Determinants of Customer Loyalty on the Portal Sites (온라인 상에서의 고객 충성도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구: 포탈 사이트를 중심으로)

  • Providers for the commercial web sites are seriously competing for attraction and retention of customers. However, customer loyalty in the on-line business could be determined by factors different from those in the off-line business. In this paper, determinants for the customer loyalty in the on-line business are analyzed as two parts. The first part includes determinants that foster voluntary customer loyalty, such as satisfaction, self-involvement, and positive characteristics of Internet. The second part includes determinants that foster involuntary customer loyalty, such as switching barrier and bonds. Through the empirical study of 399 survey of Korean Internet users, both voluntary and involuntary factors contributing to the customer loyalty were found. Also, relationship between the positive characteristics of Internet and customer loyalty were found. The understanding of the determinants of customer loyalty will be an important information developing a winning strategy in the on-line business.

  • This paper suggested the fast and easy method of the dielectric constant measurement for planar dielectrics using a microstrip line. The complex permittivity and permeability were presented by the first reflection and transmission coefficient which were derived from the scattering parameters. This method was verified by the measurement of a known planar dielectric using a microstrip line. This method can be applied to the dielectric constant measurement of unknown planar dielectric.

  • In order to simulate the line heating process which is a three-dimensional transient thermo elastic plastic state, a simple modified strip model is suggested. First attempt is made to verify the validity of the model using a finite element program, and the result gives good agreement with the plate theory where conventional two-dimensional model fails totally.

  • Nowadays, the bus system of a metropolitan area is improving very fast. According to the bus, commuter railways increase their competitive power. For this, trains get the mobility increasing, effective transferring system and unified information service. For the mobility increasing, commuting railway must be faster by flexible train diagram and facilities improvement. And finally, optimal commuter train, 'Liner' is needful. And for effective transferring system, it is necessary that railway station and transferring center of a city be merged. And it is needful that direct management bus by railway company and unification fare system on metropolitan region. Next, for information service system improving, the commuting railway station must be regional transportation hub at first. And it is needful that unified line map of trunk line transportation systems and regionally collective transportation system information book. Therefore, metropolitan commuting railways compete with trunk line bus and cooperate with feeder line bus, and can make optimal metropolitan public transportation systems.

Thermal buckling load optimization of laminated plates with different intermediate line supports

  • This paper deals with critical thermal buckling load optimization of symmetrically laminated four layered angle-ply plates with one or two different intermediate line supports. The design objective is the maximization of the critical thermal buckling load and a design variable is the fibre orientation in the layers. The first order shear deformation theory and nine-node isoparametric finite element model are used for the finite element solution of the laminates. The modified feasible direction (MFD) method is used for the optimization routine. For this purpose, a program based on FORTRAN is used. Finally, the numerical analysis is carried out to investigate the effects of location of the internal line supports, plate aspect ratios and boundary conditions on the optimal designs and the results are compared.

  • This paper show communication network scheme problem for the railway is solved which were electrical noise and line break in wayside using rerouting communication line, Considering the availability and the maintainability based on the reliability in design of communication networks. At first, Self-Healing Ring algorithm is suggested in that solution which is satisfied with above requirements. And also, in the advanced type, Dual Master scheme is suggested that the problem which is occurred in line break of both main and sub line at the same time can be solved using DMSHR(Dual Master Self Healing Ring). Therefore total reliability in railway system is going to be advanced using DMSHR scheme.

  • Every complex vector bundle over $S^1$ splits sum of line bundle and the first Chern class classify complex line bundle. This implies every complex vector bundle over $S^1$ is trivial. In this paper, we show the existence of some nontrivial complex vector bundle over $S^1$ in the equivariant case.

Design of Planar Microwave Bandstop Filters by Control of Wave Propagation on Nonuniform Transmission Line

  • A design method is newly presented for the creation of planar type filters which shapes will be nonuniform transmission line with continuously varying characteristic impedances. Those filters yield frequency characteristics of the bandstop filter in transmission, and have not nay discontinuities. The design is achieved by the control of wave propagation in view to both reflection an transmission properties on the dispersive nonuniform line within the desired frequency band. The developed algorithm is based on optimized perturbations of inherent nulls of lobes from the solution of first-order nonlinear differential equation for reflection coefficients of the nonuniform line, and an appropriate distribution of reflection coefficient which affects to filter length and bandwidth. Practical measurements for designed wideband microstrip and stop filter show very good agreement with theoretical results.

  • On 250.199nm uv-line, witch has the potential to emit as a laser line, from a ccrf-excited He-Zn discharge with overlapped DC was carried out optimization of the discharge parameters and measurement of the optical gain. In this study the optical gain of the 250.199nm uv-line has been optained 4% for the first time. At a rf-power of 400W with the frequency 13.56MHz the optimal He-pressure indicated 2kPa.

Pholuminescence properties of ZnO disks grown using vapor phase transport (기상 이동법으로 성장한 ZnO disk의 photoluminescence 특성)

  • ZnO disk는 Ar 가스의 ON/OFF 사이클을 사용한 기상 이동법으로 성장하였다. 온도 의존성 photoluminescence (PL)은 PL 스펙트럼의 quenching 동작을 관장하는 메커니즘을 연구하기 위해 조사하였다. ZnO disk의 12 K PL 스펙트럼에서 3.364, 3.315, 3.244, 3.212, 3.170, 3.139, 3.100 eV의 피크를 관측되었고, 그것은 각각 excitons bound to neutral donors ($D^{\circ}X$), A-line, first-order longitudinal optical (1LO) phonon replica of A-line (A-1LO), donor-to acceptor pair (DAP), A-2LO, DAP-1LO, A-3LO 이다. $D^{\circ}X$와 A-line 피크는 Varshni 공식에 의해서 피팅을 하였고, 도너 이온화 에너지는 40 meV 이었다. Free excitons, $D^{\circ}X$, A-line의 lifetime은 이론적으로 계산하였고, 온도가 증가함에 따라 lifetime이 증가하였다.
