPS-induced RANTES production was reduced approximately 80% at $25\;{\mu}M$ of SB 203580 treatment. But PD 98059 did not affect RANTES production. Pyrrolidine-dithiocarbamate (PDTC), $(NF)-{\kappa}B$ inhibitor, reduced RANTES secretion. These results suggest that LPS-induced RANTES production in microglial cells (BV-2) is mainly mediated by the coordination of p38 MAPK and $(NF)-{\kappa}B$ cascade.

The purpose of this thesis is to understand Henry Jame's theory of the novel and to clarify the importance of him as a theorist. He developed many literary techniques through his dozens of works. But it is more important that he is a theorist who established the unique theory of novel through his critical essays. I arranged Jame's early theories, focusing on "The Art of Fiction" that was one of his major essays written in 1884. His main idea was that the purpose of novel was to represent life. The "experience" that James emphasized was composed of characters, impression and consciousness. "Psychological Realism", which is Jame's unique realism, reflected his interests in the inner mind of man. James believed in the capacity of human imagination as the source of creative inspiration and its ability to perceive reality in a manner that is more intense and comprehensive and transform it into a more balanced and orderly ideality. Henry James always insisted on the importance of writer's imagination. Another important imagination in Henry Jame's novel is the character's imagination. It is closely related with the consciousness, the heart of the Jame's literary world. James devised the new form of novel as well as the possibility of representation of mind. At this point, it is said that James was the pioneer of literary criticism. He evoked the trend of the early 20th century.

Digital Music Industry of Korea has had its dominance over existing Record-based Music Industry since the year 2000 influencing the entire music industry. This implies the perspective for this emerging field by defining various factors based on environmental analysis. SWOT analysis, mostly used for setting up the marketing strategy is very useful analytic tool for this manner. The potentials and possibilities were saught for this emerging Digital Music Industry to have connectivity with other Media and Entertainment Industry, focusing on its strength, weakness, opportunities and threats, four variables of SWOT analysis.

The purpose of this study is to identify the characteristics of the community design ordinance in Seoul as view of the community design activation and to seek improvement. The findings of this study are as followings; Most of the provisions of the ordinance, such as the concept of community design, the basic plan, and the contents of the project, are defined in a similar manner. From the establishment of the concept of community design, it is necessary to establish the regulations that reflect the actual situation and characteristics of the village. In addition to physical facilities improvement, the ordinance should include support for securing space at the core center, which plays an important role in revitalizing community design. Step-by-step approaches are needed to understand the residents at the beginning of the project, because there is not enough practical support related to resident capacity and community solidarity. As the importance of the competent residents increases, the support elements related to humanware areas should also be expanded. In particular, the supporting process and contents for the support system and program for the training of village leaders and the securing of professional manpower should be well established.

Purpose of this study is to analyze the meaning of the hybrid digital culture and to find out the features of digital fashion shows appearing in the period of the hybrid digital culture as there have been almost no studies on the hybrid cultural values in the fashion shows and on the diachronic socio-cultural viewpoint of fashion show. The characteristics of hybrid digital culture were identified through the analysis of cases, and they were organized into three for this study; 'non-economic creativity', 'interactive communication' and 'transcendence'. Based on these characteristics, the features of hybrid digital cultures in the modern digital fashion shows were classified into the digitalization of presentation form and the acceptance by audience of digitalization using case studies. The features of digital fashion shows which appear through the presentation form in the digital fashion shows are as follows; 'Expansion of presentation media of runway' and 'Destruction of component factors of runway'. The features of digital fashion show in the perspective of audience's acceptance of digitalization are as follows; 'Audience's field experience through the live video', 'Participation by audience in interactive manner' and, 'Immersion in the virtual reality by the audiences'.
