  • The world's widely used key exchange protocols are open cryptographic communication protocols, such as TLS/SSL, whereas in the financial field in Korea, key exchange protocols developed by industrial classification group have been used that are based on PKI(Public Key Infrastructure) which is suitable for the financial environments of Korea. However, the key exchange protocols are not only vulnerable to client impersonation attacks and known-key attacks, but also do not provide forward secrecy. Especially, an attacker with the private keys of the financial security server can easily get an old session-key that can decrypt the encrypted messages between the clients and the server. The exposure of the server's private keys by internal management problems, etc, results in a huge problem, such as exposure of a lot of private information and financial information of clients. In this paper, we analyze the weaknesses of the cryptographic communication protocols in use in Korea. We then propose two key exchange protocols which reduce the replacement cost of protocols and are also secure against client impersonation attacks and session-key and private key reveal attacks. The forward secrecy of the second protocol is reduced to the HDH(Hash Diffie-Hellman) problem.

  • This study reviewed published studies on interventions used by hospitals, health insurance programs, or governments to improve use of medicines in foreign countries. Interventions to improve use of medicines are classified into two categories: 1) information strategies-dissemination of educational materials, group education, one-to-one educational outreach, drug utilization review, and feedback; 2) managerial strategies- formularies, prior authorization, and financial incentives. Dissemination of educational materials, which is a common intervention, was unsuccessful in changing physicians' prescribing behaviors. Problem-based small group education was more likely to change behaviors than didactic large group education. One-to-one educational outreach(academic detailing) was among the most effective strategies used to change prescribing behaviors. Prospective drug utilization review (DUR) program was more successful in improving use of medicines than retrospective DUR program. Feedback intervention has been reported to be ineffective to change behaviors. Formularies are frequently used to control medication use by most health insurance programs. Financial incentives provide physicians economic incentives according to appropriateness of prescribing. However, few published studies have assessed the efficacy of formularies or financial incentives. Prior authorization requires physicians to get authorization from health insurers before prescribing a certain group of drugs which is usually of high costs or risk. There is no magic bullet for quality use of medicines. Multifaceted interventions that help to predispose, enable, and reinforce desired behaviors are more likely to be successful.

According to the analysis, the listed manufacturing companies have decreased their productivity since financial crisis, and from such declining trend. jobless growth and a growth without physical and human capital investment has been observed. Furthermore, there is no efficient labor force coordination within the manufacturing industry; In order to analyze the effect of education & training investment on productivity more deeply, I have practiced the dynamic panel data analysis from constructing the micro panel data which consists of company level information 1997~2008. According to the consequences, dynamic panel data analysis solved the problem of the overestimating education & training effect fairly well.

Results - The results revealed that bank accounts with e-government doesn't affect any of facilitating services dimension, while each of the remain items has an effect on some dimensions and does not has effect on others. Conclusions - Data analysis revealed that the most obstacles that face respondents resulted in the weakness of internet networks, lack of efficient employees in e-government portal and lack of system effectiveness. • Seeing the existence of MSME needs that have still not been met although this sector is undeniably important in Indonesian economy, changes in community behaviour and the intensity of the use of technology in the community, financial technology (fintech) has a lot of potentials to become a part of the solution of the problem commonly faced by MSMEs. Therefore this research needs to be done to observe the potential of fintech in integrating MSMEs in terms of the application of technology and knowledge from the community related to fintech. By using Technology Acceptance Model, this research tries to understand the determinant factors of the fintech application used by MSME. Based on the research framework and model, path analysis method used in this research. This research uses primary data gathered by the questioner, which was distributed to MSME. From the analysis conducted, we can conclude that the external factors tested in this research could have an effect on the behaviour intention through perceived usefulness in MSME practice of financial technology. Large variation in MSME educational background, busineess age and size would become a challenge in promoting fintech application, therefore this finding suggests that fintech should be promoted by highlighting what benefits can be obtained by using fintech application.
