  • The purpose of this study is to develop a SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) for a distribution board that can monitor the leakage current of a load distribution line in real time. The developed distribution board was fabricated by applying IEC 61439-1. It consists of the distribution board and an alarm device. The work process for making the distribution board was compliant with the KEMC (Korea Electrical Manufacturers Cooperative) regulations. And the AC distribution board range is 1,000 V. In addition, the voltage in DC is less than 1500 V. The distribution board receives a 3-phases and 4-wires power supply system and can supply power to the load of a maximum of 32 single or three phase distribution circuits. Also, leakage current measured on the power distribution board was used by sensors installed. The SOP of the developed distribution board consists of the installation standards for the short circuit alarm device and sensor, the surge protection device, switches and indication lamps, and other devices. The operation procedure was prepared so that each manufacturing step of the distribution board must be confirmed by the persons in charge of preparation, production, quality control and approval before moving forward to the next step.

  • For the preparation of hardened films which can be applied as a binder for flame-resistant materials such as silica, linseed oil was subjected to a low temperature plasma treatment with argon, or oxygen gas. The film was produced much faster than so-called drying of oil in air. The SEM analysis for silica particles embedded in the hardened film after plasma treatment showed that the silica particles were immobilized on substrate and were evenly dispersed. The FT-IR spectral analysis for the plasma-treated linseed oil films demonstrated that the radicals which were formed during the plasma treatments caused the linseed oil to be cross-linked, and the plasmas attacked carbon chains of the oil randomly without focusing on specific vulnerable bonds such carbon double and carbonyl bonds intensively unless exposure times of the plasmas were prolonged too much, while the cross-linking of the air-dried film was considered to occur at the well-known typical sites, i.e., carbon-carbon double bond and ${\alpha}$-methylene carbon. Burning times, as a measure of flame/fire resistance, of silica-filled cellulose substrates, increased with increasing contents of silica.

  • Research for heat insulation of buildings is being carried out, in which a heat exchange barrier is used around the openings and balcony parts as a method for heat exchange blocks. However, the preparation for a fire is inadequate. In order to improve the EPS used as a heat exchange barrier in an attempt to solve this, there is a study on lightweight foamed concrete, but as the amount of EPS used for strengthening fire resistance increases, it becomes lower. There is no strength applied to buildings, and also. There is a limit to the amount of EPS used. In the study, we use oyster shells to secure the EPS replacement rate limit of lightweight Foamed concrete, and try to measure the change of physical properties depending on the unit cement content.

  • This is a study on the type of perception about the transition of female firefighters to emergency car drivers. The purpose of this study is to identify the perception of the female firefighters on the circulation of emergency car drivers and to identify the characteristics of each type of firefighting officers and to provide basic data for the development and utilization of the emergency car drivers' work of female firefighters. The Q-sample of 27 statements was conducted on 31 subjects including 26 women and 5 men, and the data were analyzed using the QUANL program. As a result, the three types classified explained 60.8 % of the total variance, and the explanation power of each type was 50 % for type I, 5.6 % for type II, and 5.2% for type III. Type I was named 'feminist type', type II was named 'future-oriented type', and type III was named 'educational preparation type'. According to the perception of emergency cars by female firefighters, it was investigated that discrimination caused by gender should be eliminated and female firefighters can drive an emergency car if preparation and systematic education are made. Therefore, fire officials need to develop their personal abilities through gender equality and systematic education programs.

  • The pre-hospital care in site transportation care and site care will be divided, it will follow in site or evacuation it will enforce it will can evacuate in condition of the emergency patient of like this at the initial stage and emergency care from inside fire fighting helicopter back transfer means and the manpower security of the specialty emergency necessary personnel(nursing and 1st EMT's) as the medical treatment agency and modernization of first aid equipment necessity inside American securing and fire fighting helicopter and specialty first aid packet won about lower the emergency care which is appropriate cannot become accomplished are the actual condition in total lack of emergency care equipment. Consequently craving augmentation, in order to be adapted with the handling kind transfer whose specialty and is appropriate and present time of rapid increase and the citizen of emergency demand by fire fighting helicopter simplicity transfer compared to it is a condition where the countermeasure preparation is earnest. Must expand emergency care equipment first even in fire fighting helicopter and 1st EMT's which it follows in him become arrangement and quickly the execution and specialty temporary disposal(ALS) must be enforced a temporary disposal and must buy the life which is. Also it gets by experience a helicopter induction outline, a radio communication method and the patient helicopter on-board hour attention point back various attention fact back with the body and when where it stands but accurately there must be it will be able to induce the helicopter. Also every manuals anger it does a helicopter transfer method and the emergency care method back and that all processes must do fixed form anger, it becomes feed. Also it related with a helicopter transfer even from the relationship agency many research to lead, difference of the advanced foreign nation and the maximum it is the actual condition where the medical emergency system construction which it reduces is earnestly demanded. Also with emergency structure(crane) it confronts to an aviation transfer even from the establishment college and education it leads intensively and 1st EMT's of the good quality which relates with an aviation structure expects is cultivate at all.

  • The present article reports the tracking characteristics of phenolic resin insulation material due to accelerated degradation. For assessing insulation degradation of the phenolic resin insulation material, experiment samples with equivalent years of 0, 10, 20, 30, and 40 years were produced by conducting accelerated degradation experiments using Arrhenius equation. Subsequently, tracking experiments according to KS C IEC 60112 standard were conducted for the experiment samples that were previously subjected to accelerated degradation. According to the measured results for tracking characteristics of phenolic resin subjected to accelerated degradation, upon dropping of 0.1% ammonium chloride, the risks were shown to increase by 1.38 times for the equivalent life of 10 years; 1.45 times for 20 years; 1.62 times for 30 years; and 1.94 times for 40 years based on the equivalent life of 0 year. Upon dropping of 0.01% ammonium chloride, the risks were shown to increase by 1.39 times for the equivalent life of 10 years; 1.52 times for 20 years; 1.99 times for 30 years; and 5.30 times for 40 years. According to the experimental results, the tracking risk was shown to be higher for longer-duration insulation degradation due to aging. In particular, the risk was observed to be greatly increased in the case of the equivalent life of 40 years. Therefore, it is proposed that the occurrence possibility and the risk of electric fires could be minimized through institutional preparation of recommended replacement period by considering risks such as insulation degradation, etc. due to aging.

  • The paper relates to a study on the changes in performance of insulation sheath resulting from accelerated degradation of IV and HIV insulated wire. To assume insulation degradation of IV and HIV insulated wire, accelerated life tests using Arrhenius equation were conducted among accelerated life test models, and experimental samples of 0 year, 10 years, 20 years, 30 years, and 40 years in equivalent life were produced. Whereas the maximum tensile load were increased as accelerated degradation of IV and HIV insulated wire progressed, elongation percentage, rupture time, and flexibility of insulated wires were found to be gradually reduced. According to the additional surface analysis results for the insulated wires per equivalent life using a scanning electron microscope, mechanical properties of the insulator were observed to be reduced as insulation degradation resulting from aging progressed since phenomena such as formation of crystalline structures and perforation, etc. occurred on the sample surface with progression of accelerated degradation. Consequently, institutional replacement of insulated wires and preparation of repair times considering performance degradation of the insulator installed inside buildings are considered necessary in order to prevent in advance the risks of electrical fire resulting from degradation in insulation performance.
