사력댐의 향상된 내진성능 평가방법 (Improved Evaluaton for the Seismic Capacity of Rock-Fill Dam)

  • The objective of this study is firstly to frame up the seismic safety of rock-fill dams. It is necessary to analyze seismic response and evaluate seismic performance of rock-fill dams during earthquake. In this study, seismic damage and dynamic analysis of rock-fill dams using structural analysis package such as FLAC were performed. According detailed analysis, the vibration through the dam structure seems to be very critical depending on the shape of the dams. For more precise evaluation of seismic fragility of rock-fill dams, further research is still needed.

  • When surface Concrete Face Rock fill Dam constructs than existent center core type rock fill dam, it is much prevalent form in domestic these day by quality control of that is profitable and weather condition etc. of coreZone. C.F.R.D is less research about seismic survey(Refractional Seismic Prospectin, Resistivity Prospecting) of levee body than fill dam. Thus as C.F.R.D seismic survey is less, safety of that consist is short most development flue is high reason. That is not checking target of minuteness safety diagnosis and so on by short operation period. Wish to analyze inquiry incidental and difference with center core type dam and acquire C.F.R.D preservation administration upper necessary inquiry condition forward hereafter.

  • For safety evaluation of a rock-fill dim, it is often necessary to investigate spatial distribution of weak zones such as fracture. Both DC-resistivity survey and seismic(SASW) method are usually used for the purpose. Recently, Multichannel analysis of surface waves(MASW) method which makes up for the weak point of SASW method is developed and the site examination which is simple came to be possible comparatively. In order to obtain 2-D shear-wave velocity(Vs) profile along the dam axis that can be associated with dynamic properties of filled materials, MASW method was adapted. Then, DC-resistivity survey and drilling survey were performed to compare with each results. We confirmed that the MASW method and DC-resistivity survey show complementary result that corresspond with drilling result. Therefore, MASW method is an efficient method for dynamic characterization of dam-filling materials and also the combination of related methods such as DC-resistivity can lead to an effective safety evaluation of rock-fill dam.

  • In this study, it was developed and verified an application method of fuzzy-logic theory to the rating process of agricultural fill dam safety. A fuzzy-logic is very famous logical system when some decision making is made on the status of a lack of information. Three proxies were selected and configured membership functions (MFs) and these MFs were activated in the process of fuzzification procedures. Fuzzified vlaues were passed through the rule-based inference system, then fire strength could classified among cases of the rule-based inference system. To obtain final results, Mandani-type was adapted in the defuzzification process. As the results, it was shown the developed system can give a correct results that was compared with Matlab - fuzzy inference function. More ever it could perform the detailed analysis and improvement on the infrastructure safety rating process using classical diagnosis method.

기존 필댐 장기간 안전관리를 위한 계측항목 유지보수 우선순위 산정 (Assessment of The Priority Order of Monitoring Devices on Maintenance for The Long-Term Safety of Existing Fill Dam)

  • 댐의 경과년수에 따라 고장으로 폐기되는 매설계기의 지속적인 증가로 인해 기존 필댐의 유지관리를 위한 계측시스템의 재정립이 필요한 상황이지만 필댐의 파괴모드와 계측기의 중요도에 대한 체계적이고 정량적인 분석 없이 과거의 경험과 소수 전문가의 자문의견에만 의존하여 유지관리 계측계획을 수립하고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 선행연구(Andersen 등, 1999)를 기초로 하여 5개 기존 필댐 계측항목의 중요도를 정량적으로 분석하여 우선순위를 산정한 결과로서 상세 외관조사와 함께 침투수량계, 표면 침하점, 간극수압계에 대한 상시 모니터링 체계의 구축을 기존 필댐 계측시스템의 재정립 방안으로 제시하였으며 이것은 일본토목연구소(1984), 일본 대댐회(국토교통성, 1986)의 권고사항과 Bagherzadeh-Khakkahali와 Mirghasemi(2005)의 분석결과와도 잘 일치하는 것으로 나타났다.

SAFETY EVALUATION OF ROCK-FILL DAM

  • For safety evaluation of a rockfill dam, it is often necessary to investigate spatial distribution and dynamic characterization of weak zones such as fractures. For this purpose, both seismic and electric methods are adopted together in this research. The former employs the multichannel analysis of surface waves (MASW) method, and aims at the mapping of 2-D shear-wave velocity (Vs) profile along the dam axis that can be associated with dynamic properties of filled materials. The latter is carried out by DC- resistivity survey with a main purpose of mapping of spatial variations of physical properties of dam materials. Results from both methods are compared in their signature of anomalous zones. In addition, downhole seismic survey was carried out at three points within the seismic survey lines and results by downhole seismic survey are compared with the MASW results. We conclude that the MASW is an efficient method for dynamic characterization of dam-filling materials, and also that joint analyses of these two seemingly unrelated methods can lead to an effective safety evaluation of rock-fill dam.

  • 중심코아형 필댐(Fill Dam)의 침투수에 대한 안정성 평가에 널리 적용되고 있는 전기비저항 탐사 해석의 이해를 증진하기 위해 시추과정에서 얻어진 표준관입시험 결과를 비저항 분포자료와 비교 분석하였다 그 결과 일반적으로 비저항 값이 낮은 곳에서 표준관입시험의 값도 낮은 경향을 보이고 있었으나 비저항이 높은 곳에서는 값의 분포가 동일한 경향성을 보이지 않거나 오히려 낮게 나타나는 구역도 관찰되었다 또한 일부 구역에서 비저항이 낮은 경우 에 값이 높게 나타나는 경우도 있었는데 이는 전기비저항 조사의 특성상 직하부의 효과뿐만 아니라 사면부의 효과가 포함되어 나타난 것으로 보인다 따라서 비저항이 단순히 낮다고 해서 코아부의 지수 능력에 문제가 있다고 판단하기는 매우 어려우며 오히려 비저항이 높은 지점에서 파이핑에 의한 과도 침투수를 유발할 수 있는 가능성을 확인하였다 이와 같은 비저항 분포 해석의 불확실성을 감소시키기 위해서는 동반 탐사를 통해서 이상대역을 확인하는 과정이 필요하며 장기간의 모니터링과 수위 변화에 따른 지속적인 조사가 필요하다 또한 비저항 콘(resistivity cone)과 같은 장비를 이용하여 현장 조건을 유지한 상태에서의 하부 비저항 구조를 이해할 필요가 있다.

침투그라우팅이 시공된 노후필댐의 보수보강효과 평가 (Estimation of Reinforcement Effect of Superannuated Fill Dam Repaired by the Permeable Grouting Method)

  • 국내 노후화된 필댐의 경우에는 수문학적 안정성과 더불어 구조적 안정성 확보가 국가재난 예방차원에서 요구되고 있는 실정이다. 설계 및 시공시의 문제나 지진 등 자연현상으로 인하여 댐체가 손상되었거나 노후화로 문제된 댐의 대부분이 필댐 타입이며, 이중 일부는 차수(코아) 존이 손상되어 과다한 누수현상이 발생되고 있어 홍수시 댐 붕괴로까지의 진행이 우려되는 바 차수보강대책에 대한 체계적인 연구가 시급하다고 여겨진다. 본 연구에서는 침투그라우팅으로 보강된 필댐에 있어서 보수.보강 전후의 차수 성능변화를 전기비저항탐사 등의 물리조사를 이용하여 분석 평가하고자 하였다. 연구결과 전기비저항탐사는 그라우팅으로 보강된 필댐의 보강효과를 판단하는 유효한 도구로 사용될 수 있음을 알 수 있었으며, 그라우팅으로 보강된 필댐의 누수량은 크게 저하되어 안정성이 향상 되었음을 알 수 있었다.

  • For various historical reasons and some technical reasons, the safety of dams has been controlled by an engineering standards-based approach, which has developed over many years, initially for the design of new dams, but increasingly applied over the past few decades to assess the safety of existing dams. And some countries were asked for risk assessment on existing dam, which included structural, hydraulic safety of dam and social risk. So, Many countries were developed and could be adapted as an additional tool to assist in decision-making for dam safety management.

  • For a fill dam, when a long time has passed since its completion, it is very hard to judge its safety and to maintain effectively it due to limitation and restriction in data showing safety status. Conventional method based on a specific point data by surface settlement gauge is commonly used to define deformation characteristic of dam. However, point data-based deformation analysis cannot provide deformation data of the entire dam. In this study a state-of-the-art terrestrial laser scanning technology is introduced to analyze the entire deformation of dam. As a result, it is known that 3D scanning technique can also be effectively used in evaluating dam safety and then establishing adequate maintain plan.
