유아교육현장에서의 포트폴리오 평가에 대한 교사의 인식과 실제 (Teachers' Preception and Practice on Portfolio Assessment in the Field of Early Childhood Education)

  • 본 연구는 포트폴리오 평가를 실시하고 있는 유치원과 어린이집 교사의 포트폴리오 평가에 대한 인식과 실제의 차이와 어려움을 알아보고 배경변인에 따른 차이를 분석해 보는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 본 연구의 대상은 전라북도 J I G시에 소재한 유치원 및 어린이집 교사 304명이며, 질문지를 통해 수집된 자료는 SPSS 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도, 백분율, 평균, 표준편차, 대응표본 T-Test, ANOVA, Scheff$\acute{e}$검증의 방법으로 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 첫째, 포트폴리오 평가의 실시방법과 효과에 대한 모든 하위영역별 실제의 수준은 인식 수준에 비해 유의하게 낮았다. 또한 배경변인에 따라서는 학력에 따라서만 유의한 차이가 있었다. 즉, 4년대졸 이상 학력의 교사가 전문대졸 이하 학력의 교사에 비해 포트폴리오 평가의 실시 방법과 효과에 대한 인식과 실제의 차이가 더 컸다. 둘째, 포트폴리오 평가에 대한 어려움을 살펴본 결과 교사들은 모든 하위문항에 걸쳐 대체적으로 어려움을 느끼고 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 배경변인에 따라서는 하위내용별로 부분적 차이만 있었다. 즉, 국공립 유치원 교사와 학력이나 경력이 높은 교사의 경우 포트폴리오 평가에 대한 어려움을 상대적으로 더 많이 느끼고 있었다. 포트폴리오 평가 실시에 대해 교사들이 어려움을 느끼는 것은 포트폴리오 실시 여부나 질적 측면에 직접적인 영향을 미칠 것이므로 교사들이 생각하는 어려움을 해소해 줄 수 있는 수요자 중심의 포트폴리오 관련 연수의 실시와 행정적 지원이 이루어질 필요가 있다.

  • 본 연구에서는 초등학교 6학년 학생들이 교육과정에서 제시하는 확률과 통계에 대해 얼마나 이해하고 있는지 진단하고 통계적 소양과 어떻게 관련되는지에 대해 알아보았다. 그래서 통계적 소양의 이론적 틀을 분석하고, 교과서 내용과 연관되는 요소를 찾아보고 이를 바탕으로 확률과 통계의 내용에 대한 성취 정도와 통계적 소양을 측정하였다. 이를 통해 초등 6학년의 통계적 소양과 관련하여 우리나라 교육과정에서 보완해야 될 요소를 알아보았다.

Web 2.0 정보화 시대에 부합되는 소비자교육 교과경쟁력 강화 방안에 관한 연구: 고등학교 기술/가정 교과에서의 소비자교육에 대한 유용성 평가와 교육방법 개선을 중심으로 (A Study on Strengthening the Curriculum Competitiveness of Consumer Education Consisted with the Web 2.0 Information Age: Based on the Evaluation of Availability and Improvement of Teaching Method of Consumer Education in High School Domestic Science)

  • In this study, based on the current curriculum of consumer education in high school with the advent of Web 2.0 age, I analyzed both the curriculum used by new information tools related with Web 2.0 age and the one used by traditional tools to find out the degree of necessity of consumer education for the high school students in proportion to the level of their informational ability. First, compared with the education of food, clothes and shelter in the curriculum of manual training and domestic science, the necessity, importance, and availability were low and the students had a lower level of interest than they had with the three factors mentioned above. Second, after dividing the sector of consumer education in the curriculum into three fields such as reasonable purchase and use, solution and prevention of consumer problems and forming a new consumer trend, I looked into the necessity of the teaching method using conventional tools and the one using new informational tools following Web 2.0 age respectively. Traditional tools were favored for the education of consumption-related laws and policies, consumers' rights for the general cause of consumer problem solving and preventing. For the generation of the new comsumer trend, the new information tools were preferred in the appreciation of consuming culture and the issues of consuming environment. Third, it was revealed that students' level of informational ethics was the highest at 5.55 while their level of information creation and processing was the lowest at 3.96 from the research of six categories of their informational ability.

The Incidence of Stroke by Socioeconomic Status, Age, Sex, and Stroke Subtype: A Nationwide Study in Korea

  • Objectives: To date, studies have not comprehensively demonstrated the relationship between stroke incidence and socioeconomic status. This study investigated stroke incidence by household income level in conjunction with age, sex, and stroke subtype in Korea. Methods: Contributions by the head of household were used as the basis for income levels. Household income levels for 21 766 036 people were classified into 6 groups. The stroke incidences were calculated by household income level, both overall within income categories and further by age group, sex, and stroke subtype. To present the inequalities among the six ranked groups in a single value, the slope index of inequality and relative index of inequality were calculated. Results: In 2005, 57 690 people were first-time stroke patients. The incidences of total stroke for males and females increased as the income level decreased. The incidences of stroke increased as the income level decreased in those 74 years old and under, whereas there was no difference by income levels in those 75 and over. Intracerebral hemorrhage for the males represented the highest inequality among stroke subtypes. Incidences of subarachnoid hemorrhage did not differ by income levels. Conclusions: The incidence of stroke increases as the income level decreases, but it differs according to sex, age, and stroke subtype. The difference in the relative incidence is large for male intracerebral hemorrhage, whereas the difference in the absolute incidence is large for male ischemic stroke.

여성노인의 건강증진행위가 생활만족도에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Health-Promoting Behaviors of the Elderly Women on the Life Satisfaction Level)

  • 본 연구는 여성노인의 건강증진행위가 생활만족도에 미치는 영향과 인구사회학적 변인에 따른 건강증진행위 및 생활만족도의 차이를 분석하고자 하였다. 연구대상은 서울에 거주하는 60대 이상 여성노인들이며, 총 375명의 표본을 분석 자료로 활용했다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 18.0 program을 이용하여 빈도분석, 요인분석, 신뢰도분석 및 다중회귀분석, T-test, ANOVA를 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 여성노인의 건강증진행위는 생활만족도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 인구사회학적 변인에 따른 건강증진행위 및 생활만족도의 차이를 분석한 결과 건강증진행위에서는 학력, 월평균수입, 종교유무, 건강상태, 경제 상태에서, 생활만족도에서는 학력, 월평균 수입, 종교유무, 자녀동거여부, 건강상태, 경제상태, 배우자 유무에서 차이가 나타났다.

Conceptual Design of Navigation Safety Module for S2 Service Operation of the Korean e-Navigation System

  • IMO introduced e-Navigation concept to improve the efficiency of ship operation, port operation, and ship navigation technology. IMO proposed sixteen MSPs (Maritime Service Portfolio) applicable to the ships and onshore in case of e-Navigation implementation. In order to meet the demands of the international society, the system implementation work for the Korean e-Navigation has been specified. The Korean e-Navigation system has five service categories: the S2 service category, which is a ship anomaly monitoring service, is a service that classifies emergency levels according to the degree of abnormal condition when a ship has an abnormality in ship operation, and provides guidance for emergency situations. The navigation safety module is a sub-module of the S2 service that determines the emergency level in case of navigation equipment malfunctioning, engine or steering gear failure during navigation. It provides emergency response guidance based on emergency level to the abnormal ship. If an abnormal condition occurs during the ship operation, first, the ship shall determine the emergency level, according to the degree of abnormality of the ship. Second, an emergency response guidance is generated based on the determined emergency level, and the guidance is transmitted to the ship, which helps the navigators prevent accidents and not to spread. In this study, the operational concept for the implementation of the Korean e-Navigation system is designed and the concept is focused on the navigation safety module of S2 service.

초등학생들의 음주기대에 관한 연구 (A Study on Alcohol Expectancy of Elementary Schoolchild)

  • Researchers' common findings is that there are positive or negative effect of alcohol expectancy on drinking behavior. Therefore we would effectively prevent troublesome drinking of the youth and university students by inquiring and controlling critical factors affecting alcohol expectancy. The purposes of this thesis are, first, to empirically test factors affecting the alcohol expectancy level of elementary schoolchild(potential drinker).; second, to suggest the necessity for development of pre-alcohol prevention programs. On the basis of previous research, eighteen factors included in four categories(general characters, environmental characters, alcohol knowledge, drinking experience) affecting alcohol expectancy level were found out. 623 subjects used in this study were drawn from 8 elementary schools in Daegu, Korea. The empirical results suggested that the alcohol expectancy level of elementary schoolchildren was negative in general. And it was proved that 9 factors were significantly correlated with alcohol expectancy level. To put it concretely(see Fig.), (1) It was proved that schoolchildren with bad environment(live in oneself, displeased drinking feeling) rather than good environment(live with parents, nice drinking feeling) for drinking had more negative alcohol expectancy. (2) Korean traditional culture that partakes of sacrificial food and drink have an influence on the first drinking of most elementary schoolchildren. And it was proved that schoolchildren with this drinking experience rather than any other motives had less negative alcohol expectancy. (3) It was proved that schoolchildren adapting themselves rather than being difficult in school life had more negative alcohol expectancy. And the more knowledge about alcohol or drinking schoolchildren had, the more they had negative alcohol expectancy (4) It was proved that schoolchildren having drinking experience or drinking at present rather than having no drinking experience or not-drinking at present had less negative alcohol expectancy. (5) It was proved that schoolchildren having strong drinking intention rather than having weak or no drinking intention in the future had more positive alcohol expectancy. Based on previous results, guideline for development of pre-alcohol prevention programs can be represented: discriminated programs development on educatee, drinking education programs development increasing the power of self-control about alcohol and drinking, social education or continuing education programs development on drinking, open preschool education to substantially prevent drinking or alcoholism etc. The findings, however, should be interpreted with caution, because this study has several limitations in measurement and sampling as follows. First, selection bias because of limited selection of sampling. It is because the subjects are drawn from only 8 elementary schools in Daegu. Second, less refined measurement ; Therefore, it is necessary to develop more detailed measures on alcohol knowledge, alcohol expectancy level especially. Further researches should be suggested and encouraged with more refined methodologies.

사고대비물질 개인보호구 선정에 관한 연구(2): 노출위해성 매트릭스에 의한 분석 (A Study on Selecting Personal Protective Equipment for Listed Hazardous Chemicals (2): Analysis Using an Exposure Risk Matrix)

  • Objectives: The new Chemical Control Act from the Korean Ministry of Environment (2014-259) simply states only in basic phrases that every worker handling the listed chemicals should wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and does not consider the different hazard characteristics of particular chemicals or work types. The purpose of this study was to produce an exposure risk matrix and assign PPE to the categories of this matrix, which would be useful for revising the act to suggest PPE to suit work types or situations. Methods: An exposure risk matrix was made using hazard ranks of chemicals and workplace exposure risks in the previous study. For the 20 categories of exposure risk matrix PPE, levels A, B, C, D as classified by OSHA/EPA were assigned. After 69 hazardous chemicals were divided into 11 groups according to their physiochemical characteristics, respirators, chemical protective clothing (CPC), gloves and footwear were suggested on the basis of the assigned PPE levels. Results: PPE table sheets for the 11 groups were made on the basis of work types or situations. Full facepiece or half-mask for level C was recommended in accordance with the exposure risk matrix. Level A was, in particular, recommended for loading or unloading work. Level A PPE should be worn in an emergency involving hydrogen fluoride because of the number of recent related accidents in Korea. Conclusion: PPE assignment according to the exposure risk matrix made by chemical hazards and work type or situation was suggested for the first time. Each type of PPE was recommended for the grouped chemicals. The research will be usefully used for the revision of the Chemical Control Act in Korea.

비형식 교육환경에서 일어나는 부도와 아동의 대화: ZPD 체계를 중심으로 (The Characteristics of Parent-Child Dyadic Discourses in an Informal Learning Setting: Focusing on the ZPD System)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 박물관과 같은 비형식 학습 상황에서 이루어지는 부모와 아동의 담화를 ZPD 체계를 중심으로 심층 분석 및 해석하는 것이다. 연구참여쌍은 서울 및 그 근교 지역의 초등학교 2 학년 학생들과 그들의 부모 12쌍이며,모두 연구에 자발적으로 참여하였다. 자료 수집은 자연사박물관이 발간한 문헌,전시물 사진,전시를 관람하는 연구참여쌍의 비디오 녹화물로 구성되었다. 문헌과 전시물 사진을 통해 박물관의 전시명,연출방법,관람목표가 분석되었고,비디오 녹화물은 모두 전사되어 ZPD 체제(상황정의, 상호주관성,기호매개)를 준거로 분석 및 해석되었다. 연구 결과는 크게 두 부분으로 구성되었다. 첫째,부모와 아동의 대화를 ZPD의 형성 체계 관점에서 분석한 결과 크게 네 가지 유형이 나타났다. 즉,실제적 발달수준 내의 대화,근접발달영역 내의 대화,잠재적 발달수준에 도달하는 대화,발달수준 밖의 대화가 그것이다. 그 중에서 대화 양상은 아동의 실제적 발달수준 내의 대화가 가장 많이 나타났고,근접발달영역 내의 대화가 그 다음 빈도로 많이 나타났다. 둘째,각 대화 유형별 대표적 사례를 통해 부모와 아동의 대화의 본질을 ZPD 체계를 중심으로 심층적으로 기술 및 해석하였다. 이 연구의 결과는 박물관 상황에서 부모와 아동의 대화의 본질을 이해하는 데 공헌할 것이다. 연구의 결과를 토대로,박물관이 교육적 담화를 촉진하기 위해 전시 환경 어포던스의 효과성을 높이기 위한 노력을 해야 할 것을 제안하였다.

l/G 교체표본디자인에서의 일반화복합추정량과 평균제곱오차에 관한 연구 (Generalized Composite Estimators and Mean Squared Errors for l/G Rotation Design)

  • 교체표본조사에서는 모든 표본단위를 복수 개(=G)의 교체그룹으로 나누고 일정 횟수만큼 조사한 후 표본단위 의 교체를 하는 경우와 조사기 간 동안 동일한 표본단위를 조사한 후 교체그룹 자체를 교체하는 두 가지 경우가 있다. 본 연구는 후자의 경우를 일반화하는 것으로, 매 조사월에서 하나의 교체그룹이 조사되고 이 교체그룹에 속한 모든 표본단위는 최근 l개월 동안의 정보를 제공하는 l-수준 교체표본설계이다. 표본단위 교체가 오직 교체그룹의 총 개수인 G와 회상 개월 수인 l에 의해 결정되므로 이를 l/G 교체표본설계로 일반화하였으며 일반화복합추정량의 분산과 두 가지 형태의 편향(bias)하에서 MSE를 구하고 절충 GCE(compromise GCE)의 계수를 유도하였다. 또한 GCE의 분산과 MSE를 상관계수, 편향, 표본조사단위의 분산의 형태, 그리고 설계간격(design gap)의 형태에 따라 분석하였다.
