  • This paper aims at enhancing the electric production efficiency of photovoltaic(PV) system. The electrical power of PV system is proportional to light intensity on a PV module surface. In this paper, we apply two types of systems to enhance power generation efficiency. First, of all, concentring sunlight using specular surface and one-axis tracking system which traces the sun with vertical direction are applied in this project. From this, we analyze the fixed type method and power generation efficiency.

  • FPN (fixed-pattern-noise) mainly comes from the device or pattern mismatches in pixel and color filter, pixel photodiode leakage in CMOS image sensor. In this paper, optical stack module related pixel FPN was investigated and the classification of pixel FPN contribution with the individual optical module process was presented. The methodology and procedure would be helpful in reducing the greater pixel FPN and distinguishing the complex FPN sources with respect to various noise factors.

틸트 카메라를 이용한 기준 마커 인식 범위 확장을 위한 연구 (Study on Extending Sensing Range of Fiducial Marker using Tilt Camera)

  • This paper studies the method to extend the sensing range of a fiducial maker using a tilt camera. In the system that uses a fiducial marker to estimate their position on a map, the sensing range of the marker is an important issue. Although there are markers around, a robot with a fixed camera often misses nearby markers in the case that the viewing angle of the camera does not cover the sensing range of the marker. If the robot adjusts the viewing angle of a camera by adjusting the position information of the markers, this problem will be solved. The contribution of this paper is as follows. 1) Structural considerations for the tilting module of cameras attached to robots. 2) Tilting module control method considering the position of a marker and a robot. 3) Finally, verification of the differences in the sensing range of markers between the proposed system and the previous system.

Web-based synthetic-aperture radar data management system and land cover classification

  • With the advance of radar technologies, the availability of synthetic aperture radar (SAR) images increases. To improve application of SAR images, a management system for SAR images is proposed in this paper. The system provides trainable land cover classification module and display of SAR images on the map. Users of the system can create their own classifier with their data, and obtain the classified results of newly captured SAR images by applying the classifier to the images. The classifier is based on convolutional neural network structure. Since there are differences among SAR images depending on capturing method and devices, a fixed classifier cannot cover all types of SAR land cover classification problems. Thus, it is adopted to create each user's classifier. In our experiments, it is shown that the module works well with two different SAR datasets. With this system, SAR data and land cover classification results are managed and easily displayed.

Performance of RF Interference Reduction Module in Indoor and Outdoor Environments

  • In this paper, the results of experiments conducted in indoor wired and outdoor wireless environments to reduce the interference impact of 5G mobile communication on fixed satellite services using RF Interference Reduction Module (IRM) are presented. Test results for interference signals with a 100MHz bandwidth in a wired environment demonstrate that RF IRM can reduce interference by more than 20dB in a 100MHz bandwidth. The performance of RF IRM was also tested in the S-band wireless environments. In the S-band wireless environments with interference signals having a 20MHz bandwidth, RF IRM exhibits interference reduction performance of 12-15dB, for signals with a 50MHz bandwidth, it shows 10-12dB interference reduction, and for signals with a 100MHz bandwidth, it demonstrates 5-10dB interference reduction. This paper shows that RF IRM can be used not only within transceivers but also in wireless environments to mitigate interference.

  • In this paper, we achieve implementation of a Time-Frequency Domain Reflectometry(TFDR) system through comparatively low performance(100MS/s) PCI extensions for Instrumentation(PXI). The TFDR is the general methodology of Time Domain Reflectometry(TDR) and Frequency Domain Reflectometry(FDR). This methodology is robust in Gaussian noises, because the fixed frequency bandwidth is used. Moreover, the methodology can get more information of the fault by using the normalized time-frequency cross correlation function. The Arbitrary Waveform Generator(AWG) module generates the input signal, and the digital oscilloscope module acquires the input and reflected signals, while PXI controller module performs the control of the total PXI modules and execution of the main algorithm. The maximum range of measurement and the blind spot are calculated according ta variations of time duration and frequency bandwidth. On the basis of above calculations, the algorithm and the design of input signals used in the TFDR system are verified by real experiments. The correlation function is added to the TDR methodology for reduction of the blind spot in the TFDR system.

인공위성 추진시스템 모듈 브라켓의 구조해석 (Structural Analysis of Satellite Propulsion System Module Bracket)

  • 현재 개발중인 인공위성의 추진시스템은 크게 추진제 탱크 및 4개의 주요모듈로 구성되어 있다. 각 주요 모듈은 위성체 자세제어에 필요한 펄스 모멘텀, 추진제와 가압제의 공급/배출, 추진제 여과, 그리고 위성체 비상상태에서늬 유로변경 기능 들을 각각 제공한다. 이러한 주요 모듈들은 각각의 지지용 브라켓에 의해 추진시스템의 플랫폼에 장착되는데 모든 발사 환경 및 궤도상에서 주요 모듈들이 정상적으로 작동할 수 있도록 각 브라켓의 설계가 적절하게 이루어져야 한다. 본 논문에서는 주요 모듈의 지지용 브라켓들에 대해 유한요소해석(FEM)을 이용한 구조해석을 수행함으로써 규정된 설계 요구조건을 만족하는지 확인하였고 이를 통해 브라켓들의 구조적 안전성을 검증하였다.

  • Recently, a 4-col 7-row LED Screen that provides various information of major roads and local governments has been installed and operated. However, due to deterioration due to changes in temperature and humidity, deterioration due to static electricity, and mechanical stress, partial module failure of the display may occur, which is a major cause of missing information of vitally given to citizens. However, there have been frequent cases where the 4-col and 7-row LED Screen that have failed due to reasons such as installed location where the signboards are installed on the road and outdoor, the lack of monitoring means at all times, and the lack of manpower is often neglected for a long time. Following this flow, this paper proposes a method to detect defective modules by analyzing the images collected through the camera fixed to the front part of the LED display.

  • 어구는 어획을 효과적으로 달성하기 위해서 사용되는 도구이다. 연승어업은 모릿줄에 일정한 간격으로 아릿줄을 연결하고 아릿줄 끝에 낚시 1개씩을 매달은 어업 방법이다. 본 논문은 연승어업의 어구 투승을 효율적으로 관리할 수 있는 어구 유형 설정 시스템의 설계 및 구현에 대해서 논한다. 본 논문에서는 이를 위하여 전체적인 어구 유형 설정 시스템을 설계하고, 시스템 사용자 및 통신환경 설정, 어구 유형 설계, 어구 투승의 모형 모듈을 구현하였다. 본 논문의 타당성 검토를 위하여 어구 유형 설계 및 투승 과정을 실험하였다.

PRIME M-IDEALS, M-PRIME SUBMODULES, M-PRIME RADICAL AND M-BAER'S LOWER NILRADICAL OF MODULES

  • Let M be a fixed left R-module. For a left R-module X, we introduce the notion of M-prime (resp. M-semiprime) submodule of X such that in the case M=R, it coincides with prime (resp. semiprime) submodule of X. Other concepts encountered in the general theory are M-$m$-system sets, M-$n$-system sets, M-prime radical and M-Baer's lower nilradical of modules. Relationships between these concepts and basic properties are established. In particular, we identify certain submodules of M, called "primeM-ideals", that play a role analogous to that of prime (two-sided) ideals in the ring R. Using this definition, we show that if M satisfies condition H (defined later) and $Hom_R(M,X){\neq}0$ for all modules X in the category ${\sigma}[M]$, then there is a one-to-one correspondence between isomorphism classes of indecomposable M-injective modules in ${\sigma}[M]$ and prime M-ideals of M. Also, we investigate the prime M-ideals, M-prime submodules and M-prime radical of Artinian modules.
