사례기반 추론방법을 이용한 치공구의 선정 (Fixture Planning Using Case-Based Reasoning)

  • The aim of this research is the development of an automated fixture planning system for prismatic parts using the case-based reasoning (CBR). CBR is the problem solving paradigm that uses the similarity between a new problem and old cases to solve the new problem. This research uses CBR for the fixture planning. A case is composed with the information of the part, the components of fixture and the method of fixing for the part. The basic procedure is the retrieval and adaptation for the case, and this research presents the method of retrieval that selects most similar case to the new situation. The retrieval-step is divided into an index matching and an aggregated matching. The adaptation is accomplished by the modification, which transforms the selected case to the solution of the situation of the input part by the specified CBR algorithm. The components of fixture and the method of fixing are determined for a new part by the procedure.

  • This study intends to develop a fixture planning module as a part of the planning system for cutting. The fixture module uses machine learning method to reuse previous failure results so that the system can reduce the repeated failures. Machine learning is one of efforts to incorporate human reasoning ability into a computerized system. A human expert designs better than a novice does because he has a wide experience in a specific area. This study implements the machine learning algorithm to have a wide experience in the fixture planning area as a human expert does. When the fixture planner finds a setup failure for the suggested operations by a process planner, it makes the process planner store its attributes and other information for the failed setup. Then the process planner applies the learned knowledge when it meets a similar case so that the planner can reduce possibility of setup failure. Also the system can teach a novice user by showing a failed setup with a modified setup.

임플랜트 고정체와 지대나사간의 부식특성에 관한 연구 (CORROSION CHARACTERISTICS BETWEEN IMPLANT FIXTURE AND ABUTMENT SCREW)

  • The purpose of this study was to compare the corrosion characteristics between implant fixture and two types of abutment screw ; gold screw, titanium screw. The anodic polarization behavior, the galvanic corrosion behavior, and the crevice corrosion behavior of prepared samples were investigated using potentiostat and scanning electron microscope. The results were as follows: 1. Anodic polarization behavior of samples; The primary passivation potential of implant fixture was -420mV, implant abutment was -560mV. titanium screw was -370mV and gold screw was -230mV. All samples were shown to have a high corrosion potential and good formation of passive film. The critical passive current density of gold screw was higher than that of other samples and the sample of gold screw showed a unstable passive film formation at passive region. 2. Galvanic corrosion behavior of samples; Contact current density between implant fixture and titanium screw showed $8.023{\times}10^{-5}C/cm^2$. Contact current density between implant fixture and gold screw showed $5.142{\times}10^{-5}C/cm^2$. 3. Crevice corrosion behavior of samples; The crevice corrosion resistance of sample using titanium screw was higher than that of sample using gold screw, and a severe corrosion morphologies were observed at the fixture-screw interface by the scanning electron microscope.

산업용 클린룸에서의 Teardrop LED 등기구 개발 및 경제성 분석에 관한 연구 (A Study on Developing a Teardrop LED Lighting Fixture and Economic Analysis at Industrial Clean Rooms)

  • On the electricity consumption in Korea, the lighting sector takes about 17% of annual total electricity consumptions. In the midst of higher interests on energy conservation measures, design and choice of energy-saving lighting fixtures have been more important. With growth of technology-intensive industries like advanced material, semiconductor, and biotechnology from the 1980s, needs for clean room and thus illumination at clean rooms have been increased. In this paper, development, specification, and features of a Teardrop LED(hereinafter TD LED) lighting fixture as replacement of Teardrop florescent lighting one that has been popularly installed at clean rooms were presented. Also we performed the economic analysis of return on investment(ROI) about energy savings by the installation of the TD LED lighting fixture at a new-built clean room. The economic analysis showed that the new-developed TD LED lighting fixture would be able to withdraw the initial installation cost within 4 years. Lastly, improvement directions and development plans of the next TD LED lighting fixture for wider applications at clean rooms were described.

에어포일 기계가공 변형 연구 : 지그와 가공단계의 영향 (A Study on Machining Distortion of Airfoil Effected by Fixture and Process)

  • Thin and wide airfoils are difficult to be machined precisely because they are deformed during and after machining processes. This paper presents the results of the airfoil deformation measured by three-dimensional (3D) scanning equipment. It also discusses the influences of fixture and the machining process on the distortion of the thin airfoil. The simple fixture bended the thin airfoil to a U-shape at the first process, and the vacuum fixture decreased the distortion of the machined airfoil at the second process. The long and thin airfoil supported by two points was buckled during the machining at its two end-regions at the third process. Results from this study suggest that use of vacuum fixture decreases the machining distortion of thin and wide airfoils.

치과용 임플란트 시스템의 기계적 가공오차에 관한 연구 (Machining Tolerance of Various Implant Systems and their Components)

  • 연구목적 : 본 연구에서는 rotational freedom을 측정할 수 있는 기구를 개발하여 시중에서 유통되고 있는 국산 임플란트 및 다양한 국적의 임플란트들의 기계적인 가공오차들을 측정하여 다양한 임플란트 시스템의 component간의 기계적인 안정성을 평가하고자 한다. 또한 본 연구에서는 더 나아가 최근에 임플란트 abutment로 각광을 받고 있는 각종 ceramic abutment의 절삭 가공오차에 관한 항목을 측정하여 임플란트 제조사 및 임상의들에게 올바른 정보를 제공하고자 한다. 연구재료 및 방법 : 국내에서 유통되는 외부연결구조의 외국산 임플란트 시스템(Nobel Biocare, Anthorgyr)과 국산 시스템(Neobiotec)과 내부연결구조의 임플란트 시스템(외국산:Nobel Biocare, Anthorgyr, Straumann, Frident Dentsply, 국산:Dentium) 별로 임플란트 fixture, abutment, analog를 서로 교차 연결하여 회전각도측정기(rotational angle measuring device)로 freedom of rotational angle을 측정하였다. 국산 외부연결구조의 지르코니아 abutment(ZirAce)를 외부연결구조의 임플란트 시스템(Neobiotec, Nobel Biocare, Anthorgyr)의 fixture와 analog와 교차연결하여 freedom of rotational angle을 측정하였다. 연구결과 : 국산 외부연결구조의 임플란트 시스템은 약 2.67도(fixture와 abutment 연결시), 내부연결구조의 임플란트는 약 4.3도(fixture와 abutment 연결시)의 rotational freedom을 보였다. 국산 지르코니아 abutment는 외국산 및 국산 외부연결구조 임플란트 시스템과 상관없이 3도 이하(fixture와 연결시)의 결과를 보였다. 결 론 : 시제품으로 제작된 디지털 회전각도측정기는 높은 분해능을 갖고 있었으며, 국산 임플란트의 기계적 가공오차는 외국산 임플란트와 거의 유사했다. 국산 세라믹 abutment의 기계적 가공오차는 fixture 제조회사별로 다르게 나타났지만 같은 회사의 절삭가공된 금속 abutment와 비교시 가공오차가 더 적었다.

치조골 높이가 다른 2개 임플란트 금관의 고정연결 조건에 따른 응력분석 (Stress Analysis on the Splinted Conditions of the Two Implant Crowns with the Different Vertical Bone Level)

  • The purpose of this study was to compare the stress distribution around the surrounding bone according to the splinted and non-splinted conditions on the finite element models of the two implant crowns with the different vertical bone level. The finite element model was designed with the parallel placement of the two fixtures ($4.0mm{\times}11.5mm$) with reverse buttress thread on the mandibular 1st and 2nd molars. As the bone quality, the inner cancellous bone and the outer 2 mm cortical bone were designed, and the cortical and cancellous bone were assumed to be perfectly bonded to the implant fixture. The splinted model(Model 1) had 2 mm contact surface and the non-splinted model(Model 2) had $8{\mu}m$ gap between two implant crowns. Two group (Splinted and non-splinted) was loaded with 200 N magnitude in the vertical and oblique directions on the loading point position on the central position of the crown, the 2 mm and 4 mm buccal offset point from the central position. Von Mises stress value was recorded and compared in the fixture-bone interface in the bucco-lingual and mesio-distal sections. The results were as follows; 1. In the vertical loading condition of central position, the stress was distributed on the cortical bone and the cancellous bone around the thread of the fixture in the splinted and non-splinted models. In the oblique loading condition, the stress was concentrated toward the cortical bone of the fixture neck, and the neck portion of 2nd molar in the non-splinted model was concentrated higher than that of 1st molar compared to the splinted model. 2. In the 2 mm buccal offset position of the vertical loading compared to the central vertical loading, stress pattern was shifted from apical third portion of the fixture to upper third portion of that. In the oblique loading condition, the stress was distributed over the fixture-bone interface. 3. In the 4 mm buccal offset position of the vertical loading, stress pattern was concentrated on the cortical bone around the buccal side of the fixture thread and shifted from apical third portion of the fixture to upper third portion of that in the splinted and non-splinted models. In the oblique loading, stresses pattern was distributed to the outer position of the neck portion of the fixture thread on the mesio-distal section in the splinted and non-splinted models. Above the results, it was concluded that the direction of loading condition was a key factor to effect the pattern and magnitude of stress over the surrounding bone of the fixture under the vertical and oblique loading conditions, although the type with or without proximal contact did not effect to the stress distribution.

  • LCD BLU의 CCFL 전극에 사용되는 몰리브덴 전극의 주요소재인 몰리브덴 컵과 몰리브덴 핀은 국내 가공기술이 개발되지 못하여 전량 일본에서 수입하여 사용되고 있어 CCFL 제조업체들의 납기 및 경쟁력에 부담을 주고 있다. 본 연구에서는 LCD BLU의 CCFL 전극에 사용되는 몰리브덴 핀의 제조 기술을 개발하는 연구로 직선처리 기술개발, 몰리브덴 와이어 표면처리 기술개발, 와이어 절단기술 개발, 몰리브덴 핀의 제작, 검사용 JIG와 Fixture 설계 및 제작, 몰리브덴 핀 시제작 및 해석, 몰리브덴 핀 전수검사 기술개발에 관한 연구를 수행하였으며 본 논문에서는 몰리브덴 핀제작 및 검사용 JIG and Fixture의 설계 및 제작에 대한 연구를 다루고자 한다.

단일치 임플란트에서 고정체와 지대주 직경의 차이에 따른 광탄성 응력 분석 (Photoelastic Stress Analysis of Single Implant Restoration According to Implant Fixture Size and Abutment Diameter)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 임플란트 고정체와 지대주간의 직경 차이가 임플란트 지지조직에 발생하는 응력에 미치는 영향을 평가 하는 것이다. 본 연구에는 세 가지 직경(4.0, 5.0, 6.0㎜)의 3i 임플란트 고정체에 지대주의 직경을 달리하여 수복하고, 하중 조건(15, 30 lb)에 따라 임플란트 지지조직에 발생한 응력의 정도와 분포를 광탄성 응력 분석법을 이용하여 비교, 분석하였다. 연구결과 고정체의 직경이 증가할수록, 상부 보철물에 가해지는 하중에 대하여 고정체 변연부의 응력집중이 높게 나타났으며, 상부 보철물의 근원심 폭경을 증가시키는 것이나, 임플란트 고정체의 직경에 비해 작은 지대주를 사용하는 것은 고정체 주위의 응력양상에 영향을 주지 않았다.

방수·방근시트와 옥상녹화 박스유닛 시스템의 일체화를 위한 전자기 유도가열 융착 고정구의 부착성능 (Adhesion Performance of Electromagnetic Induction Heating Pixture for the Integration with a Waterproof & Root Barrier Sheet and a Roof Green Unit System)

  • 기존의 다층으로 구성되어 시공성이 낮은 옥상녹화 공법의 개선을 위해 개발한 방수 방근 시트 일체화 옥상녹화박스 유닛공법의 일체화를 위해 사용하는 전자기 유도가열방식의 금속 고정구와 콘 형상 고정구의 부착성능을 평가하기 위해 엔지니어링 PE, TPO, PVC 시트 등 3종류의 시트에 가열온도에 따른 부착성능 및 동일한 시험체로 냉열반복 후 부착성능을 측정하였다, 그 결과는 엔지니어링 PE시트에 부착한 고정구의 부착성능이 가장 우수하게 나타났으며, 금속고정구는 가열온도가 올라갈수록, 콘 형상 고정구는 가열온도가 낮을수록 우수한 부착성능을 보여주었고, 냉열 반복 후 부착시험 결과는 상온 부착시험 결과와 동일하게 나타났다. 기존의 양면 부틸테이프 고정방식의 콘 형상 고정구는 낮은 부착하중과 냉열반복에 의한 뚜렷한 성능저하가 발생하는데 비하여 전자기 유도가열방식의 고정구는 우수한 성능을 유지하였다.
