목적: 본 연구는 간호대학생의 말기환자에 대한 생명의료윤리 인식과 죽음에 대한 태도를 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 방법: 대상자는 D광역시에 소재한 일개 전문대학의 3년제 간호과에 재학 중인 660명이었다. 자료는 2011년 10월부터 11월까지 수집하였다. 생명의료윤리 인식은 본 연구자가 선행연구를 근거로 개발한 도구로, 죽음에 대한 태도는 Collett와 Lester(1969)의 FODS (Fear of Death Scale)로 측정하였다. 수집된 자료는 서술통계, Wilcoxon rank sum test와 Kruskall Waills test로 분석하였다. 결과: 생명의료윤리에 대한 문제로 갈등 경험이 있고, 심폐소생술 금지가 필요하다고 생각하며, 종교가 없는 학생이 그렇지 않은 학생에 비해 죽음에 대해 부정적인 태도를 가지고 있었다. 대상자 중 말기환자의 연명치료중단이 필요하다고 생각하는 경우는 81.2%였고, 말기환자의 심폐소생술 금지가 필요하다고 생각하는 경우는 76.4%로서, 심폐소생술 금지가 필요한 이유는 '평안하고 품위있는 죽음을 위해서'가 가장 많았다. 결론: 죽음에 대한 긍정적인 태도의 형성을 위해 확고한 생명의료윤리 가치관의 확립이 요구되며, 가능하면 임상실습을 시작하기 전에 교육이 실시될 필요가 있다. 교육 프로그램을 구성할 때 종교, 학년, 생명의료윤리 갈등 경험, 심폐소생술 금지 찬성 여부가 포함되어야 하며, 말기환자 간호를 미리 경험할 수 있도록 표준화 환자를 이용한 시뮬레이션 실습의 기회를 제공하는 것이 필요하다.

This review paper aims at providing a systematic analysis of articles published in various journals and related to the uses and business applications of big data. The goal is to provide a holistic picture of the place of big data in the tourism industry. The reviewed articles have been selected for the period 2013-2020 and have been classified into 8 broad categories namely business strategy and firm performance; banking and finance; healthcare; hospitality; networks and telecommunications; urbanism and infrastructures; law and legal regulations; and government. While the categories are reflective of components of tourism industries and infrastructures, the meta-analysis is organized around 3 broad themes: preferred research contexts, conceptual developments, and methods used to research big data business applications. Main findings revealed that firm performance and healthcare remain popular contexts of research in the big data realm, but also demonstrated a prominence of qualitative methods over mixed and quantitative methods for the period 2013-2020. Scholars have also investigated topics involving the notions of competitive advantage, supply chain management, smart cities, but also ethics and privacy issues as related to the use of big data.

연구 배경 : 치과위생사는 보건의료인으로서 윤리성이 강조되고 있으며, 다양한 윤리적 갈등 상황에 효율적으로 대처하기 위하여 합리적 윤리적 가치관 정립이 필요하다. 이에 본 연구는 윤리 교육 프로그램 및 윤리적 가치관 평가 도구 개발을 위한 기초자료로 활용하고자 한다. 연구 방법 : 2023년 1월 1일부터 1월 15일까지 치과위생사 251명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. SPSS Win 25.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도 분석, T-test, one-way ANOVA, chi-square test, 다중회귀분석을 수행하였다. 연구 결과 : 연구대상자의 윤리적 성향은 이상주의 성향이 3.82점으로 상대주의 성향 3.42점보다 높게 나타났으며, 협동자 관계 영역과 치위생 업무 관계 영역에서 절대론자가 의무주의적 입장을 보였다(p<0.001). 윤리적 가치관에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대한 회귀분석 결과, 윤리적 성향 중 이상주의 성향(β=,444, p=0.000)과 결혼 유무(β=-,123, p=0.035), 직급(β=-.154, p=0.009)이 유의한 관련 요인으로 나타났다. 결론 : 치과위생사의 윤리적 성향을 고려한 윤리 교육 프로그램을 개발하고, 많은 변화와 갈등에 대응할 수 있는 상황 중심적인 윤리 교육을 시행하여 확고한 윤리관을 정립할 수 있도록 구체적인 방안이 모색되어야 할 것이다.

현재에는 철학과 그 인접 학문들에서 근본 개념 중의 하나로 자리매김한 책임이라는 개념은 19세기에 와서야 절대적인 자기선택 속에서만 자신을 의식하는 윤리성에 주목한 키에르케고어와 미래의 문제를 해결하는 주권적 개인의 책임을 강조한 니체를 통해 철학적 조명을 받기 시작한다. 니체는 그가 인류 최대의 병이라고 부른 인간의 왜소화가 유럽 전역을 강타하는 것을 철학적 숙고의 기초로 삼은 철학자이다. 유럽 허무주의의 도래와 그 극복을 둘러싼 그의 철학은 유럽의 미래에 대한 염려를 동인으로 가진다. 전통 형이상학과 기독교에 기초를 둔 선과 악의 도덕이 국제화라는 현대성이 가져오는 커다란 문제의 크기와 심연을 포착하지도 못하며 따라서 해결하지도 못할 것이라는 것을 예감하고 대안을 준비한 철학자가 니체이다. 그는 이 옛 도덕의 제거에 인류의 미래가 걸려 있다는 것을 알리는 데 인생을 바친 자이다. 본고에서는 책임이라는 사태를 둘러 싼 니체의 사고를 추적하여 그의 사상에서 책임 개념이 가지는, 일반적인 규범과 가치의 저편에 놓인, 의미의 외연과 내용을 정리해 본다.

The purpose of this study is to identify whether ethical values of korean nurses are deontological or utilitarian. Nurse's ethical value questionnaire was developed from review of literature and interview of nurses in the clinical settings. Content validity was tested from three nursing faculties and staffs. Ethical problems are categorized into four areas : 1) human life area 2) nurse-patient relationship area 3) nurse - nursing task relationship area 4) nurse-collegue relationship area The data were obtained from the 404 nurses in the clinical settings from Feb. to Mar. in 1990 by ethical value questionnaire. The analysis of data was done by Pearson's correlation coefficient, t-test, anova. The results of this study were as follows : 1. The ethical values of human life slightly took up the position of utilitarian. 2. The ethical values of nurse - patient relationships slightly took up deontological position. 3. The ethical values of nurse - nursing task relationships slightly took up deontological position. 4. The ethical values of nurse - colleague relationships greatly took up deontological position. 5. The ethics of nurses related to demographic characteristics of religion, attitude of nursing, ethical standards, education level and post. Those who have religion took up more deontological position than those who have not. Those who have positive attitude of nursing and firm ethical standards took up more deontological position than those who have not. Those who have higher education level and post took up more deontological position than those who have not.

Purpose - Corporate reading management requires employees capable of doing their job since employee performance is crucial to the firm's profitability. The objective of this study was to evaluate the positive effects of corporate reading management on employee management. It focuses on factors increasing employee productivity and the impacts corporate management brings about on the overall productivity of any kind of company. Research design, Data, and methodology - The current authors have investigated and conducted the qualitative content analysis (QCA) to obtain the adequate textual dataset in the prior and current literature. One of the primary benefits of doing research using content analysis is that it enables the researcher to employ a combination of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies. Result - Based on the review of the prior literature, the present authors found that there are four corporate reading management solutions to improve employee performance, following those instructions - A. Increased Motivation and Productivity, B. Employee Development, C. Businesses' Objective Alignment, and D. Improved Work Environment. Conclusion - This study addressed and figured out different factors that reading corporate can apply to influence employee performance, thus increasing the company's productivity. Future research should evaluate the adverse effects businesses might face from unfavorable working environments. The research also needed to address how ethics influences employee performance.

Purpose: Through an ethical supply chain, brands not only catch the eye but win over a fan base of consumers who prize credibility and consistency in what they purchase. Currently, the ethical supply chain is no longer just a manufacturing process; it has become a compelling story. It draws people's attention and wins their loyalty. This research study will examine the benefits of an ethical supply chain in attracting consumer attention and building brand loyalty. Research design, data and methodology: For this research study, A detailed method was used to search and analyze relevant articles. Initial searches used set terms in certain databases. Screening criteria were the thorough scrutiny of titles and abstracts to decide their relevance to the study at hand. Thus, to enhance the quality of data, duplicate entries were deleted. Results: Based on the analysis of the prior literature, the results highlight the power of ethical saliency, showing that consumers themselves are looking for and rewarding products that meet their ethical standards. This attention to ethically transparent brands, in turn, encourages more interest and interaction with them. Conclusions: Therefore, practitioners must transmit the firm's ethical standards through all channels of communication-investor relations materials and financial reports alike.

본 연구는 우리나라 기업들도 기업윤리의 중요성을 인식하고 바람직한 방향의 윤리적 발전을 모색하기 위해 대기업인 건설사의 윤리적 특성요인에 관한 이론적 접근과 이들의 특성에 관한 논의를 바탕으로 하여 윤리적 특성요인들과 기업의 경쟁력 간에 미치는 영향을 탐색 하고자 하였다. 또한 연구배경 및 필요성에서 제기한 바를 바탕으로 연구모형을 설정하고 조사와 분석을 통해 대기업(도급순위50위권이내)인 건설사회 윤리적 특성요인이 기업경쟁력에 미치는 영향을 파악하고 직무의 만족도와 직무의 몰입도를 규명하고자 한다. 본 연구의 범위로는 국내외 선행연구에서 기업윤리가 영향을 미치는 요소들을 찾아보고 종속변수인 기업경쟁력도 국내외 선행연구에서 품질경쟁력, 가격경쟁력, 발주자와 고객과 사회에 대한책임, 공정 경쟁력으로 각각 나누고 직무의 만족도와 몰입도의 관계를 연구의 개념적 틀에 의하여 설정된 연구가설을 검증 후 결론과 제언을 내리는 방식으로 연구를 진행하였다.윤리적 특성요인인 도덕적 역량, 윤리경영 실천의지, 공정 투명성, 고객과 사회 책임이 강하면 품질 경쟁력에 대한 경쟁력도 높아지는 것을 알 수 있다. 또한, 윤리적 특성요인인 윤리경영 실천의지, 공정 투명성, 고객과 사회 책임이 높아지면 가격 경쟁력도 높아지는 것을 나타났으며, CEO 윤리경영 실천의지, 공정 투명성이 높을수록 품질 경쟁력도 높아지고 CEO 윤리경영 실천의지, 고객과 사회 책임이 강할수록 품질 경쟁력도 높아지고, 순이익 증가율, 경쟁력 강화, 공정경쟁력이 높아지면 직무만족도도 높아지는 것을 알 수 있고 촉진 경쟁력, 공정경쟁력이 직무몰입을 하는 데에도 많은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

최근 금융환경의 변화로 증권회사간의 경쟁이 더욱 거세짐에 따라, 경영성과 증진을 위한 다양한 전략이 요구되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 증권회사의 서비스 품질을 기업속성, 직원속성, 금융상품속성으로 구분하고 이에 따른 신뢰도 및 고객만족도가 지속적 사용의도에 미치는 영향을 규명하였다. 연구대상은 각 증권회사의 실제 이용고객이며, 전체 표본 400부 중에서 378부를 최종 유효 표본으로 선정하였다. 분석은 SPSS 20.0을 활용하였고, 그 결과 첫째, 기업속성의 윤리성, 혁신성, 규모, 직원속성의 친절성, 전문성, 윤리성, 상품속성의 수익성과 다양성이 지속적 사용의도에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 신뢰도와 고객 만족도의 지속적 사용의도에 대한 조절효과가 확인되었다. 본 연구결과는 증권회사 고객의 선택행동을 이해하고 경영환경에서의 다양한 전략을 도출하는데 유용한 기초자료로 근거한다는 점에서 산업적 학문적 의의를 둘 수 있을 것이다.
