최근 금융권 해킹사례를 통해서 알 수 있듯이 공격자는 금융회사를 직접 해킹하기 보다는 보안관리가 허술한 수탁자를 대상으로 해킹공격을 시도하고 있다. 이로 인해 위탁자는 수탁자에 대한 보안점검 및 통제를 강화하고 있으나 영세 수탁자의 경우 전산설비 부족 및 보안장비 도입 시 과도한 비용 발생으로 인해 정보보호 투자에 미흡하다. 본 논문에서는 신용카드사들로부터 개인정보를 제공 받은 영세수탁업체의 보안강화를 위해 개인정보 라이프 사이클 기준으로 취약점에 대해 알아 보고자한다. 취약점 해결방안으로 클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스에 소송관리시스템을 구축하여 사용하고 데이터 전송구간은 가상사설망을 설치하여 기밀성 및 무결성을 확보한다. 또한 사용자 보안강화를 위해 사용자PC에 PC방화벽, 출력물 보안등의 설치를 통한 개인신용정보 처리 보호방안을 제시하고자 한다.

The goal of this research is to improve SLA index that measures service performance level as a result of outsourcing Information system, and also to identify the best application method. This research identifies SLA applied cases and improving points based on the evidence collected from three major financial institutions that utilized outsourcing. First this study analyzes SLA applied cases of two different companies and discusses SLA application improvement possibilities. It then introduces a successful case of a third company that adopted SLA index.

본 논문은 위수탁제의 주체인 화물자동차 운송회사와 위수탁차주 간의 지속적인 발전과 상생을 위한 경영모델을 제시하였다. 화물자동차 운송시장의 내외적 환경분석 및 운송회사와 위수탁차주 대상의 설문을 진행하여 사업 주체자들의 서로에 대한 인식과 개선 요구 사항 등 경영모델 수립에 필요한 변수를 측정할 수 있는 구조방정식 기반의 설문지를 개발·분석하였다. 분석 결과, 위수탁제도의 합리성은 재무성과나 운송서비스의 수준에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 확인된 반면, 운송 사업의 외부 환경과 보상시스템은 재무성과와 운송서비스 수준에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 위수탁 제도의 합리성은 사업 주체간 관계 개선에는 영향을 미치지 않으나, 신뢰 수준 향상에는 영향을 미친다. 운송 사업의 외부 환경과 보상시스템은 관계 개선과 신뢰수준 향상 모두에 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 신뢰수준은 재무성과에 영향을 미치고, 관계 개선은 재무성과와 운송서비스 수준 모두에 영향을 주지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 운송회사와 위수탁차주가 화물자동차 운송시장에서 지속적으로 발전하고 상생하기 위해 확인된 분석 결과를 토대로 위수탁제를 관리할 필요가 있다.

본 연구는 금융감독원 전자공시시스템에 공시된 기업의 재무제표를 활용하여 외식 기업의 재무 비율과 경영 성과의 관계를 파악하고자 하였다. 재무 비율은 재무제표의 두 계정을 조합하여 비율을 계산하여 경영 성과를 제시하는 지표로써, 경영자와 채권자 그리고 투자자는 해당 기업의 재무제표를 평가하기 위한 방법으로 비율 분석을 각기 다른 목적으로 사용하고 있다. 재무 비율과 경영 성과에 대한 분석에 의하면, 상장된 음식료업종 기업은 이자 보상 배율을 제외한 전 부분에서 상관 관계를 보였지만, 외식 기업은 안정성 비율과 성장성비율에 한정해서 상관 관계를 보여주었다. 이와 같은 차이에 근거하여 외식 기업의 경영자는 부채와 자산에 대한 관리와 더불어 비용에 대한 효과적이고 계획적인 관리를 통하여 경영 성과를 개선하여야 할 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to consider the problem on pursuit of logistics strategy by our international shipping company in international shipping business under the said circumstance due to the open international shipping market and to suggest the logistics strategy for the consideration of the logistics competition under new international shipping circumstances. The results of empirical analysis are mentioned as follows; First, it shall be considered to maintain the size of company bigger than a certain capability so that it may obtain the superior competition of logistics. Second, as there are the plus correlations between the competition of logistics and the logistic support, it is necessary to pursuit the upgrade service with using EDI system and making up the complex shipping and integrated logistics system in general. Third, with the rationalization of finance policy and the profitable management of shipping company the ratio of net worth can be raised and it can be achieved to make the sound financial structure as reducing the excessive debt ratio. Fourth, it can be effort continuously to perform the investment for the infrastructure of logistics support & the institutional supplement so that it may achieve to increase the efficiency of logistic support at pier and to reduce the cost of logistic support.

Aviation/tourism industry has a unique characteristic of high inter-dependance between customer and service-provider. It is the mental condition of service-provider that could influence on the attitude of the service-provider. Thus, it is important to manage the mental condition of the service employees to enhance a company's financial performance. This paper tries to analyze the combined model of both policy acceptance and service profit chain(SPC) models. First, service policy acceptance model tells how the service policy acceptance, which consists of policy compliance, trust, participation and policy failure, would influence on SPC model. According to empirical research, it was found that both the employees' policy compliance and the policy trust have a positive significant impact on their participation on service policy. In the policy acceptance model, the employee's voluntary participation based on their trust and compliance of the policy was proven to have a positive effect on increasing job satisfaction and customer orientation. Regarding SPC model, their participation in the policy had the strongest impact among variables on customer orientation. Such results implies the employees' participation on the policy could become the starting point to enhance the customer value.

스마트폰과 같은 모바일단말은 '모바일 빅뱅'이라 불릴 만큼 일상생활과 기업경영에 거스를 수 없는 커다란 변화를 가져왔다. 시간과 장소에 제한 없이 모바일뱅킹, MTS(모바일트레이딩시스템)을 이용할 수 있고, 회사 외부에서도 직원 간 의사소통이 간편해졌고 모바일오피스를 통해 업무까지 처리할 수 있다. 모바일단말은 금융회사에게 생산성 향상과 경쟁력 확보를 위한 '스마트모바일 이노베이션'으로 다가오고 있지만, 금융업을 영위함에 있어 직무관련 미공개정보와 모바일단말을 이용하여 '불건전 영업행위' 또는 '불공정거래'에 악용할 소지가 상당히 크며 고객정보를 유출할 위협 역시 증가하고 있다. 따라서 금융시장의 건전성을 확보하고 고객정보를 보호하기 위해 모바일단말로 인해 발생가능한 문제점을 분석하고 대책을 마련하는 등 선제적 대응이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 '자본시장과 금융투자업에 관한 법률'에 의한 금융투자회사를 중심으로 금융회사에서 모바일단말 이용과 관련하여 발생할 수 있는 모바일단말의 위협을 문제점으로 분석하고 이에 대한 대응방안을 제시하고자 한다.

본 연구는 공정거래위원회의 프랜차이즈 정보공개서상의 재무자료(자산, 부채, 자본, 매출액, 영업이익 및 당기순이익)를 사용하여 프랜차이즈본사의 자산규모, 재무구조, 수익성 및 성장성에 관한 정보를 연구하였다. 분석 자료는 패스트푸드, 가족식당, 제빵, 농수산과 주류산업의 1,050개 프랜차이즈 본사의 2011년과 2012년 자료를 수집되었다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 기업자산규모에서는 중위수가 675백만 원이었고 중위수까지의 회사의 누적 수는 49.9%에 이르렀으나, 자산규모의 총 누적율은 0.48%에 불과하여 규모의 영세성을 나타내었다. 재무구조에서는 525개사(50%)의 회사가 부채비율이 200% 이하였고, 314개사(29.9%)가 부채비율이 200% 이상이었으며, 211개사(20.1%)가 자본잠식 상태였다. 이러한 결과는 재무구조의 취약성을 나타내는 것을 의미한다. 수익성에서는 ROA의 중위수가 4.72%에 불과하여 낮은 성장성을 나타내었다. 성장성에서는 매년 매출성장률의 중위수가 7.5%를 나타내어, 프랜차이즈산업이 성숙기의 특성을 나타내었다. 본 연구의 이러한 연구 결과는 전반적으로 외식관련 프랜차이즈 본사의 재무상태가 개선되어야 한다는 것을 시사해주고 있다.

Purpose - The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of investment by the National Pension Service, which has a high share as a single fund, on the dividend payout ratio. Design/methodology/approach - This study secured a share through DART of the Financial Supervisory Service and disclosure of the National Pension Service. We also used a fixed-effects model and 2SLS to analyze the data. Findings - First, it was found that there was a possibility of conflicting interests among shareholders concerning the company's dividend payment policy. Second, in the range of 3% to 4.9% of the National Pension Service shareholding, an additional increase in the holding ratio was found to have a positive (+) effect on the dividend rate. Third, after the introduction of the Stewardship Code, it was found that the increase in ownership of the fund had a positive (+) effect on the company's dividend payout ratio, regardless of the share ratio range. Moreover, the relationship between the fund ownership and the dividend payout ratio showed a clear positive relationship when free cash flow was high along investment opportunities were low. Research implications or Originality - First, This study included less than 5% of the share in the analysis. Second, We used the recent changes in fund shareholder activities. Third, We tested an instrumental variable to confirm the relationship between the National Pension Service share and the dividend ratio.
