Big data-related research that deals with the amount of explosive information in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution is actively underway. Big data is an essential element that promotes the development of artificial intelligence with a wide range of data that become learning data for machine learning, or deep learning. The use of deep learning and big data in various fields has produced meaningful results. In this paper, we have investigated the use of Big Data in the cultural arts industry, focusing on video contents. Noteworthy is that big data is used not only in the distribution of cultural and artistic contents but also in the production stage. In particular, we first looked at what kind of achievements and changes the Netflix in the US brought to the OTT business, and analyzed the current state of the OTT business in Korea. After that, Netflix analyzed the success stories of 'House of Cards', which was produced / circulated through 'Deep Learning' cinematique, which is a prediction algorithm, through accumulated customer data. After that, FGI (Focus Group Interview) was held for cultural and artistic contents experts. In this way, the future prospects of Big Data in the domestic culture and arts industry are divided into technical aspect, creative aspect, and ethical aspect.

Client requirements is a concept with increasing interest in relation to several outcomes of companies, and in particular, in the event of apartment project that takes large share in the domestic construction industry, diverse angle of survey is performed to discover the client requirements and reflect them to the project to improve the quality. For this purpose, it is required to learn the client requirements and apply it in the apartment project, and the QFD (Quality Function Deployment) linked ROQ (Return On Quality) is a technique used in the manufacturing that surveys the client requirements to improve the customer satisfaction, and apply it to the quality improvement program to improve the profitability in this process. In this study, through the application of the ROQ process, the plan to improve the apartment quality management is presented. For this purpose, the consumer interview survey, FGI (focus group interview) survey and the client requirements are analyzed, and thereafter, through the interview with the specialist, the quality improvement program that enables the application to the product development of new apartment product is established. Through this process, the new apartment quality management improvement plan is presented.

It is important to maintain a healthy dietary habit to enjoy better health and quality of life in later life. However, taking care of one's dietary lifestyle at an older age may be a challenge. Especially, community dwelling low-income older adults are one of the most vulnerable population in regards to holding a well balanced healthy diet. The purpose of this research is to identify the current status of food delivery services for low-income older adults and explore related issues. In order to achieve the aim, this study conduced two sets of focus group interviews with 8 nutritionists and 7 social workers in Seoul. According to the research results, there are issues related to meals on wheels such as vague eligibility, poor operation conditions, work overload, and difficulty in realizing customized meal delivery. Food security for low-income older adults is a prerequisite for aging in place. It is necessary to discuss the ways to create favorable operating conditions to deliver customized meals and manage nutrition and hygiene from the perspective of social work.

This research measures the urgency and importance listening to experts' opinions as a proposal for vitalization of folk modern dance groups. Firstly, the open type FGI(Focus Group Interview) was implemented for five groups of an expert by applying the new industry foster theory, and total 24 types of second questionnaire were developed through importantly referred or repeated contents. They were distributed to 20 people including a dance group representative, a planner, a university professor and etc to measure experts' importance and urgency. In the research result, For big list, Financial aid for both importance and urgency appear first, and for comparative analysis of importance and urgency for small list, differences in infrastructure construction are shown. "expansion of dance program's advertisement channels" and "rank 1" appeared in "Secure space for dancers". Suggestions for analyzing such results are as follows. It is shown that "detailed financial aid for the operation of dance groups" and etc in the aspect of financial aid, "the employment of professional human resources including design and producing etc" in that of performance and education related production development, "training a dancer who can assimilate a complex genre" in that of manpower training, "arrangement of exclusive space for a dance group" in that of infrastructure building, and "the employment of professional human resources including design and producing etc" in that of consulting support are important and urgent matters considered by experts.

The purpose of this study was to identify the degree of medical inequality in medical vulnerable areas, especially in the southwestern islands, and to prepare improvements. As a research method, 14 pieces were analyzed by systematic literature review with keywords such as 'medical vulnerability', 'medical inequality', and 'island area', and a focus group or in-depth interview (FGI) was conducted on 9 medical personnel in the public medical delivery system to identify the current status and demand. As a result of the study, medical inequality in the southwest region, especially in island areas, was confirmed, and the lack of professional manpower and administrative support system were confirmed through FGI. As a result of the study, it was confirmed that realistic measures should be prepared to increase the efficiency of public health care as well as active administrative support to improve the vulnerability of island areas.

The purpose of this study is to find out how to develop the related competency by exploring the service convergence experience of social workers in the social welfare field. For this purpose, social workers were organized into focus groups to reflect various fields and experiences of the social welfare, and the focus group interview method was implemented. The results of this study are as follows: First, research participants who are social workers of the field recognized positive effects and experiential limitations in the experience of providing convergent services through collaboration with various professionals. Second, research participants experienced the necessity of convergence services, while being asked for various roles in the extended area. Finally, research participants propose a plan to develop competencies required in social welfare environment where a convergent approach is required. Based on the results of this study, it was prepared that basic data for the development of practical competency in the social welfare field.

With the recent advancements in artificial intelligence, the emergence of ChatGPT is expected to bring significant changes to various industries. In particular, there are active attempts to introduce ChatGPT in the education sector, and for librarians, utilizing ChatGPT is seen as an essential element for future learning tools. Against this background, this study aimed to examine librarians' perceptions of introducing ChatGPT in the school library through Focus Group Interviews (FGI). As a result, six themes were derived, including differences in perceptions of ChatGPT application in school libraries, teaching and learning activities utilizing ChatGPT, practical operation of ChatGPT, considerations for successful performance, librarians' required competencies and environment (infrastructure), and the development direction of ChatGPT utilization services in school libraries. Based on these findings, implications for the necessity of educational services utilizing ChatGPT were proposed. This study is significant as the first attempt to introduce ChatGPT in the school library field.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the usability and satisfaction of space to which positive elements in Leed-Certified Office Building are applied. The study was conducted using the three-step approach. The first step was to understand the building and identify the issues which included the analysis of floor plans, documentations, and the interview with designers and facility managers. The second step was FGI(Focus Group Interviews), which were conducted with mixed employees of rank and location of workplace. Finally, a web-based questionnaire survey was conducted on the 319 executives and employees. Methods of analysis used were quantitative analysis of questionnaire, qualitative analysis of open ended free-answer, and FGI in the second step. Satisfaction, preference, and comfort level were studied using cross tab, co-relation, ANOVA for quantitative analysis. The results of this study are as follows: First, lobby and atrium are representative elements that are functioning positively and it is recognized as sustainable spaces being utilized by users. Second, there are several dead spaces like green shaft, roof garden and sunken space although they can contribute to Leed-certification. Third, there are some problematic spaces such as the O.A. room and the urinals even though they contribute to the Leed-certification.

In the rapidly changing science and technology environment, an in-depth understanding of users of STEM information is an essential factor in designing a user-centered information system. The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze in-depth the behaviors and needs of users who use STEM information. In this study, the needs of users for STEM information and STEM information sites are dealt with in depth using the FGI qualitative method. In addition, it includes the analysis results of grouping of similar sites according to various aspects of use of STEM information sites. As a result of grouping similar sites based on awareness and level of use,, they were grouped by domestic-international, paid-free, integrated-specific fields. As a result of grouping similar sites according to the purpose of use, they were grouped by domestic and international papers, research reports, and patents. As a result of grouping similar sites according to usage attributes, they were grouped by diversity, reliability, and specialization. As for the positions of similar sites perceived by users, Science Direct and PubMed showed high specialization and high quality, Google Scholar showed integration and popularity, and RISS showed four attributes evenly. Suggestions for information system design are discussed.

Recently, following increased concern about green, people think that the pollution problems are cause of firm's product activities. So, firm's burden increased to protect nature and save energy during produce the goods. To keep the regulation and use the strategy methods, need to new Green IT Governance Framework(GITGF). FGI(Focus Group Interview) was used to carry out the research that is not mature. In this paper, we proposed the framework that is composed of green IT domain, business purpose, IT purpose and management process. GITFG is useful method to govern the corporate activities in the green IT Governance perspective.
