CGE 모형을 이용한 다목적댐 운영의 경제파급효과분석: 용수공급기능을 중심으로

  • 본 연구는 다목적댐 운영을 통한 안정적인 수자원 공급이 국가경제에 기여하는 경제적 파급효과를 분석한다. 분석을 위해 17개 주요 다목적댐이 고려되며, 다목적댐에서 공급되는 수자원을 여름과 겨울로 구분하여 별도의 생산요소로 포함하는 연산가능 일반균형모형(computable general equilibrium model: CGE)을 2007년을 기준연도로 하여 구축한다. 분석 내용은 다목적댐 용수 공급의 양적 측면과 안정적 용수 공급 측면을 구분하여, 전자에 대해서는 수자원 수요 충족에 따른 경제적 파급효과를 분석하고, 후자에 대해서는 수자원 공급의 불확실성 감소에 따른 리스크 프리미엄을 추정한다. 분석 결과, 다목적댐이 운영되지 않을 경우에 수자원을 집약적으로 투입하는 농림수산 및 수도 산업의 생산과 농림수산 산출물이 중간재로 많이 사용되는 음식료 산업의 생산이 크게 감소하는 것으로 나타났으며, 철강과 전기전자 등의 산업들은 대체로 생산이 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. GNP는 벤치마크 해 대비 0.22~0.68% 감소하는 것으로 분석되었다. 한편 리스크 프리미엄은 상대적 위험회피 척도 값을 0.5~3.0의 범위에서 고려할 때 약 40억 원~240억 원의 범위를 갖는 것으로 나타났다.

Suppressive Effect of Fermented Angelica tenuissima Root Extract against Photoaging: Possible Involvement of Hemeoxygenase-1

  • Angelica tenuissima root has historically been used as a traditional medicine in Korea. Previous studies have identified the anti-melanogenic effects of the extract of A. tenuissima root fermented by Aspergillus oryzae (FAT). This study investigated the protective effects of FAT against ultraviolet light B exposure (UVB; $30mJ/cm^2$) in HaCaT (human keratinocyte) or Hs68 (human foreskin fibroblast) skin cells. FAT treatment was able to stimulate wound healing rate at the basal condition. FAT also favored the maintenance and/or improvement of extracellular matrix impairment caused by UVB irradiation through: 1) upregulation of procollagen Type-1 synthesis and secretion; 2) suppression of MMP-1 and elastase expression. FAT was able to play a role in the attenuation of inflammatory responses caused by UVB irradiation via upregulation of photo-protective hemeoxygease-1 and suppression of proinflammatory cyclooxygenase-2 expression. After further verification of the anti-photoaging potential of FAT, it could be utilized as an effective ingredient in anti-aging and anti-wrinkle cosmetics.

어가의 고용량 결정요인 분석 (An Analysis on the Determinants of Employed Labour Quantity in the Fishing Industry)

  • 본 연구는 포아송모형, 음이항모형, 영과잉 포아송모형, 영과잉 음이항모형을 이용하여 어가의 고용량 결정요인을 분석하고, 개별모형 간 고용량 결정요인을 비교 분석한다. 이들 모형의 추정에 사용된 자료는 통계청에서 제공하는 2010년과 2015년의 농림어업총조사 마이크로 데이터이며, 이들 자료를 풀링(Pooling)하여 고용량 결정요인과 그 변화분에 대해 추정한다. 분석모형의 선정 결과, 과대 산포 경향을 갖고 있으면서 자가 노동 및 가족 경영으로 고용을 대체하고 있는 수산업의 특성을 모형에 동시에 반영하고 있는 영과잉 음이항모형이 선정되었다. 또한 2010년 대비 2015년 고용량 결정요인의 변화분을 분석해 본 결과, 어선을 보유한 어가와 판매금액이 많은 어가는 고용량 감소에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타난 반면, 어가의 종사경력은 길수록 고용량 증가에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 자본화된 어가와 고령화의 가속화가 수산업의 어가 고용량 수 변화에 유의한 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다.

  • 본 기법(CORD)은 2016년부터 착수한 한국형 e-Navigation사업 중 한화시스템의 대용량 데이터 처리 플랫폼(Data Service Platform, 이하 DSP)의 현장 운용성을 증대시키기 위해 실시간으로 DSP의 상태를 진단하는 알고리즘이다. 항해 중인 선박이 DSP에 요청하는 다양한 서비스에 즉시 응답하기 위해서는 DSP의 논리적, 물리적 오류 발생 가능한 상황을 인지하고 부하를 최소화하여 DSP가 항상 정상상태를 유지하도록 하는 것이 중요하며, 이는 현장 운용성을 극대화, 즉 끊김없는(Seamless) 서비스의 제공과 일맥상통한다. 따라서 DSP의 자원 및 동작 상태를 실시간으로 감시하고 다수의 선박요청을 최적으로 재구성하여 DSP의 정상상태를 유지시키는 기능을 구현함으로써, 선박 요청에 대한 DSP의 응답소요시간의 저감 및 선박 서비스의 제공 성공률을 비약적으로 향상시켜 DSP의 운용성 증가를 실현하게 하였다.

수산관광축제의 고유성이 방문객 만족도에 미치는 영향 - 기장멸치축제를 중심으로 - (An analysis on Authenticity of Fisheries Festival - The Gijan Anchovy Festival -)

  • Prior research on the fishery village tourism has mainly focused on the development and activities in the field, but lacking in strategic approaches. To overcome such a limitation, this study intends to measure visitors' authenticity on Gijang Anchovy Festival, test reliability and validity of the measurement items, and to identify the relationships among variables by a regression analysis of visitors' satisfaction. Authenticity means the value of existence. The types of tourism in fishing villages have been classified as fishery tourism, resource tourism and ecotourism and each of them has its own authenticity. Based on previous research, this study classified it into three factors such as objective authenticity, experiential authenticity and inauthenticity. To analyze the current situation of Daebyeon Anchovy Festival, measurement scales were developed and survey was conducted on the visitors for the three days from April 20 to 23, 2007. A total of 211 questionnaires were distributed and 208 were collected, The questionnaire contains 25 items on authenticity and 4 items on satisfaction and all the items were measured on the 7 Likert scale. It also has 8 items on demographic characteristics. On the test of reliability and validity of the authenticity, 24 items were used, Cronbach's was 0.7 and correlation was higher than 0.3. Factors of objective authenticity, experiential authenticity and inauthenticity were drawn from the factor analysis, which means that the 24 items may be used to measure authenticity of fishery festivals. The findings show that the evaluation score was 4.89 for objective authenticity, 4.36 for experiential authenticity, and 4.24 for inauthenticity. On the test of the hypotheses, the path coefficients were estimated 0.087 for objective authenticity, 0.202 for experiential authenticity and 0.503 for inauthenticity on the visitors' satisfaction. This suggests some meaningful marketing strategies for Gijang Anchovy Festival. First of all, the anchovy festival should focus on motivating visitors to revisit the festival by identifying individual traits, making a pleasant festival oriented toward family visitors, and providing more experience programs about anchovy.

사할린가자미(Limanda sakhalinensis)의 난발생 과정 및 자치어 형태발달 (Egg Development and Morphological Change of Larvae and Juveniles of the Sakhalin Sole Limanda sakhalinensis)

  • Egg development and morphological change of larvae of the Sakhalin sole Limanda sakhalinensis were studied by observing specimens obtained in a rearing experiment from fertilized eggs to the juvenile stage. The wild broodstock was collected in January 2010 and kept in a circular water tank (${\O}1.5{\times}1m$) at a temperature of $14.5{\pm}0.5^{\circ}C$. Fertilized eggs ranged from 0.72 to 0.82 mm ($0.77{\pm}0.07mm$, $mean{\pm}SD$) in diameter. The eggs were spherical, transparent and adhesive demersal. The egg yolk was divided from the oocyte 10 min after fertilization (AF), and an embryo was formed in 36 h AF. More than 50% of the eggs hatched within 133 h AF. The mouth and anus did not open until $3.5{\pm}0.25mm$ total length (TL). At 4, days after hatching (AH), the fish became larvae 3.7 to 4.2 mm ($4.0{\pm}0.36mm\;TL$), yolk absorption was completed and the mouth began to open. The left eye moved upward and the nostril moved to the right at 39 days AH. These post-larvae ranged from 8.0 to 9.9 mm TL ($8.9{\pm}1.33mm\;TL$). At 50 days AH, the fish became juveniles ($12.4{\pm}1.20mm\;TL$) There were 70-72 dorsal fin rays, 55-56 anal fin rays, 11 pectoral fin rays, and 6 ventral fin rays and the juveniles adopted a benthic life.

Larval Development of the Grooved Tanner Crab, Chionoecetes tanneri Rathbun, 1893 (Decapoda: Brachyura: Majidae) Described from the Laboratoryreared Specimens

  • This paper documents the defining morphological characteristics of the larval stages of Chionoecetes tanneri Rathbun, 1893, the grooved Tanner crab, from specimens reared in the laboratory. Chionoecetes tanneri larval stages include two zoeae and one megalopa. The first zoea is characterized by: six setae on the posterior margin of the carapace; postero-lateral spines on abdominal somites 3 and 4, extending beyond the posterior margin of adjacent somites and bearing 9-10 spinnules; 12 plumose setae and one stout distal plumose seta present on the margin of the scaphognathite of the maxilla; and one fused lateral spine and one articulated dorso-medial spine on each fork of the telson. The second zoea is characterized by: 9 setae on the postero-lateral margin of the carapace; a serrated mandible molar; a mandibular palp bud; 25-26 plumose setae on the margin of the scaphognathite of the maxilla; pereiopods with well-developed gills and buds; and four pairs of stout setae on the posterior margin of the telson. For the megalopal stage, the distinguishing characteristics include: a rostral spine equal in length to the supraorbital spine; six setae on the exopod of the uropod; and a single spine on the ischium of the second pereiopod. This study allows C. tanneri larvae to be distinguished from the larvae of known sympatric congeners. This information provides a basic taxonomic tool for researchers in fisheries management and zooplankton ecology who are addressing issues related to trophic interactions, metapopulation dynamics and ecosystem impacts in the evolving marine resource management strategies in the North Pacific, and those related to Chionoecetes species in particular.

유전적 형질에 의한 북태평양 연어 (Oncorhynchus keta)의 계군 구분 (Genetic Identification of the North Pacific Chum Salmon (Oncorhynchus keta) Stocks)

  • The chum salmon (Oncorhynchus keta) is an anadromous fish distributed all around the North Pacific. Artificial production and release of the juveniles are being made by Korea, Japan, Russia, Canada and the United States. It is important to set up some criteria identifying each stock in order to clarify each nation's right of harvest for the chum salmon resource. As an attempt to build such criteria, we analyzed sequences of a microsatellite DNA Ogo5 and the COIII-ND3-ND4L region of the mitochondrial DNA from chum salmons of Korea, Japan, and the United States. Ogo5 has 4 different alleles: allele A, B-1, B-2, and B-3. Allele B-3 is found only in 3 individuals out of 12 Korea salmons. The Japan salmons have the other 3 alleles and the America salmons have only 2 allots, A and B-1. Heterozygosity index (Ho/He) distinguishes the Korea (1.61) and Japan salmons (1.63) from the America ones (1.09). Seventeen different haplotypes are found in the COIII-ND3-ND4L region from 60 individuals,20 from each stock. The gene genealogy of the haplotypes revealed by TCS program shows that the Korea and Japan salmons are genetically closely linked, but that they are clearly distinguished from the America ones. Ten and eleven individuals of the Korea and Japan salmons have an identical haplotype. Nine individuals of the Korea salmons $(45\%),$ however, are separable from the Japan salmons by their own specific nucleotides. This result presents usefulness of the COIII-ND3-ND4L region as a genetic marker for identification of the chum salmon stocks.

발효온도 및 식염농도가 전갱이 액젓 발효에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Fermentation Temperature and Salt Concentration on the Quality of Jack Mackerel(Trachurns japonicus) Fish Sauce)

  • Qualities properties of fish sauce made jack mackerel (Trachurns japonicus) at different salt concentrations (25~35%) for 240 days at fermentation temperature ($25{\sim}55^{\circ}C$) were investigated. Total nitrogen content of the fish sauce made jack mackerel at 25% salt concentration after 240 day of fermentation was higher than those of 30%, 35% salt concentration. Total nitrogen content was increased under the same condition as fermentation temperature increased except at $55^{\circ}C$. Amino nitrogen contents at 25% salt concentration after 240 day of fermentation at 35, 45, $55^{\circ}C$ were 949.3, 812.8 and 834.4 mg/100 g, respectively. Those at 25, $55^{\circ}C$ fermentation temperature were 811.2 and 614.8 mg/100 g, respectively. The amino acid nitrogen content at 30 and 35% salt concentration ware lower than 20% salt concentration and that after 240 day of fermentation at $55^{\circ}C$ was lowest. The volatile basic nitrogen content increased during fermentation as fermentation temperature increased. However, increasing salt concentration controlled the formation of volatile basic nitrogen. Histamine content of samples fermented at $25{\sim}55^{\circ}C$ after 240 days were 9~20 mg/kg showing that it was not significantly different among salt concentration. The results indicated that the controlled salt concentration and fermentation temperature could be used as a successful process for fish sauce of jack mackerel as an unused resource.

어업통신을 위한 운용주파수의 경제적 가치 평가 (Valuation on Economical Value of Operation Frequencies for the Fishery Communications)

  • 이동통신의 발달에 따라 주파수 자원에 대한 요구가 증가할 뿐만 아니라, 그들의 경제적 가치도 올라가고 있다. 주파수 자원 활용에 따른 경제적 효용성을 높이기 위하여 많은 국가에서 전통적으로 그 가치에 비해 저렴하게 공급되고 있는 공공용, 방송용 등의 주파수 관리에 관심을 가지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 어업정보통신용으로 활용하고 있는 주파수의 가치 평가에 대하여 논하였다. 방법으로는 전국을 서비스 영역으로 커버하는 이동통신시스템의 시설비용을 합산하여 도출한 대체 비용과 2011년 LTE 서비스용 주파수의 경매 가격에 어업통신용 주파수의 특성을 고려한 비용의 평균값으로 주파수 가치를 산정하였다.
