This study proposes a new classification system and analysis methodology for time delay risk of apartment projects. And this study proposes the classification of major trades and risk level and risk index by performing expert-oriented interview and survey report on a national scale. The purpose of this study is to present basic data for time delay risk management system through the analysis of risk level, risk index and rank of major 5 trades(earth work, structure work, masonry work, window and door/glass work, and interior finish work) in apartment projects.

The Israel-born Ron Arad is one of Britain's "superstar" designers, an it has been said that he is Britain's answer to Philippe Starck. Arad is a highly individualistic designer whose ideas stem from a mental process that has more in common with that of the fine artist than of the jobbing designer for industry. His imagination expresses itself in the form of things. By the early 1990s he had become internationally recognized for his "ready-made" work. His furniture and lighting designs required extremely costly labour-intensive techniques to produce. As his work was highly evocative, suggesting a post-industrial world in which the urban landscape was characterized by materials in a state of decay. More recently, through collaborations with Italian and German manufactures, his work has reached a new level of sophistication and finish, which differentiates it from the earlier designs. As Arad reputation as a designer of workshop-based furniture came to an end and the era of "democratic" Arad furniture came into being. By middle of the decade he had become one of the most-discussed designers of the day. The spirituality that emanates from all his work is a product of his particular vision of the creative process, far removed from the typical, stereotyped trends in the sphere of modern industrialization. He goes one step further in his work by attempting to restore aesthetic dignity to the objects of daily life, in a search for beauty within the immediate environment.hin the immediate environment.

The purpose of this study was to identify the universal design characteristics in residential environments. The subjects were 135 physically disabled persons who lived in the rental multi-family housing apartments in Pusan. Interview method was used for this study. They were an average age of 51 years and 63% were male. They were low income families and lived in 12 pyung ($39.75\textrm{m}^2$) apartments. They were asked about what housing characteristics were constraints in their daily living. They pointed out that the constraints in their apartments were as follows: 1) the small amount of space in the bathroom, kitchen, bedroom, and the entrance area of housing unit, 2) the unflat floor level between the bathroom and the hallway, or the balcony and the bedroom, 3) the slippery floor finish in the bathroom, 4) lack of grab bars or handrails in the bathroom and the ramp, 5) the kitchen work centers and the electric switches at improper height, and 6) the steep ramp. Therefore, the universal design characteristics in residential environments were the adequate amount of space, flat floor level, non-slippery floor finish, grab bars or handrails, accessible height, and ramp.

The term High Speed Machining has been used for many years to describe end milling with small diameter tools at high rotational speeds, typically 10,000 - 100,000 rpm. The process was applied in the aerospace industry for the machining of light alloys, notably aluminium. In recent year, however, the mold and die industry has begun to use the technology for the production of components, including those manufactured from hardened tool steels. With increasing cutting speed used in modern machining operation, the thermal aspects of cutting become more and more important. It not only directly influences in rate of tool wear, but also will affect machining precision recognized as thermal expansion and the roughness of the surface finish. Hence, one needs to accurately evaluate the rate of cutting heat generation and temperature distributions on the machining surface. To overcome the heat generation, we used to cutting fluid. Cutting fluid play a roles in metal cutting process. Mechanically coupled effectiveness of cutting fluids affect to friction coefficient at tool-work-piece interface and cutting temperature and chip control, surface finish, tool wear and form accuracy. Through this study, we examined the behavior of heat generation in high-speed machining and the cooling performance of various cooling methods.

Developments in the teaching of the National Diploma in Building students should be geared towards meeting the needs of the construction industry in South Africa. These needs are usually in the form of skills and knowledge required to resolve thorny issues encountered in practice. The lack of capacity in the construction industry needs to be addressed from the basis of ensuring that the education system caters for both mature entry and matriculation entry students. The paper looks at a comparison in performance between mature entry and matriculation (just finish High School) entry students focusing on the National Diploma in Building students at the University of Johannesburg. The paper will make a comparison between those students who work first before enrolling for their first year National Diploma in Building and those who are directly from high school. Cooperative education involves training and systematically developing students through the acquisition of the requisite skills, attitudes, values and knowledge required to adequately perform in their chosen careers. The paper describes the problems and experiences that have been encountered by both mature and matriculation entry students in their three years of study which affects their performance. The paper will then look at the value of prior experience in enabling students to finish their National Diploma in Building within a three year period. The paper closes with some recommendations for the future.

The aim of 2000s' technical college is to cultivate technicians who have their own specialities. This means that the technician's duty is not to fit themselves to the wide fields of work, but to strengthen the competitiveness ensuring the4ir speciality in the society that is based on knowledge. The educational substances of the college attach more importance to a design, but the Interior Architecture works and official situations that amount to almost Interior Architecture business in these modern days are focalized on a field construction rather than desigv. $\ulcorner$It is not able to ensure the speciality in the project performing a plan to design and a construct management at the same time. And when they perform their duties, even any beginners graduated from technical college can't direct or guide constructors$\lrcorner$There the construction subjects of technical college should consist of practical education centering around items that is condensed from research data $\ulcorner$they should know how to set up and concrete the treatments$\lrcorner$

Subway stations have a characteristic that the facilities in the ceiling should be checked, replaced and expanded frequently. The new installation of supports (steel anchors) for new facilities and workers moving-around in the ceiling result in the damage in the ceiling finish material and concrete structure which also result in construction cost increase. In addition, the noise, vibration and dust generated during the work harm the station environment. There are civil complaints on these which give difficulty to ceiling works. Accordingly, this study suggests a ceiling frame construction method that considers the convenience, economy and efficiency of ceiling work by improving the support installation method for facilities in ceiling.

Walt Disney Feature Animation released high quality films such as 'Frozen', 'Big Hero 6', 'Wreck-it Ralph', 'Zootopia', 'Moana', 'Frozen 2' and not only got high score in box office but showed great CG and visuals. However, making feature animation requires a lot of time, money, and efforts so it is very important to support studios' artists to finish each show within limited budget and time. This paper shows artists' training program such as 'Short Circuit' and 'Bootcamp' that walt disney feature animation provides their artists to improve their creativity and do their jobs artistically and efficiently. Disney's training program not only provides artists various training classes but gives them chances to work on short animation which enhances artistic skills and enable them to work in different departments and experience different tasks. This paper also explains some training cases of CG studios in South Korea and Disney Animations' in-house tools.

Construction period is longer than the non-disclosure in civil construction of apartment house. And this process is intensive at the beginning and end of construction. Because this project management expertise is required. Nevertheless, subsidiary work(Working avoid a tendency of advanced technician, Frequent turnover and employment contracts, etc.) management attention of construction is at a lower level. Because of, there are the bad factors(trial and error, finish degradation, etc.). Therefore, this study analyzed Hindrance Factor of quality control on apartment complex construction work and presented importance of civil construction engineer's role. Also, forms of civil construction engineer, Performance experience and technical Strength of apartment complex construction was investigated for the construction. To this end, It analyzes the relationship between forms of civil construction engineer, Performance experience and technical Strength of apartment complex construction and Construction of evaluation as required by Construction Technology Management Act.

The finishing method of concrete floor using automatic surface finisher is one of new technologies in concrete floor construction. The development of high technologies in construction will increase in order to satisfy the demand to construct high quality building. Using this method, it is possible to increase the quality of building as well as to reduce the labor work in site. In this paper, a system which can be used to finish the concrete floor using automatic surface finisher, is presented and its structural capacities are evaluated. The system is composed of rail which guides the surface vibrator and absorbs the volume change of concrete, and a device supporting the rail. From the experimental work for these devices, it was shown that the support and rail had suitable strength to resist the automatic surface finisher. For design purpose, also, effective span of supports was tabulated.
