An application of innovative laser+GMA hybrid welding process is presented for reducing bead humping defects in high speed welding and increasing side wall fusion in narrow groove welding without torch or wire oscillation. In this hybrid process, the laser heat input is applied adjacent to the weld pool at a relatively low power density to produce a wider, flatter weld bead. In bead on plate in sheet metal gauges, the hybrid process was able to produce hump-free welds from 70ipm (${\sim}1780mm/min$) to over 150ipm (${\sim}3810mm/min$) of the travel speed compared to the un-assisted GMAW process. A square-butt joint in 15mm A572 Gr50 steel welds was investigated. A square butt joint with a gap of 3.2mm was filled with 6 passes. Liquid Nitrogen calorimetry and innovative $CO_2$ laser reflective optics were also developed to demonstrate the concept of hybrid welding.

Numerical analysis was carried out in order to simulate the development of the large deformation that took place on the reinforced earth wall, a part of the Tottori expressway planned to pass Hyogo, Japan. Since this reinforced earth wall had experienced unexpected deformation of the wall during construction, the wall was re-constructed twice. However, the wall deformation showed no sign to cease even at the final stage of the construction. Countermeasures to re-stabilize the wall were demanded. In part I of this paper, it was manifested that subsidence of a 3-meter weak soil due to seepage flow was responsible for the large deformation. A part of concrete panel wall was severely damaged due to extremely large pulling force of geotextile induced by the hammock state. As for the countermeasures, "grouting with slag system" was applied to fill voids of the backfill, and also to prevent further development of settlement in the weak soil layer. "Ground anchor" was also considered to achieve the prescribed factor of safety.

As the difficulty of flip chip products increase, interest in stable PKG material technology from the viewpoint of reliability is increasing. Currently, the representative of poor reliability that are mainly occurring in flip chip PKG are Sn bridge and Cu dendrite. Two type defects are caused by void generated by the flux residue around the bump. In order to essentially minimize the risk of this type of reliability failure, the linkage between the composition of Molded Under-fill (MUF) and flux, which is related material, was reviewed. In this study, the correlation between base resin and filler, which is the main component of MUF, and flux, was defined, and the material composition design was carried out by refer to lesson learn. With the current material composition, it was confirmed that moisture absorption reliability 85%/85%/24hrs pass result and void did not occur during destructive analysis, and developed MUF has shown flux immunity improving result in flip Chip PKG. We think this study can be used in yield enhancement of flip chip process and give insights to study in compatibility between MUF and flux.

The place of South Weol Dynastys authorities exhumed in the region of KangChoWu, China lies adjacent to a stone ditch through which water streams crookedly, and a dark trough of stone pond in the north side. There is a sharply curved stone ditch and a crescent-shaped water entrance made by stones. The place was separated by using stone columns and stone walls. There is a beam of ditch, a crooked entrance, a flat bridge of slate, a stepping-stone, a sluice gate, and a crooked corridor. There are big and small artificial islands, and reinforcing stone drainage way in the palace pond recently exhumed at the building site for the pavilion of Hwang-Yong Temple in Kuhwang-Dong, Gyeongju city, Korea. There are four facilities assumed to be entrance and exits at four corners and an open space on which gravel was spread extensively. A narrow road and a middle road with indefinite curves at the south of Asukakyoseki exhumed by the first, second and third and two stone buckets which one is to fill with water and the other is to drain water off like fountain are there, and besides wave protecting dam and north pond and the part that water pass were excavated. Palace ponds that were extensively distributed at old residential cities are a general phenomenon of countries in eastern Asia. Anap pond of Silla and Gungnam pond of Baekje were in Kroea. We believe that Asutnkyoseki is on the extension. Although more investigations in the background of thought and the genealogical relation about the palace pond are required, it seems that an idea was surely received from China.

We discuss the design of a radiometer using a millimeterwave(Ka-band) seeker. We applied a total power radiometer, thus the radiometer is composed of a IF-drive amp, band-pass filter, detector and an Op-amp additionally. As a radiometer measure a radiated signal of an object which is noise-like, a radiometer is easily affected by the variance of system temperature. To mitigate an adverse effect, we propose a compensation method in a radiometer without brightmess temperature compensation circuits. Through some experiments such like a distinction a target and the background, we have verified that the designed radiometer system has distingushed a car from the ground completely.
Wearing a clothes in human living is very rightful and reasonable things. And it's also the necessaries of living. So now, I want look around about origin of clothes from the prehistorical age, how they start and why they need to wear a clothes. As human culture is unknown origin, human clothes origin is also unknown origin, too. So many different people made unlike story about that, and it is very difficult to say correct birth of clothes. It must be reflection by a time, by a place, by a mankind, until this days, the history of human progress is $2,000,000{\sim}3,000,000$ years. And from after the "Old Adam" man understand what is shame and disgrace, so that made them cover of their private parts, also it is a motive of human clothes. Since after pass a long time, the earth has many changes as it were weather, and for take care of human body from cold, people start make clothes and it's a second object of wearing a clothes. And third object of wearing clothes is after opportunity of development human culture, people desire for an aesthetic sence and for full-fill that feeling they start make a beautiful clothes with accessories and it is motive and a purpose of a human start wear a clothes. So I can say, for origin birth of clothes is 1. Protect of human body. 1) be adapted for different weather and different circumstance. 2) take care self from outside injurg. 2. Decorate for aesthetic sence. 1) Theory of Amulets. 2) Theory of symbolism. 3) Theory of Sex attraction. 4) Aesthetic Theory. 5) Theory of chastity. 6) Multi-theory And material for clothes they made from natural wilds like leaves, fur, skin of wood. skin of fishes and feather etc. But after develop of human knowledge people invent fiber, and use a knitted goods and woven stuff also first of all. They start use those kind that they just cover of their private parts as a belt and astring with leaves and a beast skins. But until this days it's taken big development with human knowledge and most important influence of develop was weather. So modern clothes for present days, must care with. physicology, preservation of health, living activity, dressing, morals, and etiquette etc.

In shipbuilding industry, welding position are usually flat and vertical position at the erection stage. Application of SAW and EGW for these positions makes it possible to achieve enhanced productivity and high quality. But owing to their large size and weight it is difficult to apply these techniques in short and narrow regions. To overcome this problem, our company developed light weight and compact size 4-axis welding carriage which perform 3D weaving. The purpose of this study is to explain the development and application of intelligent welding carriage using 3D weaving pattern that can fill a large amount of welds and thereby making it possible to achieve high quality of welding. This study shows 3D weaving pattern, development of weaving database, and skill of adaptive control response for the variable gap. Also, it shows the results of procedure qualification test for the AH-grade steel when applied to the intelligent welding carriage.
The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of various polymerization techniques on the microleakage of compomer restorations. Fifty extracted human premolars and molar were used and randomly divided into 5 groups. After cavity preparation, compomer (F2000$^{\circledR}$) was filled according to the manufacturer's directions. All groups, except group 5, were filled using an incremental technique. Group 1 was polymerized for 40 seconds at a continuous 485mW/$\textrm{cm}^2$ with a VIP$^{\circledR}$(Bisco, USA) light cure unit. Group 2 was polymerized for 20 seconds at 345mW/$\textrm{cm}^2$ and then for 20 seconds at 645mW/$\textrm{cm}^2$ with the VIP equation omitted light cure unit. Group 3 was polymerized at 400mW/$\textrm{cm}^2$, gradually increased to 50mW/$\textrm{cm}^2$ 10 seconds until 550mW/$\textrm{cm}^2$ was reached; total 40 seconds with a Spectrum 800$^{\circledR}$ (Dentsply Caulk, USA) light cure unit. Group 4 was polymerized for 3 seconds using an incremental technique with a Flipo$^{\circledR}$ (LOKKi, France) light cure unit. Group 5 was polymerized for 3 seconds using a bulk fill technique with the Flipo$^{\circledR}$ light cure unit. The specimens were embedded with acrylic resin, and were sectioned with diamond saws in a mesiodistal direction along the longitudinal axis of the tooth so as to pass through the center of the restoration, and three surfaces (occlusal, pulpal, and gingival) were examined with SEM. The results were as follows ; 1. Group 5 showed a significantly larger gaps compared to other groups on the gingival, occlusal, and pulpal walls. 2. All groups except group 5 had no statistically significant gap on the gingival, occlusal, and pulpal walls. 3. There was no significant correlation between the amount of enamel on the gingival and occlusal walls and polymerization shrinkage.

A lot of researches about dye-sensitized solar cell (DSC) are recently being conducted. Because DSC has several advantages to pass the limits of silicon solar cells such as a low manufacturing expense, a simple manufacturing process and its transparency. But most researches on DSC are still conducted about the unit cell and laboratory-centered. That is, present researches on DSC are not practical. Therefore, researches about large area cells and modules have to be prerequisites for DSC to have the practicality. Characteristics of large area DSC are so different from those of small area DSC in aspect of fill factor and efficiency. In this study, we made an experiment on finding suitable size of DSC that has the most effective power according to the variation of active area. In detail, the experiment was conducted about the optimum ratio of length to width and we introduced the ratio of active area to non-active area to find the active area which has the best output. Because small DSC doesn‘t have the best output in comparison with total area of cell although the smaller DSC has the better efficiency. As a result, we achieved the optimum ratio of length to width of 8:3 and active area of $8cm^2$ as the optimum size for upscaling DSC.
