Five call types of the genus Hyla in habitats around South Korea were classified according to some attributes of their advertisement calls (note duration, note intenral, dominant frequency, sonagram patterns. Among the call types, the E-type was more distinctive than the other call types in that it had a metal sound and much longer note duration and note intenral. This result indicated that some divergence had occurred in the advertisement call of the genus Hylo, though this was found in alimited number of regions and its occurrence was small.

In this paper, we proposed an algorithm for the musical note recognition. Firstly, a given bit-mapped music score image is converted to a set of individual note pattern images via vertical projection. Then, the pitch of a note is determinal by comparison in the note-head position with the reference five-lines. Also, the length of a note is found via leader clustering with a set of normalized note patterns. Finally, a datafile to play the music is obtained using the pitch and length of musical notes. Experimental results with a simple musical score image show that the proposed scheme is performed well.

The aim of this study is to find out the relationships between the vocal sounds and physiologie and pathologic mechanisms based on the Eum-yang and five phases theory[陰陽五行論]. Firstly, concrete characters of vital rhythm of five-viscera were analyzed and patterns of the five-note in oriental music were converted into that of western music, then it was investigated, the possibility of oriental music therapy using sounds as stimulation methods like herbs, acupuncture, and moxibustion. In conclusion, it was found that controlling the Five-visceral vital rhythm by sounds could be used as one of methods for prevention and treatment of disceases, growing on and balancing a body, etc.

The purpose of this study is that translates ${\ulcorner}$Sun Gi Il Il Bun Wi Sa Si${\lrcorner}$ in the ${\ulcorner}$Young Chu(靈樞)${\lrcorner}$ as a modern words because it is hard to understand which was written by classical words. We revised the original text with the 7 other classic books and classified annotations of the 6 annotated books according to the similar contents. We classified this volume by 3 chapters, and added Hangul suffixes to the original text. The Five types of changes(五變) in the second chapter is meaning to the mutual relationships among the Five viscera and Color, Time, Day, Note, Taste. The word order of contents in the second chapter must be unified follow the Color, Time, Day, Note, Tastes. The Five types of changes in the third chapter must be revise the Five types of diseases(五病) on the bases of the ${\ulcorner}$You Kyoung(類經)${\lrcorner}$.

The ICC International Court of Arbitration ('the ICC') has published the Note to Parties and Arbitral Tribunals on the Conduct of the Arbitration under the ICC Rules of Arbitration ('2019 Revised Note) which came into force on the 1st of January 2019. The 2019 Revised Note is aimed at providing parties and arbitral tribunals with practical guidance regarding the conduct of arbitrations pursuant to the ICC Arbitration Rules as well as the practices of the ICC. Unless otherwise stipulated, the 2019 Revised Note applies to all ICC arbitration cases, regardless of the version of the ICC Arbitration Rules, in accordance with which they are conducted. The most noteworthy amendment is the introduction of provisions on a new mandatory transparency system by setting forth the publication of the arbitration case data and arbitral awards, maintaining the rule stipulating the provision of information regarding arbitral tribunal under the ICC 2016 Note. Among others, the 2019 Revised Note provides that parties and arbitrators in ICC arbitrations accept that ICC awards made as of the 1st of January 2019 may be published, excluding some exceptions. Under this circumstance, this paper i) explains five amendments of the 2019 ICC Revised Note, ii) examines major issues regarding the publication of information of arbitral tribunal and awards, iii) makes a comparative analysis of that attitude of 11 international arbitration institutions, and lastly iv) suggests recommendations for the Korean arbitration community.

The taxonomic note was given to the species of Ceramium from Ullungdo Island. Five species, Ceramium aduncum Nakamura, C. codii (Rhichards) G. Mazoyer, C. flaccidum (Harvey exK tzing) Ardissone, C. paniculatum Okamura, and C. tenerrimum (Martense) Okamura were collected during this study. C. aduncum was collected in the intertidal and upper subtidal zones from December to Feburary. They had a narrow internodal space showing 1/3-1/5 times as large as nodal band. C. codii had the spermatangial mother cells developed on abaxial cortical cells of cortical band C. paniculatum collected in summer and winter had a creeping thallus and alternative branching type in gross morphology. The axial cell of C. flaccidum showed 2.3-2.8 L/B ratio, smaller than those of plants from Chejudo Island.

In this paper we investigate some situations in connection with two exact sequences of fuzzy linear maps. Also we obtain a generalization of the work [Theorem4] of Pan [5], and we study the analogies of The Four Lemma and The Five Lemma of homological algebra. Finally we obtain a special exact sequence.

In [4], Dhage proved a result for common fixed point of two self-maps satisfying a contractive condition in D-metric spaces. This note proves a fixed point theorem for five self-maps under weak-compatibility in D-metric space which improves and generalizes the above mentioned result.

It is well known that there are two ways to define Chern classes of complex vector bundles. One gives the definition of Chern classes by the five axioms ([2]. [3], [4]). and an other defines Chern classes with the associated projective space bundle of a given bundle ([1]. [5]). The purpose of this paper is to describe the latter way in detail and to give new proofs of that our Chern classes satisfy the five axioms with respect to Chern classes (for example Theorem 5).
