This study attempted to study SLE oriental-western medically. As a result, the following conclusion was drawn 1. SLE is autoimmune disease to appear systemic pathology in the connective tissue, oriental medically correspond with numbness, yangdok(陽毒), yangdokbalban(陽毒發斑), fatigue, flank pain, phlegm, chest pain, asthma and cough, edema. 2. The cause of SLE is supposed by hereditary reason, ultraviolet exposure, medication, immune functional disorder, oriental medically is supposed by congenital in suffiency, sunlight exposure, pregnancy, menstruation, over wark, mental stimulus etc. 3. The oriental mechanisms of SLE were flursh of fever, yang defiency of spleen and kidney, defiency of yin and flourishing fire, obstruction of qi and stagnancy of blood, defiency qi and yin, defiency heart and spleen, liver stasis. 4. The treatments method of SLE were cooling blood and defending yin·clear away heat and detoxification, warming kidney and descending yang·establishing spleen and flowing water, nourishing yin and cooling blood, relaxation of liver and circulatin of qi·activating blood and removing stagnant blood,activating blood and promoting meridian. 5. the highest frequent prescription of SLE was jibakjihwanghwan(地柏地黃丸), in decending order segakjihwangtanggagam(犀角地黃湯加減), jinmutanggagam(眞武湯加減), soyosangagam(逍遙散加減), saengmakyingagam(生脈飮加減), daeboyinhwangagam(大補陰丸加減), yukmijihwanghwan(六味地黃丸), woogwihwangagam(右歸丸加減), kueibitang(歸脾湯), segakjihwangtanghaphwabantanggagam(犀角地黃湯合化斑湯加減), chengwonpaedokyingagam(淸溫敗毒飮加減), youngyanggudengyin(羚羊鉤藤飮).

People usually check their social media, e-mail, and online news on their smartphones using their carrier network. During this process, much of the data traffic is offloaded to ubiquitous Wi-Fi networks. Such offloading will continue to increase rapidly because of flourishing public Wi-Fi networks located around the world. In this technical report, we first investigate domestic public Wi-Fi projects, and followed by foreign projects. In addition, we investigate the Wi-Fi technology evolution that has been standardized in IEEE 802. More and more people are tending to use Wi-Fi, not only at home or work, but also on public transport such as buses and trains. Hence, it is important to come up with ideas that can realize Wi-Fi onboard. The key technologies needed here are related to a mobile wireless backhaul between trains and trackside radio equipment, or between buses and roadside units. Thus, we also investigate the mobile wireless backhaul technologies and their trends.

Ethics suggest that all persons are by nature moral, as it would not be possible for humans to exist collectively or even individually without an innate ethical sense. In order for the public sector to thrive in business, the board of directors needs to be guided by ethics and take into account the abiding interests of humanity and public good. It is argued in this paper that the abuse of power in the public sector has often been associated with unethical leadership and conducts which undermines the ubuntu notion. The irregularities which often arise in the awarding of tenders in the state-owned companies are some of the challenges that are prone to the public sector. In order to address these challenges and promote a flourishing democracy it is argued that ethical leadership as envisaged in the King III Report needs to be adhered to by the boards of directors. This paper concludes that the direction and control of ethics in any organisation is vital especially where the line between corporate governance and ethical leadership has become blurred.

E-business has received much attention from entrepreneurs, executives, investors, and industry observers recently. The Internet is flourishing and the World Wide Web is growing at an exponential rate. In recent years, information has become the critical commodity needed for success in the changing global economic order. Accordingly, business organizations have come to the conclusion that they require an extensive data repository in order to acquire a competitive advantage in a dynamically change market. This rich assortment of data must further be delivered and deliverable enterprise-wide in a secure and cost-efficient manner. Information technology(IT) has created the E-business as a vitally important mechanism for the storage, dissemination, and even the analysis data. The E-business has become increasingly important to a growing number of organizations in Korea in relatively short order. The present study is an attempt to develop a more through understanding of the potential and actual impact of the B-business on organizational functions and activities. Expecially, it also consists of an effort to assess the impact of the E-business on profitability. The research also addresses the issue of how the E-business affects profitability and shapes or modifies business activities. The results of literature review and study revealed that middle managers believe that the extent of the I-business use is significantly related to improvements in overall organizational functions and activities. While communication, decision-making, productivity, work collaboration, and business activities are all enhanced by E-business use, profitability appears to be most dramatically improved by Intranet use.

모바일 기기의 성능 향상과 모바일 인터넷 서비스의 성장으로 모바일 쿠폰 시장은 사용자들에게 중요한 시장으로 자리잡고 있다. 모바일 쿠폰은 사용자에게 이동성을 제공해주고 발급자에게 발급의 편리성도 제공해줄 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 해쉬 함수와 XOR 연산과 같이 간단한 암호학적인 기법을 적용하여 모바일에서 효율적으로 수행할 수 있는 모바일 쿠폰시스템에 대하여 제안한다. 제안하는 시스템은 사용자가 모바일 쿠폰의 횟수를 선택하고 발급자는 이중 사용을 방지할 수 있다. 사용자는 모바일 기기에서 프로토콜 수행시 지수연산과 암호화 또는 복호화연산과 같은 복잡한 연산을 수행하지 않아도 된다. 제안한 스킴은 payword의 해쉬 체인을 이용하여 사용자의 이중 사용을 방지하였다.

The river environments of many streams in korea have been deteriorate through the rapid industrialization and urbanization since the 1960s. In korea, on the other hand, much efforts on the research and project have been made for the restoration of the deteriorated streams to close-to-nature. in order to restore the deteriorated streams, therefore, it is necessary to investigate such advanced technologies and materials. In view of this requirement, various research paths are being taken focusing on coarse aggregates to make multi-functional porous concrete having continuous voids so as to improve water and air permeability, acoustic absorption, water purification, and applicability to vegetation. The Purpose of this study is to investigate the method for recovery of the environment in the streams area using porous concrete painting block. the P.O.C block applies for test in the kyungan-cheon have been monitored planting during six month. after 6 months, plant grows flourishing and reconstructed in state such as nature rivers.

As the number of Internet users increases, online shopping malls are gradually flourishing and sales are continuously growing. However, since consumers are not able to check what they purchase when buying products on the Internet, they are bound to have higher risk perception than buying directly from off-line stores. Especially, sporting goods require a special attention because a preliminary test is important. Therefore, the risk perception is much higher when people purchase sporting goods online. This study first identifies the multi-dimensionality of risk perception. Then, it investigates whether online purchasing experience of sporting goods makes differences in the level of risk perception. In addition, it examines whether the risk perception by those who had an experience in purchasing sporting goods online affects the customer satisfaction. This study has identified five dimensions in the concept of risk perception, such as financial risk, performance risk, security risk, delivery risk, and psychological/physical risk. A statistical analysis shows that people without an experience in purchasing sporting goods online have perceived significantly higher performance risk, security risk, and psychological/physical risk than those with online purchasing experiences. Finally, this study has found that delivery risk, financial risk, and psychological/physical risk have significant negative influences on the customer satisfaction.

There are flourishing studies in the acceptance or usage of information systems literature. Most of them have taken the pro - acceptance view. Undesirably, information technologies often provoke users' reactance or resistance. This paper explores one of the negative reactions -psychological reactance. The present paper studies the effects of the users' perception of threatened freedom and personalization degree on intention to use recommendation services. High personalization can be a major motivation for users to accept recommendation systems. However recommendation services are a two-edged sword, which not only provides users the efficiency of decision making but also poses threats to free choice. When people consider that their freedom is reduced or threatened by others, they experience the motivational state to restore the freedom. This motivational state must be considered in understanding usage of information systems, especially personalized services which are designed for persuasion or compliance. This paper empirically investigates the effect of personalization and the psychological reactance on the intention to use information systems in the personalized recommendation context. Users' perception of personalization increases the usefulness of recommendation service while their perception of threat to freedom reduces the intention to use personalized recommendation service. Findings and implications are discussed.
