Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop and test a structural model on work-related musculoskeletal disorders of women workers. Method: Data were collected from 237 women workers from industries such as electronics, food production and garment production, and analyzed by LISREL 8.54. Result: The fitness indices of the model are GFI=.87, NNFI=.91, PNFI= .74. Eight out of the ten paths were proved to be statistically significant: work environment$\rightarrow$social support, work environment$\rightarrow$health behavior, work environment$\rightarrow$-WMSDs, domestic work$\rightarrow$health behavior, social support$\rightarrow$health behavior, social support$\rightarrow$job satisfaction, health behavior$\rightarrow$job satisfaction, and job satisfaction$\rightarrow$WMSDs. Work environment. social support, health behavior and job satisfaction significantly influenced WRMDs. WRMDs were accounted for 35% by the predictor variables. Conclusion: In conclusion, this study identifies that work environment, social support, health behavior and job satisfaction are important factors affecting WMSDs. Therefore, in order to prevent WRMDs, it is most important to improve both physical work environment for female workers such as appropriate work station and tools fit for them and psychological environment such as less job demand and more decision latitude(worker control).

We investigated accelerated soft error rate (ASER) in static random access memory (SRAM) cells of thin film transistor (TFT) type. The effects on ASER by cell density, buried nwell structure, operational voltage, and polysilicon-2 layer thickness were examined. The increase in the operational voltage, and the decrease in the density of SRAM cells, respectively, resulted in the decrease of ASER values. The SRAM chips with buried nwell showed lower ASER than those with normal well structure did. The ASER decreased as the test distance from alpha source to the sample increased from $7{\mu}m\;to\;15{\mu}m$. As the polysilicon-2 thickness increased up to $1000\;{\AA}$, the ASER decreased exponentially. In conclusion, the best condition for low soft error rate, which is essential to obtain highly reliable SRAM device, is to apply the buried nwell structure scheme and to fabricate thin film transistors with the thick polysilicon-2 layer

This study tests the validity of the Susceptibility of Global Consumer Culture (SGCC) Scale that is composed of three dimensions, conformity to consumption trend, quality perception, and social prestige, on Korean consumers. The study also identifies the relationships with consumer susceptibility to interpersonal influence and attitude toward purchasing global fashion brands. Utilizing the convenience sampling method, college students aged over 20 living in the Seoul metropolitan area were selected. Three hundred questionnaires were used in the statistical analysis, exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, paired t test, and path analysis using structural equation modeling. Confirmatory factor analysis revealed that the SGCC scale measured by three dimensions fit well for young Korean consumers. Path analysis showed that identical conformity positively influences all three dimensions of the SGCC scale and that informational conformity positively influences purchasing intention toward global fashion brands. Among the three dimensions of SGCC, quality perception and social prestige positively influence purchasing intention toward global fashion brands.

Flexible couplers are widely used for exhaust transmitted vibration reduction in vehicles. This paper describes an investigation into the acoustical characteristics of exhaust flexible coupler by the simulation and testing. Computational acoustic simulation is carrying out to investigate resonance frequency and transmission loss of decoupler using the boundary element method and transfer matrix approach. To confirm the acoustical simulation results of exhaust decoupler, we compare with measured experimental results by the test of transmission loss measurement system. In the comparison with simulation results and tests results, there is correctly fit the resonance frequency and the trend of transmission loss. Also, we show that the acoustical structure of decoupler is analogous to the expended tube or side branch resonator. The characteristics of exhaust decoupler have a marked increase in the acoustic attenuation at the specified frequency bend. Therefore the decoupler is applied to develop the exhaust system not only for the vibration isolator but also for the noise attenuator.
This study was performed to determine drying equations of sarcodon aspratus. Drying tests for sarcodon aspratus were conducted in an experimental dryer equiped with an air conditioning unit. The drying tests were performed at three air temperatures of 30$^{\circ}C$, 40$^{\circ}C$ and 50$^{\circ}C$, and two relative humidities of 30% and 50%. Measured moisture ratio data were fitted with the selected four drying models(Page, Thompson, Lewis and simplified diffusion models) using stepwise multiple regression analysis. When the coefficients of determination and root mean square errors of moisture ratio were evaluated for four drying models, the Page model was found to fit adequately to all the drying test data with coefficient of determination of 0.9996 and RMSE of 0.00523.
The imaging areas of currently available optical detectors are relatively small to cope with large image areas such as telescope focal Planes. One Possibility to obtain large detection areas is to assemble mosaics of Charge Coupled Devices(CCDs) and drive them simultaneously. Parallel driving of many CCDs together rules out the possibility of individual tuning; however such optimisation is very important when the ultimate low light level performance is required particularly for new devices. In this work, a new concept has been developed for an entirely novel approach where the drive waveforms are multiplexed and interleaved. This simultaneously reduces the number of leadout connections and permits individual optimisation efficiently. The controller has been designed to include one electronic of component produced by CAD software where most of the digital circuits are integrated to minimise the component count and improve the efficiency of the system greatly. The software has an open architecture to permit convenient modificationl by the user to fit their specific purposes. The desire of controller allows great flexibility of system parameters by the softwa re, specifically for the compatibility to deal with any number of mixed CCDs and in any format within the practical limit. The system has been integrated to test the performance and the result is discussed for readout noise, system linearity and cross-talk between the CCDs. The system developed in this work can be applicable not only for astro nomical observation with a telescope but also in other related fields for low light level detection systems such as spectroscopic application, remote sensing and X-ray detecti13n systems with large sensing areas and high resolution.

In this paper, measurement methods for the characteristics of antennas for indoor digital TV (DTV), having 75-ohm port impedance, are introduced. Reference impedance of typical radio frequency (or microwave) systems and measurement equipments is 50 ohm. However, the reference impedance of antennas for indoor DTV is 75 ohm, and the characteristics of the antennas cannot be measured directly using the measurement equipments. Measurement methods, using test equipments with reference impedance of 50 ohm, for the characteristics(impedance, radiation patterns, and gain) of antennas designed to fit for 75 ohm port are introduced.
Purpose: Currently, there are many success stories coming out various energy-saving / production or eco-friendly buildings. However, these case and method didn't consider of application with existing housing and high-rise housings. In the case of Europe, the North America is gradually grew and settle through the voluntary, small, private development. But this method and system are not fit for the majority of developing countries including South Korea. Method: In this situation, this paper analyse, first arranged previous research and case study, second divided factors and re-organized factors, third analysed plan and elevation of apartment and selected main plan type and elevation type of apartment, finally analysed method of application with existing buildings and high-rise buildings by test and simulation. Result: In sum, this research finally analyzed the change of electricity and fuel consumption according to the change of insulation standard. This study has been expected to serve as a bridge of the energy housing system development and suggest new method applied to the existing housing and building.
Objectives : The purpose of this study was to test fitness of the structured model of SNS activities for health information. Methods : A structured questionnaire were administered to 500 subjects. A structural equation model was applied to collected data. Results : The response rate was 73.9%. The respondents mostly used Facebook and KakaoStory. They spent 70 minutes per day and 21~30% of this usage was taken by health information. In the variances, those who has religion more actively exchanged information about diseases and medical institutions. The goodness-of-fit of the model was .81(GFI) and .90(CFI). The main path was bridging capital -> bonding capital -> credibility -> SNS activities for health information. The path from quality of sharing information to SNS activities was not significant. It could be explained by the restriction of digital literacy. Conclusions : SNS activities for health information were determined by credibility, currency and bonding social capital. Bridging social capital, indirectly, influenced SNS activities through bonding social capital. Thus building bonding social capital would be a critical success factor for SNS.

This study investigates the effects of fashion consumers' individualism collectivism propensity, social capital and Instagram usage propensity on evaluations for fashion influencer's attributes on Instagram. This study conducted a questionnaire survey of 20 to 30 year old male and female Instagram users. A total of 483 replies were submitted and 467 of the replies were used in the final analysis. The quantitative data collected through questionnaires were analyzed using reliability analysis using SPSS 18.0 while AMOS 18.0 was used to test the model fit and a structural equation modeling between the variables. The results indicated that vertical collectivism and vertical individualism were found to be related to relationship seeking propensity; only vertical individualism was found to be related to information seeking propensity. Furthermore, relationship seeking propensity and information seeking propensity were both related to the fashion influencer's attributes of professionalism, intimacy and attractiveness.
