전달함수법을 이용한 장비가진력과 바닥진동응답의 예측 (Prediction of the Exciting Force of Machine and the Vibration Response of Floor Using Transfer Function Method)

  • The prediction of vibration response of floor is necessary in order to check whether the floor vibration level will satisfy the allowable vibration standard of precise machinery such as electronic microscopes in semiconductor manufacturing plant before the installation of various neighboring equipment facility. In conventional vibration isolation, we were mainly interested in minimization of vibration transmissibility and stabilization of vibration isolation system. But in order to predict vibration response of floor, it is necessary to know exciting force of equipment installed on the floor and the mobility of the floor. We measured the exciting force of the dropped mass assumed as equipment and the mobility of some practical building floor using large impact hammer. And from this we predicted the vibration response of floor on which the mass dropped. This predicted vibration response of floor is compared with measured vibration response. Through upper procedure, we examined the possibility of predicting vibration response of floor from the information of exciting force of equipment and the mobility of floor.

  • The pre-qualification system related to floor impact noise is considered ineffective, and thus, the introduction of a post-verification system is being prepared. This is because the performance, which was notarized in the qualification test due to various reasons, was not uniformly confirmed on building construction fields. Industry practitioners perceive that this is due to the influence of factors such as the flatness, levelness and/or thickness of the floor. However, it is very difficult to confirm such facts in a short period of time on the fields, and since the practical application of technology to measure and evaluate quantitatively and the establishment of a system are insufficient, it cannot be said to be a problem that can be brought to the surface. In fact, even when considering the conventional measurement of the dynamic modulus of elasticity, measurements are performed under controlled variables, such as placing a 200mm×200mm buffer material on a flat test-floor. However, in the fields, it is common to lay down larger productions(for example, 900mm×600mm) on the bare floor where significant variables are not controlled, and to construct finishing layers corresponding to the pre-qualified floor system without separately confirming the realization of the dynamic modulus of elasticity in the field conditions. In this study, spatial information of the bare floor on the field was measured and evaluated through a laser scanner. Technical methods for assessing the smoothness, flatness, and thickness of construction surfaces were reviewed, providing key insights for grading the quality of construction based on these criteria. Through further detailed and thorough investigations, it is expected that results suitable for practical application and systematization will be derived.

공동주택에서의 소음보정계수에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Noise Correction Factor in Apartment Complex)

  • Road traffic noise has increasing broader effects on urban areas as well as rural areas because of rapidly increasing traffic volume and newly-constructed roads. 10 sites in building development areas were selected and the noise level were measured by the apartment floors and by the various block plans of apartment complex. Analysis result, about correction factor, in the case of right angle arrangement, apply - 2.5dB(A). In the case of apartment house correlation of each floor apply 1st floors 0dB(A), 2st floors 1.2dB(A), 3st floors 2.1dB(A), 4st floors 2.6dB(A), 5st floors 2.7dB(A), 6st floors 2.7dB(A), 7st floors 2.4dB(A), 8st floors 2.0dB(A), 9st floors 1.6dB(A), 10st floors 1.1dB(A), 13st floors 0.2dB(A), 15st floors 0.5dB(A). The level of road traffic noise in the arrangement construction of right angle was about 3.0dB(A) at N-4 point and 2.1dB(A) at N-6 point lower than that of a plan figure, respectively. The results suggested that application of correction coefficient obtained by the apartment floor and by the arrangement construction can be improved in road traffic noise.   • In this study, a new slab system where a part of precast slab is connected each other by viscoelastic material is proposed and numerical analysis is performed to evaluate the effect of the connection between the material and PC slab on the vibration and noise control. Substructuring is introduced to develop the equation of motion for the slab system. In addition, the optimal properties of viscoelastic material are investigated. For the performance evaluation of the new slab system, the sound power and acceleration responses of the slab are compared with those of two way slab and one way slab, respectively. Numerical analysis results show that the sound power of the new slab system can be reduced by viscoelastic material significantly.

Running and jumping impact sound by child are one of the most irritating noises in an apartment buildings. It's necessary to know that the impact power characteristics of real impact source in an apartment buildings. This study aims to Investigate the impact power characteristics and impact power time of running and jumping by child. This study carried out investigation through the 159 children in school. The results of this study is that jumping impact power is greater than running impact power.

승강기 소음의 주파수 특성 분석 및 평가 방법 고찰 (Analysis of frequency characteristics and evaluation methods of elevator noise)

  • 승강기 소음에 대한 연구는 주로 발생 원인 및 저감 방안에 대한 것이 많았다. 승강기 소음을 정확하게 측정하고 평가하는 방법에 대해서는 아직 연구가 미비하다. 측정방법에 대해서는 국제표준으로 제정하여 측정 방법이 있지만 그것 또한 고층아파트에 적용하기 힘들고, 승강기 소음의 특성을 면밀히 반영하지 않은 것이 많다. 이러한 문제를 해결하고자 현행 규격에서 승강기 소음 측정 방법을 개선하는 연구가 이루어 졌다. 본 연구에서는 승강기 소음의 특성을 면밀히 파악하고자 하였다. 승강기 소음과 다른 설비기기와의 주파수 분석을 통해 승강기 소음이 다른 설비기기와는 다른 특성의 소음임을 검증 하였다. 승강기 소음은 구조전달소음으로 대표적인 구조전달소음인 중량바닥충격음과 비교 분석을 하였다. 승강기 소음과 중량바닥충격음과의 상관성은 0.9 수준으로 매우 높게 나타났다. 이 결과로 승강기 소음은 중 저주파대역이 주요한 구조전달소음이며 다른 설비기기와 함께 평가될 수 없음을 검증 하였다.

  • 소음으로 인해 사용자가 느끼게 되는 어노이언스를 정량화하여 표현하고 평가하는 작업은 경제적이고 효율적이며 사용자 중심의 소음조절대책의 수립을 위하여 필수적이다. 바닥충격음의 경우, 정상소음과는 그 동적특성이 달라서 이와 같은 정량화 작업에 있어서 세심한 주의를 요한다. 본 연구에서는, 바닥충격음으로 인해 야기되는 어노이언스의 정량화를 위하여 일련의 청감실험이 시행되었다. 실험결과, 바닥구조체의 특성보다는 충격원의 특성이 사용자가 느끼는 라우드니스와 시끄러움에 보다 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 중량충격음이 경량충격음보다 5-6dB 정도 더 크고 시끄럽게 느끼는 것으로 분석되었다.

아파트단지에서 국립환경과학원 도로교통소음 예측식('99)에 대한 통계학적 평가 및 검증 (Assessment and Verification of Prediction Model(NIER('99)) for Road Traffic Noise in the Apartment Complex)

  • 본 연구는 국내 도시개발 및 택지개발에서 많이 사용되고 있는 국립환경과학원식('99)에 대한 평가 및 검증을 수행하였다. 국립환경과학원식(NIER('99))은 두 변수 사이의 일차적인 관계가 얼마나 강한 정도를 제시하기 위해 결정계수($R^2$)와 표본 Pearson 상관계수(r)를 실측치와 예측치를 토대로 층별로 평가한 결과 1층 92.4%(r=0.96), 3층 38.7%(r=0.66), 5층 42$(r=0.65), 7층 7.5%(r=0.27), 10층 28.4%(r=0.53), 13층 35.6%(r=0.60), 15층 52.7%(r=0.73) 등의 결과를 보였다 선형 회귀를 통해 반응 변수(Y)와 예측 변수(X) 사이의 선형 관계를 조사하여 모형화하고 검증하기 위한 결과 1층을 제외한 모든 층에서 종속변수를 설명할 수 있는 기여율이 60% 이하로 회귀모형의 설명력이 상당히 떨어지는 것이 1.5 m 이상 높이에서 예측식 수립이 필요할 것으로 판단된다. 또한 등분산성을 토대로 잔차(residual) 대 적합지(fitted value)를 선택하여 예측식을 검증한 결과 1층의 경우 이상적 분포로 적합치에서 잔차들이 -5와 5 사이에 분포되어 있지만 1층을 제외한 나머지 층에 대해서는 이분산 혹은 비선형 분포로 잔차들이 -5에서 5사이에 분포되고 있는 것을 확인 할 수 있었다.
